Toller Service und lecker Essen.

Heute hatte ich die Gelegenheit, im Restaurant zu essen und ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Gerichte waren schön angerichtet, geschmackvoll und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Besonders die Pizza Thunfisch hat mich beeindruckt – sehr lecker und perfekt gewürzt. Nicht nur das Essen war hervorragend, sondern auch der Service war sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam, das Essen kam schnell und man hat sich während des gesamten Besuchs sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Restaurant ist sauber, gemütlich und eignet sich perfekt für einen Besuch mit Familie oder Freunden. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und werde das Restaurant gerne weiterempfehlen. Wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung!

Ein etwas ungewöhnliches Restaurant. Das Essen war ok. Bestellung und Bezahlung per Smartphone. Alles Essen sind asiatisch angehaut. Das hat nichts mit italienischer Küche zu tun.

Schöne Lage direkt am See. Sehr leckeres Essen und außergewöhnlich aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Ganz besonders empfehlenswert.

Wirklich schöner Ort, direkter blick aufs Wasser, bedienung sehr freundlich und das essen war wirklich sehr gut und das zum sehr fairen preis. Negativ find ich die Digitale speisekarte die nur über das eigene Handy funktioniert.

Essen sehr lecker, Service gut. Leider nur digitale Speisekarte, die mit einem QR-Code aufgerufen wird. Getränke und Speisen werden auf der digitalen Speisekarte ausgewählt und bestellt. Lage des Restaurants und Aussicht gut.

Selten habe ich ein so runum Sorglospaket bekommen, wie in diesem Lokal. Von Service, Essen, bis Ambiente absolut Top! Nach gut deutscher Manier kann man hier nicht meckern, es gibt nichts. Die Gnocci al Pollo sind mein GoTo als Speise seit meinem ersten Besuch und die Weine sind erstklassig im Geschmack. Weiter so!

In Zuge einer Firmenfeier waren wir vor Ort. Die online Buchung hat super funktioniert. Die Idee mit den QR Codes auf den Tisch ist gut, für eine größere Gesellschaft nicht so gut geeignet. Es musste häufig nachgefragt werden wer welches Getränk bekommt. Die Vorspeise, gemischtes Antipasti kam sehr an, ebenso die Pizzen. Das Steak Menü war OK. Leider waren alle 8 Steak durchgebraten. Das Personal ist freundlich, es kam jedoch häufiger zu Verständnisproblemen. Als Privatpersonen würde ich definitiv hier hin gehen. Die Pizzen und Salate sind sehr gut und das Ambiente im Sommer am See wirklich sehr schön.Als größere Gesellschaft fehlt es an Organisation. Das Personal ist zwar bemüht, man konnte zur späteren Stunde feststellen,dass nicht mehr so viel Lust dabei war.

Schönes Lokal, nette Bedienung, allerdings bei momentan fast einstelligen Temperaturen ist es im Gastraum sehr frisch und auf der Toilette stehen trotz Sturm und Regen alle Fenster weit auf?! Kein Wunder, dass die Kälte in das Lokal zieht. Pizza ist wie in Detmold lecker.

We absolutely love this spot on the lake in Sasenberg! 🌅 The summer terrace overlooking the water is simply wonderful, especially on a sunny day. In the fall and spring, it's lovely to sit inside—cozy and comfortable. The pizza here is some of the best! 🍕 It's large, delicious, and flavorful, enough for four—we always leave feeling full. We've also tried the chef's steaks—juicy, perfectly cooked, and with excellent sides. 👌 The service is always fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. We've been coming here for several years now, and we're always satisfied. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

The ambiance is very nice by the lake, especially on summer days. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and the service is very friendly. I was only a bit bothered by the prices. They are quite high, but unfortunately, they can't be justified by the quality of the food that matches the price. The food was still good and beautifully presented.

We went there for dinner last night. The meal itself was once again simple, but very tasty. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 minutes, we had to alert the waiter that we were there and wanted a QR code for the menu. It must be said that it wasn't very busy... After ordering, it took 30 minutes until we finally got our two apple spritzers. The food arrived shortly after. No server ever came to our table to ask if everything was okay, etc. In the end, we wanted to have the rest of the pizza wrapped up, but there was no server available. Calling a server via the app didn't work either.... A real shame. When we finally managed to get our pizza wrapped up, unfortunately, they didn't wish us a nice evening or anything like that. The server just walked away without a word. It was all a bit annoying, and I didn't feel well looked after.

