Studio Napoli in Augsburg

Fantastic place - unique in itself. The service was great, the food was delicious and the wheat was nice and cold. The price was completely reasonable and booking online was very easy. Pleasant and always happy! The espresso was terrific. Unfortunately you can't find it everywhere anymore.

Excellent pizzas, absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of cuisine. Even if it is understandable that as many guests as possible should be entertained on the weekend, limiting the table time to 1.5 hours is absolutely unfriendly to guests. We were completely happy with the meal and wanted to order dessert. We were denied this with the information that our table had already been given away. We ordered and ate at a normal pace, so it was virtually impossible to stick to the time slot. It's a shame that people aren't willing to improvise here and high-turnover guests are simply asked to leave the table.

Excellent Pizza 🍕 in a suggestive location full of references to Naples....

The evening was overall very mediocre and actually not recommended: In the front part of the shop where we sat it was constantly drafty and cold because the door doesn't close automatically. The pizzas were okay, but nothing special, rather bland despite the seasoning. (Taste far behind the NineOFive) Drinks were good, but serving 0.5 wheat in the bottle with 0.3 wheat glass is at least weird. However, the service was very nice. Maybe we'll come back at some point, but probably not at the moment.

The quality of the ingredients is very good. Unfortunately the pizza was in the oven for too long and the entire edge was black and therefore bitter. In my opinion, the owner was less open to criticism. If I pay €22 for a pizza + drink, then I expect it not to be banned. The owner could have at least apologized or perhaps offered an espresso. This is what other Italian restaurants do too. Do better next time and everything would be fine. But the reaction from him was not hospitable. Then next time I'd rather visit another restaurant in Augsburg.

I always used to be a big fan of it because you get unusual pizzas and the dough is fantastic. But unfortunately the pizza is now extremely small (it used to be as big as the plate). Not justified for €18, unfortunately I wasn't full afterwards. The service was inattentive and took a very long time. It took 40 minutes for us to order our drinks, that's how long we were kept waiting...

Pizza for 17 euros was outrageously small and actually very crispy for a Neapolitan pizza. Topping was good quality.

The service was slower than expected. The staff was rude and stressed. Prices were higher for the overall experience.

I have always had a good experience in Italian restaurants because it is always about making everyone happy, but this restaurant ruined the image for me. My friend was hungry and we decided to go to the Italian restaurant so he could eat and we could have some drinks while he ate. So we went there it took them a bit to give us a table even though it wasn't that full so we took a seat and we ordered some drinks after ordering they told us we should also order a food to be served with drinks and so we ordered a pizza as we had planned. since they didn't have our first choice we ordered something else and while we were waiting the one rude staff came and told us this is a restaurant not a bar😒you all have to order if you want a drink. This had never happened to us. Order is order. If they are so distracted about this policy, they should mention it beforehand because this rule is not for all restaurants 😑😑. Also, the decor of the restaurant is like half bar and half restaurant. So if you go there, make sure you order food first.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. The service was terrible, the staff was rude, and the food was below average. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible Service and Rude Staff I visited with three friends, and it was one of the worst and most embarrassing restaurant experiences I’ve had in Augsburg, and ever…Only two of us wanted to order food, while everyone ordered drinks. The bartender rudely demanded that everyone order pizza and, when we explained not everyone was hungry, he told us to leave! We had already our drinks at the table half empty and waiting for the pizza to come, but they demanded that we should leave. The waitress wasn’t any friendlier either. Unwelcoming and disrespectful staff—save your money and go elsewhere. It’s shame that the interior and the paintings inside were super nice 🤷‍♀️

We wanted to have a drink in this place. After being seated we were told that we needed to order some food in order to be served. There was no mention of this rule on the menu or on the door. Even though we weren't hungry, we ordered a pizza to share. After receiving our drinks we were informed that the minimum order was 2 pizzas. Additionally, the restaurant was almost empty and there were supposed to be no more reservations at 9 p.m., indicating that we would take the reserved seats. Unprofessional behavior from the curly haired waiter.

