Ein echter Glücksgriff, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Wer in Augsburg authentische italienische Pizza sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Qualität ist erstklassig und der Service tadellos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unser italienischer Kellner: Er war so nett und freundlich, wie man es in Deutschland nicht immer erlebt! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Proseccoschorle war sehr lecker und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Die Pizza war geschmacklich in Ordnung, allerdings nichts Besonderes. Leider stimmt für uns das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht. Der Pizzarand war teilweise verbrannt, was den Genuss etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service, wir mussten über eine Stunde warten, bis unsere Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen wurde. Insgesamt war der Besuch daher leider nicht überzeugend.

Ja, es ist tatsächlich eine echte Napoli-Pizza und dazu auch noch perfekt zubereitet, ein absoluter Genuss. Besonders empfehlenswert: vegane Pizzen Ganz ohne Käse. Da schmeckt man die tolle Tomatensauce besonders gut! Innen hinten gibt es tolle historische Gewölbe, vorne ist nichts besonderes. Außen ist halt die Maxstraße ;)

Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung und Pizzabäcker. Haben die Küche nochmal geöffnet obwohl diese eigentlich schon geschlossen war.

Der Geschmack und Belag entsprach nicht einer 18 bzw. 20 Euro Pizza. Gewürze und Käse hat man gesucht. Der Teig war durch die Soße überwässert und der Rand trocken. Der Sun Bitter Spritz war leider zu stark verdünnt, sodass es kaum Geschmack hatte. Außerdem wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, das Getränk beim Servieren in einem Glas statt in der Flasche zu erhalten bzw. zusätzlich ein Glas angeboten zu bekommen. Allgemein ist es dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht entsprechend.

Essen war gut aber laaaaaaaange Wartezeiten. 19 Uhr da 19.45 Uhr Bestellung 20.30 Uhr erste essen kamen . Naja wir haben uns die Zeit schon vertreiben können. So sehr nettes Servicepersonal

Der Service ist schnell, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Der Pizzateig war wirklich lecker. Allerdings waren die „Sammy the Bull“-Pizzen zu tomatenlastig und enthielten nicht genug Käse.

Sehr nette Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal, aber das ist auch schon alles – das Essen ist Schund, und das Einzige, was an Neapel erinnert, ist der Name. Das ist eine Beleidigung für alle Italiener.

Sehr enttäuschender Besuch. Die Pizza kam deutlich zu spät, wir mussten draußen frieren und wurden beim Wechsel nach drinnen direkt neben die Toilette gesetzt. Obwohl der Abend dadurch für uns gelaufen war, mussten wir die verspätete Pizza trotzdem bezahlen. Leider kein kulanter oder gastfreundlicher Umgang. Für einen besonderen Anlass nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Musik war extrem laut, und dazu lief überwiegend UK-Drill. Meiner Meinung nach passt das nicht besonders gut zu dieser Art von Restaurant. Vermutlich versucht man so, dem Laden ein jüngeres Image zu geben, aber es wirkt eher unpassend. Auch das Verhalten des Personals war teilweise unprofessionell, wie hier auch schon andere angemerkt haben. Der Service an sich war freundlich und wurde gut ausgeführt, aber gleichzeitig hört man hinter dem Tresen, wie der Koch durch TikTok scrollt, der Barkeeper sich über seinen Chef beschwert und generell Gespräche geführt werden, die Kunden problemlos mithören können. Das halte ich für nicht angemessen in einem Restaurant. Die Pizza war leider ebenfalls enttäuschend. sie war praktisch in Tomatensoße ertränkt. Die Qualität kommt nicht annähernd an eine traditionelle oder authentische neapolitanische Pizza heran. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Ambiente: Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkt innen wirklich ansprechend. Insgesamt hat der Laden definitiv großes Potenzial, wenn an den genannten Punkten gearbeitet wird. PS: 7 € für eine Flasche Wasser ist eine absolute Frechheit.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente – davon sollte es in Augsburg definitiv mehr geben! Perfekt für einen entspannten Date-Abend. Ich war zum ersten Mal mit meinem Freund dort. Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte hätte für unseren Geschmack etwas größer sein können, aber wir sind trotzdem fündig geworden. Besonders positiv war der Service: Obwohl kein Salat auf der Karte stand, hat uns der Kellner problemlos eine leckere Vorspeise zubereitet. Er war sehr aufmerksam, hat immer wieder nachgefragt und man konnte ganz entspannt mit ihm reden. Das Essen war sehr lecker – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten nicht reserviert, aber zum Glück haben sie noch einen Platz für uns gefunden! Schneller, freundlicher Service und – am wichtigsten – das Essen war köstlich! Absolut empfehlenswert. Es gibt drei Sitzbereiche: vorne etwas moderner, hinten eine Art italienischer Innenhof (sehr stimmungsvoll) und dort, wo wir saßen: der gemütliche und ruhige Keller.

