The food tasted good; there were eight of us and we received our meals one after the other, which unfortunately makes it not entirely relaxing for larger groups. The food was good overall, though some of it was burnt. The sushi was okay.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were very pleased. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent, just as we had hoped. We'll be back.

I went there for sushi today and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. I ordered deep-fried sushi with salmon, but the edges of the pieces were completely burnt – really black. The taste was accordingly bitter and simply inedible. We complained to the staff, but we were told that "there's nothing they can do." No replacement – ​​nothing at all. In the end, we still had to pay full price, even though I could barely eat anything. It's a shame – I was really hungry and expected better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

The food was neither good nor bad (fried sushi). The staff was very friendly. The real problem lay with the service, the noise level, the ambiance, and the bubble teas we ordered. Our order was taken quickly, and the food was served quickly, too. However, we had to wait longer to pay than it took to eat. The staff knew we were paying, but they chatted for a long time at the front counter. It seemed neither serious nor important, giving us the impression they were making us wait just to chat. We found that very unprofessional. The music was also a major problem. It was a wild mix, from Spanish dance music to sad, depressing songs. It was apparently playing from an employee's cell phone. When she had to make a phone call, there was simply no music at all, with ads playing in between, and songs constantly skipping. This created a moody, tense atmosphere. Additionally, the music was much too loud, making it almost impossible to have a conversation. Our table wasn't clean, even though it had been empty for some time. There was a container of cutlery on it, and we weren't sure if it was replaced after each guest or simply refilled. This gave us the impression that hygiene wasn't a priority there. There were also wasps, flies, and fruit flies inside. Then, the bubble teas: It was a fairly warm day, but we received the drinks at room temperature, without ice cubes or refrigeration. One of the bubble teas was tasty, but the Brown Sugar Milk Drink (I think that's what it was called) was way too sweet. The tapioca pearls were so soft that you almost accidentally drank them, and the straws were barely longer than the cup. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I wouldn't eat there again.

I ordered a bubble tea here and found several hard pieces of plastic in my drink. When I pointed this out to the staff, there was neither an apology nor an explanation. The employee who made the bubble tea (black hair, not Asian) was also unprofessional and very unfriendly. Very disappointing! I will definitely not go here again!

Unfortunately, the udon noodles with sauce tasted like water. The service was very friendly and the price was reasonable.

We ordered matcha oat milk bubble tea – but the matcha was just the name. Cold milk with old, disintegrated tapioca pearls. Then we realized it was whole milk – even though we ordered oat milk. We felt really sick afterward. And now a whole day has passed. Thanks for two ruined days. The straw was also much too small for the plastic cup.

The food is incredibly tasty, everything is fresh and beautifully prepared. And the prices? Absolutely fair for this quality! A huge compliment to Julia, she is simply great! Had duck peanut sauce to take away today. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as usual. The sauce was very thick and hardly tasted like peanuts (had an indefinable taste, maybe a little burnt?). There were far fewer vegetables. 🙈 I hope it's better next time.

The Somi in Ingolstadt city center is highly recommended! The food is not only super tasty, but also served in large portions - you will definitely be full. The portions are huge, so you'll definitely be full - and you can often even take some home with you. The quality and taste are top, everything is fresh and very seasoned. Das essen war eigentlich sehr lecker, ein wenig trocken aber man kann sich für denn Preis nicht beschweren. Jedoch wurde ich von den Service sehr enttäuscht. Nach dem man fertig gegessen hat muss man seine leerenTeller selber rein bringen und dann auch vorne bezahlen. So sollte ein Kunde nicht behandelt werden. Überhaupt nicht professionell.

Danger! The vegetarian/chicken noodle box is fried on the same plate at the same time! Then the employees try not to get any chicken in their tongs while packing up! That doesn't work at all!!! The food here is always delicious and fresh! The owners and the staff are super friendly, too. The prices are quite low, but you wouldn't feel that the food here is "cheap," unlike other Asian restaurants that charge way higher, but serve very bland and generic Asian food. This is one of my favorite Asian restaurants here in Ingolstadt. Highly recommended!

I waited at the table for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the waitress had a chat at the counter. At some point I went in and asked if it was self-service, then I was told no, I should sit down and she would come. At some point I was finally able to place my order: glass noodle salad. After another 10 minutes the lady came back and said they didn't have any glass noodles or rice paper today. In total I sat there for about 20 minutes and then left without having accomplished anything. It's a shame, I would have liked to eat there. But unfortunately service looks different.

We then went to the counter and asked if we could order, to which the rude answer: sit down, I'll come myself. When an Indian family came into the restaurant and didn't even say anything, this woman said: Umbrella there, you sit in the back. Personally, I just find it disrespectful to talk like that to people who maybe don't look entirely German because I'm not German either. When we asked if we could pack up the rest, we were asked whether we hadn't been given any cutlery to put it in a box. Then she took my plate, mixed everything together and poured it into a box (it looked super appetizing🤡) when she closed it she broke it but she didn't care. She threw the broken box into a bag for me where the sauce spilled out. I have rarely seen a person who is so blatantly disinterested in their job.

The place is in the heart of the city. If you want to try some street food of Vietnam, just go for it. It’s quite affordable, very clean place. Try fried sushi with avocado, it was simply amazing. Spicy udon noodles with tofu was not so great. The spicy level was too less and had a lot of coconut milk taste.

Obwohl es mitten in der Stadt liegt, sind die Preise wirklich unschlagbar und die Portionen sind dazu auch noch riesig. Einziges Manko war der Service aber bei dem Preis-leistungs-Verhältnis kann man leicht darüber hinwegsehen

Mein Freund lud mich ein, Bubble Tea zu trinken. Es war der schlechteste, den ich je probiert habe. Dann erzählte er mir, dass die deutsche Kellnerin, die unsere Getränke zubereitete, neu ist und seine Bestellung zuvor verpfuscht hatte. Es ist schwer, Bubble Tea zu verpfuschen, aber 🤷🏻‍♂️