Terrible behavior of the staff! Super speechless how some people can be so rude to their customers. We were there with my guests as their first place in Augsburg and we just simply wanted to have some drinks. The 1st waiter after letting us sit at the table and ordering, she forced us to order food if we want to be served there. As we were not hungry we ordered just 1 pizza and while waiting for the pizza and having our drinks, we were asked by another employee that we must order more food than that. We refused as we were not hungry and they behaved us even more rudely and asked us to leave the restaurant. This was the worst behavior I've ever faced in any bar or restaurant!

I definitely give it 5 stars here. I've never had such good pizza in Germany. What was very special was that there were pizzas with Rosso and Bianco. During the time I was sitting at the bar, around 20 people came alone, in groups of two or three, and asked if there were any seats left. However, they were completely full, which speaks for the pizza.

Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered with my first order, which can happen from time to time. But my overall experience at Studio Napoli was very disappointing. The restaurant advertises itself as a place where classic Neapolitan pizzas are baked at 485 degrees for about 60 seconds. However, on my second order the pizzas were definitely(!) in the oven for longer than 60 seconds, which resulted in a bitter, hard and inedible taste. Unfortunately, the contact with the boss and the service was very arrogant and unfriendly, be it on site in the restaurant or with delivery problems. This is confirmed again and again in the recessions. This falls far short of the quality standards I expect from a restaurant that specializes in preparing classic Neapolitan pizzas. In my opinion and the facts described, there are much better pizzerias in Augsburg, so unfortunately I cannot recommend Studio Napoli!

Lovely Italian restaurant reminiscent of the back of a southern Italian alley. The pizza was tasty, well topped and the crust was nice and airy. In front of the toilets downstairs there is a vault for larger groups. German again.

The atmosphere was really perfect for the evening, the place is very suitable for chatting or for couples who want to go on a date. The food was eaten very quickly and with such good quality I allowed for more time. 10/10!

Sehr schöne Location und nettes Personal. Die Pizzen sind gut und haben mal nicht die typischen Beläge sondern eher etwas ausgefalleneres. Zu empfehlen, allerdings würde ich immer reservieren.

The food was delicious, but there were 2/3 dishes that weren't on the menu. Service didn't come to us for a long time to ask for dessert or drinks. Unfortunately, our dog was not allowed in the restaurant, which we had specifically specified when making the reservation. Unfortunately we weren't told this beforehand, which is why we had to take him away again after arriving at the restaurant. It was very unfortunate.

The tastiest pizzas in Augsburg. There are genuine Neapolitan pizzas here. The vegan pizzas in particular are awesome because they don't have any vegan cheese substitutes. Instead, there is, for example, pizza with beetroot slices or delicious pesto. Really great. The ambience is also really great, because in the back of the restaurant there is a covered courtyard with murals reminiscent of the narrow streets of Naples. Simply a great overall package and worth the visit.

The staff was super stressed: sometimes the dough was missing, sometimes other ingredients. The highlight was when the waitress sent me away with the words "There's no fucking bar here, either you order something to eat or you can leave." I had only ordered a bottle of wine and might want to have something small to eat with my date later.

Hip shop, but also really substance: excellent Neapolitan pizza, service on point!

We now average 1 per week to Studio Napoli. There is no better pizza in Augsburg. Excellent pizza, attentive service and great Italian flair!

If you like authentic and minimalist this is exactly the right thing... Small menu but very tasty and honest... It's nice that there are still places like this where you concentrate on the essentials. Pizza was quick at the table, waiter (I think the owner himself) was super nice and not intrusive. Pizza baker right in the restaurant... It shouldn't be anything special... But that's exactly why it is. Because where else can you get down-to-earth honesty served on your plate these days? Keep it up.

I would love to give even more stars! The pizza was first class! Great base, delicious edge, great topping! The selection on the menu is great! The atmosphere "in the Italian courtyard" is so sweet and the service was so infectiously good that everyone in the room had a smile on their face. We had a really nice evening! 🥰

Our absolute favorite pizzeria! They have the very best pizza I have ever eaten in Germany! We have been there many times and have never been disappointed. Absolutely friendly staff and fair prices.

