Ich war absolut begeistert! Das Essen im Sofa Grillhaus ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker und hat mir hervorragend geschmeckt. Alles war frisch und perfekt zubereitet. ​Dazu kommt, dass das Personal super freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich ist. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und das fantastische Essen!

War das erste mal hier und war positiv überrascht. Hatte allerdings ein Schnitzel, meine Freundin Börek. War lecker, Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Theke: sah verführerisch aus, WC: super sauber, Terrasse: viele Schattenplätze. Werde sicher wiederkommen wenn ich mal wieder in Neckarsulm bin.

Sehr leckeres Essen und dazu unglaublich schnell serviert. Die gegrillten Spieße waren perfekt zubereitet und wirklich richtig gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundliche Dame vom Service – sie war außergewöhnlich nett, aufmerksam und freundlich und hat den Abend mit ihrer herzlichen Art nochmal deutlich aufgewertet. So ein Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Heute sollte es einmal fleischfrei sein. Salat, Gemüsecreme... später noch eine Schale Reis dazu... perfekt. Leider schmeckte der Ayran recht Salzfrei und glich eher einemKefir. Ansonsten war es heute der perfekte Abschluss meines Tages, merci an's freundliche Team, es war frisch und sehr lecker.

Wir waren gestern Abend zu acht im SOFRA Neckarsulm essen und waren sehr zufrieden. Obwohl wir eine größere Gruppe waren, haben wir schnell einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen kam überraschend schnell, die Portionen waren groß und geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut. Auch die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Besuch – klare Empfehlung.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen; es war köstlich. Ausgezeichneter Service. Leckeres Essen. Große Portionen. Heute hatte ich die leicht scharfe Variante. Oh, wie gut die mich aufgewärmt hat! Ich habe echten Ayran probiert; er ist sehr frisch und kalt und fließt direkt aus dem Hahn unter Glas. Es gibt dort auch Lula. Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter spricht Russisch. Ich wurde mit Baklava verwöhnt. Es hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Meine Bewertung: 100 von 10 Punkten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Hervorragende Außenterrasse.

Die Lammspieße enthielten sehr wenig Fleisch. Der Döner Kebab war gut. Die Bedienung war durchschnittlich.

Ich war bisher eigentlich regelmäßig Kunde in diesem Laden und fast jede Woche mit größeren Gesellschaften sowie zu Geschäftsessen dort. Umso enttäuschender war die heutige Erfahrung. Wir hatten unseren Toy-Pudel-Welpen dabei (ca. 800 Gramm schwer, siehe Bild) und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir deshalb nicht dort essen dürften, weil Hunde in so einem Laden „nicht halal“ seien. Wir haben erklärt, dass der Hund extrem klein ist, nicht haart und die ganze Zeit ruhig auf unserem Schoß geblieben wäre, ohne den Laden oder andere Gäste zu beeinträchtigen. Danach wurde argumentiert, das Gesundheitsamt würde das verbieten. Gleichzeitig hieß es aber, im Körbchen wäre der Hund erlaubt gewesen – nur auf dem Schoß nicht. Diese widersprüchlichen Aussagen wirken leider wenig nachvollziehbar. Insgesamt entstand eher der Eindruck, dass der Laden Angst vor Kontrollen hat. Das wirft für mich eher Fragen zur allgemeinen Hygiene und Organisation auf. Besonders schade ist der Umgang, wenn man eigentlich jahrelang treuer Stammkunde war und regelmäßig größere Gruppen und Geschäftsessen dorthin gebracht hat.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und auch der Service war super. Dementsprechend ist der Laden mit der Zeit auch sehr voll geworden. Die Preise sind recht hoch, aber dafür bekommt man auch etwas geboten.

Für das geld kann man gut essen,bedienung freundlich alles sauber und gut.

