Sommergarten im Westwerk in Leipzig

Ordered for the first time today and never again. Listed under “bless burger” at Lieferando. Had a cheeseburger and chicken wings. Neither is necessarily something that can go wrong. The chicken wings were ok to good, a little crispy would have been good. The burger was totally cold. I called and a replacement delivery was sent and they wanted to take an hour. But I said that wasn't it. Oh, I have to go out early tomorrow. The replacement delivery came relatively quickly, but it wasn't a cheeseburger. When I called again and pointed it out, they even laughed about it and thanked me for pointing it out?! I even suggested that it's not great if you don't get what you pay for. But nothing, no accomodation, no money back, no other suggestion for a solution. Just eat or die. That's not customer service and that's not okay. Never again.

Unfortunately, it is not a good restaurant, the food is good, and the meals are very few. Appetizers are served in tea dishes. Yesterday, I had a very bad experience in Al-Shami Restaurant, and the price on the screen is one thing, and the reality is another thing. I do not recommend it.

It's wonderful here, the waitresses are very friendly, considerate, hard-working and the food...mhm😊 in this restaurant it's true, as a guest I feel welcome. A shout out to the “invisibles” in the kitchen, great. Annekatrin

We had reserved and our group of 6 sat separately and very comfortably. The selection of freshly baked cakes is very good and the service is quick and friendly.

We'd love to come back. Were extremely positively surprised. We had the Vied Dump, the California Roll with Garlene, the Shrimp Stir-Fry and the Roast Duck. All without any criticisms. On the contrary - I have rarely eaten such great sushi :-)