Pizza was very good. Airy dough, very good ingredients. Service was very friendly and quick. There are also extraordinary creations such as: E.g. pizza with pistachio pesto or beetroot carpacio. And the price/performance ratio was exceptionally good, especially for the location.

For me the best pizza outside of Naples.

Even though the restaurant was empty, we had to wait for a seat. There was no coffee because the machine had been broken for over a week. Water with lemon was also not possible as no fruit was available after the three week closure. There was no longer any meal.

pizza here was so delicious and i love the style of the actual restaurant. i don’t think this was an employee or intentional but we saw an italian looking guy in a white tank top, smoking a cigarette in the elevator, and it really helped give this classic italian vibe.

Pizza was great! Unfortunately there is very little choice and tiramisu is mandatory for an Italian restaurant but they don't have any?! Was very surprised even though we were eating there right after opening time. The staff was so friendly.

The pizzas we ordered were very good and the person who served us did his job very efficiently and was always friendly and polite.

Just wanted to have a drink with my mother and not eat anything. We were then sent away even though I had already gotten my drink (which I had to pay for) and almost all the tables were free. Were opposite in the Caipibar, this is recommended 👍

Had a really negative experience on the evening of July 27th, 2024. The service employee at the counter with longer curly hair probably didn't see us walk in. Important information at the beginning: nowhere does it say that you should wait at the front to be seated. So we go to the back and see at least three tables full of dirty plates and glasses. There was no one sitting at these tables... Then the cellar comes running towards us in an annoyed tone: “How can I help you???” His tone didn't get any friendlier when we said that we would like to eat something. We should go back to the front so that our colleague can see if there is anything left available. We left and won't be coming back any time soon.

Nice location but pizza is not that great. Tiramisu cheap instead of mascarpone just cheap cream!! No salads, starters etc.

Original Neapolitan pizzas with interesting names that come to the table within a few minutes of ordering. Young, motivated team and the opportunity to organize a private dinner date on a secret balcony, as well as the large wine cellar for private events! Always my pleasure! (They also offer delivery via Boxbote, I can't recommend that as the freshness of the pizza is lost. Nothing beats a live tasting!)

Hello, Four of us were there for dinner on Tuesday, July 10, 2024. Unfortunately we didn't particularly like it or taste it, the pizzas were bland, we would have liked a little more seasoning. The pizzas were nice and soft, but the edge was about 3 cm without any toppings. The staff was very friendly and mostly attentive. The four of us agree that there is no second visit for us. Today we were guests at Studio Napoli. A very very great restaurant. Lovingly run by people who love pizza. In a brilliant location Food and service were perfect :) The ambience is great We will be back definitely. Thank you.

It didn't get to dinner, so I can't rate it. We were sent away on a Friday evening around 9:30 p.m. on the grounds that out of 6 people on the terrace, at least 4 people had to eat or we would have to go inside. The tables around us ate a pizza and drank a small cola, a consumption level that we had already achieved with our minimum of 2 drinks per person in the first round of orders. We used to love going there, but that was the last time! Very unfortunate

The six of us wanted to eat and drink there on Friday evening. Unfortunately, there was a requirement for the terrace that we had to order at least four pizzas so that we could stay seated on the terrace. Since it was already 9:35 p.m., only two people wanted pizza. Despite ordering numerous alcoholic drinks and several free tables, we unfortunately had to leave the restaurant. A pity! We were warmly welcomed at the next restaurant and decided to leave our money there!

Such a cool place 😍 really great atmosphere and detailed interior. You can only eat pizza here but the pizza is delicious 😋🍕. I would have love to have some more food options but it was amazing nevertheless.

Today we celebrated our anniversary here and it was perfect! Both the ambience and the food were great. You can definitely eat good Italian pizza here. The employees were all in a very good mood and it was absolutely no problem ordering or leaving out ingredients. We were well received and felt very welcome. We found our waiter, Marvin, particularly nice! Very polite and funny man! He also came to the table several times to make sure everything was right. Price-performance ratio was also right. We'll be happy to come back, thank you for the great evening!

