SHIRO Sushi by Moritz in Landsberg am Lech

wir waren seit Jahren begeisterte Kunden im Shiro Landsberg und freuten und sehr mit großer Spannung auf die neue Location in der Stadtmitte. Leider wurde unsere Freude sofort ausgebremst da wir statt einer Speisekarte ein äußerst unübersichtliches Tablett erhielten (eins für zwei Personen). Statt einfach Essen bestellen zu können verbrachten wir sehr (!!) viel Zeit mit scrollen und suchen das war schon sehr ägerlich. Am Tablett gibt es übrigens einen Reiter für Allergene, Vegan oder Glutenfrei jedoch passiert absolut nichts wenn man diese wählt, ein schöner Gedanke, sollte das irgendwann funktionieren wäre das sicher für den einen oder anderen eine tolle Sache. Das Ambiente an sich ist sehr hübsch gemacht, aber die synthetische Musik war sehr nervig und dazu auch noch recht laut daher konnten es gar nicht erwarten schnell genug wieder draußen zu sein (was leider auch dauerte denn die Bedienungen war leider überfordert obgleich innen nur drei Tische besetzt waren). Sehr schade. Wir vermissen unser altes Shiro. Die Sushi jedoch waren nach wie vor hervorragend.

Essen hat sehr lange gedauert:/

Service äußerst unaufmerksam und nicht geschult. Kein großes Wissen über das Essen, Beratung nicht möglich.Flexibilität ist ein Fremdwort Prosecco (eigentlich spritzig), ohne Blub in schmutzigen Gläsern. Frühstück sollte überarbeitet werden. Trotz Reservierung wussten die von nix. Den Aschenbecher mussten wir uns selbst holen.

Wir waren im Shiro Sushi in Landsberg am Lech und waren begeistert. Das Ambiente mit den wunderschönen Blumensträußen auf den Tischen ist sehr stilvoll. Das Essen war ein echtes Kunstwerk – nicht nur optisch, sondern auch geschmacklich hervorragend. Auch die Drinks waren sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Seit der Erhöhung der Lieferkosten von 3€ auf 10€ nicht mehr als Liefersushi zu empfehlen!

Sushi ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben!! Sensationell!! Sushi Variationen die wir so noch nicht gegessen haben… so lecker alles. Wird unser Stammlokal in Sachen Sushi!! Nachtrag neue Location: Sushi wie immer super lecker ABER die Wartezeit von über einer Stunde geht leider gar nicht !!

Waren an einem regnerischen Freitagabend dort, das Restaurant war voll. Bis zur Bestellungsaufnahme und dem ersten Getränk hat es fast 45 Minuten gedauert. Darüber kann man jedoch wegsehen, die Eröffnung am neuen Standort liegt noch nicht weit zurück. Das Essen und die Getränke- und Speisenauswahl ist top und geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut - jedoch ließ der Service nach dem Servieren des Essens abrupt und enttäuschend nach. Keine weitere Getränkeaufnahme und der Oberhammer: Ab 21 Uhr kein Kaffee/Espresso! Die "Maschine sei schon aus". Auch kein Dessert - das kann man theoretisch wieder verstehen (wobei - an einemFreitagabend...), aber nicht, dass einige Zeit nach unserem abgelehnten Bestellwunsch doch noch an einem anderen Tisch Dessert serviert wurde... enttäuschend.

Hallo liebes Shiro Sushi Team, Leider müssten wir über 2 std auf unser Essen warten und es war einfach kalt. Wir haben so viel Geld dafür ausgegeben und es war nicht mal vollständig. Zum Schluss kam noch der unfreundliche Fahrer dazu ..Sehr schade. Nicht empfehlenswert

10€ für die Lieferung und schon das zweite Mal hintereinander fast 2 stunden auf das Essen gewartet. Beim letzten mal wurde mir ein 20€ gutschein versprochen, habe ich aber leider nie bekommen und bei der zweiten Lieferung wurde ich angerufen und sie hat sich entschuldigt sonst nichts. Sushi an sich ist aber sehr lecker.

Essen war sehr gut, und wurde schnell zubereitet. Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Das Sushi ist ganz gut und lecker. Der Service lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Das Ambiente ist auch nicht so toll, sehr beengt und laut. Die absolute Vollkatastrophe ist der Lieferservice, online bestellt und bezahlt angegebene Lieferzeit 1Std 15min was OK ist da das Sushi ja frisch zubereitet wird. Was aber wirklich nicht OK ist war die Lieferverzögerung von zusätzlich über 40min 😤.