There were several visits from mice! Delicious food, but unfortunately poor service, a bit overwhelmed with few customers.

We were really looking forward to eating Italian food in a pleasant atmosphere while on vacation. A grand catastrophe! Nice atmosphere! The Asian staff were super friendly, no question. It wasn't their fault! The food was a true disaster. The wrong pasta was served, and the tomato sauce was bland and poorly seasoned. The beef fillet tips were reheated instead of fried! Never again! -6

Very friendly staff. The food is really good, and if you sit outside, you have a great view of Lake Feldmark. The only downside is the menu, which is unfortunately only available online. I prefer a real menu in my hand.

On a summer evening, enjoy the sunset with a view of a lake and a pizza pasta or a delicious salad. This is a great place to stop and enjoy good food. The pasta we ordered was delicious and fresh, and the pizza was too big for us. Orders can be made by scanning the barcode or by contacting the waitress, who will be happy to assist. The interior is modern and the restrooms clean. In good weather, the large terrace is inviting, and otherwise, there are plenty of pleasant seating areas inside. Parking is available about 150 meters away, or an additional 400 meters away. You can spend a lovely day or evening here.

I don't know if the fast food window next to the restaurant is one of them, but the coffee and cake were just disgusting. The coffee didn't taste like coffee at all, only the milk wasn't the best, and the cheesecake was really salty.

Very friendly service! A fantastic selection of pizzas – large and reasonably priced. Lovely ambiance inside and outside (under the roof when it rains). The staff goes out of their way to help with ordering via mobile phone. We were delighted and returned the next day, where we were greeted accordingly.

1000 years of waiting, even though there was little going on.

The online menu is easy to use with a tablet, but an unnecessary ordeal with a smartphone. The advantage is that you don't have to rely on making eye contact with the staff. Just choose, click, and it's served. The location and ambiance are really nice, and the staff is always very friendly, which is to be expected from Vietnamese restaurants. The food is as good as standard fast-food restaurants can be, but nothing more. I would advise against the meat dishes. The steak was cooked well instead of medium; the vitello tonnato was gray instead of pink (although the tuna cream was extremely good); the salad with beef strips was light, overcooked, and tough. It's a shame when good ingredients aren't processed properly.

Maybe they should create a lunch menu. Ordering online is really annoying... When you've ordered everything online and then the waiter comes and says it's only available from 5 p.m.... It's a bit annoying. I love the regular menus that you can read. Otherwise, good food and friendly service.

Great evening, delicious pizza, service, a reserved table right by the lake, and perfect weather...what more could you want? 👌 Ordering via QR code worked well, and if it hadn't, it would have been possible as usual.

The electronic memory card takes some getting used to if you've never used one before. The food is excellent. Cash payment is also accepted. I'm already looking forward to the next time. :)

Why travel far away when the lake is so close? 🚣‍♂️And not only that... Eating a pizza on the boat gives you a certain vacation feeling. You should definitely make a reservation. The knives could be sharper. The pizza was good, thin crust, and perfectly topping. Here, you order at the table via your phone, and you can pay immediately via PayPal. Vegetarians can customize their pizza using this system. The price-performance ratio is good.

Unfortunately, the food was a complete disaster. The pizza was completely tasteless, too big, and at €19.40, far too expensive. The tortellini ala panna tasted OK, but not something I would order again, and certainly not at €12.60, which is way overpriced. We will never order food there again, let alone eat there. Absolutely outrageous.

I ordered fries with pulled pork at the snack bar. While the fries cooled for at least five minutes, two small pieces of pulled pork were heated up in the microwave. The taste was terrible!!! The staff should have expected the rush given the weather. The only good thing was the atmosphere.

The lakeside location, service, and ambiance are top-notch. The pizzas are way too big, and women almost always take a doggy bag home. Another way to make money. Payment options (PayPal) are great, but ordering via app is probably more appealing to younger guests. Tip: A handful of traditional menus for the older crowd would be a good fit.

My experience wasn't good. It took 20 minutes and after I had to request the QR code, even though the waitress had assigned us a seat. The food was okay, but average.

The service staff is very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the owner is very rude to his employees. He belittles them in front of customers and even threatens them, which is completely unacceptable. He's downright rude, a shame for the excellent staff. I think the service staff are simply fantastic and very accommodating.

