That was very disappointing. Website, packaging made a good impression. Sushi was absolutely not convincing. Lots of rice, without any taste. 6 people absolutely dissatisfied!

The food is very good and the delivery service is also fast.

Waited almost an hour for the food, which can happen. Got a stomach ache shortly after eating (wife too). Throw up at night. Please be careful with the chicken menu.

I can recommend very tasty food with very nice staff.

Today I ordered beef sashimi and tekka tataki. Euro 25.80... It was cruel. The tuna was not seared but fried until dead and the highlight was the beef. This was raw and frozen!!!!

Unfortunately the sushi was incomplete. 2 salmon nigiri were missing. There was never a response to our email via their website a few days ago. Too bad 😕 The taste is almost inedibly sour. I wouldn't order there again.

Edible, but not good. The rice isn't even sushi rice, it was bland, unseasoned, and not sticky at all. The seaweed was chewy, wet and falling apart in the box before we even touched it. We order soy sauce to receive teriyaki sauce instead. The only thing you can't mess up is the spring rolls, generic and basic you'll find them anywhere. Horrible experience, not planning on getting anything from here anytime soon.

Delivery time was stated as 35-45 minutes, but it took almost 90 minutes and what was supposed to be warm was ice cold. Somehow all the delivery services in the area are having problems, but they have become super expensive :/

I ordered 3 things, two times sushi and once gratinated avocado.. the avocado was delicious.. sushi was very bad!! Sour and unbearable. It's a waste of money

Ich habe gestern Sushi und Suppe bestellt, ich habe noch nie so eine seltsame Suppe gegessen, sehr seltsame Kokossuppe, Sushi war auch seltsam. Danach haben mein Magen und der meines Freundes sehr geschmerzt, ich möchte nichts mehr von diesem Ort bestellen((.

My food never arrived. Placed the order around 16:30, 3+ later it never arrived. After I tried calling multiple times nobody picked up the phone. It wasn’t even an order on a peak day. I‘m usually very patient and understanding but 3 hours wait is just not it. Lieferando customer service had to cancel my order. What a pity. I wanted to really give you guys a try.

After multiple calls, the bowls were delivered after 2 (!!!) hours, even though it was a 10-minute journey. The service staff on the phone was extremely unprofessional, even threatening us that if we left a bad review our money would not be refunded. The promised voucher was not sent. The rice and chicken in the bowl were cold and the bowls were very small for a price of almost €15. This was hands down the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Absolute impudence!

One of the best soul sushi in Hamburg! The sushi tasted very tasty and very fresh. The employees are all very nice and the delivery was on time. I don't understand the bad reviews here, it's a shame because we thought it was great! Always my pleasure.

The order was also confirmed via Lieferando and the delivery didn't arrive and we didn't answer the phone. That's a good start when you've just opened a new business

Sushi tasted and smelled sour. When a complaint was made, they said it was as it should be and everything was fine. Nevertheless, they offered to prepare it again. After rejection no refund or anything like that. Never again. Recommendation stay away from this store

Das Essen war gut, nur die Lieferzeit von 2h war mir ein wenig zu viel...

Wir haben Suchi nach Hause bestellt. Das was sehr sehr lecker, besonders die fritierten Vegie Suchi. Großzügig mit den Beilagen. Am Anfang dachte ich es wäre ein Tick teuer aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und für die Qualität finde ich es sogar günstig. Das ist ab jetzt mein Liebligsladen😍

Sushi in Ordnung , aber keine Konkurrenz zu anderen Läden. Alle Saucen nicht geschmackvoll. Bestellung war nicht vollständig. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Hab schon mal by S-Sushi gegessen in Barmbek war eigentlich i.O. Und dachte probierst mal die neue Filiale in Bergedorf aus, hmm irgendwie war‘s n Reinfall…!?! Frischkäse in jedem Sushi (hab ich was in der Sushi Szene verpasst).? und dann hatten wir auch noch 2 kleine Buchsen in der Tüte gehabt, werbe Woche für Frischkäse oder wie?

Wir haben bei Lieferando bestellt und waren sehr sehr zufrieden! Das Sushi war wirklich sehr lecker und vor allem sehr frisch. Danke an den Fahrer, der uns das Essen bis auf die Krankenhaus-Station gebracht hat!☺️

Soul Sushi Bergedorf ist ein sehr elegantes Restaurant. Ich liebe die Erfahrung, in diesem Sushi Place zu speisen, weil die Atmosphäre sehr schick ist, das Essen großartig ist und der Service ausgezeichnet ist. Empfehlungswert und werde es definitiv nochmal besuchen!

Das erste Mal dort gegessen. Bin begeistert, lange nicht mehr so ein leckeren und frischen Sushi gegessen. Großzügige Portion, alles super frisch, Preis-Leistung top. Der Laden war auch tip top alles sehr sauber. Man kann gemütlich vor Ort essen. Daher wohlverdiente 5 Sterne! Es war extrem lecker nur zu empfehlen😍😍

Bitte bietet keine EC Karten Zahlung bzw Kreditkartenzahlung an, wenn es nicht funktioniert. Habe bei euch bestellt und wollte mit meinem Mann ein leckeres Geburtstagsessen haben und weil die Zahlung per EC nicht mit eurem Gerät funktioniert, muss er jetzt nochmal los und Geld holen. Stimmung im Ar.... und Sushi welches warm kommt ist kalt! Echt schade!!!

Unser traditionelles Sonntagssushi hat einen neuen Lieblingslieferanten gefunden 🤩 Heute das erste mal hier bestellt und bin begeistert. Alles sehr lecker! Eine Herzensempfehlung auch als nicht Sushi Liebhaber, da die Crispys mega lecker sind. Vegane und Vegetarische Auswahl ist auch vorhanden 👍🏻

Haben heute zum ersten Mal dort bestellt, und ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Sehr leckeres Sushi, ansprechende Verpackung, und der Auslieferungsfahrer war auch sehr freundlich. Verglichen mit Sushi for Friends und Yoko, die alle auf einer Ecke liegen und auch gut sind, ist Soul Sushi für uns jetzt der Beste.

Die Auswahl ist hervorragend und die Qualität ist super. Rundum lecker und sehr zu empfehlen. Personal sehr freundlich und gesprächig.
