A good Asian restaurant. Gladly again.

The food was great as always, but unfortunately we missed the birthday surprise. Mistakes happen, it's just the way you deal with them that matters. If you work with time slots, you should be able to bring the order to the table. We walked out the door with a negative feeling.

High prices for very thin and small sushi pieces.

Yesterday we were in this location. Very attentive and friendly hosts, high quality food. Definitely a recommendation.

The best sushi in town is here! We usually pick up food there and every time it is delicious. We also really like the ambience in the restaurant. The service staff is always friendly and drinks and food are served quickly. In summer you can also eat outside very nicely. The Sushi Meistertip and the Sake Set are particularly recommended for all salmon fans :) We've tried a lot of sushi places, but Cocoon is our absolute favorite! :)

The pho was exceptional, the atmosphere perfect for a date, and the tea selection delightful. The friendly staff and diverse, delicious menu made the experience even better.

I was there two years ago but this time it was a complete disaster. We waited over half an hour for the drinks even though the drinks had already been ready on the tray for 20 minutes. When I was told that there would probably be no more carbon dioxide in the drink, I was talked stupidly by the waitress because she works here and knows better that the drinks don't sit there for long and it still contains carbon dioxide. The starter was also completely flavorless despite the soup and the samosa was dry and burnt on one side as if it had been warmed up in the pan. There was also no vegetarian filling as described in the menu. Let's get to the main course. The sushi used to be better, but now the freshness and taste leaves something to be desired. All in all it was a failure and I will probably never go there again for the money you can definitely get better food and better service everywhere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Cocoon in Ingolstadt is and remains our absolute favorite Asian restaurant! What makes this restaurant so special is the combination of great food and incredibly friendly staff. Every dish we have tried so far has been a delight - fresh, perfectly flavored and simply delicious. The team is always attentive, warm and ensures that you feel completely comfortable. For us, there is no better place to enjoy Asian cuisine. Absolutely recommended!

Very good restaurant with great Asian cuisine My grandma really wanted to go to an Italian restaurant. My grandma didn't want to accept the fact that the Italian restaurant hasn't been available in this location for over 3 years. So we saddled the horses and drove there. After realizing that it wasn't Italian and that the tea was very good, she wanted to try Asian cuisine for the first time. My grandma really liked the nice young man and the pretty woman with the freckles who lovingly looked after the fresh flowers at the table. The beautifully presented starters and main courses were excellent. It was so nice and exciting for my grandma that she also wanted to eat there in the next two days. That's why 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And we will come more often. Thank you very much 😃

We were there for the first time yesterday. The online reservation worked great and you are greeted in a friendly and polite manner and accompanied to the table. The service is very good, friendly, attentive and explains and also helps you with your order. The food is served attractively and tastes very good. The tables for 2 are narrow but sufficient. All in all, we will come again and not just once. A delight for the eyes and palate.

Eine Freundin und ich haben gestern Abend Essen bestellt und abgeholt und waren leider sehr enttäuscht! Salat hatte nur Mayotopping, Dressing hat gefehlt. Sushi Roll mit Avocado, diese war nicht reif und hart, damit nicht genießbar, das hätte man bemerken müssen. Die Tom Kha Gai Suppe hätte laut Karte folgendes beinhalteten sollen: Hühnerbrustfilet, Kokosmilch, Pilzen, Tomaten, Bambus, Zitronengras und Lauchzwiebeln - tatsächlich 2 Stücke Hühnerfilet, KEINE Kokosmilch ( war eher Minestrone), keinen Bambus, Zitronengras oder Lauchzwiebel -dafür TK-Karottenstücke, halbrohe Zucchini, Zuckerschotten… wäre ich im Restaurant gewesen, hätten wir fast alles zurückgehen lassen. Der Rest ( Nigiri Sushi) war ok. Werden dort nichts mehr bestellen. Schade!

We've been coming to Cocoon to eat for years. Unfortunately we didn't like the food the last two times - it's a shame

After a negative experience, we tried again a few months later, unfortunately without correction... The atmosphere is stylish with a fusion look and the food is okay, but unfortunately the service is poor. Long waiting times, inflexible staff and a lack of warmth - we felt like we were at the airport before processing. The icing on the cake is the really ugly yard for parking... Unfortunately this won't be a second visit.

Not recommended with children. No children's meal, no accommodation to get a small portion or just pasta for children. Sushi ok, 2 stars for that. Ramen very weak. Rip-off for soft drinks, there should be 0.3l in it, if it was 0.2l it would have been rounded up. €4 for that. Not again.

I recently visited Cocoon Restaurant and had mixed impressions. Although it is not a pure sushi restaurant, I expected a little more from the sushi dishes on offer. The quality was okay, although not comparable to real Japanese sushi. What should be highlighted positively, however, is the presentation of the food, which was really attractive. Unfortunately, the miso soup and the teriyaki sauce were not convincing. The miso soup was flat in taste, and the sauce that was served with the sushi was particularly annoying. It was unpleasantly sweet and dominated the other flavors rather than complementing them. This was a clear negative point that significantly detracted from the sushi experience. Another point of criticism is the very slow service. We had to wait a long time for our food, which is simply too long for the quality offered. In addition, the prices are too high compared to the quality of the food. For this price range I would have expected much more - both in terms of taste and service. In summary, the presentation of the food is very good, but the service, taste and value for money still need to be significantly improved to really impress.

