Wunderschöner ruhiger Biergarten mit sehr leckerm Essen.

Wir haben draußen gegessen. Das Lokal ist ganz okay. Englisch war etwas schwer zu verstehen. Die Speisekarte ist nur auf Deutsch.

Bayrisch schwäbische Küche. Obwohl das Lokal voll war wurden wir entsprechend gut bedient. Essen war sehr schmackhaft. Gerne zu empfehlen. - ich kann mich nur wiederholen. Mach weiter so.

Meine Güte, war das lecker! Die Bratkartoffeln und Eier waren phänomenal!! Tolle deutsche Atmosphäre auch.

Wir waren hier zum Kurzurlaub. Es war " Mess" und so mussten wir lange suchen, bis wir eine Gaststätte gefunden hatten, die geöffnet hat.....und was war das für ein Glück. Der Zeitsprung allein hatte sich gelohnt. So ein authentisches Ambiente, witzige Bedienungen, die trotz vollem Haus, absolut umwerfend waren....und dann das Essen. Frisch, ansprechechend, ordentliche Portionen und wahnsinnig lecker. "Nur" die Suppe, ein Volltreffer. ( Maultaschen 👍). ...wir werden wieder kommen, in diese schöne Stadt, in dieses tolle Lokal.

Wir waren an einem Sonntag dort essen. Es war einfach nur Spitze! Das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen klasse und Kinder bis 3 Jahre bekommen Spätze, Pommes, Knödl etc. umsonst. Wo gibt es sowas denn noch heutzutage?! Also ich kann diese urige Gastwirtschaft nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder! Liebe Grüße Chris

Ich bin spontan mit meiner Verlobten vorbeigekommen und haben direkt einen schönen Platz draußen bekommen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Meine Frau und ich fahren seit über 40 Jahren zusammen in den Urlaub. Was uns im Urlaub sehr wichtig ist, ist ein gutes Abendessen zum Ende eines ereignisreichen Tages. Wir lieben beide die bayerisch-schwäbische Küche. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns unter anderem für eine Woche Urlaub in Nördlingen entschieden. Unsere Recherche nach einem guten Restaurant in Nördlingen hat uns zum Restaurant Sixenbräu-Stüble geführt. Normalerweise probieren wir im Urlaub gern mehrere Restaurants aus, um ein wenig Abwechslung beim Abendessen zu haben und einfach Neues zu entdecken. Doch dieses Mal ist alles anders. Nach unserem ersten Abendessen im Sixenbräu-Stüble waren wir vom Geschmack und der Frische der Speisen absolut begeistert. Der herzliche Service rundet das Ganze noch hervorragend ab. Auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Wenn man hier hereinkommt fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Aufgrund unserer Begeisterung für das gute Essen und den netten Service hier im Sixenbräu-Stüble haben wir uns beide entschlossen, jeden Abend im Urlaub hier zu essen, außer natürlich an den Ruhetagen. Das haben wir bisher noch in keinem Urlaub gemacht! Bisher haben wir sechs unterschiedliche Gerichte gegessen und jedes war einfach megalecker. Meine Frau ist selber eine hervorragende Köchin und weiß gutes Essen somit sehr zu schätzen. Am dritten Tag sind wir leider eine halbe Stunde zu früh gekommen, weil wir die geänderten Öffnungszeiten unter der Woche nicht beachtet hatten. Wir wurden trotzdem freundlich hereingebeten und durften uns setzen. Während der kurzen Wartezeit dachte ich mir, für diesen tollen Service möchte ich gerne eine gute Bewertung auf Google schreiben. Beim Durchlesen der drei neuesten Rezensionen auf Google waren wir dann wirklich geschockt. Diese drei neuen Rezensionen wurden innerhalb eines Tages verfasst. Sie waren überaus schlecht und entsprachen in keiner Weise unseren Eindrücken in den letzten drei Tagen. Meine Frau und ich haben den Eindruck, dass hier eine bewusste Rufschädigung erfolgt. Anders konnten wir uns diese schlechten Bewertungen nicht erklären. Für uns muss das irgendetwas Persönliches sein. Von allem, was wir in diesen drei Rezensionen gelesenen haben, haben wir im Sixenbräu-Stüble das genaue Gegenteil erlebt. Deswegen unsere Empfehlung als Gäste: Probiert das Restaurant Sixenbräu-Stüble einfach aus und gebt nichts auf die schlechten Bewertungen. Wir sind überzeugt, dass wenn ihr einmal hier gegessen habt, immer gerne wiederkommt und zu Stammgästen werdet.

Herzliche gemütliche Atmosphäre, sehr sehr gutes Essen. Schwäbische & bayrische Küche, leider konnte ich nicht alles probieren, aber das was ich hatte war ausgezeichnet.

