The do make great beer in Germany

There is nothing to say about the taste of the beers and the food, they are extremely excellent, the prices are a little high, compared to Berlin, the main course is hot hors d'oeuvres and dessert, between 40-50 Euros. There are both self-service and areas where you can sit and order, and the waiters are very attentive, especially Mr. Seymen, I would like to thank him for his careful attention and care. He was very helpful in choosing the menu.

Food in Restaurant is ok but way to expensive and not for someone who is hungry, better eat before going there. Service was a bit slow and really paying attention, beer was good - it's regular beer.

There's almost nothing to say about BRLO's beer - just a great selection of always delicious craft beers. However, the menu in the Brewhouse was a pleasant surprise for us, as we had only ever known the beer garden. Thanks to the very friendly and competent advice of the service staff, we have put together a selection of delicious, vegetarian delicacies. The idea behind the menu is that all guests at a table can share all the dishes. So all the plates and bowls came at the same time. Without any unnecessary frills, all the dishes were very attractively presented and cleverly prepared and seasoned. While we were completely satisfied, I have to particularly highlight the cauliflower: it is simply brilliant. Large selection for vegetarians / vegans (the entire menu is at least vegetarian, some vegan; meat can be added separately - very pleasant for people who don't eat meat!). For the quality of the food, the beer and the service, it's almost a cheap price for a restaurant visit. Plus points also for the employees, who were all super friendly and in a good mood at work, the great ambience and the top selection of music (jazz, funk).

The waiters are kind and friendly. The food was beautifully presented and very delicious. The house beer is outstanding.

Nice place to have a beer. Plenty of options on tap and in bottle to enjoy depending on your preferences. Friendly service & good atmosphere, suitable for anyone really, plenty of families around as well as younger folks.

I don't understand the concept. You pay €5 for a very small bratwurst and get rock-hard bread from the day before yesterday. What's that supposed to mean?

Hey muppets.... if you're gonna be closed for a private event, maybe don't put that you have spots on your open table reservation available!!! Me and my friend were looking forward to eating only to get there and have this crap happen. This is a fail on running a restaurant 101. Its 9.30pm and we're hungry. Thats a bunch you absolute cnts.

It used to be better. We ordered takeout containers. The employees were very cumbersome in their work processes and uncoordinated. Even though there were only five people in front of us, it took an extremely long time. There was a lot of discussion within the employees. The food itself was okay

It's nice to sit outside, the beer is good, but unfortunately the food (outside) isn't, the watermelon salad and pulled chicken were very disappointing.

Der Biergarten lag ganz in der Nähe unseres Hotels und so sind wir halt mal hingegangen. Alles in allem trifft sich hier das woke Berlin. Man hört viel Englisch. Alles ist Bio, vegetarisch, vegan. Das Bier schmeckt allerdings gut und die Biowurst mit Kartoffelsalat auch nicht schlecht. Alles in allem eine Sache, die man machen kann.

Das Essen war super lecker und geschmacklich mal etwas ganz anderes. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Bieren, wo hoffentlich jeder etwas findet. Der Service war sehr freundlich!

Good beers and a "festival" atmosphere (you sit at tables and happen to share the place with other customers). The choice of beers on tap is also excellent and vast. I don't give an opinion on the service because it is basically self service (you order the drink or food, you wait and then you bring it to your table) in any case the beers were well drafted and the staff were quick to clean the empty tables

Ideal as a location for company celebrations. Especially with the brewery tour beforehand.

Unfortunately the worst & most disastrous food I've ever had in a self-service store! And my daughter also got food poisoning! Really not okay - vacation was gone...

Beautiful beer garden and great restaurant – the beer selection is great! You can freely choose a spot in the beer garden, and the beer can be easily ordered online and picked up. Eating is also possible in the beer garden, but only to a limited extent. If you want to dine properly in the restaurant, you should definitely make a reservation in advance. The beer garden is always well attended on weekends. Otherwise a great atmosphere!

For dinner there is a bad bratwurst with inedible cardboard bread (5€) or either completely overpriced melon salad or corn on the cob or ditto macaroni and cheese. Point. Off the mouse.

Good beer and good food, when you see the menu it's a bit strange at first but all in all you get a lot of good things, not exactly cheap but the quality and quantity are quite good Also suitable for vegetarians, but also for people who like to eat meat, although there is nothing with beef

Nice location, interesting beers and solid food. But unfortunately it's quite expensive and when it's really full the service staff are often a little overwhelmed. But you can definitely do it!

The brewery tour with NILS was very informative. He answered every question in detail. I already knew that the beer tasted good. :O) But turning the final tasting into a little food pairing was really great. The beer garden and restaurant are also cozy. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Berlin!

Very interesting craft beers, especially IPA, even though I am a Hazy Ipa fan. Truly unique. We were on a brewery tour. Very professional Mr. Nils, great service. BUT Very much! I do not recommend the restaurant part. Terrible, arrogant service, very unpleasant atmosphere. The waiter (slim) with dark hair and stubble was very unpleasant!

Such an amazing place, but completely overrun by wasps this summer. My kids ended up carrying their food and walking while they ate to try to avoid the swarms. I see they recently implemented some traps - I hope they work and make it a chill place again! Because it was hard to relax while getting swarmed by wasps. If you must go, I’d only get drinks for now.

The home-brewed light beer on tap wasn't bad. The beer garden with its hop trees for shade is quite cozy, considering that the beer garden is run rather improvised on a wasteland. Annoying that self-service always asks for a tip. (Hello, I serve myself, so I get the tip too. We're not in the US). It's annoying that you're addressed in English as a matter of course. In terms of style, everything that the left-green Kreuzberg has to offer in terms of clichés is consistently served. From the audience: international tourists and IT people in their 30s.

