Nice, tasteful game restaurant with very good service and good quality. Some of the dishes are classics, but reinterpreted with game. Absolutely recommended and delicious.

The modern, yet cozy ambience creates a relaxed atmosphere in which you can enjoy spending time. The menu offers a good selection of creative and excellently prepared dishes. We were completely satisfied, the service was great and we would like to come back. I can definitely recommend the restaurant in Magdeburg.

The food and drinks were ok. The staff unfortunately untrained. Well, there's a shortage of skilled workers... then the price-performance ratio is no longer right. Then I prefer to eat in my own four walls. Lg

Great restaurant with very nice decor. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. However, I have one major point of criticism regarding the ambience. Personally, I find the choice of music (pop remix + techno) unsuitable for the calm and cozy atmosphere that the restaurant's interior exudes. In addition, conducting a conversation was difficult due to the volume of the music. Unfortunately, this took some of the coziness away from the evening.

Unfortunately, the wild boar was tough, but was exchanged for fresh meat without any problems. The rest of the food was great.

Simply great, highly recommended. Just try it out, eat deliciously and feel good.

We celebrated my husband's big birthday at the beginning of November and rented the entire Skadis. The preliminary discussions, which we began six months beforehand, were somewhat hesitant and difficult. We had to ask questions or re-explain our wishes many times. The final meetings, on the other hand, were professional, timely and competent. The celebration then became crazy. We decorated, tasted and served hand in hand with the employees. A gift table was created and the DJ got his music corner. The food (our desired buffet) was amazing, once again a huge THANK YOU to the kitchen. The party ended around 4:00. Thanks again to the kitchen, the hard-working restaurant staff that evening and to the co-planners of the Skadis.

Sunday is brunch time, very tasty

The best German food we have had in a long time. Saltinbocca of animal meat was extremely tasty.

The food was very well prepared, seasoned and very tasty. The waitress either had a very bad day or we didn't understand her sense of humor (unfriendly, harsh and disrespectful).

We were thrilled by the ambience. We were looking forward to THE dishes, unfortunately both dishes were on the menu but not available to order. Even the cocktail couldn't be served because the ingredients were missing. The burger was nothing special for the price and was already cold. Salt and pepper should ALSO be on the tables in this already upscale category of restaurant. Unfortunately, we are not convinced by the price-performance ratio.

Super delicious brunch. Definitely recommended. Unfortunately, the service staff weren't as attentive as we would have certainly ordered one or two more drinks if we could.

We have been to Skadis several times and have always been thrilled. Last year our friends celebrated a big birthday. We were absolutely thrilled and wanted a similar celebration with family/friends. On October 12th. The time had come in 24, we had ordered in good time and agreed again 14 days in advance. The table was well set, so there was nothing to complain about. Starter: after ordering, we were told that the bruschetta was only enough for 3 guests, the bread wasn't ready yet, embarrassing... Main courses were very good, but it took longer We knew it took a long time from previous visits and it wasn't a problem. The service: the young woman was all alone in the restaurant and didn't just have to look after us, unfortunately the drinks were far too short. Our arrangements for coffee and cake were not passed on We ended up setting our table alone, saucers would have been nice. I wanted to enjoy my 60th birthday in a nice and relaxed way. We had a class reunion yesterday, had booked in advance and it was agreed that we could stay longer, unfortunately that wasn't the case. It's very sad, especially if you come from outside.

The Skadis Restaurant is a very stylish restaurant, a real asset to Magdeburg! The meat was super tender and fried on point! (Fried game!) The service was very, very friendly and accommodating! Always happy again!

A very nice restaurant, the food is really flawless, everyone in our group was very happy with the food. The service is a bit behind, but that's probably more due to the kitchen, the service is very, very nice. Long wait, but the food can save it a bit. Would definitely go again and recommend it to others. If the service is better next time, it will logically be 5 stars.

The food was ok, nothing special but tasty. What is a real shame, however, is that dishes are offered on the menu that cannot be found on the plate afterwards. Unfortunately, when we asked the service there was no apology or suggestion for a solution - and that at a price of €25/dish. Otherwise the service was rather cold, unfriendly and unprofessional - a shame for a restaurant like this...