Es ist mir wirklich rätselhaft, wie die guten Bewertungen hier zustande kommen, denn hier hat wirklich nichts gepasst. Getränke: Über eine halbe Stunde gewartet – die Bedienung war völlig überfordert und konfus. Essen: Über eine Dreiviertelstunde alleine auf die Suppen gewartet – eine Suppe kam gar nicht. Nachgefragt: kam immer noch nicht. Stattdessen bekam diese Person 10 Minuten später ihr Hauptgericht, als Einzige am Tisch. Bratwürste, Senf hat gefehlt – zweimal bei zwei verschiedenen Bedienungen nachgefragt, 10 Minuten später (Würste mittlerweile kalt) kam der Senf. Stück für Stück bekam dann jeder nach fast 1,5 Stunden sein Essen – Qualität und Geschmack leider wirklich nicht gut. Das Schäufele beispielsweise lag zu lang unterm Grill: oben fast schwarz und außen trocken. Alle Soßen offensichtlich aus der Packung. Das Blaukraut hatte die Farbe Dunkelbraun und war ungenießbar. Schnitzel komplett trocken und zäh usw. Kein einziges Gericht (wir waren zu acht) war gut. Das wäre schon alles ärgerlich genug – aber der Preis macht es noch schlimmer. Beispiel Spargel: 4 Spargelstangen und zwei angebrannte Scheibchen Schinken für 24 €. Fazit: Endlose Wartezeiten und fehlende Gerichte ohne eine einzige Entschuldigung, konfuse Bedienung, alle zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten bedient, Essen teilweise wirklich grenzwertig – und das zu ordentlich hohen Preisen. Leider wirklich der enttäuschendste Restaurantbesuch, an den ich mich überhaupt erinnern kann.

Unser Besuch war geprägt von extrem langen Wartezeiten, chaotischem Service und fehlenden bzw. verspäteten Gerichten – ohne jede Entschuldigung. Auch qualitativ konnte das Essen in keiner Weise überzeugen: teils trocken oder verbrannt, Beilagen ungenießbar und insgesamt kein einziges Gericht, das wirklich gut war. In Kombination mit den hohen Preisen stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht. Insgesamt leider ein rundum enttäuschender Restaurantbesuch.

Ich verstehe nicht, wie manche der Rezensionen hier zustande kommen. Wir waren im Sixenbräustüble und haben gegessen. Das Essen war nicht besonders lecker, und die Portionen waren winzig. Ich hatte ein Schnitzel, das wahrscheinlich überhaupt nicht geklopft wurde. Auf dem Teller lagen zwei sehr kleine Fleischstücke, die dann doch etwas zäh waren. Die Pommes waren teilweise so hart geworden, daß sie nicht auf die Gabel wollten. Meine Begleitung hatte die "überbackenen Maultaschen". Maultaschen werden aber nicht allein dadurch zu "überbackenen Maultaschen", daß man ein wenig Reibekäse darüberstreut und sie im Ofen warm werden läßt. Unsere Salate waren irgendwie in den 1970ern hängengeblieben: Bohnen, Blumenkohl, Rote Bete, zwei oder drei Blätter Blattsalat, Karotte/Sellerie (in der Mischung garantiert aus dem Glase), Karotte nochmal extra (hä?), etwas Kresse. Das Personal war mit der Tätigkeit in der Gastronomie deutlich überfordert. Ständig lief jemand ziellos mit einem Teller umher und schaute auf den Tischen nach den Tischnummern. Irgendwann weißt Du doch, wo ein bestimmter Tisch ist. Besonders tragisch: Am Nebentisch saß ein Pärchen, bei dem die Dame noch kein Essen bekommen hatte, als der Herr mit deinem Gericht schon fertig war. Das darf nicht passieren... Wir kommen hier sicher nicht nochmal her.

So soll es sein. Hausmannskost in guter Qualität. Sehr nette Bedienung

Wir waren heute ohne Reservierung spontan zu Gast. Rappelvoll und trotzdem sehr gut bedient worden. Alles Gerichte sehr lecker. Karte nach meinem Geschmack. Ein Gericht wurde vergessen und wurde mit großer Portion und netter Entschuldigung nachgeliefert. Alles prima, bitte weiter so.

Sehr leckeres Essen und toller Service. Getränke kamen sehr schnell und Essen hat auch nicht lange gedauert. Rollstuhlfreundlicher Eingang ist auch vorhanden. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Braustüble. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Typisch urig Bayrische Gaststätte. Trotz Reservierung mussten wir über eine halbe Stunde warten. Wir durften aber schon ein Bier trinken gehen. Leider wurde die Hauptspeise dann schon serviert, obwohl die Suppe noch nicht fertig gegessen war. Wir hatten sehr nette Gespräche mit unseren Tischnachbarn, richtig schön.

