A strange food concept, coupled with rather unfriendly service. Instead of trying to act like a pseudo-hipster, they should offer the basics in good quality and at reasonable prices. What's left is a typical tourist rip-off.

Not a typical brewery, more fashionable inside, price-wise rather higher end, but quality and service are suitable

Great to sit outside in summer! More vegetarian dishes in the beer garden would be great. I didn’t like the Mac N’ Cheese.

We visited the BRLO Brwhouse on our arrival day, a Saturday. Despite the full outdoor dining area, we preferred a seat at the bar inside as it was quite cool at the end of February. Despite the container construction, the BRLO Brwhouse offers rustic charm. The selection of freshly tapped BRLO beer is great, we chose two small beers and a tasting board. This gives you a good overview of the great beer. When I'm in Berlin again I'll definitely try the food here - a look at the plates in front of us in the dining area gave us a little pleasure!

A Biergarten with good beer and a modern look

We are currently sitting in the beer garden. We'd really like a beer. Unfortunately the app for ordering drinks doesn't work, so there is no service and the queue at the bar is 50m long. The speakers have loose contact. We got in line and it took 30 minutes to get there. It couldn't be organized any worse... if you offer such a large outdoor area you should be able to operate it. Update: after a while someone from the brewery came around with a beer crate and sold bottled beer. That was ok. Please adjust the rating based on the answer. The location itself was very cool.

To drink a few delicious crafts, wonderful location and great service. I just can't go along with the food concept and the prices. We had “Once Everything” for €250. And yes, most of it is just vegetables and 1x of meat. If you're hungry, 5-6 people won't be satisfied. So, eat something beforehand and then enjoy the delicious beers at BRLO. Maybe a real brewery concept will be implemented when it comes to food. Will we come back, yes, but definitely only for beer.

Was there for dinner with a friend. The concept: you order a basic vegetarian menu, meat is only available as a side dish. Conscious meat consumption, I understand, I'm on board. The basic vegetarian menu costs €25. A medium-sized meat side dish, such as ribs, costs €28. That's €53 per person for average food in a brewery. This is too much. Service friendly. Volume okay. But with 3 beers each of us left €80. That's just not clear. Was my last visit. Also interesting: Brlo had my last review deleted because of “defamation”. Of course, you can also get a good overall rating.

Amazing diner with 25 friends for my wife's Bday last weekend, food experience was great (and we are very hard to please!), vegetables are really taken seriously, smoked meat is awesome! But most of all, special attention to the best staff ever with JEANNE showing wonderful dedicated energy to our team all night THANK YOU !! Bored waitresses who mainly focus on themselves. I would have given the beer 5 stars, but that wasn't asked. Leftist ideology is being thrown around your ears at every turn. What's that supposed to mean? Go woke, go broke!

Service and organisation is aweful. Food is great if you receive it. Some beers are just strange others are really tasty. The Atmosphere depends a bit where you are seated. For my taste too loud.

Since we didn't want to order anything to eat, we were asked to leave the premises and stay outside in the tent when the outside temperature was 3 degrees, it could be better!

The brewery of the future. Where others rely on a traditional ambience, style and good vibes prevail here. At the same time, you don't have to go without anything when it comes to beer. I haven't tested all of the 16 (!) taps, but so far everything has convinced me.

A great restaurant with its own brewery. Fresh beer and delicious snacks, especially in summer and outdoors... A wonderful combination. I highly recommend it, a must-see for anyone visiting Berlin :)

Great restaurant with excellent service! Josef and Simone as waiters in particular gave us a great evening - very friendly and attentive. The food was good overall, although still lacking in some areas, but definitely tasty and fresh. An absolute highlight was the great beer! All in all, a recommendable address for a cozy evening. I'd love to come back!

I visited BRLO brew house for the first time this week and had a great time. Josh was a very helpful bartender and provided a fantastic experience. Would recommend a visit, the beer was amazing

There were two of us and we had a very nice evening! The tables are a bit small, but that makes it feel very informal and you can talk to the guests at the tables next to you. I can highly recommend the beer tasting with food pairing. We had a very nice waiter (Yusuf) who gave us a few more Berlin gastronomy tips.

Very different food and very friendly staff. Good advice on beer.

The food is on the expensive side, and the portions may not be ideal if you're particularly hungry. The service could use some improvement, as the waitstaff seemed a bit uncoordinated, resulting in longer wait times.

Tayrin and Yousef were our very nice waiters. We had dinner on a weekday and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. I loved the Baltic beers and the ribs.

Nice location (indoor and outdoor). The beers tasted good so far, although “the light one” took some getting used to. The food looked appealing, but was very expensive. We were with 4 people. 2 people shared an "S-dish" (shared plate concept) because we had already eaten a little something somewhere else shortly before. 1x vegetables, 1x side dish, 1x sauce/dressing on top = €25 + extra side dish €4. There was, among other things, cauliflower, lentils and red cabbage salsa. Meat is also available, but at an additional cost of around €15. Meat does not fall into the normal “concept”, which is purely vegetarian/vegan. There is simply a lack of small, cheap snacks + cheap food, which is usually available in a brewery. This can definitely be interpreted in a more modern way. Your chefs will definitely come up with something.

I had dinner here with my mom, the service, food, and atmosphere was all great! Special mention to our host Nima, who was very attentive and made us feel extra welcome. Would recommend to try out their alcohol free beer as well!

