Das Restaurant strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Wir haben zu zweit sehr lecker gespeist. Gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren zu zweit Gast am Tisch Nr. 6 und hatten bestellt: 1 x Schweinebacken 1 x Apels Leibgericht 2 x Köstritzer Schwarzbier für insgesamt € 47,50

Ordered for the first time today and never again. Listed under “bless burger” at Lieferando. Had a cheeseburger and chicken wings. Neither is necessarily something that can go wrong. The chicken wings were ok to good, a little crispy would have been good. The burger was totally cold. I called and a replacement delivery was sent and they wanted to take an hour. But I said that wasn't it. Oh, I have to go out early tomorrow. The replacement delivery came relatively quickly, but it wasn't a cheeseburger. When I called again and pointed it out, they even laughed about it and thanked me for pointing it out?! I even suggested that it's not great if you don't get what you pay for. But nothing, no accomodation, no money back, no other suggestion for a solution. Just eat or die. That's not customer service and that's not okay. Never again.
