I ordered the chicken bbq. We actually have Shizoo deliver things to our homes relatively often, but this time there was a long, curly hair inside. When I called, I expected at least an apology, but nothing came. I was met with another delivery, but the food arrived after another 45 minutes don't wait! When I called a second time to ask where the food was, I was told "I'll talk to the driver" three times. I will never order from here again in the future because such an experience with hair is a direct knockout criterion for me! Invested in hairnets we have 2024

Home delivery. First time. Udon broth cold (not even lukewarm), soup warmed up again on the stove at home. Sushi falls apart because pieces are too big but too thin. For €55, well. I'll survive it. It's a shame, the pictures on the website all looked very professional.

So if I could I would give 0 stars. The service on the phone was the worst conflict resolution I have ever experienced. An item was missing from our €65 order and the clerk on the phone was more concerned with being upset about being called by him than trying to offer a solution. The whole thing is done in a tone that is more than inappropriate towards paying customers. As a gastro colleague, I am more than shocked by such poor service. The food itself is great, but the person on the phone doesn't persuade me to order anymore. Still have a nice Sunday.

I ordered a total of 3 times from Shizoo Bogenhausen with delivery. Part of the order was missing from two deliveries. In addition, warm soup and sushi were placed next to each other so that the sushi was warm. I was then offered two vouchers worth EUR 10 each to compensate for the missing items. Subsequent delivery is not possible because customer service has not been able to reach anyone in the restaurant. When I tried to redeem the voucher, it turned out that there were only two vouchers for 5 EUR each, which - contrary to what was stated - cannot be redeemed at the same time. Our experience: Unfortunately, nothing works here. Even if the sushi is okay, we will definitely not order here again.

Attention Edit: This restaurant is trying to have bad reviews on Google deleted via complaint. My review was temporarily blocked amid claims of alleged “defamation.” Luckily, I have the receipt from Uber Eats as proof and was able to appeal the decision. Give restaurants that engage in such practices a wide berth! You can't really go wrong with sushi - at least I've never had bad sushi before. But there is a first time for everything. Ordered via Uber Eats with the 2 for 1 promotion. This was honestly the worst sushi we have ever eaten. Absolutely no taste. I have rarely been so disappointed with a meal. 3 pieces of gyoza for €5 is also more than cheeky. The fact that people are obviously trying to delete bad reviews is always a big red flag anyway.

Very small portions for the price. We have ordered a deal via Lieferando several times. Unfortunately, the way to add the deal was suddenly changed. Very unfriendly service and no goodwill from Shizoo, even though we have often ordered for a lot of money. It's a shame, you lose the desire to remain a customer. Incidentally, the pricing is also completely arbitrary. At Lieferando the single price for the Spicy Bowl is €18.90, at Wolt it is €17.00 and there is another 30% discount on top, so you end up with €11.90. We will order our bowl somewhere else in the future - Wolt supplies good alternatives nearby.

I can only personally advise EVERYONE not to order here. Average sushi at high prices with very very poor service. Luckily, there are enough good sushi restaurants in Munich. I would give this one a wide berth! The CEO regularly polishes the image by deleting VALIDEN recessions. To reinforce my credibility, I'm posting pictures of my order here so that you can understand everything. Although I ordered 2.5 hours (5:30 p.m.) in advance, our food was delivered a full 3 hours later (11 p.m. instead of 8 p.m.) when we were about to leave the apartment and therefore no longer wanted to accept the sushi we couldn't eat it well. We also spent the 3 hours calling the hotline several times instead of being able to enjoy our evening. It is an outrage that my review was deleted and the email also said that the order was delivered shortly after 8 p.m. Stupid and embarrassing when your own online shop shows that delivery started at 10:25 p.m. Absolutely unreflective and customer-unfriendly. Save yourself this experience and order somewhere else. To date there has been no reasonable compensation or apology, instead my recession was deleted and as I noticed, so were many others who had a similar experience.

Normally they have good sushi. But they became extremely expensive and ordering via app is really a mess. Payment does not work, address for delivery sometimes accepted and sometimes not etc. If my daughter would not prefer their Sushi (as she doesn't care how bad the service is and what ist costs) I would definitely switched to another good one in Munich.

The sushi is fresh and delicious, but what really makes the visit unforgettable are the extremely friendly staff, especially the boss at the checkout. We had something delivered for the first time based on a recommendation. We then ordered the food at 7 p.m. with a delivery time of 65 minutes. This came after a telephone request after 2 hours at 9:30 p.m. However, we found it surprisingly good for delivery sushi compared to other providers.