The best open pizza in town! Like in Napoli. An Italian-style restaurant with a great atmosphere, very friendly service and a selection of food and drinks.

I'm thrilled every time! The service is good, the employees are very friendly and are very helpful if you have any questions. The pizzas I've had so far have been really tasty and the ambience absolutely speaks for itself! Highly recommended. :)

We had a lovely and relaxing evening here. The interior of the restaurant was charming and inviting. Creative cutlery baskets made from cans, beautiful pictures on the walls and nice sayings on the ceiling gave the room a special atmosphere. A place to feel good. The Neapolitan pizza was a culinary highlight. The dough was wonderfully fluffy and the toppings were of the highest quality – juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and perfectly balanced herbs. The selection of pizzas was varied and well thought out, from classic to creative versions. We were particularly impressed by the optional sauces, which refined the pizza individually and perfectly rounded off the taste experience. A pleasure for all senses!

I absolutely loved the Neapolitan pizza here! It tastes just like the ones I've had in authentic local restaurants in Italy. Visiting Augsburg with my family, we were on the lookout for a great pizza spot, and this place exceeded our expectations with its charming Italian atmosphere.

The pizza dough is very good and the toppings were also very tasty. Only the “beetroot carpaccio” on the vegan pizza was cut way too thick. Still, big praise for the vegan pizza.

Super nice and lovingly decorated pizzeria, there's clearly a lot of passion in it. Staff super friendly and accommodating, even though I didn't make a reservation they made an effort and found a small table for me. I had the calzone and I can only say that I haven't eaten such a good one in a long time 😍😍

I explicitly wrote in my reservation that I wanted a quiet table in a corner. When I arrived with my companion, we were offered two tables in the middle. When we asked why we couldn't get to our desired seats, we were simply told: "Unfortunately it's reserved." Then why is my reservation not being respected? I was there on time. We didn't eat anything afterwards, as such behavior is unfair, I don't think I need to express it more clearly.

Beim durchlesen der vorhandenen Bewertungen ist mir aufgefallen, dass viele das Thema Pizza zu schnell kalt da Aluteller, hohe Preise, wenig Auswahl, Bedienung nett und freundlich, sich mit meinem Empfinden decken. Die Location ist wunderschön, die Musik ist super aber viel zu laut. Was allerdings ein absolutes No Go ist, bei der Reservierung auch nicht mitgeteilt wurde, der Tisch steht nur für 90 Minuten zur Verfügung. D.h. wir konnten kein zweites Getränk bestellen, sondern mussten gehen. Das geht gar nicht!!! Es hätte bei der Reservierung darauf hingewiesen werden müssen. Das ist definitiv ein K.O. Kriterium, dieses Restaurant nochmal zu besuchen.

By far the best napoletana pizza in town and one of the best I’ve had (and I’ve tried many). All the ingredients are high-quality and fresh. The dough is fluffy, well baked and well seasoned - which so many other places get wrong! I always go for a favourite classic - Margherita with olives (not on the menu) - and I’m never disappointed. My partner always tries something different and we’ve had better and worse compositions, but overall always a good experience! 🤌 The service is always super nice and the food comes very quickly. One thing I wish was better is desserts. The nutella pizza and tiramisu we tried in the past were rather disappointing.. If we could get a good cannoli, a proper tiramisu or even just good Italian ice cream, that would be amazing 😁 Anyway - we love the place. You won’t get a better napoletana pizza in Augsburg!

Pizza ausgefallen, lecker aber eher fancy. Geringe Auswahl ist okay, aber mir zu ausgefallen. Wer eine klassische Pizza wünscht, ist hier falsch. Hier gibt es keine klassischen, sondern verfeinert mit Trüffel oder Mandeln. Der Tomatensoße fehlt der Bums. Eher fad. Das Chili-Öl ist richtig gut und sehr scharf! Durchaus ein Besuch wert.

Sehr sehr sehr leckere Pizza und schöne Atmosphäre, allein schon aufgrund der schönen Einrichtung. Ich habe wirklich selten in Deutschland so gute Pizza gegessen.