Unfortunately the chairs outside are too narrow for fat people like me :) Too bad, I would have liked to have had a coffee with you 😘

Everything can be ordered via mobile phone; the menu is only available online. The food was lukewarm. We had pasta, and the portions were very modest. The service, however, was very friendly.

We stopped here after a walk. Very nice atmosphere. Great view of the lake. Unfortunately no menu with prices was found, let alone which drinks were served. Kitchen only from 5 p.m. After I ordered a cola/beer I got a dark beer, but without cola. I told the waitress this and promptly got a new one. This time with Cola. However, until then I still didn't know how much it actually cost. Every bakery must list the price for each roll, but there is no information about the prices here. We then paid €10.70 for two large beers (one normal and one mixed). I can't say what it actually cost. No receipt, no card. That was the last time I was there.

As a chef, I will never understand why such shops are so busy 🤷‍♂️ Is the location more important than the quality of the food? Today I ordered a pizza with sucuck. Apart from the fact that I have rarely eaten such a tasteless pizza, it wasn't sucuck but salami. Besides, what's with this pizza that's way too big these days? I'd rather be smaller but with more quality, then I'd be willing to pay €19.90! None of the other guests ate the pizza! Nonsense! And then order that! When I go out to eat, I don't want to have to choose dishes on my little phone! Given the prices, I would also expect to get a menu in my hand! This was our second time here and definitely the last time! I'm willing to spend a lot of money on good food! But just for good food! Sorry

Great location with a view over the Feldmarksee, it's worth taking a short break here on the bike tour.

After waiting 2 hours, we canceled our salad, and we had to wait 3/4 hour for drinks... just ridiculous!

Very nice restaurant with a view of the Feldmarksee. A great selection with a good ordering system behind it. Gluten-free versions are also available. We like to eat here. :) The delivery system in connection with the homepage would have to be revised again.

There is a beautiful view of the Feldmarksee if you sit outside on the terrace. The interior is also inviting. There's plenty of food to go along with a variety of drinks, which in my opinion are reasonably priced. You can have a great time here and everyone who works there is extremely diligent, polite and will do everything to please you. Sometimes it can be quite crowded when the weather is good, but since nothing is rushing you, you have to be patient. However, it never takes long and you can even order online using a QR code and then have it delivered quickly. All in all, full stars 🍻

The Pteis performance ratio varies widely but that is my opinion. The ambience and the spot are great. A place from which you could get more. P.S.: If criticism is expressed online here, you will be forced to change the rating. It is therefore possible that the evaluation found is not true because criticism is deleted. I am in the top 10% of restaurant reviewers in Germany. And don't let me get carried away here. You are welcome to show me that it can be done differently.

A nice restaurant by the lake, unfortunately the food was rather tasteless. The pasta was ok, the vitello tonnato had almost no sauce, so it was just dry meat cut too thick, the pizzas were huge but completely bland and, despite the great name, boring and tasteless. The service was nice and attentive, but most of the things can be done via cell phone anyway

No menus, orders can only be placed digitally via cell phone. Somehow unusual and inappropriate for the Sassenberg audience. Vitello Tonnato (dry, too thick slices, little tuna cream) as a subterranean starter. noodles cold; Pizza was huge, but almost tasteless (bland dough, weak tomato sauce, no good cheese). Plus, at €25(!) at the top, it's outrageously expensive for the rural location. All the staff (from the cook to the service with Asian origins) were very nice, but probably from a temporary employment agency; So there's no restaurateur's heart attached here!

We really enjoy being there, but unfortunately the quality has declined. The staff is also easily overwhelmed, especially on weekends.

Great location with exorbitant prices. On the homepage, coffee and cake are offered on weekends from 12 p.m., which unfortunately does not correspond to reality. We then paid just under €16 for 2x latte macchiato and 1x cocoa. The cocoa cost €5.10. You actually pay less in the big cities in Germany.

Unfortunately, contrary to what was described on the homepage, there was no cake or waffles on a Sunday. The service was subpar as neither German nor English could be spoken.

