Absolute Empfehlung als Catering. Wir hatten unsere Hochzeit mit Siprego. Vom Probeessen bis zum Abbau bei der Hochzeit lief alles so professionell und schön. So viele Gäste waren begeistert vom Essen und vom aufgebauten Ambiente. Zudem hatten wir während der Hochzeit keinerlei Organisation mit dem Catering, da alles professionell und selbstständig läuft. Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt, bei der laut Speisekarte keine Tomatensauce angegeben ist. Deshalb hatte ich auch keine Möglichkeit anzugeben, dass ich sie ohne Tomatensauce möchte. Die Pizza wurde jedoch mit Tomatensauce geliefert, obwohl ich dieselbe Pizza bereits direkt im Restaurant gegessen habe und sie damals keine Tomatensauce enthielt. Nachdem wir das Restaurant angerufen hatten, war man nicht bereit, das Problem sofort zu lösen oder eine neue Pizza zu liefern. Stattdessen wurde uns gesagt, wir sollten am nächsten Tag gegen 13 Uhr erneut anrufen, dann könne man eine Lösung anbieten. Das Problem entstand jedoch um 22 Uhr, als die Pizza als Abendessen gedacht war. Eine Pizza am nächsten Tag hilft in diesem Moment leider nicht weiter. Ich bin von dem Umgang mit Kunden und der Bearbeitung der Reklamation sehr enttäuscht. So stellt man sich guten Kundenservice nicht vor.

Glanz verloren…, maximal unangenehmer Besuch. Das Personal läuft ohne Begrüßung an einem vorbei, es wurde gar nicht auf mich und meine Begleitung eingegangen? Und das enttäuschendste war die Auswahl, die früher definitiv besser war. Sind nach fast 10 Minuten purer Ignoranz woanders hingegangen. Früher immer sehr sehr gerne zu Siprego gegangen, Qualitativ und menschlich war es früher noch relativ angenehm, aber offensichtlich sind diese Zeiten vorbei

Nur in Italien haben wir so eine gute Pizza 🍕, Arancini und sizilianische Cannolini gegessen… Ein großes Lob an das Restaurant und das gesamte Team für den hervorragenden Service. Diese Pizzeria pflegt die Tradition. Vielen Dank für alles! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Soweit alles gut und lecker, aber die Preise für Arrancini.. Ehrlich, das ist wenn auch handgemacht paar Gramm frittierter Reismit bißchen Füllung .. In Sizilien bekomme ich diese für 2,00€-2,50€ pro Stück. Knapp7€ hier sind absolut überzogen

Haben hier schon gute Pizzen bekommen, aber die Qualität schwankt leider. Teig grundsätzlich sehr lecker, Belag aber zum Teil echt mangelhaft. Bei der letzten Bestellung war auf der einen Hälfte der „Meeresfrüchte“ Pizza quasi kein Belag, außer Unmengen an Käse und paar Kirschtomaten (?). Zum durchaus hohen, aufgerufenen Preis, würde ich mir bessere Qualität bei den Zutaten wünschen.

Ein voller Genuss und das Gefühl, für kurze Zeit in Italien zu sein. Schon beim reinkommen, die Musik und der Geruch nach italienischem Essen, lassen die Erwartungen höher schlagen. Der Empfang und Begrüßung der Chefin war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten eine gemischte Bestellung von Pizza und Arancini bis zum Desert, die Cannoli und einen echten originalen Espresso. (Keine Suppe aus dem Vollautomat) Die Preise für diese Qualität und das Erlebnis, in Augsburg, sind völlig in Ordnung. Unsere Erwartungen, an die Kunst und dem Geschmack der napoletanischen und sizilianischen Küche, wurden sehr befriedigt und daher 5 Sterne. Der Besuch hat sich auf jedenfall gelohnt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist zwar ein sehr kleines Lokal, aber mit tollem Apiente und die Pizza auch sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter sind auch auch sehr freundlich. Hier fühlt man sich wie in klein Italien

Privat und beruflich schon öfter hier bestellt. Gerade bei der letzten beruflichen Bestellung war der Service außergewöhnlich! Es wurde flexibel reagiert und ausgeholfen, wo es nötig war. Die Lieferungen untertags sind sehr pünktlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, die Pizzen sehr lecker und der Onlinebestellprozess ist top! Immer gerne wieder :)

Haben vor Ort gegessen. Pizzen waren super lecker und fluffig. Der Espresso im Anschluss ging sogar aufs Haus. Top - wir kommen wieder!

