Ein sehr, sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant in Sassenberg. Die Preise sind wirklich erschwinglich und der Service ist freundlich und sehr zügig. Wärmstens zu empfehlen, danke für den schönen Abend, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es ist sehr lecker und es ist sehr nettes Personal und es ist sehr sauber.

Sehr leckeres Essen und gute Auswahl. Sehr aufmerksame zuvorkommende Bedienung. Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort hat alles sehr zügig und reibungslos geklappt.

Wir sind heute spontan ohne Reservierung eingekehrt. Der sehr nette und immer charmante Chef hat ein Plätzchen für uns 2 noch möglich gemacht :-) Erster frischer Spargel der Saison mit Schweineschnitzel (KEIN TK-Convenience!!!) hausgeklopft und paniert in der Küche wie bei Muttern, Salzkartoffeln bzw. Kroketten und Sauce Hollandaise für günstig faire Euro 24,90 pro Gericht. Das sind "unsere" Ratsstuben, immer empfehlenswert.

Das Restaurant Rats-stuben ist ein echtes kulinarisches Highlight! Die Küche ist auf höchstem Niveau – jedes Gericht ist perfekt zubereitet, frisch und voller Geschmack. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Kombination aus traditioneller deutscher Küche und authentischen Spezialitäten mit Balkan-Einfluss, die dem ganzen Erlebnis eine besondere Note verleiht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertigen Zutaten gearbeitet wird. Der Inhaber bringt spürbar seine Wurzeln vom Balkan mit ein, was sich positiv im vielfältigen und interessanten Menü widerspiegelt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles in allem ein Restaurant, das ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Essen war extrem gut, der Sevice und das Ambiente ist sehr empfehlenswert, leider verwenden sie immernoch stark diskriminierende Begriffe für ein paar ihrer Gerichte wie Schnitzel "(Z Wort) Art".

Leckers Essen sehr freundliche Bedienung vorallen der junge Mann immer wieder gerne. Bester Platz das Kuschelsofa.

Wir hatten hier einen super Abend gehabt. Mein Bruder hatte uns hier zur Silberhochzeit eingeladen.

Wow. Ist das gut. Preis top! Service Top. So geht Gastro. Grillteller super und ja ich will die rohen Zwiebeln die dabei sind dazu. Echt sowas von begeistert und gerne wieder.

Vorweg möchte ich gerne den freundlichen und guten Service vor Ort loben. Die Auswahl an Vegetarischen Gerichten war leider sehr überschaubar. Vegane Gerichte gab es leider gar keine in der Speisekarte. Auch schade, dass es zu den vegetarischen Gerichten keinen Salat mit vorweg gab. Alle anderen haben einen Salat bekommen, wodurch man sich im Restaurant weniger willkommen fühlt. Wenn an diesen Punkten gearbeitet würde, wäre das Restaurant aber zu empfehlen.

Es stellt sich immer die Frage:warum schlechte Bewertung ohne das schlechte zu begründen!???Weil die Nase von dem Keller nicht passte oder weil Mann selber an dem Tag schlecht drauf ist???Ich verstehe die Leute nicht die ganz lange texte und nicht immer ehrliche hier hinterlassen!???Im Laden mal zu sagen wäre doch viel einfacher,aber da muss man die Leute anschauen……Liebes Team Ratsstuben 😍ihr macht das TOLL 🍀

Super leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal!

Wir waren mit 6 Leuten dort und haben ohne Probleme einen Tisch bekommen. Als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir von einem sehr freundlichen Personal empfangen und bedient. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell gebracht und hat echt gut geschmeckt. Allerdings sind die rohen Zwiebeln zu den Gerichten ein bisschen zu gut gemeint. Letztendlich war es ein sehr gelungener Abend dort und es ist immer einen Besuch wert.

The steaks used to be the best far and wide.

The Ratsstuben restaurant is truly centrally located in Sassenberg and is always the most popular! We were there with four people (we had a reservation) on Saturday at 6:30 pm. The restaurant felt absolutely packed! The numerous and consistently friendly staff served us quickly and deliciously. Only the payment took a little longer, which was due to the large number of satisfied guests. Even in this hustle and bustle, the guests received personal attention. I admire staff who never seemed overwhelmed. The food was delicious, and a beer or two is a real treat with friends. Because that's also important... everything was very clean and pleasant. We'll gladly stop by again on our travels.