Dieses Restaurant ist weit mehr als eine gewöhnliche Pizzeria – es ist eine kleine Oase der Gemütlichkeit, die sofort an eine charmante Trattoria in einem italienischen Dorfhinterhof erinnert. Das Ambiente ist einfach unschlagbar angenehm und fernab der üblichen "Norm-Pizzeria um die Ecke". ​Der wahre Clou ist der Weg in den Keller: Man taucht ein in eine faszinierende Welt aus Backstein-Gewölben. Ein Detail, das den Wohlfühlfaktor auf ein außergewöhnlich hohes Niveau hebt. ​Die Pizza: Absolut Spitze! Der Teig, die Beläge – hier stimmt die Handwerkskunst. ​Der Aperol Spritz: Das Mischverhältnis war perfekt – erfrischend und harmonisch, genau wie es sein muss. ​Wir hatten internationalen Besuch von den Philippinen dabei, und auch sie war restlos begeistert von diesem besonderen Ort. Das Restaurant hebt sich spürbar ab und schafft eine Atmosphäre, die zum Verweilen und Genießen einlädt. ​Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die neben exzellenter Küche auch ein unverwechselbares Ambiente suchen.

Wir haben kurzfristig angefragt, ob noch ein Tisch frei ist. Wir haben mega Glück gehabt und noch einen Platz bekommen. Im Laufe unseres Abends haben wir immer mehr gemerkt, welches Glück wir hatten. Die Pizzen haben mega gut geschmeckt, so frisch, knusprig und einzigartig. Die Qualität der Zutaten, des mega Olivenöls als auch des wirklich scharfem Chiliöl (vor dem man netterweise gewarnt wird🤭). Die Bedienung und der Barmann haben eine mega Ausstrahlung und man hat sich so super umsorgt gefühlt. Die Räumlichkeiten haben sie in jeder Ecke schlicht, aber auch so gemütlich gestaltet. Falls wir wieder nach Augsburg kommen, ist ‚Studio Napoli‘ auf jeden Fall unser erster Anlaufpunkt.

Pizza und Salat waren ok. Die neapoletanische Pizza gibt es aber in anderen Resaurants weit besser. Der Service war nicht wirklich aufmerksam. War ok aber ich habe mir weit mehr erwartet.

In diesem Lokal bekommt man qualitativ gute Pizza, die man sonst am ehesten in Italien findet und in Augsburg eher selten ist. Die von mir gewählte Johnny Sausage war exzellent ausgeführt. Auf der anderen Seite würde ich mir jedoch wünschen, dass in die Speisekarte ein paar Klassiker aufgenommen würden, da die Auswahl sonst eher auf der speziellen Seite angesiedelt ist. Zumindest als Basis wäre mancher Klassiker wünschenswert. So gibt es auf der Karte nur zwei Pizzen, die Salami enthalten, darunter eine Calzone und eine Pizza Bianca (White Pizza ohne Tomatensauce) Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Ambiente im alten Augsburger Gemäuer mit authentischer Wandmalerei sehr angenehm. Gerne mehr 👍🥲