Ich bin begeistert! Wir haben über die Siprego-Webseite bestellt und die Pizza kam aus Pfersee nach Haunstetten in weniger als 30 Minuten. Sie war noch heiß und ausgezeichnet lecker. Die Preise sind ein bisschen höher, aber wenn die Pizza so lecker ist, gibt es dafür keinen Abzug. Der Teig ist sehr „fluffig“, und die kleine Pizza macht richtig satt!

Reine Enttäuschung. Wir haben am 05.02.2026 ein verbindliches Angebot erhalten, das eine Woche gültig sein sollte. Am 08.02.2026 hieß es dann plötzlich: Es gebe eine lukrativere Alternative, deshalb werde das Angebot zurückgezogen. Warum wird Kunden überhaupt eine Frist zugesichert, wenn sie sich am Ende nicht darauf verlassen können? In den Bewertungen hatte ich bereits von ähnlichen Fällen gelesen – leider kann ich das inzwischen bestätigen. Nachtrag zur Erklärung von seitens des Cateres: Danke für die Antwort, aber so ist das aus Kundensicht nicht korrekt. Ein „verbindliches Angebot“ mit klarer Frist suggeriert sehr wohl, dass man sich innerhalb dieses Zeitraums darauf verlassen kann – zumindest, dass es nicht einfach wegen eines lukrativeren Auftrags zurückgezogen wird. Genau dafür gibt es schließlich Angebotsfristen. Wenn Preis, Leistung und Zeitraum genannt werden, erwartet man als Kunde Planungssicherheit. Dass ein Termin trotz laufender Frist anderweitig vergeben wird, ohne transparente Kommunikation, widerspricht diesem Verständnis deutlich. Gerade bei wichtigen Veranstaltungen ist Verlässlichkeit entscheidend. Deshalb bleibt für uns der Eindruck bestehen, dass eine zugesagte Frist in der Praxis keine echte Bedeutung hatte in Ihrem Unternehmen.

Wir hatten Siprego für unsere Hochzeit im September 25 gebucht und hätten keinen besseren Caterer nehmen können. Unsere Gäste schwärmen immer noch von der Pizza und das zurrecht. Geschmacklich 12/10 , alles so schön angerichtet auch die Vorspeisen. Absolutes Herzpersonal ob beim Probeessen oder bei der Feier. Können wir nur von Herzen weiter empfehlen 🤍 Danke für alles

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. Si prego was our favorite Neapolitan pizza, but for the past few months, the crust hasn't been thick, light, and airy, as you'd expect from a Neapolitan pizza. The toppings are also getting heavier and heavier, in my opinion—too much cheese and too heavy. What a shame! The staff, however, are very friendly.

Gute Pizza Mortabella und leckeres Tiramisu, unkomplizierte Bestellung über die Homepage, per Paypal bezahlt und zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit abgeholt. Werde gerne wiederbestellen.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig dort bzw. wenn wir Lust auf Pizza haben, dann eigentlich immer bei Siprego. Die Pizza hat ihren Preis, der ist aber aufgrund der Qualität gerechtfertigt. Klar, nicht jede Lieferung ist immer on point, aber hey es ist Pizza vom Lieferservice. Aber auch hier, wenn es mal länger dauert gibt es eine Entschuldigung / Dessert aufs Haus. Der Newsletter ist eigentlich ne coole Sache von Siprego. Dort bekommt man hin und wieder Gutscheine zum bestellen. Die nehmen wir natürlich gerne an. Macht weiter so und bis bald!

Sehr freundliches, fleissiges und aufmerksames Personal. Auch online bestellen ist einfach und in neun von 10 Fällen wurde die Pizza auch in Stosszeiten deutlich unter 60 Minuten Wartezeit geliefert, meist schon nach 15 - 20 Minuten. Die Pizzen sind hervorragend und "rösch", hin und wieder ein wenig durchweicht.....meine Schuld, das kommt davon, dass ich zuviel Zutaten darauf bestellt hatte...aber sie kommt immer "gut warm" bis heiss bei mir zuhause an ( online Bestellung).Vielen Dank für den guten Service! Hier wird mit Herz gearbeitet!

