Really tasty, but if the €7.50 tiramisu is outrageously small (8x7cm perhaps) I take it personally! And if the delivery takes 1.5 hours and the customer has to ask by phone when the pizza will arrive, maybe you can also bring a small “sorry” on the house? Dips €2.50, which cost just one euro at an upscale Italian restaurant in the old town. Addendum: ok, then you have to keep your quality to yourself from now on. One less regular customer.

Very tasty pizza, price is okay

Pizza Paradiso Grande ordered with extra spicy salami... Costs over €17, my special request was of course billed for, but not delivered! Overall, absolutely standard pizza at a completely exorbitant price! “Grande” is normal size elsewhere… once and then no more!

Had a request for wedding catering. After an offer was created, we wanted to have the number of guests corrected. There was no response for over a week and then the cancellation that the appointment had been reassigned to someone else. Extremely cheeky to cancel so few months in advance and without any real reason.

Unfortunately no real restaurant feeling, just small tables, more like a snack bar, a shame because the pizza is AMAZING & the service is excellent!

Yesterday we went there to eat for the first and not the last time. We were served very friendly, the pizza was just good, the salad, the tiramisu, simply delicious. The atmosphere was like a simple pizzeria in Italy, we felt very comfortable. Thank you and see you soon!

Unfortunately my order was disappointing. The pizza, which was supposed to be "spicy" according to the menu, was rather mild and didn't have the desired taste at all. The sour cream dip I ordered was also a disappointment - instead of sour cream I just received tzatziki.. It's a shame, I was hoping for more. Will not order here again!

I've been there or ordered there often in the past, but now I've been there again for a long time. We both thought Aricini was delicious. Lasagna and cannelloni were just really cold!! Even though we don't live that far away. They were completely cooled down and unfortunately tasted very bland despite being reheated. Hardly seasoned. Is there a new operator? We're a bit disappointed, it was definitely better. The delivery person was friendly and the delivery time was fine.

That was our last pizza order (delivery). The only good thing was that she was hot. - Sometimes the base was so thin that the pizza had large charred spots, the salami on the Diavolo was really rock hard. The pizzas were extremely thin and had been in the oven for far too long. The waiting time was over an hour, which would have been ok if the pizzas had at least been good. When Siprego started, the pizzas were great. Really delicious and visually beautiful too. The delivery was always quick. The delivery service has been under fire for about a year now. Every time we think we'll try again - and every time it gets worse. All in all, the food is now really, really bad - that's it for us. It's wasted money.

We have ordered many times and today was the first time we ate in the restaurant. The food is always great, it's the best pizza in Augsburg. But the experience on site is completely different. I recommend everyone to go and watch how the pizza is made! Simply great!

We ordered a pizza there today via Lieferando. We waited a little over an hour and to our disappointment the pizza arrived wrong and it was ice cold. We were assured that the right pizza would be made straight away and delivered straight away - none of that. After complaining, we wait in vain for the pizza again. Therefore I cannot recommend this restaurant!

Very good pizza and great panna cotta!

Pizzas are great - the dough is one of the best in Augsburg. They also have some traditional Sicilian foods that are impossible to find anywhere else - Arancini (fried risotto balls filled with ragu) ✨ and Cannoli ♥️ I have to say the Cannoli are EXCELLENT. Very light and crispy shells, freshly filled with delicious sweet ricotta. Very good sweet balance and I love the candied orange on top! Highly recommended!

The pizzas themselves were quite good. I think it's a shame that blackened olives are used at these prices... Plus, the arugula wasn't the freshest. The waiter was very nice!

Does not concern food: I just witnessed (08/01/2024) how a delivery person at the southern exit of Konrad Adenauer Allee (bicycle street) honked extremely aggressively at cyclists, even though there was no reason for it. He even dangerously gave way to others. Maybe this review will give management the opportunity to make employees aware of such things. :)

Pizza well topped, friendly staff, you can order online, the tiramisu is a poem! Ordered a garlic dip for the first time today, but it was inedible (very bitter, strange smell). There was water on top, no date on when the dip was bottled, that's why only 4 stars! In the future we will only order pizza and dessert :-)

Quite okay but they're not real Italians... PIZZA WITH PINEAPPLES? Dips in plastic containers! and more. Of course you can get hungry quickly. I ordered a small pizza and a large one arrived. And we had to wait a long time to pay until a blonde with high heels and a short skirt finally came out of nowhere to serve us.

