Softinis in Berlin

If you're at Alex and you're looking forward to the ice cream in the evening (8 p.m.) and the shop is closed and it's probably open until 11 p.m., then that's shitty

You can do it. For the not very small thaler you get a good portion of soft ice cream on your fist. But could use more sauce.

It's soft, it's ice, it's cream, it's about the right size. It's berlin, it's pricey, but hey, it's quite yum and the texture is neither milky water nor chemical paste. As far as my vast soft ice experience goes, it goes well here.

No seats! Friendliness was ok, it can definitely be better!! Ice cream doesn't taste good, it's running down! Too watery! Pants messed up!!!!!!!

A small soft ice cream parlor with nice creations. There are licorice sprinkles or Smurf blue ice cream with sprinkles. The service is very nice and patient with undecided children. Unfortunately, the central location is also reflected in the prices.

The soft ice cream with caramel was so delicious, definitely one of the best sides in a long time. The caramel sauce was incredible and the coconut ice cream was also perfect, but the caramel ice cream was an 11 out of 10!

It doesn’t work, it doesn’t taste like milk, and it’s expensive, so I’m reluctant to buy it!

We came to Berlin especially to eat, among other things, the delicious soft ice cream at Softinis. Once with caramel, once with Smurf. The next day, once with strawberry sauce and once with chocolate sauce after I was skating on the Tempelhofer Feld. There's hardly any soft ice cream anymore. So if you want to bring back some memories of the past - transported into modern times - with toppings lovingly applied by hand, this is the right place for you. The ice cream has always appealed to our taste and we love it! The price is reasonable and the bag is full too. In a fast food restaurant, however, only the edge is "painted" according to all the rules of the art and there is a huge air chamber in the middle. That doesn't happen with the Softinis. You can also tell by the weight. Well, the waitresses are not only incredibly pretty, but also super friendly. I was even allowed to film the decorating with chocolate sauce.

I really enjoyed the soft ice cream, better than some others. But I think it's too much for the small one at €3.70 (without sprinkles).

Disappointing, flavourless ice cream. The topping was okay but gone in a few licks and then you’re left with boring tasteless cream. Also very overpriced for what it is :(

I would prefer large portions, almost too big, smaller and a little cheaper. 40 cents extra for (though it probably wasn't that far away) 5ml tubes of strawberry sauce was just over the top. Soft ice cream very “vannilike”, didn’t quite suit my taste.

A large portion and good taste for Alexanderplatz, it's definitely a place worth visiting if you want ice cream.

Worst “soft ICE” I’ve ever eaten. Cheap “cream” liquid ice cream with a type of sprinkles of your choice for €4.50. Yes, exactly, the topping is always just a kind of sprinkle. It doesn't matter if it's licorice or "smurf" which is just blue sprinkles that taste like bubble gum. Look at the photos of me as the ice falls apart. I threw away more than half. Absolute waste of money!

Delicious ice cream, although not cheap. But in my opinion it's an absolute hygienic no-go to touch the ice cream cone with the same hand that is used to hand out the cash. Gloves are absolutely necessary or two people: one collects and the other prepares the ice. Otherwise it will be disgusting.

Super nice staff and great soft ice cream. If you like licorice, I can only recommend the corresponding sprinkles. As soon as you have eaten the sprinkles, you can expect a very tasty soft ice cream with vanilla flavor, which is very close to original GDR soft ice cream.

Nice staff and delicious soft ice cream. What I unfortunately found to be a shame was that my ice cream cone was very fragile and broke after about 2 minutes and I unfortunately dropped the ice cream :( Nevertheless, I can only recommend the shop :)

Had the Smurf ice cream. It's just vanilla soft ice cream with blue sprinkles. It tasted good at first, but after the sprinkles were gone it didn't taste like anything.

For the first time in my life I threw away a soft serve ice cream. It tasted kind of chemical. Even the chocolate sauce couldn't save it. My companions felt the same way.

Nice little shop, the employees are very nice and open-minded. It also puts you in a good mood straight away! :) The soft ice cream is very tasty, the prices are reasonable for the location and the different sizes as well as the great toppings.