Wahnsinnig gute Pizza. Holen regelmäßig ab und sind stets zufrieden! Wenig Platz um vor Ort zu essen aber ein paar wenige Plätze gibt es und auch das Essen & Service vor Ort sind immer super! :)

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly over time. It used to be a truly delicious pizza, one that deservedly called itself Neapolitan. We ordered from there often and with great pleasure. Sadly, that's no longer the case. The crust isn't as airy as it used to be, and the toppings are now heavy and overloaded with cheese. Pizza tastes different in Naples. Sadly, it no longer suits our taste.

Dear Pizza Team Unfortunately, I have to give you one star, but I would give you zero if I could. I ordered a pizza, salad, and wine to be delivered to the hotel where I checked in. I had been traveling for seven hours and wanted to enjoy a pizza after the long drive. I must say, after waiting two hours for the pizza, I am extremely disappointed. After several calls, I didn't even receive a proper answer on my mobile phone. Furthermore, the employee couldn't contain herself after I had waited two hours for the pizza and was unable to give me an explanation on the phone as to why it was taking so long. Sincerely,

We spontaneously stopped at this pizzeria on our way home and ate two pizzas there. Even though the focus is clearly on delivery, there's a small, cozy seating area – we even had the whole place to ourselves! 😄 The pizzas were really delicious, and the service was very friendly and attentive. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back!

The pizza was unfortunately not good. The ingredients seemed very low quality; only the dough was okay. For this price, you can eat much better in Augsburg.

I ordered a Capri pizza yesterday, but there wasn't a single eggplant on it – zero! Really annoying.

I used to order from here almost every week – it was always great! Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly in recent months; the pizzas just don't taste the same anymore. It's a shame, it used to be my favorite. Delivery times are often very long, and sometimes the pizzas arrive cold.

I'm disappointed that the Dubai-style pizza didn't have the pistachio cream and kadayif (angel hair) topping as described. It just had Nutella and pistachio sprinkles. At €15.90, it's definitely too expensive without those two ingredients.

Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with the quality of the pizza's ingredients. The ancini were okay, though. Unfortunately, it didn't say that it included Gorgonzola. Delivery was successful, but there was no indication of when it would arrive.

The pizza would definitely have been delicious fresh. But after 1.5 hours, it was cold and soggy. We'll try again, though. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Unfortunately, we discovered that the bottom of our pizza was completely burnt. We noticed it too late to replace it. The pizza was completely unfit for consumption. We had to throw it in the trash and were left with nothing. It was really frustrating. That was our first and last time at Siprego.

Everything was great... The pizzas are simply outstanding – crispy bases, fresh ingredients. The service is friendly, attentive, and fast. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. I'll definitely be back! Thank you

The large pizza was more like a regular or small pizza. It tasted good, but the price/performance ratio wasn't quite right.

Had a large “Mortablela” pizza. The mortadella still had the plastic around it. It was probably like that (I think since the plastic had already melted) in the oven too. Not acceptable for the price. There was no response at all to my complaint email with corresponding pictures or my query. That's a disgrace. We will never eat here again! You should actually turn on food monitoring!

Hello everyone. I recommend trying the pizza. It was delicious, but we bought it to eat outside and there are no napkins in the middle of the box. The children were all in kutchup and cheese. Perhaps the management of this institution will read and improve its services. Good luck to everyone

Initially, Siprego was significantly better. For a 20 euro pizza you should expect high quality toppings. The salami was of good quality, but the cheese, tomato sauce and sheep's cheese were more of a cheap by-product. At this price I would have expected a higher quality selection. Unfortunately, the garlic dip was also disappointing - it only consisted of a mixture of yoghurt and a little garlic, more would have been possible. But the delivery time is a 10/10. Unfortunately it was a bit burnt, but personally I don't think it's that bad. Definite potential for improvement 😉

Very tasty pizza, price is okay

Really tasty, but if the €7.50 tiramisu is outrageously small (8x7cm perhaps) I take it personally! And if the delivery takes 1.5 hours and the customer has to ask by phone when the pizza will arrive, maybe you can also bring a small “sorry” on the house? Dips €2.50, which cost just one euro at an upscale Italian restaurant in the old town. Addendum: ok, then you have to keep your quality to yourself from now on. One less regular customer.