Wir waren am Wochenende im Sofra zum Abendessen – und sind wirklich begeistert! Das Essen war einfach unglaublich lecker: alles frisch zubereitet, perfekt gewürzt und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den selbstgemachten Ayran – richtig cremig und super erfrischend, so guten bekommt man selten! Wir hatten den Adana Kebab sowie den Lammspieß mit Reis und Salat – beides war auf den Punkt gegrillt, saftig und geschmacklich top. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolute Empfehlung! 👍

Alles war großartig, aber das Lahmacun war legendär.

habe eine pizza und einen dönerteller zum mitnehmen geholt und drum gebeten das der dönerteller erst wenn die pizza fertig ist gemacht wird damit es warm ist bis ich zuhause bin worauf ein jaja kam und der dönerteller trotzdem direkt gemacht wurde von dem fleisch was schon geschnitten lag als ich reinkam als ich darauf hingewiesen haben wollte er mir weiß machen dass das fleisch warm und gut ist und hat es dann wieder rausgetan wahrscheinlich für den nächsten kunden. Als er mir dann fleisch neu runter geschnitten hat war es von einem anderen spieß ich denke hackfleisch bis ich zuhause angekommen bin war der dönerteller kalt und das fleisch komplett trocken und nicht zu genießen da zahlt man 16€ für ein dönerteller und 13€ für eine pizza und wird so behadelt nicht mehr weiter zu empfehlen obwohl es damals mein lieblingsdöner war. Genauso wenig würde ich raten über uber eats bei denen zu bestellen da der fahrer nichtmal ein navi bedienen kann und meine zwei dönerteller in die entgegengesetzte richtung gefahren hat und 20 minuten später erst ankam 32€ futsch und essen komplett kalt und ungenießbar. eigentlich 0 sterne

Ob Yufka, Dönnerteller oder Pizza..: Einfach Peak. Wüsste nicht, wie man es besser machen sollte, deshalb maximale Bewertung. Keine Fehler unterlaufen beim Bestellen bisher. Nette und zügige Bedienung. Sehr schickes Ambiente. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Ich bin immer wieder gerne vor Ort und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen schmeckt jedes Mal fantastisch! egal welches Gericht ich bestelle. Alles ist sehr lecker, frisch zubereitet und voller Geschmack. Man merkt die gute Qualität und die konstante Leistung. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung, ich komme immer wieder gerne vorbei!

Ich hatte den Kebap-Teller. Dieser war geschmacklich sehr gut. Der Salat, der dabei war, war auch sehr lecker. Speziell hervorzuheben ist dabei das rote Kraut. Was mich etwas irritiert hatte, war, dass der Dönerteller mit der roten statt der standardmäßigen weißen Soße serviert wurde. Was jedoch diesen hervorragenden Eindruck zunichte gemacht hat, war der Preis. Der Dönerteller kostet hier stolze 16 €. Es handelt sich bei diesem Dönerladen zwar nicht um einen der klassischen Schnellimbisse, sondern eher um ein Grillhaus. Trotzdem gibt es, vor allem in der Heilbronner Innenstadt, inzwischen vergleichbare Restaurants, bei denen der Dönerteller häufig einen Preis von 13 € kostet.

Leckeres Essen, frische Salate und Mezze vor dem Hauptgericht. Das Essen kam schnell und war gut zubereitet. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Gerne wieder!

Ich war jahrelang Stammkunde bei Ihnen, aber nach dem heutigen Vorfall war dies definitiv mein letzter Besuch. Wegen einer minimalen Verspätung von 10 Minuten wurden wir von der Bedienung extrem herablassend und respektlos empfangen. Die Dame trat uns gegenüber völlig unangebracht von oben herab auf und hat uns vor anderen Gästen unverschämt gemaßregelt. Besonders beschämend: Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern und älteren Damen vor Ort. Dass man in einer solchen Konstellation so arrogant und respektlos angegangen wird, ist absolut inakzeptabel und menschlich enttäuschend. Ein derart unprofessionelles Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt.

9€ für einen Döner geht gar nicht. Schülerausweis wird nicht akzeptiert wenn man über 18 Jahre alt ist. Der Mann an der den Döner schneidet und gleichzeitig Kassiert hat war sehr unfreundlich (11:20uhr). Essen: Fleisch hat sehr viel Fett und Knorpelanteil. Brot ist sehr dünn und fällt auseinander. Nur der roten Krautsalat war sehr gut. Trotzdem 1 Stern

Der Iskender-Kebab war sehr schlecht. Der Adana-Kebab und das Lahmacun waren gut.