Unfriendly, curt staff. Perhaps suffering from the heat? Ice cream tasted great according to the children. Price-quality ratio is okay, after all, you are in a prime location in Berlin.

The soft ice cream was ok, wasn't bad but wasn't super tasty either. The service was excellent, but unfortunately I expected a little more from the ice cream.

When I'm at Alexanderplatz I always go with my family. The ice cream is super delicious, the service is super friendly, especially child-friendly. My daughter sees the store from afar and runs off immediately… I can only recommend it ☺️

There is probably the world's best soft ice cream here. Definitely try it out. But be careful, there is a risk of addiction! 😉

The ice cream has base of vanilla and it is delicious. The varieties are nice. The location is very central but there is no sitting and you have to walk while eating or find a spot in the area on the opposite side while taking a look at the fountains and Fernsehturm. Recommended for ice cream lovers for the vanilla cream taste with toppings.

Maybe this rating is more “nostalgia-based” for me, as it reminds me of my childhood ice cream a lot. It’s simple and overpriced, but as I said, tastes really good in my opinion. It’s something I’m always craving in the very rare and limited summer days in Berlin.

Softinis is a pleasant ice cream shop in Alexanderplatz. They offer a good selection of flavors and the ice cream tastes delicious. The staff is friendly and provides decent service. While I enjoyed my visit, there were a few minor areas for improvement maybe newer machines which include the flavors within the ice cream instead of manually drizzling the syrup on top. Overall, Softinis is a solid choice for a sweet fast treat.

What they serve is not bad, but it's not really soft ice.

Kocham jeść lody. Tutaj wrażenie robią dodatki. Ja lubię lody i ich smak, a nie dodatki, więc mogę wypowiedzieć się na temat lodów. Przykro mi, ale to bardzo wodnista masa z dużą ilością cukru, nie dała mi przyjemności, której oczekiwałam. Lody może i zimne, otwarte późno w nocy, ale wodniste i bez smaku. Więcej tu nie wróciłam

schmeckt wie normale vanille Eis was relativ cremig ist mit ein topping wie z.B. krokant streusel oder Schokosoße. Hat für mich aber wenig mit softeis zu tun wie vor 25-30jahren wo man verschiedene Eis Sorten Geschmäcker zur auswahl hatte wie blaubeere, Kirsche, schoko usw. und das Eis wirklich Soft war. Dazu 4.50€ für eine Portion in waffel oder Becher die einer sehr großen kugel vom "Italiener" von nebenan gleicht. Versteht mich nicht falsch, das Eis ist nicht schlecht und Ich bezahle auch gerne mal 8-12€ für ein richtig guten Eisbecher, aber dass was man hier "to go" für 4,50€ bekommt, ist es einfach nicht wert! weder vom Geschmack noch von der Größe, siehe bild.. eisbecjer nach 1minute leer *lach,.. trotzdem 3*** für die freundliche Verkäuferin und den schönen Auffälligen Eingang, was mich angelockt hatte.

Vorab: Weil das Eis so lecker und voller Marshmallows war, habe ich erst nach 2/3 Eis ein Foto machen können. 😂 Unfassbar schneller Service! Preis-Leistung stimmt definitiv. Geschmacklich ist das Softeis erste Sahne: etwas fester, nicht zu süß, leichte Vanillenote. Große Auswahl an mitunter sehr besonderen Toppings. Die Waffel ist der Hammer: knusprig, frisch und super lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das schmeckt wie dänisches Softeis! Ich hatte die Haselnuss-Krokant-Streusel und fand es sehr lecker! Die Waffel hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich glaube, ich muss da morgen nach der Arbeit nochmal hin.😄

Per Zufall auf dem Heimweg entdeckt. Ganz wunderbarer toller Laden mit einer tollen, feinen Auswahl an Softeis und freundlicher Bedienung. Das Beste ist natürlich der Geschmack. Die Entscheidung fällt nicht einfach bei den Toppings. Wir haben uns auf 5 Sorten beschränkt - durchweg ein Genuß! Klare Empfehlung.