Booked a tour through get your guide and it ran late no explanation given which meant I had to rebook my dinner at a nearby restaurant . Once we got going was really good and informative our tour guide was ace . Favourite beer was probably the grape fruit .Cant rate food didn’t try anything

Thanks to Lio and Yousef. Both were very attentive and quick. The staff is extremely well trained in product knowledge and service. We always felt very well looked after. Both gave us a very pleasant evening. We (Berliners) would love to come back. The food is exceptionally good because it is different from what you usually get in breweries. We visited this brewery twice in one very cold day, only to find it closed both times. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clear from their website or any signage that they would be closed, which was quite disappointing. A bit more clarity about opening hours would go a long way in avoiding frustration for visitors. The place looked dark and abandoned from the outside, sadly we didn’t get a chance to try it.

We made reservations for 4:15 p.m. When we arrived it suddenly said that the kitchen was on break. When we asked when we would get our food, we were told "depending on what you order, at the earliest at 5:40 p.m. - 5:50 p.m." So a special meal would have come even later. But since we had to leave at 6:15 p.m., we left the restaurant again. Very bad service.

We were here for New Year's Eve. It's probably one of the few places in Berlin where you can get a full vegetarian multi-course meal with a matching beer pairing. Really very good. The staff was also great, we particularly noticed Antonio. Gladly again!

You can do it if you love beer. Neither more nor less. Strange concept, difficult to find entrance and they don't have much of a thing for meat

With adult son and daughter, we had a fabulous visit to BRLO on 29/12, meeting up with a friend of theirs who lives in Berlin, but didn't know about you! We curled. Oh yes, we curled. SUCH FUN, even if I was pretty inept. As a cider drinker, I really enjoyed yours, but your superb vegetarian food made it a destination in itself. Plus ALL the staff, every one of them with whom we dealt, were extremely charming, helpful and delightfully accepting of our non-existent German. When I'm next in Berlin, I shall return. Thank you. RATING FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE: Beer is good, great selection, everything is clean and nice employees. But: The atmosphere here is like a funeral feast. Absolutely lame, boring music, the food is totally boring, super boring...

Wir haben zu 16.15 Uhr reserviert. Als wir ankamen hieß es plötzlich, dass die Küche jetzt Pause hat. Auf die Frage wann wir denn unser Essen bekommen würden, wurde gesagt "Je nachdem was ihr bestellt, frühestens um 17.40 -17.50 Uhr". Also wäre ein spezielles Essen noch später gekommen. Da wir aber um 18.15 Uhr wieder los mussten, haben wir das Lokal wieder verlassen. Sehr schlechter Service.

Pretty cool place, wonderful selection of beers. But.....it's a restaurant with a brewery and bar rather than a brewery and bar with a restaurant. Minimal inside space for non eaters. I'm sure this is no issue in the summer but in December it's not perfect. Also couldn't order the beer sampler set if we were sat outside. Given there was no room inside that kinda defeated the purpose of our visit.

From the U-bahn (Gleisdreieck) it was quite a search for the front door of BRLO. We were only allowed to sit on the outside edge of the room. This is because we did not come to eat. Tasting of 5 beers taken. Not the standard. We had already discovered this in the supermarket. Neatly indicate on the card which one we ordered. Surprising flavors. On the advice of the staff, DO NOT take the food pairing.

Um 22.00 wurde uns unaufgefordert die Rechnung vorgelegt mit dem Hinweis, an Tischen, an denen nur noch Getränke verzehrt werden, werde nicht mehr bedient. Wir müssten uns die Getränke selber an der Bar abholen. Begründung: Die Mitarbeiterin sei seit 12 Stunden im Einsatz. Ich habe der Mitarbeiterin dann erklärt, dass solche Arbeitszeiten vermutlich nicht legal seien und sie dies mit ihrem Chef besprechen sollte. Die Mitarbeiterin sprach übrigens nur englisch mit uns. Bei den recht sportlichen Getränkepreisen ist Selbstbedienung eine unerhörte Zumutung. Ich kann das Restaurant nicht empfehlen und werde es auch gewiss nicht mehr besuchen.

2nd time I’ve been here on visits to Berlin. Fabulous venue with a great selection of beers and amazing food! The menu is limited and focussed on the vegetarian dishes but meat dishes are available and it’s all sharing which I really enjoy but might not be everyone’s fancy. Staff are so friendly and made the trip really special.

Hatten einen Tisch um 20:15 reserviert. 1h Anfahrt um dann gesagt zu bekommen, dass die Küche schon geschlossen hat… Außer ein “Entschuldigung dafür” kam nichts und wir durften das Restaurant wieder verlassen. Personal wirkte komplett überfordert.

Went there on my last day in Berlin. I literally changed my train ticket to go there and it was totally worth it. Great food, even better beer. Really recommend the smoked ribs. The atmosphere is chill and vibrant, just like any great beer garden. There was even a tract for a game that looks like ice curling but obviously not played on ice. And for the beer, I ordered 2 tasting boards, which is what I recommend so you can try out all sorts of beer. I didn't like all 10 of them (not a big fan of ipa), but they are all very special. The berliner weisse is definitely one of the best weisse I have drunk in Berlin. Got a recommendation from a staff, Youseff. The Baltic Barrista is really one of the best dark beer I have ever drunk. It has a strong roasted aroma and the aftertaste lasts for a long time. Have a slightly malty but not too sweet or caramelized. It is definitely a must try if you come here. All in all a really great experience

DO NOT food pair with your beer. What a letdown that is 🤣. We laughed a lot at this pretentious way of serving. You pay €12 for 5 mini bowls with a drop of mango chutney, a drop of garlic sauce, a drop of apple sauce, a mini cracker with a dried tasteless mushroom on it and something else inexplicable. I still put this in my hollow molar. The rest of the food is also very salty and the pork belly had a crispy edge that you could cut glass with. Outside it looked cozy, but inside it is a dark techno bunker.