Not recommended. Only after 30 minutes we had drinks and salad. After more than an hour we were still sitting there without food. The wine spritzer was expensive and the glass was a quarter full!! The waitresses seemed overwhelmed. The atmosphere is uncomfortable, the tables are too close together. All in all, we wouldn't eat here again.

We were seated in the last corner with the smallest table, even though the restaurant was almost empty at lunchtime. First we were told that the kitchen would close in 1 hour, then we had to wait 15 minutes until we were allowed to order: 2x starters and 2x main courses. After a while, 1x main course came first, followed by 2x starters. The second main course was completely forgotten. After asking, we were told we hadn't ordered clearly and that the kitchen was now closed. No professional interaction with the guest in a service-oriented industry. Food is good, atmosphere okay, service unfortunately once again extremely below average and unfriendly.

The staff is friendly. Food okay. Otherwise: the toilet: without words, horrible for a woman. A dark hole, not even warm water, the cold one doesn't work, no hook where a woman could open the bag. The floor under the dining tables is full of dirt. You lose your appetite

Delicious food and great service – we would love to come back On October 27th at 6 p.m. we had dinner with friends at Cocoon and were thrilled. We all enjoyed the food excellently and the service was very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back! A small point of criticism: Unfortunately, card payments are only possible from €35. Otherwise absolutely recommended!

Everything is fine, reasonable portions for the price, enthusiastic service. The taste of the dish can be said to be quite good. Suggest the restaurant put mixed pho in a bowl with a wider mouth because mixing in a deep bowl is relatively inconvenient.

Just NEVER take the ramens. The worst I have ever eaten by far. Not a single ingredient is what it should be. Mocktails and sushis are good but not crazy. Decoration is nice.

An absolute insider tip! The selection of Asian dishes is large and every dish we ordered was outstanding. The sushi creations are fresh and creative, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable!

Leider hatte ich eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant. Ich habe Haare in meiner Ramen-Suppe gefunden und als ich das dem Personal mitgeteilt habe, wurde ich extrem unfreundlich behandelt. Statt das Problem professionell zu lösen, reagierte der Mitarbeiter gereizt, nur weil ich meinen Unmut etwas lauter geäußert habe. Solch ein Verhalten ist in der Gastronomie absolut inakzeptabel. Sehr enttäuschend, werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I found hair in my ramen soup and when I reported it to the staff I was treated extremely rudely. Instead of solving the problem professionally, the employee reacted irritably just because I expressed my displeasure a little louder. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the catering industry. Very disappointing, definitely won't be back.

I had dinner with my wife yesterday. The food was very, very tasty and the service was worth its name. That's exactly how I imagine it! I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone!

I have been to this restaurant several times and have always been very satisfied. This restaurant made a particularly positive impression on me on my last visit. I was there with my girlfriend, who uses an electric wheelchair. The staff at this restaurant took great care of her getting to a table without any problems. She was even allowed to choose the table she liked best. We were asked again and again if everything was okay or if we still had any wishes. We have never been treated as well in a restaurant as we were here. The food was also excellent. We sat in the summer garden at the back and the ambience was wonderful. It was an unforgettable evening.

It was my first time eating there. My companion had a dog with him. Which was absolutely no problem. Got food today on September 5th, very bad service. In the evening a young woman with brown hair gave us the food we ordered. Not recommended

It's rare to be able to enjoy such good, fresh food... on top of that, a very friendly service staff. It's a shame that you can only give it 5*. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice restaurant, great atmosphere. The food was excellent, especially the mango salad. But the sushi and spring rolls were also very tasty. My curry only came with a very small bowl of rice. A second bowl costs extra. The service is a bit inattentive. But the food deserves the 5 stars.

We were regular guests for years, but despite rising prices, the quality has decreased so much that it's really no longer okay! That's it now.

Dimsum were good. Sushi not rolled properly, some fell apart, but tasted good. Soy sauce was missing. The tom kha, coconut milk soup, was so oversalted. And you couldn't taste any coconut milk in the soup, it didn't even smell like coconut milk. The soup was also missing ingredients that were listed in the menu.

I've been to the Cocoon several times, but it's getting worse and worse. The food tasted good, but for me my peanut chicken had nothing to do with peanuts. We waited 25 minutes for the drinks, then a whole 50 minutes for the food, and then another 20 minutes to cash in. Two waiters for inside and outside, which is absolutely not enough. So in the future it would be better to use other alternatives.

This is one of the best restaurants you can visit in Ingolstadt. Noodles and sushi taste great. Prices are of course a bit high but great for eating there and taking away

We went to the Cocoon for the first time today. We ate the udon noodles with duck and the sushi plate. Both portions were very plentiful and tasted A1. Our service was very friendly. We would come again.

We recommend! We had salmon with rice and vegetables as well as a salmon sushi set: both were excellent and the ingredients were high quality, fresh and everything was very well prepared. We were also asked what level of doneness we wanted the salmon to be. Portion sizes were optimal and very filling. We were particularly impressed by the quantity and quality of the salmon in both dishes. In addition, the service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very modern and cozy at the same time with great attention to detail and a knack for design. Price-performance ratio is right here. Definitely worth a visit!