Service was top but the rump steak was nothing. Really crispy on the outside, you had to really chew, the inside was as ordered. The potatoes and salad were good 👍 And there is no menu, only order via smartphone.

delicious, plentiful food, nice, quick service What bothered me was the black cat in the restaurant, which apparently belongs to the restaurant. She was lying on the chairs in the hallway in front of the kitchen and seemed to know her way around. The staff walked past the animal and made no attempt to escort it out of the restaurant. Only when asked was she escorted out using the local language and gestures. It didn't take long and the animal came back inside. Unfortunately, there are also people with cat hair allergies!

The weather was great this September weekend. Very busy. Clearly not foreseen: staff shortage. Sunday was better than Saturday. Drinks on the terrace and fries via the accompanying snack counter.

Very chaotic, pizza looked very tasty, but the taste was subpar.

The only thing you can eat there is a pizza. The farmer's salad is inedible. We had it with yogurt dressing which wasn't tasty at all. The salad wasn't clean either, it crunched when we ate it. The ambience in the outdoor pond is very nice. Apparently the owner changes often.

We had a salad. Unfortunately it was far too muddy. And for the price there should be a little more salad and more varieties of salad on the plate. Should the bread be homemade? I definitely wouldn't see it that way. Service? There's almost no such thing. You order and pay via the app. There was a plus. We commented on the salad being soggy and got dessert on the house. There's an extra point here for that. The view is of course great.

Sonvida is a hearty little restaurant right on the lake here in Sassenberg, which I can warmly recommend to everyone. Unfortunately, the ordering process is a little more difficult for some people because it can only be done using a QR code on their cell phone. The food is amazing and so are the drinks, the portions are large and you'll feel full. I can eat a lot myself and a pizza was enough to fill me up. Unfortunately I have to criticize the staff somewhat. The staff on site was not completely fluent in German and communication was a bit difficult, but still easy to implement. I'm always grateful for a good meal and that's why Sonvida makes it onto my personal recommendation list.

The location is awesome Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food as I only had something to drink. But my friend was thrilled. It's definitely a great place to sit and drink and chat and the view over the lake is beautiful. I will come back!

However, it is clear that the staff is severely overstretched and understaffed. This leads to long waiting times, especially when there are high numbers of visitors. It is unfortunate to see how the staff employed has to work under these circumstances, which certainly evokes sympathy from the guests. °Ordering process and equipment A modern innovation, but not necessarily appreciated by all guests, is the use of a QR code instead of a traditional menu. While this may be timely, it could be a challenge for some visitors. The lack of beer mats is a small thing, but it adds to the overall impression. °Food and drinks Unfortunately, the quality of the food seems to be inconsistent. On one visit the steak was undercooked rather than medium, indicating a lack of attention in the kitchen. Another visit revealed a pizza with soft, almost raw dough that was also not crispy. These deficiencies in preparation are disappointing for a restaurant in this price range. The cocktails, which are described as successful and delicious, should be positively highlighted. This shows that quality is at least offered in this area. °Equipment and service Basics like salt and pepper are missing from the tables and the staff neglects to ask for additional requests. These are details that should be a given in a well-run restaurant. ° Conclusion Given the price range, the location and the internet presence of the restaurant, the expectations regarding the service and the quality of the food unfortunately remain unfulfilled. There seems to be a discrepancy between the claim and the actual performance. While the cocktails are a bright spot, there are many other areas that clearly need improvement. The restaurant should urgently work on its staffing structure, consistency in cuisine and details in service in order to meet the expectations of its guests and live up to its reputation.

The main course (pizza and pasta) were very tasty. Unfortunately the dessert (Snikerseis) was a disappointment. Just vanilla ice cream and cream. When asked where the delicious crunch was on top, there was caramel sauce and only brittle. Absolutely nothing like the photo or anything else. Not recommendable. Unfortunately we also waited 45 minutes and asked three times for two Hefeweizen. Dessert came 60 minutes after ordering. If there are only a few employees on site, why do so many tables have to be allocated? We also asked for the staff at least three times, but no one came to the table. Service very bad.

The food was very tasty. Service hardly available. Prices above average. Great atmosphere with the lake. It was almost full and attended by groups, which created a terrible noise. At 10 p.m. you are very rude and suddenly asked to pay.

Unfortunately, the pizza dough is processed with a rolling pin, which unfortunately completely destroys the structure. But that doesn't mean it doesn't taste good. The price is quite reasonable for the size. But as I said, there is a need for improvement in processing. The dough should be pulled and stretched!
