Unfortunately, this place thrives solely on its ambiance. The service is entirely amateurish, and while they attempt to respond in pseudo-English, they understand neither German nor English. The food consists of cheap fries, and the homemade cheese dip can probably be called homemade, as they mix warmed-up cheddar from a wholesaler with Gruyère cheese. Warning: When the fries run out, the portions get smaller. The unreasonably high price remains. So you should bring food and drinks with you and linger in the neighboring Gleisdreieck Park...

The food exceeded my expectations. The vegetarian 'sides' were especially inventive and tasty. Considering the place was packed for dinner and the Beergarten was full for the EC match almost everything went smoothly.

Sin embargo, en varios momentos su voz fue amortiguada por el ruido de la calle, el resto, incluso otras mesas que asistían al recorrido. Deben tener micrófono y altavoz. Respecto a la degustación de las diferentes cervezas, los "platos" que las acompañaban eran ridículamente pequeños, quiero decir, eran meras cápsulas de plástico con menos de una cuchara de té! Puedes cobrar un poco más y dar una porción decente, gracias.

Visitamos la Brewhouse de BRLO después de ver el lugar anunciado cuando buscamos un lugar para comer en nuestro viaje. Reservamos, y es muy recomendable hacerlo ya que el lugar estaba lleno. Platos principalmente vegetarianos pero muy muy sabrosos y el personal era increíblemente atento. Incluso si usted visitó aquí solo por bebidas que tendría un tiempo fantástico! Gran ambiente y un ambiente frío con el personal que realmente se preocupa! Volveremos a visitar! Gracias BRLO!

TL;DR - beer and snacks are fantastic, service is really bad. We came in with no reservation and wanted to sit inside if possible. They gave us a table, we wanted to order a tasting set with food pairing. The waitress told us to leave since those tables are for people who order food. We had to have to move to the bar tables. The whole place is nearly empty at that point. Not too pleasant but ok. We moved to another table. They told us there is no table service here and we should order at the bar ourselves - fine. We come to the bar to order - the bar guy tells us several times that we have to go through his colleague and get seated first. We tried to explain multiple times that we already have a table and we already went through his colleague, it was not an easy conversation. Again, kinda killing the mood completely at this point. Finally the guy was like alright fine. We order a tasting set with cheese pairing. The waitress told us we can’t choose the beers since “otherwise it will just be cheese and beer with no pairing”. Ok ok something fancy incoming so we take the standard set with “proper” pairing. What they bring us is a set of beers and a board with cheese that is not numbered in any way and the waitress won’t help. So 3 interactions in total that killed all the mood, it seems like there is 1 way to do things right here and a 1000 of doing things wrong and no one can explain how it’s supposed to work. But again, snacks were really nice and beers as well, it’s just the service that’s lacking.

Unfortunately, the new food concept didn't convince me. We wanted to enjoy beer and have a snack. The concept is that you should eat from the menu at the top, which is relatively small and expensive. Unfortunately, this was not explained to us upon arrival. According to the waitress, there is no possibility of purchasing fries or similar in the brewery, but only outside in the beer garden. In the end there was a long back and forth, but the waiters were always polite and tried to help as much as they could. Otherwise, you should first think about what you would like. Personally, I only go to the beer garden at most. However, I prefer other breweries in Berlin. Unfortunately, the back and forth created an un-relaxed atmosphere.

Ideal for (large) groups. We sat outside, which was rather simply furnished. There was self-service and the order was still mixed up, that can happen ;-) We didn't have any food, so I can't judge that. The variety of beers was great and everyone was very happy with their choice.

Amazing experience and great service, beer and food. I can highly recommend this place for groups and families. Situated on the middle of a park you have access to both playgrounds and the brewery.

Located right by park "gleisdreieck" this is a modern beer Garten in a central location. It offer a modern atmosphere and shady as well as sunnt spots outside. There is no table service, though. You either stand in line, or pre oder for pick up at the counter via a QR code. The beer tastes great and and the food is decent.

Very refreshing tour with Jörg, the brewing processes were explained clearly and the tasting was of course an absolute highlight, every beer was extremely tasty and I'm happy to try it out!

Our visit to the BRLO brewery was a complete success. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, with a stylish mix of industrial design and urban cosiness. The beer selection was excellent - from classic varieties to creative craft beers, there is something for every taste. The food was also great: fresh, refined and perfectly matched to the beer selection. However, what made our visit special was the service. Waiter Yousuf was extremely friendly, attentive and competent. Despite the busy house, he took time to make recommendations, was always present and created a relaxed atmosphere with his charming manner. Service like this makes all the difference – thank you, Yousuf! We will definitely be back and can recommend BRLO to anyone who appreciates good beer, delicious food and excellent service.

Das Bier hat sehr gut geschmeckt, wir haben mehrere Sorten ausprobiert. Problem war leider nur das Essen im Restaurant, Das Konzept, Gemüse in den Vordergrund zu stellen ist ja nicht schlecht. Aber wenn man kein Fleisch kann, sollte man es auch nicht anbieten. Sowohl die Schweinebäckchen als auch die Schweinerippchen waren nicht zart, sondern eher von der Sorte Steinbeisser. Hauptproblem ist jedoch, dass sowohl das Gemüse als auch das Fleisch lauwarm bis kalt serviert wurde. Und insgesamt wurde dafür für ein ordentlicher Preis verlangt. Daher Tip von uns, liebe Leute, geht da nur Bier trinken!!!

