We ordered there, tipped ourselves, and the pizza was incredibly bad. We had terrible stomach aches afterward. PLEASE DON'T ORDER THERE!!!!!

It looks disgusting and unhygienic even from the outside.

It needs to be closed down urgently. And the people who work there or run it should only be allowed to touch their own food. But they certainly wouldn't eat what they prepare there. Anyone who hasn't seen the place, or had food brought in, might have no idea. The catastrophic hygiene conditions under which they work there... the stench in the place. Food doesn't smell that rotten if it's only been out of edible for a few days. And they still have it there, so they're still processing it. I'm against controls, but what they're doing is bodily harm.

It's an absolute disgrace. I ordered food and waited forever for the driver to finally arrive. Then the doorbell rang. I opened the door and waited. Five minutes later, the doorbell rang again, and they asked me to please come downstairs. I said, "No, it's a delivery service, not a pickup service." The driver then simply drove off with my order! It's an absolute disgrace, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

The pizza was very good and generously topped. The burger was very dry but edible.

Food couldn't be delivered, after I arranged a second day because everything had already been paid for, there were problems, people discussed it disrespectfully on the phone, didn't let me finish and cried like a little girl because I wanted to cancel. First they said I wouldn't get any money or food and then they said the delivery person would be there soon, the delivery person was totally stupid and didn't know where to go even though I had already said 100 times where the meeting point was. Without saying anything on the phone (he was busy crying) the supplier demanded another €3 for the delivery, strange (at Lieferando the delivery only cost €2) but I assumed I was kidding them and deducting them, exactly. I didn't pay the money for delivery, why should I? Now I have to live in fear that someone will soon come into my work with 100 things and want to deduct the €3 delivery costs. I won't order again, my flute will bubble. Best regards.

Instead, I only got anchovies and squid! When I called to explain my disappointment, they didn’t even try to help. Anyway, this will be the last time I order from here. So I'll give it three stars, average. There are good and bad things about this delivery service. The food is really terrible! That's just a fact. Offering less but edible food might be a solution to the dilemma. Because, now to the positive, the prices are absolutely fair. You can order food/alcohol at almost any time of the day or night. The drivers are always very nice. And the delivery is absolutely on time. So please, dear SONU TEAM, improve your dishes! Urgent!

So, I don't understand many of the negative reviews. We ordered for the third time, and everything was really okay. Not absolutely top-notch, but also not what some people describe. They deliver until 2 a.m., which is also great. The drivers are always nice, so to balance the reviews, I'm giving them 5 stars.

I ordered 3 hours ago. After 2 hours I called. The driver was supposedly there but no one opened the door. Can't be at all. In addition, according to the app, the order wasn't even being prepared. I placed an order on the restaurant's official website around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. The order went through and the money was deducted from me via Paypal. I followed the opening hours on the official homepage, which says they are open from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. There was NO banner on the page stating that an order was not possible or, if no orders were accepted, neither the option to order nor the money should have been deducted. In any case, I didn't receive an order confirmation by email, and the ordering process didn't change on the website (arrival of the delivery). So we waited until 7:30 p.m. I then tried calling the branch twice, without success. We then decided to drive to the branch and lo and behold, we were there at 7:45 p.m. and no one was in the store (everything was dark, lights off). The first employees then slowly arrived (according to Google Maps the opening time is from 8:00 p.m., according to the website from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.). I called the branch shortly after 8:00 p.m. because the doors were still closed by the branch. At 8:15 p.m. the branch was still not open. We decided to go. At the same time, I received an email saying that my order could not be processed. The money was transferred back. I won't order there again, it wasn't cool.

We ordered warm food and tiramisu through Lieferando. The tiramisu arrived completely frozen, which a tiramisu normally shouldn't be. So we called and complained about this. He said that the driver would come and give us money. Yesterday we ordered something from Lieferando from this restaurant, which calls itself a pizzeria. Absolutely incomprehensible how they can have 4.5/5 stars! That's probably bullshit! Unfortunately, we were so hungry after all the waiting that we ate at least part of what we ordered. I felt so sick afterwards that I could have done without it. Based on previous reviews that I read here on Google (unfortunately only after ordering), I am of the opinion that the health department should check there. The store should be closed! Once and never again!

I ordered chicken wings there via Lieferando. Arrived quickly and warm. However, there were small animals in my vegetables. It doesn't work at all! Ordered somewhere else!