Samstagabend um 20 Uhr war ich mit Freunden in Augsburg und wir suchten spontan nach einem Restaurant für ein leckeres Abendessen. Überall wurden wir abgewiesen. Hier bekamen wir trotz des vollen Lokals einen Tisch, etwas versteckt zwischen den Treppen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und obwohl wir in einer ruhigen Ecke saßen, fühlten wir uns nie vernachlässigt. Die Pizzen und Getränke kamen schnell. Ich bestellte die „Freddie No Nose“-Pizza, die einfach himmlisch war! Die bestelle ich beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder 😍😍. Ich zahlte 21,50 € für die Pizza und eine Limonade. Ein fairer Preis ✨

Wir waren gestern hier bei einem Geburtstag und uns hat’s allen SEHR GUT geschmeckt. Das Ambiente ist toll und neben den Pizzen können wir auch das Tiramisu sehr empfehlen!!

Ich war an diesem Abend tatsächlich Gast in Ihrem Restaurant. Die Wartezeit von ca. 90 Minuten auf ein Hauptgericht war für mich ausschlaggebend für die Bewertung. Als Servicekraft weiß ich, wie wichtig Kommunikation gegenüber Gästen ist – diese hat an diesem Abend leider gefehlt. Die Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf diese Erfahrung. Außerdem gab der Kellnerin an die Bestellung garnicht erst in die Kasse einzugehen was der Grund war wieso ich vergessen wurde...seine Kunden als Lügner darzustellen ist zudem äußerst peinlich und unprofessionel

It used to be my number one go-to place for good pizza. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly over the years. The pizzas have gotten smaller, but everything is more expensive. You can also tell who's making the pizzas. It seems to me like they're trying to emulate the third-rate Nuva because their over-the-top, cringeworthy marketing probably attracts a lot of customers. What a shame :( You guys were so great!

Eigentlich meine Nummer 1 Anlaufstelle für gute Pizza gewesen. Qualität hat aber über die Jahre leider stark nachgelassen.. Pizzen sind kleiner geworden, dafür aber alles teurer, man merkt auch den Unterschied wer grad als Pizzabäcker da ist Wirkt auf mich bisschen als würden sie versuchen sich an das drittklassige Nuva anzugleichen weil die durch ihr überzogen cringes Marketing wahrscheinlich viele Gäste abgreifen. Schade :( ihr wart so toll

Last Sunday, I ordered pizza through Lieferando. After waiting for an hour and a half, the order was simply canceled. During that time, I tried calling several times: once, someone answered, hung up immediately without saying a word, and after that, I only got their voicemail. When I went to the restaurant in person, I was told that the server wanted to do the billing in peace and that's why she hadn't answered the phone. I understand that it was 9 or 10 pm and they wanted to finish work early, but everything could have been resolved with a quick phone call. I work in the restaurant industry myself, but if I know someone is waiting for an order, I don't just ignore every call.

We had a reservation this week for our company Christmas party, and everyone was thrilled with both the food and the service. We had the long table downstairs, which was very convenient for us. It's super cozy downstairs, but also very nice upstairs. Oliver's service was excellent. He gave us great advice and catered to our individual needs. The food was absolutely delicious. We were also shown the specials menu. We ended up ordering pizzas from both the regular menu and the specials menu. Everything was very good. The drinks were also good. We can highly recommend Studio Napoli. It's also in a fantastic location right in the city center.

Simply fantastic. The pizzas were amazing, from the dough to the fresh toppings. I personally love it when they offer pizzas other than the usual varieties. The seating inside is also very nice, but there are only a few tables, so it's best to reserve.

I've been a regular at Studio Napoli for many years and am always absolutely delighted. The pizza is of outstanding quality and truly unique in Augsburg in terms of taste. The burrata appetizer was absolutely amazing – fresh, creamy, and perfectly presented. The service is also top-notch: very friendly waiters, always attentive and quick with additional orders. I've always been satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Keep up the great work – it's a fantastic restaurant!

