Der beste Taco Joint weit und breit. Heute war das erste aber nicht das letzte Mal. Alles an Essen war perfekt und der Service war sehr freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Ich hatte noch nie so gute Tacos. Absoluter traum , perfekt für 1-4 personen pro tisch portionen der sets auch. Alles stimmt hier einfach!! Ich schwärme immer noch von dem essen!!!

Kleine Raum in der Altstadt Leonberg. Waren zu 4. Man kann nur reservieren online. Ohne Reservierung ist zu wenig Platz. Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt, interessant gewürzt und schmeckt authentisch. Preislich eher bisschen teuerer aber alles frisch zubereitet und nette Bedienung.

Wow! Das ist mit Abstand das beste mexikanische Essen, das ich je in Deutschland gegessen habe, und es könnte so manchem Restaurant in Amerika Konkurrenz machen. Jedes Gericht ist hausgemacht und unglaublich geschmackvoll. Lasst euch nicht von der versteckten Lage in einer Seitenstraße täuschen, hier wird richtig gut gegessen. Die Tortilla-Chips für die Salsa wurden frisch zubereitet, nachdem wir bestellt hatten. Die Würzung und Marinade des Fleisches sind einfach himmlisch, und die Präsentation ist wunderschön. 10/10, absolut empfehlenswert! Falls es zu Wartezeiten kommt, genießt sie einfach, trinkt ein kühles Modelo und denkt daran: Gutes Essen hat seinen Grund.

Wir waren zum 1. Mal im Skating Tacos und ich kann sagen, dass das Essen und die Getränke super authentisch sind. Es war sehr lecker. Wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann, ist alles super frisch mit viel Füllung. Wir kommen wieder 🌮❤️

Es ist unser Stammlokal vor oder nach dem Kino. Das Essen ist super und die Atmosphäre angenehm, mit einer etwas chaotischen Mischung aus deutschen und mexikanischen Einflüssen. Leider wurde ich einen Tag nach der Bestätigung meiner letzten Reservierung (2 Personen) gebeten, diese zu verschieben, da eine andere Gruppe drei weitere Personen hinzugebucht hatte. Das war sehr enttäuschend, und ich werde mir das in Zukunft gut überlegen, da meine Reservierung möglicherweise nicht eingehalten wird, wenn eine größere Gruppe kommt.

Ich war schon oft im Skating Tacos essen, weil es dort aus meiner Sicht die besten Tacos überhaupt gibt bzw. das Essen insgesamt einfach ausgezeichnet ist - in jeder Hinsicht perfekt! Es ist ein sehr kleiner Betrieb, daher ist es dort normal, dass man teilweise lange warten muss, dass man die Gerichte meist nicht zusammen bekommt oder mal die Vorspeise nach dem Hauptessen kommt usw. Bei jedem anderen Restaurant wäre das ein Minuspunkt. Hier muss man einfach wissen, dass es so ist und es organisatorisch anders kaum zu bewältigen ist. Daher ist mir dieser Aspekt hier vollkommen egal. Ich sehe, wie liebevoll die Räumlichkeiten eingerichtet wurden, wie viel Herzblut in diesem Restaurant steckt und wie viel Mühe sich diese zwei Meister geben. Abschließend: Das ist eines der besten Restaurants, in denen ich jemals war. Ich komme immer wieder!

Authentisches, gemütliches Lokal mit viel Herz Ein kleines, sehr gemütliches Restaurant, das mit seiner authentischen mexikanischen Einrichtung und Liebe zum Detail sofort überzeugt. Das Essen ist hervorragend, wird frisch zubereitet und ansprechend präsentiert. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv fällt die große Auswahl an mexikanischen Getränken auf. Auch der Schärfegrad der Speisen ist perfekt beschrieben, sodass man genau weiß, was einen erwartet. Wir bekamen zudem hilfreiche Empfehlungen zur Portionsgröße direkt am Tisch – sehr angenehm. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Ich komme definitiv gerne wieder!