Möge Allah euch für eure Arbeit belohnen. Seit 2022 komme ich meistens mind. 1x die Woche und nehme mir etwas von euren köstlichen Gerichten mit. Möge Allah eure Arbeit und euer köstliches Essen segnen.

The soul food is exceptionally good, and so is the red sauce. The garlic sauce, however, is a complete disappointment in my opinion. It has absolutely no flavor, but thankfully there's the red sauce. All in all, an almost perfect visit.

We actually ended up here by chance – we originally wanted to go to another shop, but made a mistake and ended up here. In retrospect, it was truly a stroke of luck! As soon as you walk in, you notice: The shop is busy, the atmosphere is lively, and many of the customers seem to be regulars. I ordered a kebab with real meat – not pressed meat, but real, juicy grilled steak. The taste was incredibly good, the meat perfectly seasoned, the bread nice and crispy, and the sauces just right. Despite the crowds, the service was super friendly, fast, and attentive. You can tell they work with passion and focus on quality. The price is also absolutely fair for what you get. One of the best kebabs I've ever had—honestly, probably the best. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by again!

The Sofia Grillhaus is absolutely fantastic! The food is delicious and freshly prepared. The staff are very friendly and attentive; you immediately feel welcome. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. A truly great place for a cozy meal. I highly recommend it to everyone—you absolutely have to stop by!

The taste is good, but unfortunately, prices have increased significantly in recent months, and portions are smaller than before. The value for money is no longer good; you don't get full for a lot of money. As a long-time customer, that's a real shame.

It's a really lovely place, fresh and warm food, a wide variety of options on the menu, tea and dessert service, etc. The staff are friendly, it's clean and stylish, it's become my favorite. I highly recommend it if you ever find yourself in Heilbronn 🥰

Sofra Neckarsulm – Very Good Lahmacun and Friendly Service I visited Sofra in Neckarsulm a few days ago and ordered a lahmacun to go. While the ayran was being prepared, I was able to pour myself a glass of fresh ayran from the ayran fountain. It tasted really good – pleasantly salty, creamy, and not overly flavorful. I was particularly pleased that the employee behind the counter even offered me a free ayran. Since no lahmacun was ready at that time, my order was freshly prepared. This meant a slightly longer wait, but I didn't mind, as I received such a fresh product and could see how it was prepared. The lahmacun itself was delicious. The meat was well-seasoned, the filling was aromatic and balanced, and the sauce also went well with it. The bread was freshly baked and had a good consistency. For the quality I received, I found the price-performance ratio absolutely reasonable. The shop seemed clean and tidy, and the open kitchen is a nice addition, demonstrating transparency and craftsmanship. The employee was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer my questions. Overall, my visit to Sofra was a thoroughly positive experience. Anyone looking for good, freshly prepared lahmacun in Neckarsulm is definitely in good hands here.

I was so embarrassed in front of the guest I invited because the Adana kebab that was brought was overcooked on the outside and hard, raw and disgusting on the inside!

Broken kebab, endless waiting time and tastes like rotten meat

One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten. The meat was too salty, and the taste was okay. Hardly any side dishes. Bread was like it was yesterday.

I was there with family and we were served immediately and shown to our table. Very friendly staff, and the food came quickly. My doner kebab plate was also very tasty, except for the rice, which was a bit too hard! Otherwise, everything was great, especially the red cabbage salad on the plate!

I would never recommend it. Their pizzas are a complete disappointment.

I ordered three doner kebabs and one yufka to take away. All four were cold. The meat was also cold and gristly. Some of the meat was dry! The coleslaw was sour. €9.50 for a yufka was excessive! Once and never again.

We've been regular customers for a long time, but in the summer, our appetites really start to disappear. The heat in the restaurant is almost unbearable—it takes away any joy in eating. It's honestly incomprehensible that they haven't installed air conditioning yet. It's also a burden on the staff. As much as we enjoy coming here, it's simply no longer possible in these temperatures.

I got food there, two doner boxes, and had to pay extra for rice and salad for the doner box. The man who served us didn't speak a single word of German. He was unfriendly and wanted extra payment for everything. The food left a lot to be desired. I absolutely don't recommend it; you don't feel comfortable there, and the language barrier is a big problem. Instead, find a place where the staff is friendly and fluent in German.