Visited on a friend’s strong recommendation and it exceeded every expectation. Booked a table in the Winekeller downstairs – hands down one of the most romantic and cozy settings for a date night in the city. Perfect dim lighting, beautiful brick walls, intimate vibe… 10/10 atmosphere. Drinks were spot on (kept it simple with the basics and they were perfectly made). Skipped starters because I couldn’t wait to try their famous pizzas – and wow, they delivered! • The classic one (basically a Margherita with a fancier name) was easily one of the best I’ve ever had: super fresh dough, amazing tomato sauce, and that perfect leopard-spotted crust. • The vegan “The Good, The Bad” sounded bold but turned out insane – flavorful, creative, and didn’t feel “vegan compromise” at all. My partner loved it. Everything felt authentic, staff were warm and attentive, and the whole experience just felt special. Already planning my next visit – Studio Napoli is now my go-to spot for proper Neapolitan pizza and great dates. Highly, highly recommend! 🔥🍕

Hi everyone, We were there for dinner yesterday, just the two of us. The atmosphere in the beautiful, open-air entrance area was fantastic – simply amazing. The owner is great and very helpful with any questions. The pizza was delicious. Thanks to the whole team!

The ambiance is quite nice, but the music is often too loud and there's not much space. The food is okay at best, nothing special, and far too expensive for what it is (€17 pizza, €7 bottle of water...). There are plenty of other places that are better; there's no reason to come here except for the daily cocktail deals.

Very good pizzas. Service could be improved. And please replace the metal plates with regular plates. The pizzas get cold after just a few minutes. That ruins all the effort put into baking them.

we waited 45 minures for someone to take our order…nobody came…staff seems extremely stressed…this was a very good place some time ago, but now i would not recommend anymore…

After it took forever for the waiter to come to the table (outside, 9 p.m.) and one guest placed their order (tiramisu and wine spritzer), the second guest was asked if they wanted something to eat (pizza). If not, they had to leave, because the waiter was instructed to only serve guests who were eating (tiramisu doesn't count). And this with a minimal selection of pizzas. Never again, not even for a pizza.

The tastiest pizza you'll find in Augsburg, and the service was also very friendly. Unfortunately, we waited an hour for two pizzas, so we were already considering leaving. I think that's too long a wait, and I won't eat here again in the future, but maybe just order takeaway.

While strolling along Maximilianstrasse in Augsburg, my wife noticed an interesting, busy Italian restaurant with a terrace. When we arrived, I asked if there was a seat and was kindly told there wasn't, but if we wanted, we could be served inside. And we accepted. There, we had the opportunity to admire the murals inside and saw the menu featuring the "Signature" pizzas, which we could later try and appreciate their quality. Inside, we drank a few beers, and just before our food was brought, we were asked to leave because a table on the terrace was available, which they offered us. Although the restaurant was always very busy, the service was very friendly and timely. They also prepared a pizza for my son outside the menu, which I greatly appreciated. I found the prices fair and the atmosphere of the restaurant modern and sophisticated. Definitely a place to visit again.

We came around 9:30 pm just to have dessert and coffee, but were told we couldn’t sit unless we ordered pizza, even though there were plenty of empty tables. Very disappointing experience.

In all my 30 years of going to restaurants, I've never had an experience as uniquely disappointing as this one, and that comes from a person like me that is 99% of the time fine with all sorts of people. My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant, and while the place itself looks nice, the service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. From the start, the waiter was dismissive. When we asked to be seated, his tone was rude, but we tried to be understanding. We then waited about 55 minutes to an hour for our food, and I know this precisely because I had sent a voice message to a friend at the time we ordered, which gave me a clear timestamp. During that time, we watched multiple tables who arrived after us get served well before we did. When I politely mentioned the wait time to the waiter, I genuinely expected a normal, courteous response , something like “I’ll check on that” or at least a simple apology. Instead, he not only refused to acknowledge the wait but actually implied I was lying, saying “I don’t think so” with a look that was as judgmental as his words. I want to emphasize I was not confrontational, I simply brought it up in a friendly manner, simply hoping for some human connection or basic courtesy. Instead, I got a response that was not only dismissive but downright rude. It was clear from his tone and expression that he was treating me as if I were lying. In the end, I stood up and said I no longer wanted the meal. I offered to pay for the drink and leave, but instead of any understanding, a single word of apology, he threatened to call the police (most pathetic thing a business can do instead of simply being able to not call people liar). I ended up taking it home just to avoid ruining the night any more than that. If you're reading this and you work here, understand that people come not just for food but for a decent experience. If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, you probably shouldn’t be working in a role that involves interacting with people at all. I am genuinely sorry for you.