Ein sehr nettes und gemütliches Restaurant. Der Service war hervorragend, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die vegetarischen Gerichte waren fantastisch, geschmackvoll und schön würzig! Die Tacos al Pastor hingegen waren etwas enttäuschend… zu fettig und das Fleisch hätte etwas zarter und von besserer Konsistenz sein können. Hausgemachte Salsas zum Verfeinern der Tacos hätten wir vermisst. Die Preise sind für das Gebotene etwas zu hoch.

Gemütliches kleines Restaurant mit authentischer Dekoration, Getränken und Essen. Wir hatten die Taco Party Platte für 4 Personen und waren gut satt. Da alles frisch zubereitet wird, dauert es seine Zeit. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir wollten schon oft hin und konnten uns gestern einen Tisch ergattern. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut - je nach Fleischart (z.B. Schwein) fällt es zwar etwas fettiger aus, aber alles schmeckt hausgemacht und frisch zubereitet! Die Nachos/Chips mit Guacamole sind definitiv selbstgemacht und schmecken viel besser, als ich es bisher von jeglichen mexikanischen Ketten-Restaurants probiert habe. Die Eigentümerin des Lokals ist wahnsinnig lieb und sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt, wie viel Herz und Passion für die selbstgemachte und authentische mexikanische Küche in allem steckt - von den Speisen selbst bis zur Ausgestaltung und knuffigen Dekoration des Lokals. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann sich bei den Getränken selbst bedienen. Wir hatten jeweils 2 Taccos sowie eine Portion Chips/Nachos und waren am Ende sehr satt! Kleines Ranking der Speisen, die uns sehr geschmeckt haben: 1. Al Pastor Hähnchen 2. Carne Asada 3. Taco Mariscos (mit der zur Verfügung gestellten Hot-Sauce namens "Valentina" war das sehr lecker) Etwas hochpreisiger, aber es lohnt sich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Wirklich sehr kleines Lokal mit nur drei Tischen – also unbedingt reservieren. Die Tacos werden frisch zubereitet und schmecken echt lecker.

Ein cooler Laden, essen fein, total lieber Service. Ambiente - gewöhnungsbedürftig - ich find's gut. Weil einige schreiben "Essen kommt nicht gleichzeitig" Jau, isso. Get used to it, es kommt frisch wenn's fertig ist und teilen ist eh das Beste.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit toller Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich fast wie im Wohnzimmer. Liebevoll eingerichtet und auch der Service war super freundlich. Wir hatten die (denke mal) hausgemachten Nachos mit Salsa und Guacamole, danach ein Taco-Menü. Alles gut gewürzt und schön spicy! Dazu gab’s ein leckeres mexikanisches Bier per Selbstbedienung aus dem Kühlschrank. Die Speisen waren mir persönlich etwas zu fettig, aber die Qualität war insgesamt sehr gut. Preislich eher im oberen Bereich, trotzdem ein gelungenes Erlebnis.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen wollte ich hier spontan essen gehen. Nachdem ich endlich für mein Auto in der Altstadt einen Parkplatz gefunden hatte, lief ich noch ein Stück und freute mich auf ein Abendessen. Im Restaurant war ein Tisch mit ein paar Gästen belegt. 2 Tische waren frei. Zunächst nahm der Service an, ich wolle zu der Gruppe und war freundlich. Als ich mitteilte, ich sei allein und wolle essen, verweigerte mir der Service einen Tisch mit der Begründung, sie seien überlastet. Ich habe dann nochmals freundlich gefragt und bin wieder gegangen. Zum Essen gibt es hier fast nur positive Kommentare, aber zum Service einige negative. Diesen negativen muß ich mich nun anschließen.

Habe gerade ein neues Lieblingsrestaurant in Leonberg entdeckt! Das Essen war köstlich, die Atmosphäre originell und der Service freundlich! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Absolutely phenomenal! We've been craving good Mexican food for a long time and stumbled upon this through a friend's suggestion living in Leonberg. Blew away our expectations. Everything was excellent: homemade tortillas, chips, fillings were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Staff is super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Hidden gem well worth going out of your way for; we'll be back soon!