Having sushi delivered was a complete disaster. Unfortunately! Dried, sticky, old, tasteless, the sushi was ordered at 4pm and delivered around 7pm. But they were prepared a long time in advance and have certainly been sitting around for a long time. But what's worst: Shizoo didn't respond at all to two complaints and complaints. sehr lecker! Wir haben zufälligerweise viertel Stunde vor dem Schluss bestellt und es wurde alles perfekt vorbereitet für uns. Also ob man drin essen soll oder mit nach Hause mitnimmt, ist wirklich bester Sushi in München die Kassiererin war nett, obwohl wir in die letzte Minute gekommen sind und musste sogar das ganze von Bar auf Kartenzahlung umstellen. Es hat super geklappt, sie war nicht genervt obwohl es Feierabend ist. Definitiv werden wir in München nur hier Sushi essen.vielen Dank!

Großes Kino! Tolles Sushi aus sehr hochwertigen Zutaten. Hier steckt viel Know-how und Liebe zum Detail in den Gerichten und im gesamten Konzept. Die shizoo-Poké Bowls sind ebenfalls der Wahnsinn, genauso wie die vegetarischen Rollen und die immer wieder wechselnden Sushi-Kreationen. War kürzlich erneut vor Ort und 5 Sterne sind hier definitiv angebracht. Schaut auch vorbei.

War sehr enttäuschend! Früher war shizoo echt ein guter Sushiladen , davon ist nicht mehr viel übrig! Kleinste Sonderwünsche wurden gleich abgewinkt. Die Portion des "scharfen Lachs tartar Happen " sind lächerlich klein geworden im Vergleich zu früher, aber das was schlimm war, war der sauere Geruch und abgestandene Geschmack (ich hab es gewagt einmal reinzubeissen) Die Nudeln mit Huhn hatten einen Flair von einem fertigen Asia sChnellimbiss am Hauptbahnhof... Positiv: Essen schmeckt. Negativ: Alle Mitarbeiter mit Lieferdienst-Tüten Vollstopfen beschäftigt. Als Sitzgast nach 20 Min noch nicht mal Getränke bekommen. Dann kam das Essen meiner Freundin. Als sie fertig war, kam meins und ihre Vorspeise. Ich wollte Veggie, bekam Huhn und musste den Mehrpreis auch noch bezahlen. Am Ende wurde sich trotzdem nochmal verrechnet. Hat er erst eingesehen, als wir es mit der Speisekarte "bewiesen" haben. Beim Italiener bekommt man in so einem Fall wenigstens einen Grappa. Hier nur ein "Sorry, viel los" (als wir gekommen sind, waren wir die einzigen Gäste). Ich bin echt nicht pingelig oder nachtragend, aber das war schon Grenzwertig.

TLDR: the bag the food was packed in disintegrated in less than a block. I messed up and didn't account for rain, but the staff looked at me with distain and didn't offer any help. My friend and I ordered take out from here. My friend did the ordering. They only took paypal(?) rather than a card. I opted to walk the 20 min there as it would be the same time it took to be ready. It had been raining off and on throughout the day, but i had my trusty raincoat, so i thought i would be fine. The rain picked up on my journey, and i got there soaked. It was still raining a bit. They had the food packed in a paper bag. It had logo printing throughout, so i assumed it was wax coated. It was not. They knew i was a tourist from my language. They knew i walked there, as i was dripping wet, and i had said as such. But they did not offer a better carring bag for the food. I do understand that there is a culture difference on one use plastics, and they may very well had nothing to give me. But that they didnt tell me that their bag would disintegrate in less than a block was somewhat cruel in my opinion. I opted to fold my raincoat in a way to carry the food, but it was not enough. The soups were gonners. Most of the paperboard containers were utterly destroyed. Most of the food was still ok, if a bit sodden. I know this is a cultural difference that I was unaware of. That i should have brought my own water resistant bag. And i don't mean to be a rude customer, but the looks they gave me made me feel like they knew I would lose the food on the way back to the hotel. My friend at least enjoyed their food. They orded vegetarian and vegan options. My fish was ok, but nothing to write home about. I do really appreciate that German law keeps dyes out of my fish, though.

Versucht niemals ein Geschäftsessen oder für eine GRUPPE (mehrere Personen zu bestellen) es fehlt IMMER etwas. Heute hieß es, ich kann nur über WOLT bestellen- dann haben Vorspeisen und 5 große Portionen gefehlt.... Shizoo schiebt auf Wolt, Wolt versucht zu helfen, aber vergebens, Mini Erstattung und hungrige Kollegen/Gäste. Unterirdisch....