I'm a bit torn and will definitely try this place again... Why? Ambience very good, cleanliness top, friendliness top, drinks menu okay (if you want a wine list to match the beautiful fish or game dishes, you will be disappointed. There is wine, but oh well...). Eat: There were two of us there, my meal in total was **, my guest's was ****, so on average the ***. The taste/preparation was really good for both, BUT the waiting time was over 80 minutes when the restaurant was at less than 50% capacity! That's not possible at all! My meal (hunter's pan, i.e. game goulash) tasted good, pieces of meat varied from super tasty/tender to hard and inedible, salad boquet was tasty, napkin dumplings were hard, oversalted and apparently fried to death in an oily pan (from a nice fluffy, slightly steaming dumpling slice no trace...). My guest had "quick-roasted game", which was beautifully pink, the side dish was probably delicious, but the menu said "with cream chanterelles", which wasn't available, but mushrooms... But the crème brulee was great. Service: as I said, friendly and helpful, BUT: We were given the menus without comment, I actually wanted a game burger. Only when I asked did I get the information that it was out... We only received information about the long waiting time when we asked after 60 minutes. (Yes, it takes longer for us today...)!!?? My guest was served his food without any information, only when he asked why there were no chanterelles was he told that they were out too. That's why there would be more other mushrooms on it. The highlight in this regard was that all dishes were billed as shown on the menu. I don't want to be a penny pincher or a parasite, but we were never offered a small espresso on the house (because of the inconvenience), nor was the price adjusted for the missing mushrooms (chanterelles are a bit more expensive than mushrooms. With a little ill will, that could be the case you can call this cheating on the guest...). I accepted it that way, but I'll pay more attention next time. If my next visit were to repeat itself in the same way, then it would certainly be the last time. We'll see...

Super tasty, great hospitality!

So I was only able to "enjoy" the restaurant's snack stand at an event at the airport and had little desire to find out more. Long waiting times, half-raw sausages, rubber buns...

Ate a venison bratwurst for the drag race today. It was super tasty!!! Maybe toast the rolls a little more and it will be even better.

We went for brunch on Sunday... Wow...We were more than thrilled. Special thanks to the owner who really made it possible. The guest is not just king, but emperor. We'll be back

Great restaurant with friendly service! The restaurant, located directly at Magdeburg City Airport, impresses with its excellent, authentic ambience! We were there by plane and were actually able to roll right up to the outside terrace. The entire facility and furniture are very well maintained. The brunch offer on Sunday is varied and extensive. The cake selection is also balanced. However, a homemade version of cake would be desirable. The playground right next to the outdoor terrace is in good condition. The menu is clear and the prices are really fair. All in all, the café/restaurant is highly recommended! We would definitely like to come back!

Mega delicious food, great service and the charm that the small planes park right in front and have lunch. I was for the first time here and have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised. The selection on the menu could be a little larger, but that is “howling at a high level”. The sanitary facilities are also very clean. Super.

You can sit on the terrace and inside, both very comfortable, especially when it's a bit dark, it's very nice on the terrace with the lights. The service is very nice and friendly. We spent a lovely birthday evening here in a special restaurant. We were really enthusiastic about the food, but we weren't entirely happy with a lot of the little things around it. We booked a table in advance, even though that certainly wouldn't have been necessary. Unfortunately no table was prepared when we arrived, which we thought was a shame. The service staff was nice and tried hard, but sometimes that wasn't enough. In a restaurant that isn't exactly cheap (which is okay considering the quality), I still expect trained staff; it's not for nothing that being a restaurant specialist is a training profession. As a waiter, you should know the food you are serving and be able to assign special drinks to the appropriate glasses. It doesn't count if all the glasses for a Berliner Weisse are dirty... It may only be small things, but unfortunately that doesn't make the whole thing perfect...

Great ambience! When the weather is good, there is a lot to see at the airfield. The service is extremely courteous and considerate. The food is prepared and served with a lot of love. We had a venison burger that was a bit tough and had to go back. The second was even better. We weren't even charged for the burger and we were apologized profusely. This is something you rarely experience! Overall a good restaurant, with moderate prices and excellent service. We will be back.

Wow! A very successful evening. The location at the airport is of course wonderfully beautiful for pilots. The ambience, the choice of wood and the music are great. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food seems a bit expensive at first glance but you can taste the quality. The meat was crispy, tender and intensely flavored. The salad with raspberry vinaigrette was perfectly balanced. But the combination of puree, beans and bacon was almost the most delicious. The taste was very buttery, rich and very successful. The beer was also A1. One or two improvements could be mentioned: the raspberry vinaigrette had seeds, the doneness of the meat could have been asked, then I would have ordered it even more pink. The salad could be served separately. Grade: 9.5/10

Worth more than 5 stars! The starters were great, the main courses were indescribable - the stir-fried game was perfectly cooked and there was a lot of meat on each plate, the asparagus was fantastic with homemade hollandaise sauce. Sprinkling cress over the dish instead of parsley is a great idea! The creme brulée was the icing on the cake, the best in a long time. The great food was rounded off by perfect service, which made the evening perfect! Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!