I don't know why some people have to talk bad about everything. I've been there four times and have always been satisfied.

We went there spontaneously for dinner today and called ahead to reserve a table – it worked out great. The food was really good value for money: generous portions at fair prices. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were particularly impressed by how quickly the food and drinks were served – despite the restaurant being packed at 6 p.m. on a Saturday evening. All in all, a successful visit – we'd love to come back!

I've never eaten so bad in my life. The funny Bosniak and its side dishes were a disaster, the first was returned and the second wasn't much better. Even the Julischka from schnapps glasses didn't taste good, only the espresso was ok. I hope I never have to go there again...

It's always a pleasure to come here. Very friendly and courteous owners with the same staff. Food and drinks are great and affordable. There are also bowling alleys here, so nothing stands in the way of a sociable evening 😊

We've eaten there several times now and have never been disappointed. The tomato cream soup is superb. Even after the VAT increase, the prices are still moderate compared to other restaurants. You can also buy a second drink here. 😊

The food was OK. But unfortunately nothing more. The sauces for pepper cream schnitzel and “Jäger Art” schnitzel came from the wholesale market and were not homemade. This resulted in stomach pain and bloating for three of us. 2 out of 3 waiters were in a bad mood and responded rather angrily than friendly when special requests were made (salad without dressing). The younger waiter, on the other hand, was very attentive and sometimes asked whether everything was OK or whether we needed anything else. Unfortunately that couldn't save the overall impression. It was also very loud because there were just table after table and there are no room dividers in the annex. If a group of pensioners has arranged to eat at the next table and is entertaining the entire restaurant, then it quickly becomes uncomfortable. Then you don't feel like having dessert or something to drink. If you don't cook fresh yourself and want to grab something quick to eat, this is definitely not the place for you. But if you cook fresh and expect the same quality in a restaurant, you should look for an alternative.

Oh well, Quite okay is probably the best way to say it. The food was good. We were in Keller and ate while bowling. The cone cellar was very cold and musty and the service wasn't really nice either. Since there is nothing else in Sassenberg, you as an operator don't have to go to any lengths.

An absolute dream, the food was really first class, the staff was very friendly and attentive, I have never eaten as well as I did there. Many restaurateurs can learn a lot from this. It's a shame we live too far away

Our place for bowling. The food is super tasty (and not too little!) and the staff is always friendly and in a good mood. The ambience is quite nice upstairs in the restaurant, but down in the basement on the bowling alleys there could be some renovation. Of course, this doesn't detract from the bowling fun. We have been visiting there as a bowling group for 10 years and we always enjoy coming back.

Update 10/7/24 Have to downgrade to 1 star when it comes to food - almost everything on the grill plate was dry and not tasty. The salad was also tasteless. It's a shame, I hope that was a slip-up. The finest steak, nothing is fried to death. The food is really delicious. Top service, rustic ambience inside and modern in the veranda. Everything fits here.👍

Bij toeval hier terechtgekomen mochten we het laatste vrije tafeltje nemen. Zeer uitgebreide kaart en vriendelijke bediening. Het eten was prima en je kon zien dat iedereen het erg naar zijn zin had.

Every time again,,,, large menu at normal prices..... A huge grill plate with 4 or 5 different types of meat, plus fries and rice and salad and side dishes and all for about 18 euros... TOP.. . Bowling alley for 6 euros an hour... Service was also great, friendly and always keen to please the customer...

