Authentic Thai eatery! Highly Recommended! If you love original Thai food, you will find it here. The papaya salad is a classic must with every order, as are the Pad Thai and the crispy-spicy pork belly dishes (on the Thai menu). The dishes in this restaurant are so good and authentically prepared that you can order a new dish every time and not be disappointed. Today the soup (Tom Yam Gai) was ordered; it was nice and sour and fresh. The owners and other employees are always very friendly and the place is very warmly decorated with lots of plants on the window sills. But you should either come early or make a reservation because the restaurant is always (rightly!) busy.

An absolute culinary delight. We go to Hanover once every year and this is our favorite restaurant. The food tastes like in Thailand. I can only recommend.

Horrible service!!! The food was okay but the service outweighed everything! The waitress was unfriendly. We want zsm. eating and asked if we could pull the table together? We weren't even looked in the eye; we were answered with an unfriendly no. Children are probably not welcome here either but there won't be a next time.

The food was good, but the service was terrible and the waitress was very rude! We were even served after a few people even though we got there much earlier. We were there today (Sunday) and had to wait over an hour for our food. The food was there and the cutlery wasn't even there -.-

As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a touch of the eighties, characterized by heavy, ornate tables and chairs made of dark wood as well as decorative bamboo elements that created a nostalgic Asian atmosphere. Our culinary journey began with Tom Ka Gai, a classic coconut milk soup with chicken, ginger and lemongrass, which reminded me of my own attempts at cooking this dish. The soup was delicious and reasonably priced at 5.90 euros. The main course, fried ribbon rice noodles with crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs and crispy baked duck, was also impressive due to its quality and the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors. Particularly noteworthy is the massamam curry, a Thai delicacy that impressed with its seasoning and fresh ingredients. Despite the somewhat outdated furnishings and a very traditional menu, the 'Siam Thai' is characterized by excellent value for money. Ratio, with dishes between 12 and 16 euros. The service was attentive and friendly; Thanks to a reservation we even got a larger table, which made the visit particularly pleasant. The 'Siam Thai' undoubtedly deserves its stars on Google: the food is excellent and the price-performance ratio can be described as cheap these days. I would return without hesitation, perhaps precisely because of the charming patina and the classic style of the kitchen. A real gem for lovers of authentic Thai cuisine in Hanover."

Luckily we had reserved a table in advance for 6.30 p.m. on Friday evening. One person less spontaneously wasn't a problem, we got a nice, large table by the window. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Tom Kha Gai soup was well seasoned and aromatic, with a surprising amount of chicken in it. The duck dishes with rice (see photos) and the counterpart with fried noodles (no photo) tasted excellent. The portion size was appropriate, the duck was still juicy and the curry was pleasantly spicy. We'd love to come back!

For us, definitely the best food around here. The vegetarian versions in particular are very tasty with large portions.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! The restaurant has a nice feeling and i really liked the decor. There are many nice dishes to choose from but what really set this restaurant apart for me was the extensive vegan menu! It’s great to see so many options for vegetarians and vegans. I tried the vegan duck and vegan beef and both were incredible! The regular meat dishes are also tasty.

The food has been good so far, but today I am very disappointed. The vegetables were clear. too soft, but above all the fish didn't work at all. Fried is definitely different...the two parts in the photo (unfortunately cannot be uploaded) are as hard as a board and straight for the trash. Pity for my money. The 2 stars are for the green curry sauce because it was good.

Hello. Mother wanted to try the Thai restaurant. We each took a typical local dish. Taste was good (coconut milk, etc.). Definitely plenty, a little salty, but good. It was really crowded at lunchtime, I think a lot of people who work nearby. Kind regards

We often use the restaurant for lunch and I love it. This turns the lunch break into a short vacation. Very polite service, fantastic food including soup at a reasonable price (especially when you compare it to other lunch options). The only drawback is sometimes the longer waiting times if you just want to have a quick lunch. Also depends on the number of people.