We had reserved a table, and the website stated, "We'll be outside when the weather's nice." There was no option to reserve outside. When we arrived, however, everything outside was full, and we would have had to wait inside until a space became available, which was a real shame. We decided to go somewhere else and stop by later for a drink. There was a spot, but we weren't allowed to sit there before 10:00 a.m. without ordering a pizza. We weren't allowed to order any other food or anything else to drink unless we were eating pizza. Unfortunately, we won't be visiting this restaurant again.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the negative reviews about the unfriendliness of the male waitress with long, curly hair. We were there without a reservation, and there were no seats left in the back room with the beautiful paintings, so we wanted to sit at the front. Then I asked him very politely if he could let us know if a seat became available at the back. In our opinion, this was a standard question; other restaurants even suggest this themselves when a seat becomes available at the popular tables, so you can move. He was angry about it, perhaps because he thought he'd cleaned the table for nothing. We wanted to sit at the front table, and it was only a question from us. In any case, when I confronted him about it, because I thought his unfriendly manner had caused a misunderstanding, he completely ignored us, walked away, and didn't speak to us again. So we left because we didn't want to eat there anymore either, and it felt like he kicked us out without saying a word. I've never experienced anything so strange and at the same time blatantly unfriendly. That's a real shame. So we went to another delicious pizzeria, which we'll probably always go to in the future.

Best pizza ever – authentic, light & simply amazing For me, Studio Napoli has the best pizza I've ever eaten. The dough is light, flavorful, and not at all heavy on the stomach – you can immediately tell that real craftsmanship and quality go into this. The ingredients are also fresh and high-quality. I love that the menu isn't overloaded – instead, there are select, creative combinations that you won't find everywhere. The service was friendly, attentive, and authentic – just like the relaxed, stylish ambiance. You just feel at home here. The bottom line: If you love pizza, you'll love Studio Napoli. Absolutely recommend it! 🍕✨

As regular Augsburg residents, we actually only came here because a visitor from out of town had chosen the restaurant. Our concerns about whether you could actually get a good pizza in the tourist hotspot of Maxstraße were unfounded, however, because: We were thrilled! The atmosphere in the back is truly great; it's like walking down a small alley in Italy. Only the music was a bit too loud for our liking, but it was immediately turned down upon request. The service was simply super friendly. The pizzas were large, rolled out nice and thin, but still crispy on the bottom. The dough and tomato sauce were exceptionally delicious. Adding or removing ingredients was no problem. The alcoholic drinks were also perfectly mixed. The only reason we lose a point is that the restaurant no longer offers appetizers and desserts. A salad or something similar would have been great. But we were definitely full. We'd love to come back!

The pizza was really tasty, but the service was subpar. The boss was unfriendly and snippy, there were no vases or glasses for flowers, the empty chili oil was provided at all tables and when asked, it was emphasized that it was empty. A good restaurant also requires good and accommodating service, which is unfortunately missing here.

We made a quick stop and grabbed a pizza to go and a quick drink at the counter. Nice service, nice atmosphere in the shop and a great pizza. Clear recommendation. We'll be back :-)

Really very tasty pizza, there are vegan options to choose from, which has to be emphasized positively. We would love to come back because the service was also great.