Catastrophe. The first thing I noticed was that the game restaurant only had a starter and a main course with game. Since I was already upset by the prices, I simply ordered asparagus with serano ham. When I got my plate my face fell apart. I don't know how old the asparagus was, but some of the tips were green and brown! The ends were completely dried out and woody...I would have thrown it away at home...as old, gray and woody as it looked. I reluctantly tasted a tip and almost spat on the table because it was so salty. How you can even offer something like that to your guests... no, I'm at a loss for words. The others weren't doing much better. The chicken came with questionable greenish bread and a glassy herb butter. When roasting venison, the potatoes were probably warmed up... All in all a disaster. In addition, a snippy service that doesn't listen to what you say and prices from 25 to well over 30 euros for a meal!

Pre-booked a table, arrive there, the restaurant is closed due to a private party. Employees claim they canceled. Of course not true. Friends were eating there and got the wrong food. For me the store is taboo.

We spent our wedding anniversary here today. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly. We will definitely come back.

When we made the reservation by phone we were told that 6 people were not possible. Not outside either, as it closes at 6 p.m. The four of us arrived at 6 p.m. A total of 7 tables were free and outside was also open as normal. Pushing tables together would probably not have been possible. After 15 minutes on site we finally had a menu. After ordering, it took 20 minutes before the starter arrived. Then another 90 minutes (!!!) before we got the food. The schnitzel was delicious, the potatoes were ice cold for everyone at the table. At least the Aperol was nice and warm 😅 Basically a great restaurant, the service was also nice. But overall, something like that (given the prices) simply can't happen. Although they apologized to us, many things could have simply been communicated in advance (e.g. only one cook today, longer waiting times are to be expected...)

Now I would also like to praise you. We have been able to stay there several times. Every time there is a new, great menu... depending on the season. The food is indescribably good and the service is excellent. Of course we'll be back soon.

It's not easy to find. But it's a great restaurant. Where can you park your plane in front of the door?

We had dinner with 6 people and danced afterwards. The food was okay, but the pasta had no taste. Veal medallions for 32 euros were fried way too well, the fish portion was way too small, a lot of greens on the plate. Maybe the chef mentioned in the previous comments was on vacation. The service was very friendly. We were all over 60, but the discotheque guy thought we were 20 and the music wasn't appropriate. A pity. Great ambience...but that alone doesn't do it.

Very nice atmosphere. Food was good. Small points deducted for the flexibility of ordering a meal for a child. Unfortunately there was also a bit of a problem with the cleanliness of the table and chairs, as there were still a lot of crumbs on both items from brunch. Our food lacked a bit of pizzazz. Burger was very dry and we would have liked salt and pepper on the table. But that's not available for a la kart dining, according to the service lady. Only upon request.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden, dort Mittag zu essen und wurden nicht enttäuscht.Super nette Bedienung und das Essen war ein Genuss. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren am 25.12.23 zum Weihnachtsessen dort. Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll. Das 3-Gänge-Menü...sehr reichlich und lecker! Die Speisen sind auch optisch sehr hübsch angerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Es war ganz sicher nicht der letzte Besuch!

Wir haben dort abends gegessen. Sowohl Vorspeise, als auch Hauptspeise waren innovativ und sehr lecker. Das Dessert hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Lediglich der minimal kalte Luftzug war minimal störend, aber bei diesem Gebäude im Winter nur schwer vermeidbar (die Einrichtung hat diesen aber bereits etwas abgeschwächt)

Wir hatten gestern mit unserem Büro dort Weihnachtsfeier. Die Location war gemütlich und modern. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war spitze, der Koch versteht es nicht nur Wild sehr gut zu zubereiten sondern bringt auch fantastische eigene Kreationen mit ein. Wir waren alle begeistert.

Waren heute zum Brunch. War sehr lecker.

Das Essen war ganz ausgezeichnet. Es geht allerdings gar nicht, dass man fast 30 Minuten auf die Rechnung wartet während das Servicepersonal am Nachbartisch sitzt und Absprachen trifft.

Wir haben den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes vor 4 Wochen dort gefeiert. Das Lokal ist wunderschön. Alle haben sich viel Mühe gegeben. Besonders der Koch hat sich sehr ins Zeug geschmissen. Hat sogar noch eine kleine Torte kreiert.Beim brunchen ist beim Essen noch etwas Luft nach oben. Ich hätte mir vielleicht noch eine Vorsuppe gewünscht und vielleicht noch einen kleinen Pudding zum Nachtisch. Tintenfische zum Mittag sind auch nicht jedermanns Ding. Aber sonst war das Essen schmackhaft. Gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente und freundliche Bedienung. Nur leider zog es jedes Mal, wenn die Eingangstür aufging und die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz wäre besser anzuzeigen.