You should urgently go somewhere else. Despite reservations, there was not enough space and unreasonable behavior on the part of the staff. As a guest you are just a nuisance and the beer is not worth its name.

A great place for craft beer in Berlin. I went on Easter Monday and the restaurant/inside was closed. Only the courtyard was open. You could order around 5-7 beers on tap and fries were available as well. I’m sure if you went on a non holiday more would be open. I enjoyed my experience at BRLO despite the limited offerings.

The beer range is what you can expect from any brewery, nothing special and particularly extraordinary. They are all good and standard. The food and service, in the restaurant, are disappointing. The food lacks taste overall and the portions are a bit small for the price you pay, which is on the higher end. The service is very slow and poor. We asked for water 4 times and got just once, for example. I really enjoy the beer garden and the outdoor atmosphere but the restaurant is an underwhelming experience 😕

Very slow... almost 30 minutes waiting time for two portions of fries. With three service staff working at the chip stand, that's exceptionally bad.

Nice bar where you can sit outside in the sun, especially when the weather is nice. There are many different types of beer that you can order, if there is a line outside, go inside (tip). We do not have children, but there is also room for families with children to play (sandbox). Metro station is around the corner, so easily accessible.

Beer is excellent. Food in the restaurant highly recommended as well. However outside in the beergarden it's totally different: service at the counters is extremely slow and food is aweful and pricey (at least as of early summer 2025: ultra dry foccacia; mushy french fries).

We've been waiting for our food for an hour and a half, the service is a complete disgrace. Never again.

Brought some colleagues to my former workplace, the BRWHOUSE, this week to enjoy the longer stretch in the evening. Nima gave us great service, which made everyone feel right at home. He did an exceptional job explaining all of the beer and cider on offer to my non beer nerd friends. This is a great place for team events and outdoor beers.

Nice beer garden. Unfortunately, poor service at the grill outside today. Two bratwursts take 45 minutes!!! (First 10 minutes when paying). Unfortunately there is no organization, the stand is left to the overwhelmed assistants. Nothing to be seen from management. Definitely needs to improve before peak season. Given the prices (a small bratwurst on the hand €5) I think you can expect that. Unfortunately the rolls were cold and untoasted.

An incredible bad smell starts from the moment you enter. It is impossible to even sit down, let alone eat. The smell of cooking meat and oil permeates the entire place. Also, if you just want to drink beer, you have to go and buy it yourself. So, if you want to spend 5-7 euros and drink self-service beer, go ahead. If you pay 7 Euros for beer in Berlin, go to the best places and at least you will get service.

We visited the BRLO Brwhouse on our arrival day, a Saturday. Despite the full outdoor dining area, we preferred a seat at the bar inside as it was quite cool at the end of February. Despite the container construction, the BRLO Brwhouse offers rustic charm. The selection of freshly tapped BRLO beer is great, we chose two small beers and a tasting board. This gives you a good overview of the great beer. When I'm in Berlin again I'll definitely try the food here - a look at the plates in front of us in the dining area gave us a little pleasure!

We are currently sitting in the beer garden. We'd really like a beer. Unfortunately the app for ordering drinks doesn't work, so there is no service and the queue at the bar is 50m long. The speakers have loose contact. We got in line and it took 30 minutes to get there. It couldn't be organized any worse... if you offer such a large outdoor area you should be able to operate it. Update: after a while someone from the brewery came around with a beer crate and sold bottled beer. That was ok. Please adjust the rating based on the answer. The location itself was very cool.

To drink a few delicious crafts, wonderful location and great service. I just can't go along with the food concept and the prices. We had “Once Everything” for €250. And yes, most of it is just vegetables and 1x of meat. If you're hungry, 5-6 people won't be satisfied. So, eat something beforehand and then enjoy the delicious beers at BRLO. Maybe a real brewery concept will be implemented when it comes to food. Will we come back, yes, but definitely only for beer.

Amazing diner with 25 friends for my wife's Bday last weekend, food experience was great (and we are very hard to please!), vegetables are really taken seriously, smoked meat is awesome! But most of all, special attention to the best staff ever with JEANNE showing wonderful dedicated energy to our team all night THANK YOU !! Was there for dinner with a friend. The concept: you order a basic vegetarian menu, meat is only available as a side dish. Conscious meat consumption, I understand, I'm on board. The basic vegetarian menu costs €25. A medium-sized meat side dish, such as ribs, costs €28. That's €53 per person for average food in a brewery. This is too much. Service friendly. Volume okay. But with 3 beers each of us left €80. That's just not clear. Was my last visit. Also interesting: Brlo had my last review deleted because of “defamation”. Of course, you can also get a good overall rating.

Service and organisation is aweful. Food is great if you receive it. Some beers are just strange others are really tasty. The Atmosphere depends a bit where you are seated. For my taste too loud.

Good beers, the food was very tasty, special flavors and nice that vegetables are the main part. Friendly staff. Reservations are recommended, because it is quite busy (weekends).

Since we didn't want to order anything to eat, we were asked to leave the premises and stay outside in the tent when the outside temperature was 3 degrees, it could be better!