1.5 hour delivery time, then the wrong pizza is delivered, arancinis are lukewarm and the salad dressing tastes like nothing! You actually lose your hunger.

Reviews here are obviously deleted if you don't like them. That's why I'm writing it again. I often ordered pizza here because it was actually good. Nowadays the pizza is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Customer requests will not be taken into account!! If I want a crispy pizza, then my pizza shouldn't fall apart and drown in tomato sauce. You can have a bad day, but two days in a row is too much of a good thing! Also, you don't call other people to see if they paid via PayPal!!! How embarrassing can that be?! Because of 20€?? My friend was contacted because she was with me once when we ordered pizza, and when you call, you call the person who ordered and not a third person!! Incredible!!

A little better than the average delivery service, but also significantly more expensive. Unfortunately, it can't compete with other Napoli-style pizzerias in Augsburg, the dough and ingredients are much better there for the same prices. But service was good!

Waited over 2 hours to order only to receive a lukewarm, rubbery and poorly seasoned pizza. Supplier seemed nice but is really not recommended.

The food itself tasted very good, but unfortunately the order didn't arrive in full (a single drink was missing) and delivery took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. In addition, it took another 2½ hours for the missing drink to arrive. So in compensation we got something for €3 that was in terrible condition. Despite calling several times, the only answer I got was that it was already on the way and should be there soon, but that wasn't the case. I think it's a shame and wouldn't recommend ordering!

Unfortunately it was once again a real failure!! At the beginning we enjoyed ordering often and very often. Unfortunately, over time the delivery time became really long, so we didn't order again for about 6 months. Now we thought that things had worked out again and that they had worked on their delivery problem. But what can I say? 2 hours for a normal order of pizzas and salad on a normal Wednesday evening is not justified. After several calls, only statements like: it's on the way, max. 10 minutes left, there's a traffic jam (!?) or there's a lot going on. Work on a proper delivery system or please don't take so many orders. P.S.: The order is still not there!

We went there for the first time because we really wanted to try the arancini there. You don't find it that often. Well, these didn't really convince us, but anyone who has eaten some really tasty food in Sicily compares quickly. That's the only reason they didn't convince us, otherwise they're definitely worth ordering. We also treated ourselves to a small salad which surprised us very positively due to its size. There was a mustard dressing with it, but it was delicious. After we were able to watch one beautiful pizza after another being created, we also ordered a Magarita, which was delicious and was already at the table after just under 3 minutes. Great airy edge! The only thing I felt a bit sorry for was the staff, who were really hard-working and reached their limits because apparently 1-2 people were missing. So for me it's a small restaurant with a delivery service that's easy to visit and eat well.

The restaurant offers an average pizza with good taste. Unfortunately, the prices are disproportionately high, for example €16 for a 32cm pizza and around €5 for a bottle of water. The price-performance ratio does not seem appropriate.

The Siprego vehicle has been parked in the disabled parking space at the Lidl in Pfersee for 30 minutes...?! Unfortunately I can't post a photo here.

Very bad. Unfortunately I can't recommend the pizza and pasta. The first time I ordered, the food was really bad and then I thought, OK, I'll give Siprego another chance: and the food was miserable again. Now I'll look for another pizza delivery service. Ciao. Best pizza far and wide and always friendly service. You can eat there like in Bella Italia. The Dragone family has a long tradition of pampering the palate with delicious dishes.

Very tasty and fresh food. The pizza is prepared in front of you and tastes unique. Unfortunately, the prices are very exorbitant and sometimes don't make sense. Example: Pizza 32cm: 16€ Pizza 42cm: 29€ And a bottle of water: about 5€

We've had things delivered to us several times. Unfortunately there were always problems...wrong pizza, wrong dressing, ordered bread not delivered. The food is great, but unfortunately the delivery service is not perfect. But despite everything, we love the pizzas!