Here you get real layered meat with visible fibers, stacked on a skewer, not ground, pressed meat! The price is justified for this quality. The Ayran fountain also serves simply excellent homemade Ayran. The service is organized with mobile orderers. The service does its best, even when there are lots of guests. It's always busy after work, especially on weekends. I think it's GREAT!

I don't recommend Iskender very much It has a lot of tomato paste and is like a watery soup consistency :)

Review of Sofra Neckarsulm – Lots of potential, but with some drawbacks During our visit to Sofra Neckarsulm, we ordered a mixed grill plate consisting of kofte, Adana skewer, doner meat, chicken skewer, lamb chop, and lamb skewer, accompanied by a small salad and three meze variations. Especially with a mixed grill plate, it's particularly challenging to prepare all the meats perfectly – because each cut has different cooking times. When one is ready, the others often have to follow suit. The longer a ready-made cut waits, the drier it becomes. This seems to have been the case here – unfortunately, at the expense of juiciness and freshness. 🍖 Meat & Quality The selection sounds promising, but unfortunately, the meat didn't impress in terms of taste: • The lamb, chicken, and kofte were dry, tough, and cold, the seasoning was good, • Only the Adana skewer was okay, with a pleasant seasoning and consistency. That's a shame, especially for a grilled dish where juicy, fresh meat should be the focus. I specifically ordered doner meat instead of rice, and it was really good and juicy. Yaprak meat with good seasoning. 🥗 Salad & Meze The salad was delicious, especially the dressing, which was well-seasoned, but the presentation seemed careless. The meze selection consisted of: • a yogurt dip (probably tarator) with vegetables (yellowish, creamy), • an ezme, which was unfortunately rather mild and unbalanced, • and another classic yogurt meze. All in all: solid, but not a highlight. 🧑‍🍳 Service & Ambience The service was polite but distant – one had the feeling that their interest was rather low. • No requests for tea, and no satisfaction was expressed when clearing the table. • Payment was made before the plate was cleared, which seemed a bit impersonal. Nevertheless, the table was clean, we found a seat quickly, and the food arrived promptly. 🪑 Ambience The restaurant is neat, modern, and pleasantly decorated – not a snack bar, but an attractive place to sit down. Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3 out of 5 stars) Sofra Neckarsulm has a lot of potential, but on our visit, the balance between quality and atmosphere wasn't quite right. Somewhat dry meat, a lack of warmth in the service, and only average meze spoil the overall experience – a shame for a restaurant that actually promises more and focuses on MEAT. I have to say, it was excellent. The place is absolutely packed, but they make an effort to serve everyone promptly. The food tastes wonderful.

Until today, we enjoyed going to Sofra. Today was probably our last visit there. We always eat the large grill plate, which we enjoyed. Today's plate was almost half full, with very little salad and less meat, the fries were too bland, and the price had gone up. What a shame...

The Adana Dürüm was good, but the fries were simply awful. Raw, unseasoned, and unsalted. I've never eaten such disgusting fries in my life. The employees aren't passionate about their jobs; you can see it in their faces. Everyone is very unfriendly, and I've experienced that there many times. For the prices they charge, you definitely expect more! What a shame!

Well, for the price, I would have actually expected more. I had an Urfa Dürüm – the flatbread was a bit sticky and the onions were very bitter, with no sauce. I can usually barely manage a Dürüm – but today I wasn't full. The meat content was very low.

Absolutely overpriced and unfriendly staff!!! The taste of the meat in the kebab pocket is okay but for €8 for a kebab pocket where the entire filling of meat with salad is as thick as the tip of my index finger. Conclusion Taste OK but the quantity for the money is a bad joke. Not recommended!!!

The Sofra in Neckarsulm impresses with very good food and a good selection of dishes. The dishes are freshly prepared and taste really great. The atmosphere is also pleasant and the quality of the ingredients is good. The only disadvantage: the waiting times are often very long. Whether on site or to take away – you need patience. Conclusion: If you want to enjoy good food and have time, this is the right place. With a little faster service it would be perfect!