Well, what can I say...^^ The boss of the house has the friendliness with a spoonful, at least that's what you might think when you see him and he serves you. Can't say that he's unfriendly but he has a smile would be good ;) Especially when you come into this shop, which is not really appealing in terms of ambience and seems rather cold. Food is nothing special.. just eat this ready-made brand: "Indian fast food" ... in an emergency very practical because everything else is only open until 10:30 p.m. at the latest and this pizzeria until 2 a.m. ..hence not 0 stars. I‘ve been since 2021 ordering from sonupizza from lieferando but now with the website it seems better to choose but the delevry is getting worse i think . I ordred today and i didn’t get anything when i called back i found out this he came but he did’t call me ( i don’t know why they ask for the number ) and no one cared if i get it at the end he told me if u want your food you need to wait 30 min more …… I wasn’t expecting that

Ordered on June 2, 2024 at 11:20 p.m. and the delivery arrived at exactly 12:18 a.m. The driver was friendly but I don't even want to talk about the food. Doner meat had a strange color and tasted very strange, pizza rolls were half burnt and weren't that tasty either. So if you want to get a stomach ache after eating, this is definitely the right place for you. That was our first and last order here from you. Too bad about the money...

A kebab and a cheeseburger were ordered. Both arrived within 30 minutes. The kebab had a bit of a lot of sauce (with yoghurt, by the way, which I find very tasty), but overall it was tasty. The price was very good for what was delivered. Conclusion: Decent food delivered at a competitive price.

We ordered “fried noodles with baked duck” there... This is what they call “food?” The Chinese dish with tough, old-tasting duck meat and SOUR noodles with a few soggy vegetables (carrot pieces, 3-4 spring onion rings and something unidentifiable) was inedible. We paid over €30 for this order. We also complained directly - but according to Lieferando, the owner even blocked their complaint request and showed no refund or insight. Therefore uncooperative, disgusting food and rip off...

I walked home from the bus last night, on the sidewalk, like you do. The Sonu Pizza car comes out of nowhere, turns on the sidewalk (??) and almost hits me. I read a few reviews and it seems like only half of the customers survive the “eating”. If they cook 10 times as well as they drive a car, it probably doesn't taste good. To be honest, I don't dare eat there.

I often order pizza, kebab and also kebab plates, salad, pizza rolls, etc. Food is always very tasty, delivery times are really great, drivers are friendly. So conclusion: I have already ordered many times and will continue to order there.

I have ordered from Sonu several times now. As far as the service is concerned, I am satisfied: the food comes quickly, the drivers are friendly and if there are problems, the shop owner doesn't hesitate to call personally and find solutions. As far as the food is concerned, all I can say is that you have to try several things. I highly recommend the 4-cheese pasta and the Pasta Alaska. I didn't like pizza that much because there was too much oregano on it. The chicken wings weren't completely cooked either. Therefore, definitely try the pasta dishes, and you have to make up your own mind about the other dishes.

Chickenburger was very good. Unfortunately the garlic bread was not ok, the garlic went past and unfortunately the garlic bread was also hard.

Insgesamt 1 1/2 Scheiben Tomaten auf einer Pizza Caprese finde ich mehr als dreist. Die gefühlten 100kg Oregano konnten das auch nicht wirklich retten. (Was hat dieses Gewürz aus der Hölle überhaupt in den Massen auf einer Pizza verloren?!) Der nicht durchgebackene Teig hat dem Ganzen dann noch die Krone aufgesetzt. Ich musste mir selbst ne Tomate drauf schnibbeln und habe versucht, diesen kulinarischen Totalschaden mit Balsamicodressing zu retten, um wenigstens meinen Hunger ein wenig zu stillen. Übrigens frage ich mich, wieso der Fahrer nachts halb 2 am Telefon durchs Treppenhaus brüllen muss. Alles in allem ein Saftladen, dessen Bewertungen ich vor der Bestellung hätte lesen sollen!

Allein die ranzige Ladenaufmachung ist abstoßend. Ich geh da nicht mehr essen.

Ich bin mit dem Service und der Pizzen sehr zufrieden, habe sehr viel bestellt, weil ich immer zufrieden bin. Verstehe die viele Kritik nicht. Vielleicht liegt es auch an meinem Geschmack, der ist einfach noch natürlich und nicht Mc Do und Bürger King versaut. Ich finde alles sehr köstlich und natürlich, keine Geschmacksverstärker oder ähnliches. Die Pizzabrötchen sind die besten in ganz Leipzig, für mich. Die Dipps dazu sind auch alles sehr köstlich und schmecken nicht wie überall. In anderen Shops schmecken die Dipps alle gleich, nicht hier. Für mich eine der besten Adressen für ein Pizza Bestellung in Leipzig. Natürlich nur über die Homepage, welche super gut aufgebaut ist. Bestellt nicht über Lieferando, viel teurer und nicht gut für das Business.