Toll, dass sich die Besitzerin die Mühe macht, um den Dialog mit unzufriedenen Gästen zu suchen. Schade, dass das für die Gäste ein Problem ist und sie negative Bewertungen da lassen.

Der Service war heillos überfordert. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Es ist nur nicht schön, verschmierte Teller zu bekommen und die Töpfchen, in denen serviert wird, sind auch unansehnlich.

Wir waren an Weihnachten mit 10 Personen in diesem Restaurant. Leider mussten wir etwa 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Das Essen war leicht versalzen, geschmacklich aber dennoch ganz okay. Insgesamt würde ich dem Essen 3 von 5 Sternen geben.

We had a fabulous meal there on Friday night, the food was fabulous (pork shoulder) and the staff, especially our waiter, were absolutely brilliant. The desserts were high quality and extremely tasty. The food was very reasonably priced as was the beer ! Thoroughly recommended.

Horrible lentils with spaetzle. It was probably from a can and had nothing in common with the dish. A watery soup with a few lentils in it. A disaster! Also, even though it wasn't overly busy, we had to wait a long time for our drinks.

We both got food we didn't order (Schnitzel instead of Jägerschnitzel, Weiswurstsalat (oder sowas) instead of Bratwurst). The waitress must have been half asleep. Also, the food itself was nothing special. The Beergarten outside looks nice, but being there and eating was disappointing.

The food was okay, but the service was very poor. We had to wait an hour for our food, and the children's food came first, followed by the other children's. 20 minutes later, the dad still didn't have his. As an excuse, they said the children's food would come first, but we had only ordered one item from the children's menu, and that's just not okay. Everyone else already has their food, and the dad has to watch the others and doesn't get his. I honestly think that's cheeky.

Small portions, poorly presented, and lacking in flavor. It's a shame, but for €17.90, I expect more than four croquettes, two tablespoons of frozen vegetables, and two pieces of turkey steak (only seared on one side). The other dishes weren't as convincing (mushroom salad, Maultaschen (a kind of German ravioli) topped with cheese, and potato salad without sauce, etc.), except for the breaded schnitzel with fries, which was good.

A cozy pub with a beer garden. Very friendly staff, the food came quickly, and the beer was delicious. We felt very comfortable, and the price-performance ratio was absolutely reasonable. The pub is located in the old town and is easily accessible on foot.

A tiny, dried-out zander fillet, baked with canned potato salad, served for €21. The salad consisted of canned and glass-dried cabbage in vinegar. My wife's meal was just as bad. The quality is on par with a currywurst stand. It's outrageous. Sorry, but it's true.

Based on the good reviews, we decided to visit the restaurant. Our first impression and the ambiance were positive. The service was friendly. Unfortunately, the beer was warm and poorly poured. Upon our feedback, this was rectified without any problems and we were not charged for it. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. The Camembert was not cooked through, so it was still solid or cold inside. The cheese spaetzle was unfortunately lukewarm and tasteless, and the fried onions were not crispy, but rather "mushy." Our plates were brought back to the kitchen without any problems and the food was warmed up. This did not change the taste. The onion roast beef was rather tough, and the cheese spaetzle, too, was very tasteless. However, we did not complain about this. We were embarrassed. As compensation, the Ramazzotti was not charged. It's a shame we couldn't give a more positive review.

I really, really enjoy going there, and I'm happy to make the 30-minute drive. But I have to say, the schnitzel platter for two has been bigger in the past. Still, great people and great food. Regards.

So it still exists! Home-style cooking with a twist. The atmosphere is as it was before those terrible times. A landlady who makes you feel welcome. In short: EVERYTHING is just right here, EVERYTHING makes you want to stay.

Before visiting the Sixenbräu-Stüble we read the reviews, as they were mostly good, so it was clear to us that we would go there for dinner. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we had hoped for. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was cozy...the fries were crispy but over-seasoned, the salad with mushrooms was very much like coleslaw, the pike-perch fillet could have been bigger for the price and the potato salad, well, it was freshly made but it could have been better.....a shame

The food is good, home-style and very tasty, the service is extremely friendly and the ambience is reminiscent of a very old building.

Ate very tasty. I can only recommend the onion roast. The best I've eaten in years. The desserts are also highly recommended. We tried apricot dumplings and apple fritters. Points deducted for salad, but it's a matter of taste, I don't like peas in salad - so the conclusion is good (very good) home cooking with a repeat factor. Addendum: Since there are no more peas in salad, full marks of course.