So I have to say, I ate there for the first time today and I'm very very happy with everything, the food was great, I ate the turkey steak with tomato mozzarella and the turkey was perfect, not too soft not too hard, everything about the food was good perfect, the service was also great, I was always asked if everything was as fresh as ever, there was always a smile, and the ambience was also great, there was a lot of space between the tables, which meant that no one was cramped, so I will definitely come back to eat more often

Ich kann es nur empfwhlen. Freundlicher Service und lecker essen. Weiter sooooooo

Wir waren mit mehreren Personen zum Essen dort. Der Service war top, sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente entspricht eben einer "Ratsstuben". Eher ein wenig Rustikal, wir haben aber auch nicht im Wintergarten gesessen, sondern im Innenraum. Aber alles OK. Mit dem Essen waren wir nicht 100% glücklich, daher der Stern Abzug. Von der Menge her reichlich, Qualitativ hat es uns nicht so gut gefallen. Westfälisches Schnitzel mit Röstzwiebeln und Sauce Hollandaise; die Sauce Hollandaise war leider sehr wenig direkt auf dem Schnitzel, die Röstzwiebeln (selbst gemacht, lobenswert) waren leider etwas fettig und es schmeckte als ob das Fett zumindest älter war. Auch das Schnitzel schmeckte leider nach diesem Fett. Die Bratkartoffeln waren etwas zu labberig und es war auch etwas zu viel Fett auf dem Teller. Ich schreibe ganz bewußt immer "etwas", da ich den Teller bis auf ein paar Bratkartoffeln leer gemacht habe. Es waren eben einige "kleine" Punkte die nicht in Ordnung waren. Ich möchte betonen, das es mir nicht darum geht, das Restaurant schlecht zu machen. Vielleicht hatte ich einfach etwas Pech und wir werden definitiv das Restaurant nochmal besuchen. Schade ist, das es nur Toiletten im "Keller" gibt, leider für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht zu erreichen.

Essen war leider nicht so 100% , vieles war angebrannt. Service dasselbe, wenn man als Gruppe kommt, dann muss man gewisse Mitarbeiter dafür schulen,das man ab und zu fragt ob alles OK ist, aber 40 min auf ein Getränk oder gar eine Std auf den Nachtisch zu warten da er vergessen wurde, bei 6 Leuten, was schon traurig ist. Da hatte man keinen Hunger mehr. Und an dem Eis war gefrierbrand, auf Eisstücke zu kauen will man dann auch nicht in so einem teuren Restaurant.

Erstes mal dort gewesen. Nettes Lokal, sehr gross. Sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal , da gibt's nix zu meckern Wir fanden das Essen einfach nicht gut. Schnitzel TK und aus der Fritteuse, geht gar nicht. Und glaubt mir das erkennt man. Dafür könnte ich auch zu jeder pommesbude gehen,nur günstiger. Wer ein "Wiener Art" nicht in der Pfanne brät,hat bei uns leider verloren. Dafür ist es einfach auch zu teuer. Pommes gut. Salat mickrig und nix Besonderes. Echt Schade.

Ich weiß garnicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Von Anfang an fühlte man sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und alle waren ständig um das wohlbefinden besorgt. Und dann kam das Essen. Ein Traum vom Rind und Schwein, klasse zubereitet und ein Gewinn für die Geschmacksnerven. Der Preis für dieses tolle Abendessen ist klasse gewesen. Alle sehr zuvorkommend,das Essen war sehr lecker reichlich und in der heutigen Zeit auch nicht zu teuer.

Ich bin sehr häufig dort. Von Versmold ganz klar im Umkreis von 30km das beste Restaurant. Für alle Liebhaber der kroatischen Küche (viel Fleisch) eine super Adresse. Der Preis macht das ganze dann noch perfekt. Die meisten Gerichte liegen alle bei unter 17€, was bei den großen Portionen mehr als fair ist. Der Service ist 1a und einen kurzen gibts typischerweise am Ende noch aufs Haus.

Wir sind durch Zufall vorbei gekommen und hatte gefragt ob man Abends ein Tisch für 2 reservieren soll. Man sagte uns, das es Sinnvoll ist, da es Abend‘s immer voll sei! Also Tisch für 2 reserviert. Abend‘s angekommen, die Hütte voll. Die Speisekarte übersichtlich es gibt Schnitzel in fast jeder Art. Die Teller sind Randvoll und Kundschaft holte auch dauern Essen ab. (Quasi für zu Hause) Unser Fazit: einfach mal vorbei kommen und probieren!