The pizzas are delicious and recommended. The service is friendly, but unfortunately we had to wait quite a long time. (The restaurant was full to capacity) Reservation is probably urgently required. The prices are high considering it is “just” pizza

Very nice location in Augsburg city center, offers many places and a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. The food and drinks are of the finest quality, the service is great and the prices are more than fair. The menu is also well suited to vegetarian and vegan diets. I can absolutely recommend it, always happy!

I didn't think I would ever write a review on Google - but that's the way it is! It was supposed to be a nice evening with friends... at least that was the plan! Four of us came from Ulm, including 3 people and a medium-sized dog... After we had waited for our reserved table, the owner of the restaurant came to us with the words "Dogs are not allowed here" and promptly left. In principle, it's no problem at all if you make this known in some way - either on the website, on Google or as a sign on the door... And of course we had already checked beforehand whether dogs were allowed or not so as not to make a reservation in vain! Unfortunately it wasn't noted anywhere. Well, we sat in the entrance area with this information and at first we didn't know whether it was a request to leave straight away or what we should do with the information... I then asked the waitress whether our reservation was no longer valid - she seemed indecisive... Long story short - the owner came back, got upset relatively quickly and didn't understand that you could make your guests aware of this in advance in order to avoid something like this in the future. But then stammered something about great service – unfortunately no! Good service looks different. When we left the restaurant after a short discussion, we were shouted that we shouldn't come back under any circumstances... It goes without saying that we won't be making reservations there anymore! What we would have liked: a more normal tone - there were several people/guests sitting in the front area and they had to hear everything. On the other hand, we could have been offered to order a pizza to-go - then at least he would have made some sales from us! All in all very embarrassing because the tone of the entire conversation was so incredibly childish - and when I read through the other "bad" reviews here, the owner should think about how he treats or speaks to his customers in the future...

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at Studio Napoli yesterday, Friday, February 21st, 2025. We made reservations in advance and traveled an hour extra to spend a lovely evening there - albeit with our dog. There was no indication during the reservation process, on the website, on Google, or at the door that dogs were not allowed. The waitress saw our dog as we entered and said nothing. Only when the boss came by did he curtly inform us that dogs were not allowed and then disappeared again without any further explanation. Since we didn't know whether this was an invitation to leave, we asked. We also explained to him that we had come specifically and that it would be helpful to communicate this rule somewhere - after all, we could have been spared the journey and the disappointment. His answer was rude and disrespectful: he didn't have to write it down anywhere. The discussion ended with him telling us that we didn't need to come back - which was over for us anyway. It's really a shame that guests are treated like this here. A friendly hint would have been enough, but instead we were rejected as if we were a burden. Respectful treatment should be a given in the catering industry - unfortunately not the case here. But as we all know, pride comes before a fall.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. If you can't solve situations with a certain level of professionalism, it's not a sign of hospitality and you'll lose your customers step by step (see also the other negative reviews).

Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered with my first order, which can happen from time to time. But my overall experience at Studio Napoli was very disappointing. The restaurant advertises itself as a place where classic Neapolitan pizzas are baked at 485 degrees for about 60 seconds. However, on my second order the pizzas were definitely(!) in the oven for longer than 60 seconds, which resulted in a bitter, hard and inedible taste. Unfortunately, the contact with the boss and the service was very arrogant and unfriendly, be it on site in the restaurant or with delivery problems. This is confirmed again and again in the recessions. This falls far short of the quality standards I expect from a restaurant that specializes in preparing classic Neapolitan pizzas. In my opinion and the facts described, there are much better pizzerias in Augsburg, so unfortunately I cannot recommend Studio Napoli!!

two times visited, two different experiences... one of pizza chefs is making way better pizza.. other need to practice to reach his level although he is good .. other than that.. very good napolitana pizza better than in Napoli dough is same quality like Italy but more rich in toppings unlike in Italy where topping can be poor(less) .

Fantastic place - unique in itself. The service was great, the food was delicious and the wheat was nice and cold. The price was completely reasonable and booking online was very easy. Pleasant and always happy! The espresso was terrific. Unfortunately you can't find it everywhere anymore.