Ich bin schon sehr lange Kunde bei SonuPizza, heute habe ich das erste mal eine falsche Bestellung bekommen (22cm statt 26cm), dies habe ich ihnen telefonisch mitgeteilt und mir wurde eine zweite Pizza geliefert, innerhalb von 15 Minuten und Kostenfrei. Vielen, vielen Dank. ^^ Ein wunderbarer Service, welcher heutzutage extrem selten ist. Hier werde ich noch sehr oft bestellen, es ist sehr zu empfehlen. (Mein Geheim-Tipp, die Tunfisch Pizza mit Zwiebeln und Jalapenos.)

Die Bestellung war schnell da und sehr Lecker.

Eben bei Sonu Pizza unter anderem Tomate Mozzarella bestellt. Foto eins ist unsere Erwartung. Foto 2 ist was geliefert wurde. Bei Tomaten sollten die grünen Strunken entfernt werden. "Alkaloide der Nachtschattengewächse" scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Und das für 4,95€

Wie wenig Taco soll der Taco sein ? Sonu Pizza:

Lieferzeiten okay. Essen kam heiß an und es hat gut geschmeckt und liefern noch nach 23.00 Uhr ich würde nochmal bestellen war zufrieden.

Nur 33Min. bei lieferando statt prognostizierter 50 gewartet 👍. Pizzabrot hat nix mit Pizza zu tun...viel zu dicker weicher Boden. Salat war ok, aber sehr viel Zwiebel+billigster Eisbergsalat. GyrosMykonos ok, aber relativ fettig.

Wenn man halb 2 noch ein bissel dicht ist, niemand anderes für so einen Preis liefert, kann man das schon mal machen. Ansonsten empfehle ich niemandem, dort zu essen. Die Pizza 40x60cm ist eher sporadisch, sehr fettig und kein kulinarischer Knüller. Der Fahrer war semi-höflich. Ich musste herunterkommen und die Pizza selbst aus der Box holen.

Ich bestelle immer dort wenn ich Spätschicht habe und ich kann mich immer drauf freuen das es gutes essen zum Abend gibt. Ok es war selten mal so das der Lieferant schneller da war als ich aber mich stört sowas nicht wirklich

Lieferung kam schneller als angegeben und der Fahrer war recht freundlich. Essen war leider nicht lecker und schon gar nicht mexikanisch. Würde nicht nochmal dort bestellen.

Das Essen kam zwar relativ schnell, allerdings kam, wie bei vielen anderen auch, nicht alles so, wie es bestellt wurde. Zudem wurde uns eine Tomatensoße mit Zwiebeln, Bohnen und Thunfisch als Quesadilla verkauft. Bei telefonischer Nachfrage versicherte der unfreundliche Mann am Telefon, dass DAS eine Quesadilla sei. Hmmm...schwierig. Nagut. Unlecker war es am Ende nicht, aber man fühlt sich veräppelt. Zusammenfassend: Die Pizza war kleiner als bestellt und Quesadilla war eine bloß Tomatensoße... Na vielleicht klappt es beim nächsten Mal :)

Is super Nur bei den Spielautomaten gibt es was zu bemängeln Und zwar der linke von beiden schluckt geld ohne das man damit spielen kann Abzocke

So ziemlich der einzige Laden im Leipziger Osten, der unter der Woche auch nachts noch offen hat. Dafür sind die Gebratenen Nudeln meiner Ansicht nach durch die Verwendung einer bestimmten Fischsauce ungenießbar. Würde man diese weglassen, wären sie echt nicht übel... Aber so absolut keine 6 € wert. Die Frühlingsrollen waren dafür echt lecker, die Sauce dazu etwas scharf, aber sehr gut.

Von Außen vielleicht nicht ganz so einladend, aber eine Top Pizza, gute Preise, alles sehr sauber!

Essen wurde schnell geliefert und war auch heiss. Fahrer war nett und freundlich. Gyros mit Metaxasosse war in Ordnung. Das Gyros mit Paprika war leider sehr ölig und war leider nicht lecker. Das Gyros war ähnlich dem, was man angepackt beim Kaufland bekommt. Bitte die Speisekarte nochmal überarbeiten und nur das anbieten, was auch so zubereitet werden kann, dass man sagt, man wird es wieder bestellen.