Pizza Paradiso Grande ordered with extra spicy salami... Costs over €17, my special request was of course billed for, but not delivered! Overall, absolutely standard pizza at a completely exorbitant price! “Grande” is normal size elsewhere… once and then no more!

Had a request for wedding catering. After an offer was created, we wanted to have the number of guests corrected. There was no response for over a week and then the cancellation that the appointment had been reassigned to someone else. Extremely cheeky to cancel so few months in advance and without any real reason.

Unfortunately no real restaurant feeling, just small tables, more like a snack bar, a shame because the pizza is AMAZING & the service is excellent!

Yesterday we went there to eat for the first and not the last time. We were served very friendly, the pizza was just good, the salad, the tiramisu, simply delicious. The atmosphere was like a simple pizzeria in Italy, we felt very comfortable. Thank you and see you soon!

Unfortunately my order was disappointing. The pizza, which was supposed to be "spicy" according to the menu, was rather mild and didn't have the desired taste at all. The sour cream dip I ordered was also a disappointment - instead of sour cream I just received tzatziki.. It's a shame, I was hoping for more. Will not order here again!

I've been there or ordered there often in the past, but now I've been there again for a long time. We both thought Aricini was delicious. Lasagna and cannelloni were just really cold!! Even though we don't live that far away. They were completely cooled down and unfortunately tasted very bland despite being reheated. Hardly seasoned. Is there a new operator? We're a bit disappointed, it was definitely better. The delivery person was friendly and the delivery time was fine.

We have ordered many times and today was the first time we ate in the restaurant. The food is always great, it's the best pizza in Augsburg. But the experience on site is completely different. I recommend everyone to go and watch how the pizza is made! Simply great!

That was our last pizza order (delivery). The only good thing was that she was hot. - Sometimes the base was so thin that the pizza had large charred spots, the salami on the Diavolo was really rock hard. The pizzas were extremely thin and had been in the oven for far too long. The waiting time was over an hour, which would have been ok if the pizzas had at least been good. When Siprego started, the pizzas were great. Really delicious and visually beautiful too. The delivery was always quick. The delivery service has been under fire for about a year now. Every time we think we'll try again - and every time it gets worse. All in all, the food is now really, really bad - that's it for us. It's wasted money.

We ordered a pizza there today via Lieferando. We waited a little over an hour and to our disappointment the pizza arrived wrong and it was ice cold. We were assured that the right pizza would be made straight away and delivered straight away - none of that. After complaining, we wait in vain for the pizza again. Therefore I cannot recommend this restaurant!

Very good pizza and great panna cotta!

Pizzas are great - the dough is one of the best in Augsburg. They also have some traditional Sicilian foods that are impossible to find anywhere else - Arancini (fried risotto balls filled with ragu) ✨ and Cannoli ♥️ I have to say the Cannoli are EXCELLENT. Very light and crispy shells, freshly filled with delicious sweet ricotta. Very good sweet balance and I love the candied orange on top! Highly recommended!

The pizzas themselves were quite good. I think it's a shame that blackened olives are used at these prices... Plus, the arugula wasn't the freshest. The waiter was very nice!

Does not concern food: I just witnessed (08/01/2024) how a delivery person at the southern exit of Konrad Adenauer Allee (bicycle street) honked extremely aggressively at cyclists, even though there was no reason for it. He even dangerously gave way to others. Maybe this review will give management the opportunity to make employees aware of such things. :)

Pizza well topped, friendly staff, you can order online, the tiramisu is a poem! Ordered a garlic dip for the first time today, but it was inedible (very bitter, strange smell). There was water on top, no date on when the dip was bottled, that's why only 4 stars! In the future we will only order pizza and dessert :-)

Quite okay but they're not real Italians... PIZZA WITH PINEAPPLES? Dips in plastic containers! and more. Of course you can get hungry quickly. I ordered a small pizza and a large one arrived. And we had to wait a long time to pay until a blonde with high heels and a short skirt finally came out of nowhere to serve us.