What a fantastic restaurant. A colorful mix of old Swabian decor with lots of decor from Mexico, Japan, and model trains. The hostess is super nice and friendly, and the dining room is very small with just a few tables. Only three tables, so reservations are essential. There are many variations of tacos: with meat, vegetarian, or even vegan. Great appetizers, such as homemade tortillas with guacamole or salsa, are highly recommended. The food is incredibly delicious; we ate our way through the vegetarian selection once, accompanied by a Mexican wine. Highly recommended, and something completely different from what you'd get at other big Mexican restaurants.

Absolute (secret) tip! Randomly selected restaurant for dining in Leonberg. I've rarely eaten so well! Everything is freshly prepared! If you like Mexican food, you should definitely reserve one of the three tables here! We'll be back!

A very honest, authentic, and tiny Mexican restaurant. You definitely need to make a reservation, as there are only three tables inside. Just send the owner a WhatsApp message. You'll need to bring your time, but everything is prepared fresh. The food is extremely delicious and authentically Mexican. There's also an extensive menu. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food simply took way too long to arrive. Even though we had an important appointment, we couldn't eat together. We waited an hour and then had to leave and get the rest packed up. When we got the bill, we were very shocked: €110 for 6 drinks, 7 small tacos, and a few nachos. It was extortionate. We were told that it wasn't fast food, even though we had to wait so long.

Food was super delicious and unlike regular mexican restaurants. A small Restaurant that has only 3 Tables so Reservation is a must but you can also order Takeouts. The Guacamole is very good.

Unfortunately, our visit with six people left a lot to be desired. The biggest problem was the service: The dishes were served to us at 15- to 20-minute intervals, which meant that everyone ate individually and we couldn't enjoy a meal together. This really dampened the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food wasn't convincing either. The quality was "mediocre" at best, and the portions were very small. Given the high price, it's a shame none of us were full. The interior is very striking and heavily decorated, which seemed a bit too cramped for us personally. Those who appreciate lavish, almost over-the-top decor might feel comfortable there, but it's definitely not for everyone. In conclusion: The restaurant is very special, both in terms of the food and the ambiance. If you want to be full, you'll have to dig deep into your pockets, but the "mediocre" taste unfortunately doesn't make up for that. It's best to just form your own opinion.

This place is unreasonably expensive for tacos. €8-12 for a single taco that certainly isn’t going to fill you up is insane. The food is very good. Quality and taste are great and also a good variety for vegetarian / vegan dishes. We had 4 tacos & fries and were very satisfied! I’d love a physical menue!

Incredibly good food! I've rarely eaten such tender and delicious meat, simply perfect. And the tacos? The best I've ever had in Germany. The portion might seem a bit small at first glance, but that's deceptive; the meat is high-quality and really filling. Two larger tacos are enough for a normal person with a side dish. So, for the price, it's really good and worth every cent. I'll definitely be back!

Would not be surprised if this place is considered the best taco place in Germany. Food was 10/10 delicious. Ambiance is to die for and our waitress was very lovely. We got the barbacoa, shrimp, and the birria tacos and were blown away from all of them. The shrimp was our favorite 🤩

We've been here three times now. And, like both times before, we were absolutely thrilled :-). The food was - once again - fantastic: spicy, finely seasoned, spot on :-). Both the meat and vegetarian versions tasted perfect :-). And beyond that, Skating Tacos is a magical and mysterious place for me: a Latin American explosion of flavors in a former monastery cellar, decorated in a wild and, to me, simultaneously wonderful, colorful mix of authentic Mexican snacks and artistically painted longboards. At first glance, I would never put the two together, but the mix works fantastically for me :-). We're already looking forward to exploring more of the menu in the future :-). And we're grateful that chance brought us here for the first time two years ago ;-). Back then, we were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. But since the restaurant is very small (only three tables inside), we now only come with a reservation.

The food tastes good, there are not many choices but the taste is OK, but the service quality is not good, the boss likes to treat customers as air, maybe she doesn't like Asian customers very much. I don't recommend going there again. When paying the bill, she left the guests alone without saying a word, treated the guests as air, and went to chat with people at other tables. Arrogance and rudeness are rare in Europe, and you can't find any minimum level of courtesy and respect here.

