Sima in Emmendingen

Wir waren heute bei Francesco und sind rundum begeistert. Er hat für uns ein wirklich köstliches Essen zubereitet: einen Pastateller mit Gemüse sowie Fleisch mit Pilzsauce. Alles war hervorragend und seine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich – wir hatten das Gefühl, bei Francesco zuhause eingeladen zu sein. Vielen Dank, lieber Francesco. An experience. In a small shop for Italian specialties, there are actually up to 10 places to sit and eat. The owner is the chef and the heart of the place. You can't tell what's served on a menu. But you get what you want. And it's delicious. We look forward to our next visit.

Sima isn't really a restaurant, but a delicatessen. One where the food is cooked and served ad hoc (therefore, there's no menu) with great care. The results are fantastic! They also offer great wines (already tried them), plenty of pasta and olive oils, fresh vegetables, and, of course, other specialties. A rather unusual business concept for the area, but one that we thoroughly enjoy! Because the table is in the middle of the small shop, the number of guests is limited, so it's best to make a reservation.

Francesco cooked us a delicious meal last night. Authentic Italian dishes made with the finest ingredients. It's incredibly comfortable sitting at a long table in the middle of his delicatessen. Highly recommended.

I can fully agree with the previous reviews. Francesco has created something extraordinary here: Event catering, delicious food and good wines of the best quality. A real treat!

Very warm welcome from the boss Francesco himself. Actually, you don't want to publicly praise such a gem, otherwise you won't have it to yourself for much longer. Only the very best ingredients, fresh from Sicily, loving preparation of the dishes and then a taste explosion on the tongue. What more could you want….actually nothing. Very tasteful food in a cozy atmosphere like at la nonna. Francesco is a unique host with great wine who is happy to accommodate his guests' requests (e.g. vegan for me). 10/10 recommend Be careful: there is no menu, he cooks something different every day, which is exactly what makes it a special experience.

Very good food, high quality, taste is unique and great. The atmosphere is familiar, you just feel comfortable.

Sehr leckerer Mittagstisch!Und große Auswahl an italienischen Spezialitäten.Der Besitzer ist eine Klasse für sich.

Ein sehr gut sortierter italienischer Feinkostladen mit leckerem kleinen Mittagstisch. Es besteht eine große Auswahl an frischen italienischen waren. Die Vorbestellung von frischen Fisch aufs Wochenende ist ein erstklassiges Angebot. Der Besitzer richtet für angemeldete Gruppen auch ein schönes Abendessen in einem eigens dafür vorgesehenen Raum im Hinterhof aus. Einmal im Jahr findet ein großes Hoffest mit frischen Speisen und italienischer Live-Musik statt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich!