Reviews here are obviously deleted if you don't like them. That's why I'm writing it again. I often ordered pizza here because it was actually good. Nowadays the pizza is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Customer requests will not be taken into account!! If I want a crispy pizza, then my pizza shouldn't fall apart and drown in tomato sauce. You can have a bad day, but two days in a row is too much of a good thing! Also, you don't call other people to see if they paid via PayPal!!! How embarrassing can that be?! Because of 20€?? My friend was contacted because she was with me once when we ordered pizza, and when you call, you call the person who ordered and not a third person!! Incredible!!

A little better than the average delivery service, but also significantly more expensive. Unfortunately, it can't compete with other Napoli-style pizzerias in Augsburg, the dough and ingredients are much better there for the same prices. But service was good!

Waited over 2 hours to order only to receive a lukewarm, rubbery and poorly seasoned pizza. Supplier seemed nice but is really not recommended.

The food itself tasted very good, but unfortunately the order didn't arrive in full (a single drink was missing) and delivery took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. In addition, it took another 2½ hours for the missing drink to arrive. So in compensation we got something for €3 that was in terrible condition. Despite calling several times, the only answer I got was that it was already on the way and should be there soon, but that wasn't the case. I think it's a shame and wouldn't recommend ordering!

Unfortunately it was once again a real failure!! At the beginning we enjoyed ordering often and very often. Unfortunately, over time the delivery time became really long, so we didn't order again for about 6 months. Now we thought that things had worked out again and that they had worked on their delivery problem. But what can I say? 2 hours for a normal order of pizzas and salad on a normal Wednesday evening is not justified. After several calls, only statements like: it's on the way, max. 10 minutes left, there's a traffic jam (!?) or there's a lot going on. Work on a proper delivery system or please don't take so many orders. P.S.: The order is still not there!

We went there for the first time because we really wanted to try the arancini there. You don't find it that often. Well, these didn't really convince us, but anyone who has eaten some really tasty food in Sicily compares quickly. That's the only reason they didn't convince us, otherwise they're definitely worth ordering. We also treated ourselves to a small salad which surprised us very positively due to its size. There was a mustard dressing with it, but it was delicious. After we were able to watch one beautiful pizza after another being created, we also ordered a Magarita, which was delicious and was already at the table after just under 3 minutes. Great airy edge! The only thing I felt a bit sorry for was the staff, who were really hard-working and reached their limits because apparently 1-2 people were missing. So for me it's a small restaurant with a delivery service that's easy to visit and eat well.

The restaurant offers an average pizza with good taste. Unfortunately, the prices are disproportionately high, for example €16 for a 32cm pizza and around €5 for a bottle of water. The price-performance ratio does not seem appropriate.

The Siprego vehicle has been parked in the disabled parking space at the Lidl in Pfersee for 30 minutes...?! Unfortunately I can't post a photo here.

Very bad. Unfortunately I can't recommend the pizza and pasta. The first time I ordered, the food was really bad and then I thought, OK, I'll give Siprego another chance: and the food was miserable again. Now I'll look for another pizza delivery service. Ciao. It's a very small restaurant made for pick up food. The pizza is very good, the sauce is very rich. Everyone very friendly

Best pizza far and wide and always friendly service. You can eat there like in Bella Italia. The Dragone family has a long tradition of pampering the palate with delicious dishes.

Very tasty and fresh food. The pizza is prepared in front of you and tastes unique. Unfortunately, the prices are very exorbitant and sometimes don't make sense. Example: Pizza 32cm: 16€ Pizza 42cm: 29€ And a bottle of water: about 5€

We've had things delivered to us several times. Unfortunately there were always problems...wrong pizza, wrong dressing, ordered bread not delivered. The food is great, but unfortunately the delivery service is not perfect. But despite everything, we love the pizzas!

Expensive pizza with cheap ingredients and the way the pizza was topped, not evenly distributed, really not good. So I won't go there anymore and would advise others not to (2 stars because the service was really good, otherwise I only gave one)

The restaurant only has a few tables and is actually more of a delivery service, the staff is very friendly and the pizzas are consistently very good

Super tasty pizza with a fluffy edge. The dip that you can order with it is also a good idea! We often order from Siprego. The staff are very nice.