A true hidden gem. Me and my partner often come here to eat. The food is always top notch and the store is so nicely decorated that you feel you have traveled somewhere. The server is extremely friendly and nice. We strongly recommend this place. If you come try chicken Al pastor ;)

I didn't have high expectations, as I've tried Mexican food many times in Germany, and it was never particularly good. Then I got a surprise: in Leonberg, in an unassuming shop! The food was amazing, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant is small, which makes sense after the meal; everything is cooked fresh for everyone. The lady is super nice, and the place is very cozy. We'll be back!

Tiny place. Nice ambience. The vegetarian and vegan Tacos were fantastic. Absolutely delicious flavours. But was sorely disappointed by the Birria and The other beef taco I had. They were both overly salty without any salad to balance it. So I could not finish it. The chips were truly home made and fried hot so full points for it. Shame that some of the Tacos were so salty. The price was just too high for the food.4 tacos and and 2drinks with chips was 50 somethimg euros

There is absolutely no wrong choice in the menu, everything tastes great. The meat tacos are juicy and full of flavor, the vegetarian ones are light and rich, and the beverages, are delicious (shoutout to the hot chocolate with cinnamon, absolutely a must). And the dessert topped it off and made me want to come again and again. The ambiance is very unique and cozy, with a touch of randomness that makes everywhere you look an adventure. Also, many small decorations are for sale as well, so you can bring home a piece of that awesome place. Worth planning a trip to have a meal here, just don't forget to make reservations beforehand, as space is limited

The food tastes very tasty and fresh. However, within an hour, the food is almost always served individually and one after the other. For this reason, two people or a group can eat very clumsily and not at the same time. The restaurant is very nice and appropriately furnished. But there are only 3 tables in the building and therefore very little space.

Compared to many others that I would describe as Mexican-inspired, the food here is actually as it should be. Starting with the homemade tortillas. And extremely good at that. Large selection, fresh ingredients, everything was very tasty. I'd love to come back.

The food is very tasty, but comparatively very expensive... Sure, it's very meat-heavy and very good quality, but the price/performance ratio doesn't suit me. Service... There are three tables, we were the only two and we had to wait a long time... Even the drinks weren't taken for a long time... The food came little by little, even though we didn't order that much. We would have liked to have had a second drink, but we weren't given the opportunity to order anything... Ambiance Super small and nice restaurant in the old town. Very coolly furnished and you feel comfortable. However, the benches are very, very uncomfortable, so I went home with back problems.

Absolute recommendation. Portions are a little larger than you are used to in Mexico. Staff very friendly, cool decorative items that you can purchase. Food tastes very tasty.

Had dinner here last week. The staff is a bit quiet and reserved, but the food is very tasty! We had 3 tacos and a Mexican soda. The tacos are a bit small, so it's best to order the large portion 😉 However, the restaurant is very small (only 3 tables - but you can't get in) It is therefore best to reserve in advance or plan for a waiting time

First of all: the food is handmade, freshly prepared and, in summary, unique in the greater Stuttgart area. The ambience is a fusion of Swabian (since the half-timbered house) with the unfamiliar foreign (Mexican and Asian/Japanese) - here too, a wonderfully unique piece. Above all, the staff is more than friendly, happy to accommodate special requests and makes you feel like you are visiting friends. Insider tip: allow yourself a bottle of Mexican white wine. Cheap and, above all, extremely tasty. I'm already looking forward to the next time! 💗

The ambience is cozy and perfect. Food is damn delicious. Staff is so kind. They deserve five Star. Please make sure, you call them before arriving, because the place is usually full.

The inside dining room is very small, so try to reserve space if you can. The waitress was so nice from the very beginning, and warned me the food would take a while, but I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't mind. I used to live very close to the US/Mexico border for quite a few years, so I absolutely love Mexican food . I get random cravings for it and this place did not disappoint! All the ingredients were fresh, and the food came out steaming hot to the table. The barbacoa is an absolute must try, the best taco I had there, for sure. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving tacos and a good margarita. The staff was so nice also, and let people stay after closing to finish their food and enjoy themselves. I can't wait to come back!