Wow.... food like your mother's.... I had a great Schäufle. Crispy, delicate and perfect sauerkraut. Even though it was extremely busy, I received very friendly service and they all really know their stuff. Stay cool despite stress. Seemingly pure female power, but it works 100%. I will come back. Thank you for this wonderful experience, that there is still real, good German cuisine

Two weeks ago we visited the Sixenbräu-Stüble in Nördlingen with our extended family and were thrilled. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was delicious, and special requests were easily accommodated. We were particularly impressed by the child-friendliness of the restaurant. The food tasted great, no question about it! Unfortunately, the meat on some of the plates at our table wasn't cooked through, but was -mostly- replaced with new meat. Prices were also OK for the time being.

We went to the Christmas market in Nördlingen with a slightly larger group of almost 20 people. We were at the Sixenbräustüble at 6 p.m. sharp. The guest rooms then filled up very quickly. We ordered the drinks and they were delivered very quickly. The food orders were also taken quickly and processed quickly. Even the special requests couldn't upset the very friendly boss. The food was exactly to our liking. Summary: We intend to come back to Nörlingen for the Christmas market in 2025 and will make reservations in good time and are looking forward to it.

The Sixenbräustüble is definitely worth a visit if you're in Nördlingen! However, you should definitely reserve in advance... and we now know why that is. The food is simply amazing! A traditional, good middle-class, rustic, old-established traditional restaurant 😊 Here we still cook properly, as we know it from before. You can simply taste the love for the kitchen and cooking. When we were there, the restaurant was full to capacity. But all the service staff were super friendly and, above all, not stressed. Unfortunately, this is completely different from other restaurants... a big compliment to everyone and also hats off and respect for the performance. You have to do that first! Among other things, we treated ourselves to the schnitzel platter for 2 people and it was simply absolutely delicious - not too much / not too little - in terms of taste it was 1+ with a star... everyone was more than satisfied and enthusiastic. So a clear recommendation, vi again Many thanks to the entire service and kitchen staff AND especially to INGRID: Huge respect for the performance, stay as you are and keep it up 🤗 You are all really difficult and super nice 👍🏻😇 Thank you, best regards and see you soon... the AUGSBURGER!

I went with my family to have dinner in this restaurant in Nordlingen, slightly outside the historic center, closer to our hotel We are almost at the end of our journey along the romantic road The restaurant is quite large, well-kept and furnished in Bavarian style The staff is welcoming, the atmosphere is typical German The menu offers traditional dishes, but also some more innovative recipes keeping the flavors balanced It was a pleasant evening, enlivened by some good beer

The atmosphere fits the city perfectly. The food is really good and tasty. Very good homemade spaetzle.

Unfortunately, there are only a few restaurants left that combine so much comfort and tradition as in the Sixenbräustüble and then the warmth and friendliness of the staff despite the stress is worth highlighting!!

We had reserved a table for 13 people for lunch on Sunday. The boss and employees are in a good mood and don't lose track despite the full house. The food came quickly, was very tasty and filled you up at a reasonable price. We had fun and you could tell that the team did it with a lot of passion.

Short search... Short wait for the free space... and the experience began. Guests from Pennsylvania were waiting with us and - as is a beautiful tradition in Bavaria - we shared the table with them. Nice conversations, friendly service, a real pub atmosphere and good home cooking. Simply great & please keep it up. Guests should be grateful for this piece of gastronomic culture.

Brauhaus atmosphere with a nice boss. The food was super tasty. The fried potatoes had a lot of color and nice little pieces of bacon. Natural Jägerschnitzel fried with great mushroom cream sauce.

A place you simply have to visit. The food was simply amazing, the staff was more than correct, attentive and extremely nice. We had the cordon bleu and the sausage salad. The cordon bleu in particular was very good, the sausage salad was also absolutely fine - although there was a bit of a lot of onions, but you can leave them behind. The service was friendly, you just had to wait a little long every now and then. We sat outside - there are certainly nicer backyards out there, but this one was fine too. If we are in Nördlingen again, we would be happy to come back.

Excellent food - hearty Bavarian fayre - absolutely loved it...!!

Came here a bit late in the evening and due to amount of people already there it took about 15 minutes to get seated and get the menu. The menu was only in german and waiters didn't speak a lot of english, but they were very friendly and tried their best with a bit of help from Google translate. We ordered some salads and a variety of schnitzels with a variety of sides, as the waiter confidently said that everything on the menu was good. It took 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. I don't know how they make a simple salad taste so delicious but they somehow did it. The schnitzels also did not disappoint, they too were absolutely delicious. Portions was also large. I can confirm what the waiter said: everything is good. Definitely worth a visit if you are near Nördlingen.