Great selection of BRLO classics that you can get by the pint. Or if you’re into something fresher, they serve a variety of ciders and a lemonade beer (which is a Berlin classic). The traditional weizen was the best I had in Berlin, highly recommend. The beer garden itself is nice and roomy with plenty of options to sit both in the sun and shade. Make sure to get some pickles at the bar while you’re here!

Nils was a great explainer and delicious samples. It was great! Simply great.

I was very frustrated with their new tipping experience. Their credit card machine doesnt offer no Tipp per se...you have to manually circle it. Why am I forced to give a tipp? These people have normal salaries and are not dependent on my donations.

We had reserved a table for Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at 7 p.m., which was also confirmed (see photo). When we showed up at the Brwhouse around 6:50 p.m., employee M. told us that she no longer had a table in the restaurant and that we should please go to the beer garden. At this point the restaurant was only at most 50% occupied. I didn't want to go to the beer garden: The last time we sat in the beer garden, the table was covered in food leftovers from the previous person and there was bird droppings on the table and bench. In addition, the weather forecast called for rain in 1 hour. I asked the lady that we would like to wait at the bar with a glass of beer until a table became available or a guest canceled the reservation. Ms. M. didn’t want this either. Then I asked Ms. M. to write down her name on the back of a beer mat. So I know who I spoke to. She wrote me her name on a "neutral" piece of paper. Why? At 7:32 p.m. we received a cancellation for our table that we had reserved for 7 p.m. "A rogue who thinks evil."

Food from the grill is catastrophically bad and far too expensive for this service!!!

Great place, amazing spot to get beer or two on a sunny day. Love that they have a vending machine on the outside as well for a Wegbier. Amazing food. Would really like it if the card machines weren’t configured to take American style tips though.

I don't want to be forced to tip and be forced to endure this imported sad american culture. I am the one having to go to the counter, order, and pick it up myself. There is no actual table service involved.. Do I have to tip the bartender for pouring a beer in the glass? I'm surprised that you even accept credit cards, for germany that's really something, but why are you making a fool of yourself asking for these tips. We tip when you earn it!

I worked as a runner in this restaurant for 3 months, and it was a terrible experience, mainly because of the team. My first shift wasn't counted for a long time by manager Joline, and only after I left did HR help me get paid for that shift. The management skills of managers Joline and Tom left much to be desired. There was an unpleasant situation with Tom: I needed to bring two bottles of water, one sparkling and one still, to a two-person table. I did this, but then I received a rude remark from Tom, who insisted that two bottles are never ordered for a two-person table. It turned out that the mistake was actually on the bartender's side, who placed the order, but I was the one who received the rude reprimand. Tom's remark was not only rude but also inappropriate, as later on, guests did indeed order two bottles of water for a two-person table. Yes, at that time my English was only good enough for understanding, and I had some difficulties responding and pointing out the unfairness. Now I can express my dissatisfaction with these incidents. I have highlighted only the most egregious ones.

Service was very rude and not professional. Unfortunately my white wine spritzer was wasted, but the service was hardly interested. The mood and atmosphere was much better in the beer garden next door!

We took a guided tour with Massimo who was really great, friendly and engaging. The environment is relaxing and convivial, excellent beers! I recommend the tour where it is explained how beer is produced in Germany and the correct food is also recommended to enhance and accompany the various beers that are tasted. Following there is a garden where you can continue drinking and eating. Experience to repeat!

The beer tour by Massimo was great! I learned a lot of stuff! I highly recommend to do so to better understand (and appreciate) beer and the process and even prices!

Mac and cheese was pretty much the worst thing I've ever eaten. The staff at the food counter wasn't really friendly. Beer was tasty but €5.70 is bottomless.

Went for the beer but the food was the highlight. Ate in the garden restaurant twice during our trip. Savory carrot cake, cauliflower, saag paneer all amazing! Service was great, Amal looked after us during the first visit and him and colleagues were always quick and attentive if you needed anything.

Food - sorry, very unloving. How can you go wrong with macaroni and cheese? Everything! Sandwich was also inedible. Take the pickles, you can't go wrong there.

Expensive place. We ate ribs and beer here. The beer wasn't very good. The ribs are quite tasty, but expensive. It’s unlikely that I would come back here again, there are better places. Although the atmosphere around is not bad, the aromas are almost always enticing, and the decoration around is also not bad. A big plus is that it is located near a park. There is an area with a sandbox for children.

The mixed platter with everything was very good! The staff was very professional and gave tips on how to prepare the leftovers at home. Definitely worth a visit! Leo is absolutely awesome!!!1

Got violent food poisoning for 4 days from their grill, the man barbecuing was using the same tongs for raw chicken and cooked chicken. Should’ve realised and known better after seeing that.

Food, beers, venue, service, atmosphere, all stunning. Probably one of the best taprooms I’ve been to in the world. Something for everyone, kids and adults.

Even though we were consuming and ordering food and drinks from BRLO, our friend was prohibited to eat her PICKLES on the table just because she bought it in another place. She was also consuming on BRLO, she just wanted to also get a pickle... which BRLO did not have any to sell... Also, we were celebrating a friend's birthday and we brought him a birthday cake. WE HAD TO PAY 25 EUROS TO EAT OUR OWN CAKE! That's ridiculous!!! Never going back!

I used to love this place. great spot. But the last few times I have been disappointed. Today it took 50 minutes to get food (mac & cheese) outside in the beergarden. And the food was really nothing special. Also not much selection for vegetarians.