Fantastic food and cocktails. We took nachos and the assorted taco plate for 4. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The jarillicos cocktail was best ever. The only criticism is serving time. It took 40 minutes to get food. Luckily the quality compensated for it.

We were in this restaurant with my family the day before yesterday, we had made a reservation beforehand and everything went smoothly until then. When ordering you could have given more information about the portions because they are terribly small for the price. The waiting time was really crazy. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took over an hour. Of course I appreciate waiting for good food Over an hour in an empty restaurant really doesn't make any sense to me. In terms of taste, the tacos were really good, but the wait and the price-performance ratio for the portions didn't match up for me.

Sehr schönes kleines Lokal, die Bedienung war super nett und aufmerksam. Es ist zwar nicht authentisch mexikanisch, dennoch war das Essen sehr sehr lecker und toll angerichtet. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Relatively small restaurant with very good cuisine! Everything on the menu is recommended and is freshly prepared. The service is very attentive and friendly. The tacos are really very good, but relatively expensive. We ate between 3 and 5 “5 inch” tacos per person. Plus side dishes and drinks we came to just under €50 per head. There is a bit of a lack of choice when it comes to filling side dishes, basically there are only sweet potato fries here, the rest are snacks like nachos or guacamole.

We were extremely positively surprised at how delicious and, above all, authentic the food was. Really Mexican, not Tex-Mex, with original Mexican beers on offer. Because, contrary to expectations, the restaurant is not run by Mexicans or other North/South Americans, but by Asians. We had a very nice chat with the waitress and she explained to us that the chef learned Mexican cuisine a few years ago. We don't understand exactly how this happened or whether he lived there for a while. But the food is very tasty and amazingly authentic, and this review is from a Mexican woman who lived in Mexico until 3 months ago! The only thing you could complain about would be that you have to take some time with you, as the entire staff consists of a waitress and a chef, who always prepares every dish completely fresh. The small restaurant is lovingly decorated in Mexican style.

Small but fine restaurant. You can tell it's cooked with a lot of love. When? Late Saturday afternoon What? 3 piece taco menu with 5 inch tacos. Simply top🫡👍 Keep it up 👏

The food was very tasty, everything was homemade (including the tortilla chips). The best tacos in and around Stuttgart!

This is by far the best Mexican food that I have had in Europe the tacos were excellent and pilled high with meat. You need to call ahead if you want to eat in as they only have a few tables. The price is a big high for 4 tacos and 2 drinks we paid 40EUR which I think is a bit high for some tacos but this should not be a reason not to go I will be going back for sure.

BEST TACOS EVER❤️ I come from latin america and I must admit that in Germany it is very hard to find good and authentic tacos but luckily we discovered this taco restaurant and simply wow 👏🏻 there’s only 1 waitress (at least today) and i am guessing just 1 cooker so bring patience because it also gets very busy but i promise you the waiting is worth it 😮‍💨🤌🏻 also the michelada was on point. definitely going back

So, after reading the good reviews to this place I thought of checking it out. My daughter and I had a date night and we decided to find a place we have never been to and we stumbled upon this place. Being a Mexican restaurant and then being greeted by Echo - who’s Chinese - I was a tad bit apprehensive. But we persevered and from my daughter’s perspective the ambience and having the ability to control the lights - Echo the waitress gave her the remote - she was very happy with the place. Food wise we decided on a taco with mushroom and one with chicken. Echo was worried about my daughter not being able to eat the food due to the spice level, but we are seasoned having eaten my wife’s cooking at home which is on the spicy side. Tacos are a little small, so the table next to us ordered an xL taco which is more of a German size I would say. But taste wise - mind blowing. We’ve been to El Zapata and Jose Penas - taste wise you can’t go near this place. Downside - small family run restaurant, means longer wait times and no fancy cocktails. But if you’re looking for Mexican food and a quaint ambience - this is your place. We are already planning our next outing as a family.

The service was very nice and the food was all freshly prepared and really tasty. The guacamole with nacho chips and the chicken taco were especially excellent