Expensive pizza with cheap ingredients and the way the pizza was topped, not evenly distributed, really not good. So I won't go there anymore and would advise others not to (2 stars because the service was really good, otherwise I only gave one)

Haben zum ersten Mal online bestellt. Bei der Wild West muss man das Rinderhackfleisch suchen. Da keine Tomatensauce drauf ist, hätte es doch mehr Barbecue-Sauce sein können, da so total trocken. Boden auch verbrannt. Die vegetarische ist wirklich lecker. Die würden wir auch wieder nehmen, aber die Wolf West ist kein Genuss. Für 15,90 Euro dann doch etwas enttäuschend.

Die Pizza ist in Ordnung und schmeckt ganz gut. Ob der als ,Bufala‘ verkaufte Mozzarella tatsächlich reiner Büffelmozzarella war, wage ich aufgrund der sehr eindeutigen Verdauungs-Reaktion zu bezweifeln..das haben wir leider etwas bereut. Hatten togo bestellt, daher kann ich Service und Ambiente nicht beurteilen.

Schmackhafte Pizza mit frischem Belag und dickem Rand zum Liefern, sicher nicht preiswert, Dips für den Rand, kleiner Sitzbereich im Restaurant. Anderswo bekommst Fu aber auch gute Pizzas, ist halt nix besonderes. Zu Partys liefern lassen sehr gut!

Hab zwar nur dort bestellt, aber waren mehr als begeistert. Aber dementsprechend können wir das Ambiente nicht bewerten. Essen kam heiß an und war unglaublich lecker. Hatten 2 Pizzen sowie Arancini und Panzerotti. Auch die Lieferantin war absolut zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank 💚

Pizza wurde schnell geliefert. Der Boden war sehr verbrannt. Das Ding war bis auf den Rand ungenießbar und das bei dem Preis. Mit Abstand die schlechteste Pizza meines Lebens.

Wir haben die Pizza Bufala und Arancini mit Ragout bestellt. Die Lieferung kam pünktlich und schnell an. Die Pizza war super lecker und war von der Größe genau richtig. Von den Arancini Ragout waren wir ehrlich gesagt ein bisschen enttäuscht. 3 Stück für 6,90€ ist schon nicht wenig… leider waren die Arancini kaum mit Ragout gefüllt, man schmeckte eigentlich nur den Reis. Leider war das bei unserer Bestellung letztes Mal auch schon ähnlich … es wäre mehr Füllung wünschenswert beim nächsten Mal 🙏🏻 Trotzdem werden wir hier gerne wieder bestellen.

Die Pizza schmeckt, aber leider kommt halt immer nur die Hälfte der Bestellung an. Selbst nach mehrmaligem Anrufen. Ist nicht nur einmal passiert.

Leider wird bei den Zutaten gespart. Sorry, ihr wart am Anfang besser, habt sehr stark nachgelassen. Ich werde bestimmt nicht mehr bei Euch essen.

Pizza, Panzerotti und Arancini sind echt mega lecker👌👍 jederzeit wieder

Pizza besteht zur Hälfte aus Rand, Boden komplett verbrannt, alle Zutaten in die Mitte geworfen dort völlig durchweicht und lapprig, wässriger Gemüsebelag.

Ich hatte die Lasagne und Tiramisu es war beides sehr gut ich werde weiter dort Essen

Pizza online zum Abholen bestellt u per paypal bezahlt, Dauer lt. Auftragsbestätigung 30min. Nach 30min stand ich in Hochzoll erstmal 5min im Laden, ohne dass mich jemand beachtet hat. Dann hieß es:"die bestellten Pizzen mache ich jetzt. Nehmen Sie doch Platz!" (Der Laden war leer, der Ofen auch, also kein akuter Streß, der die Verspätung entschuldigt hätte)Nach weiteren 20min kamen völlig verkohlte Pizzen aus dem Ofen...also nochmal von vorn. Leider hatte ich schon bezahlt, sonst hätte ich die Bestellung storniert. Eine Stunde nach Bestellung konnte ich dann endlich mit dem Essen heimfahren. Als Entschuldigung gab es ein Dessert gratis. Die Pizzen waren ok, aber nicht super u Preis-Leistung stimmen auch überhaupt nicht.