A table for 4 was made at short notice. Reception rather mediocre friendly, table ok. Dishes for the different guests came 5 minutes apart (2 rice dishes, 2 curries) and they actually wanted to eat together. Despite the Thai spiciness I ordered, the curries weren't spicy; Dishes overall ok, but not >4 stars either. But then rather expensive…

The Siam Thai restaurant in Hanover is simply phenomenal! 🌟🍲 New Year's Eve for five without a reservation - despite the challenge, the staff and owner did everything they could to accommodate our family of five. 👨‍🍳👏 The food was extremely delicious, a true feast for the senses! 🍜🎉 The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, and despite the huge stress level, the entire team was super friendly. 😅👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Coincidence brought us here when we arrived from the airport and we are so grateful for it! 🛬🌍 If we are in Hanover again, we will definitely find our way here. Das Personal war leider stark überfordert. Das Essen kam in Etappen, sodass alle (die ihr Essen hatten) zeitversetzt Gegessen haben, anstatt zusammen. Ein Besteck fehlte und wurde erst nach mehr maligen Ansprechen nachgeliefert. Meine Bestellung wurde komplett vergessen. Genau wie eine Entschuldigung hierfür. Darauf angesprochen, war sich niemand einer Schuld bewusst. Außerdem hat man im Restaurant gefroren, da die Heizungen (im Winter) wohl aus waren. Immerhin war die Qualität des Essens gut. Das konnte ich allerdings nur bewerten, da ich von Freunden probieren durfte.

Für mich der beste Thailänder der Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal und gemütliches Ambiente. Das Essen ist immer wieder super lecker und die Gerichte sind groß. Immer wieder gerne!!

Das Essen hat ganz ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und mehr ausprobieren. Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Bin auf Empfehlung hingegangen und nun kann ich es selbst wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Essen ist dort wirklich sehr sehr lecker aber der Inhaber ist leider wahnsinnig frech und unfreundlich. Wir holen regelmäßig Essen zum Mitnehmen und der Herr ist leider immer aufs Neue extrem unfreundlich und teilweise so frech, dass ich mir jedes Mal denke, das war das letzte Mal dort. Wie gesagt, Essen ist top aber sorry, Service geht echt anders, selbst beim Abholen.

Alles Top. Habe zufällig diesen Laden gefunden und bin einfach begeistert. Bin jetzt zum 2ten mal dort und wurde wie immer von Personal und essen überrascht wie nett uns höflich das Personal ist und wie Lecker es ist unglaublich, ihr müsst unbedingt probieren und obwohl der Laden sehr beliebt, kriegt man auch kurzfrüstig einen Tisch, was klasse ist. Komme sehr gerne nochmal und wieder mit der ganzen Familie LG Denis :)

Was recommended by a Thai friend saying this restaurant has the most authentic Thai food in Hannover. The ambience was great, service was good, but the food we had wasn't all that impressive. The Tom Kha soup was good, but a bit too salty, the fish cakes were too dry and salty. The Pad Thai was not bad, but the chicken in the stir-fried dish was a bit too dry too. Having said that, this is still a decent restaurant if you crave for some Thai food.

Ich habe mit Freunden zu Abend gegessen. Jeder hatte ein anderes Gericht bestellt, es wurde gleichzeitig serviert, und das in einer nicht zu erwartender Qualität. Wir sind keine Veganer, aber was in diesem Lokal an verschiedenen Veganen Speisen angeboten wird, hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Und das schmeckt richtig, richtig gut!!! Weiter so! Wir kommen wieder.

Rock Stromboli liebt dieses Restaurant! Der Rock war schon in vielen Läden die behaupten Thai Food anzubieten. Nachdem er lange in Thailand war, kann er behaupten, dass dieses Restaurant absolut authentisch ist und empfiehlt euch einen Blick in die authentische Thaikarte zu werfen welche ihr extra ordern solltet.