Zum Essen: Es gibt tatsächlich nur Pizza zum Essen, wer Pasta sucht, wird hier nicht fündig. Dafür ist die Pizza mit neapolitanischem Teig außergewöhnlich gut! Es gibt auch Vegane Pizzen. Wir hatten drei Pizzen: Pizza Johnny Sausage (Pikant) mit Fior di Latte Mozzarella, pikante Salami, Ricotta, Kirschtomaten, Kapern und Basilikum, Pizza Joe The Boss mit Fior di Latte Mozzarella, Mortadella, Stracciatella Käse, Pistazien-Pesto und gehackten Pistazien und die Pizza Freddy No Nose mit Fior di Latte Mozzarella, Rinderschinken Bresaola, Rucola und gehobelter Parmesan. Alle drei Pizzen sehr lecker, besonders die Bianca Pizzen ohne Tomatensoße haben es uns angetan. Die Johnny Sausage hätte schärfer sein können und es war vergleichsweise wenig Wurst drauf. Dafür standen Chili-Öl und Knoblauch-Öl am Tisch. Zum Service: Der Kellner (leider wissen wir seinen Namen nicht, er hatte nur etwas längere Braune Locken) war extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut gelaunt. Er hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Zum Ambiente: Wir hatten vorher online reserviert und saßen im vorderen Teil des Lokals nahe der Tür. Leider war es allen in allem sehr kalt im Restaurant, auch weil die Tür immer wieder aufging durch neue Besucher. Es liegen zwar dünne Decken aus, wir haben trotzdem extrem gefroren. Wer empfindlich ist, empfehle ich sich etwas zum überziehen mitzunehmen. Ansonsten ist das Lokal modern italienisch gestaltet, sehr gemütlich.

Perfekte neapolitanische Pizza und leider die einzig gute Pizzeria in Augsburg…

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser Pizzeria zu essen, und es war eine positive Erfahrung. Die Pizza war gut zubereitet, mit frischen Zutaten und einem leckeren Teig. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, was den Besuch angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage mitten in Augsburg ist auch praktisch. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort, um eine authentische Pizza zu genießen…

Leckere Pizza. Interessante Variationen.

War hier zum erste Mal und aufgrund der guten Bewertungen war ich sehr gespannt darauf. Mein Mann war begeistert von seiner Pizza (Crazy Joe Gallo) aber ich eher weniger. Ich hatte mich für die Pizza Joe the boss entschieden. Für mich haben die Toppings nicht zusammen gepasst und es hat auch an Geschmack und Gewürzen gefehlt. Vielleicht hatte ich für mich einfach nur einen Fehlgriff. Sehr positiv ist aber, dass das Lokal sehr schön und stimmig eingerichtet ist.

Die Pizza schmeckte absolut perfekt. Es gibt nichts was sich kritisieren lässt. Bedienung ist super freundlich und ich musste nicht lange auf die Pizza warten. Tendenziell eignet sich diese Art von Pizza nicht zum mitnehmen, allerdings war sie immer noch perfekt, nach dem Aufwärmen im Ofen! 10/10 ⭐️

Die Pizza ist mega, aber dass die Getränkekarte um einiges größer ist als die Speisekarte, finde ich merkwürdig. Hätte zu der Pizza gerne einen Salat gehabt oder danach eine kleine Nachspeise. Das Ambiente lädt aber auch nicht wirklich zum verweilen ein, soll es wahrscheinlich auch gar nicht… Es ist eng und laut und die Stühle unbequem. Aber wie gesagt, die Pizza ist richtig lecker!

Wunderbare Pizza in toller Atmosphäre und guten Service

Schneller, ausgesprochen freundlicher Service. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten und kurz vor uns 8 Personen angekommen sind, dauerte es keine 10 Minuten bis die bestellten Pizzen da waren. Zu den sehr leckeren Pizzen gibt es wirklich scharfes Chilli- und gutes Knoblauchöl - so soll es sein!
