A highlight in Dewangen, the sausage salad is really great and there are always nice people next to you for a little chat.

Nice, small guest room, clean and functionally furnished. Vesper plate with home-made canned sausage very good and plentiful, definitely recommended.

Simple inn with a small menu in the village. The service is provided by the friendly owner herself and the food is always served freshly prepared without too long of a wait. It's a shame that there are only a few such good German restaurants left in the country!

Great destination with children. Simple lunch selection. We had the Maultaschen. Quite a large selection of cakes (about 8 types). Indoor and outdoor seating with great views. Great, large playground with a cable car, several swings, a large play tower with a slide and a suspension bridge.

We booked 3 nights. The check-in went smoothly. The reception is also only staffed during the day, like in an IBIS, BW etc. (but these hotels are cheaper and they clean every day. In Hamburg our room wasn't cleaned and we were given breakfast as compensation. As When we were in the room we read that for reasons of environmental protection the rooms would only be cleaned upon request, registration at reception by 8 p.m. or the next day by 10 a.m. at the latest. Since we were there for 3 nights, we wanted at least the beds made become, the The price of 90 euros per night without breakfast is to be expected, because we are not in a youth hostel. The cleaning staff saves money under the guise of protecting the environment. When we moved into the room, I asked if we could We could get water every day, as that's certainly not too much to ask for, especially since the room, or rather the bedclothes and towels, weren't changed and we pay 90 euros for each night... But there was none for the remaining days Water more. The whole hotel had carpets, our carpet had stains, we were so surprised that dogs were allowed, which we also saw, a NO GO!!!!! regarding hygiene. Breakfast cost 15 euros per person, which seems way too expensive to us, 10-12 euros would be appropriate. You had to register in the restaurant. It's also way too expensive - an onion roast cost 35 euros. We never paid that much in all of Germany, always around 24-28 euros, be it in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, etc. It wasn't even that expensive at the CH border in Konstanz or Singen. Conclusion price performance hotel and restaurant and that in Aalen is not true at all!!!!!