War mit zwei Freunden auf der Durchreise und haben uns entschieden hier Pizza zu essen. Wie sich herausstellte eine absolut richtige Entscheidung. Personal sehr freundlich und Pizza eine 10/10 Gerne wieder.

Am liebsten 0 Sterne. Die Pizza war komplett labrig und wahnsinnig fettig und ölig. Der Teig war auch nicht ganz durch. Wurde leider nach der Hälfte weggeworfen, da mir schlecht geworden ist. Für den Preis echt eine Enttäuschung.

I HOPE THE KITCHEN IS NOT LIKE THE BATHROOM. Bad experience here: The pizza was burnt on the sides. The Panzerotti had no basil and was not tasty. And worst of all, the restroom was a disaster and without soap. I told the waitress, she was not sorry and did not offer the drink. Never again.

Bester Pizzaservice in ganz Augsburg. Meistens sehr schnelle Lieferzeit (prinzipiell fast immer unter der angegebenen). Die Pizza kommt heiß an, großzügiger Belag, Pizza "schwimmt" nicht im Karton, Größenverhältnis wie angegeben. Sonderwünsche finden Beachtung. Sehr, sehr lecker! Wir bestellen - wenn Pizza - nur noch bei Siprego. Macht weiter so!!!

Sehr oft dort bestellt... War bis vor ca. 3 Monaten die mit Abstand beste Pizza in der Gegend. Leider wird neuerdings ab und zu bei der Größe geschludert. Beim letzten mal war die Pizza dann unten total verbrannt und kam lauwarm an. Beim vorletzten mal ist die Pizza in Käse ersoffen. Ist leider ein Glücksspiel geworden. Ich erwarte schon gleichbleibende Größen und Qualität für eine 19,90€ Pizza. Bitte wieder zurück zu den alten, guten Standards!

Amalie beherrscht den Laden. Elias mit seinem Tiramisu ist der hammer. Pizza von Pedro ist eine der besten die ich je in Augsburg gegessen habe.

Der Setvice war beginnend von der Bestellaufnahme bis zur Pizzaübergabe und dem Tür aufhalten außerordentlich gut. Wir haben zwei Pizzen bestellt, die wirklich mit Liebe gemacht sind. Absolut empfehlenswert und gern jederzeit wieder!

Wow!!! Die vielleicht beste Pizza der Stadt!!! Wir haben heute vor Ort gegessen und es war überragend. Egal ob Boden der sehr knusprig und luftig war, oder die frischen Zutaten auf der Pizza. Ein Genuss.... Das war sicher nicht mein letzter Besuch!

Ordinato a domicilio, pizza orrenda, troppo cotta sembrava un biscotto. Una delle due pizze era sbagliata. Inoltre l’ordine è arrivato 30 minuti in ritardo . Pomodoro salatissimo. Ho ordinato più volte la qualità si è abbassata. Mai più. Non ordinate. Nach Hause bestellte, schreckliche Pizza, verkocht sah aus wie ein Keks. Eine der beiden Pizzen war falsch. Außerdem kam die Bestellung mit 30 Minuten Verspätung an. Nie wieder. Nicht bestellen.

Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben konnte, dann hätte ich 0 gegeben. Ich habe immer bei Siprego bestellt, weil die Pizza super war. Aber Qualität ist jetzt was anderes. Die Pizza war übergekocht, zu viel salzig, nicht essbar, und Sie haben auch meine Champignon vergessen, obwohl ich extra bezahlen habe. Und was noch? Ich musste die Pizza um 21:00 Uhr bekommen, aber der Lieferservice hat fast halbe Stunde Verspätung gemacht. Die Pizza war natürlich schon EISKALT. NIE WIEDER!