Es hat alles geschmeckt. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett. Ambiente ist ein wenig eng. Aber okay.

Gutes Essen, aber organisatorisch ausbaufähig Wir haben gestern um 19:00 Uhr telefonisch Sushi für 7 Personen zum Abholen bei Shiro Sushi in Landsberg bestellt. Nachdem ich die komplette Bestellung durchgegeben hatte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Zubereitung etwa 60 Minuten dauern würde. Da gestern ein Feiertag war, konnten wir diese (lange) Vorbereitungszeit gut nachvollziehen. Ich war also pünktlich um 20:00 Uhr vor Ort – leider war das Essen aber noch nicht fertig und ich musste ca. eine weitere Stunde warten. Die Küche war offensichtlich stark überlastet. Auch wenn das Personal freundlich war, blieb es bei einem kurzen „Danke für die Geduld“, eine kleine Entschädigung oder ein Entgegenkommen gab es leider nicht. Beim Kontrollieren der Bestellung fiel außerdem auf, dass eine Sorte Sushi vergessen wurde. Zum Glück haben wir das noch vor der Abfahrt bemerkt – das fehlende Essen wurde jedoch anstandslos und zügig nachgereicht, was positiv hervorzuheben ist. Unserer Bestellung-zum-Abholen lagen weder Sojasoße, noch Essstäbchen bei. Das war wirklich schade. Solche Kleinigkeiten runden den Eindruck ab und hätten leicht vermieden werden können. Das Sushi selbst war geschmacklich gut, aber organisatorisch gibt es deutlich Verbesserungspotenzial. Mit besserer Planung und klarerer Kommunikation wäre der Gesamteindruck sicher ein anderer gewesen. PS: Die Mini-Springrolls sind leider nicht empfehlenswert – geschmacklich eher fade und ohne besondere Würze.

I ordered a bowl from Shirt Sushi yesterday and paid €17 for it. The food tasted really good, but the portion was extremely small—not even a third of what I got at Koi Kitchen. Unfortunately, I was even hungrier after eating than before. Simply disappointing for the price—the value for money isn't there at all.

Superb sushi, completely different compositions, and a flavor explosion. Beautifully prepared and presented. Absolutely fantastic value for money. Definitely not the last time I'll be there.

The sushi is good, but not a standout. We also noticed the high cream cheese content. However, you can change that when ordering if you know in advance. I didn't particularly like the ambiance; the building's Italian/Croatian history is still clearly evident. The price is a bit too high for that, in my opinion, and given the good sushi competition—even in Landsberg—I probably won't be coming back.

I've never eaten such delicious sushi. Highly recommended 😉

We had sushi delivered. The sushi tasted good, but sometimes it was filled with too much cream cheese or something similar. The rolls were very small, sometimes half as wide as usual. There was far too little ginger. Overall, the value for money wasn't right.

Large selection, beautifully presented, and delicious. The atmosphere is a bit chilly, but it's still a good restaurant.

The food quality is good, fresh and clean, beautiful appearance, excellent service, but what I especially like are the desserts. This is my second time eating here. The sushi is nothing new, some are quite boring. But if you haven't tried it yet, you should try it. But you should try sushi that is not commonly available, that one is more delicious. I've ordered several times and have even been left out of the box on a few occasions, and I'm actually really impressed with the taste, as always. However, something seems to have changed with the portion size. Today's order was significantly smaller than the last one a few months ago. Last time, two people almost overate, and today I'm perhaps slightly full, and that for a hefty price (~€65). It almost seems like the rolls are only half the size they were before. @ShiroSushi, have you changed anything? That would be a real shame.

The sushi was very good. It definitely made the visit worthwhile. However, the overall experience could be improved: - The Japanese tea arrived cold at the table, was then replaced, and was then hot, as it should be. - The tip of one of my chopsticks was broken… this could be checked before serving to customers. - We had to wait a very long time for the sushi to arrive at our table. The people at the next table, who arrived after us, received their sushi faster than we did, even though they had ordered considerably later. A comment from the server makes me suspect that we had been forgotten. - In the end, we received the bill from another table. Conclusion: Great food, but with a lot of disorganization and some carelessness that detracted from the experience.

Ordered for the second time today, after being disappointed by the quantity the first time, I wanted to give it a second chance! And I can't believe how tiny the delivery was, and for a ridiculous €62. For comparison...just the day before yesterday, I ordered in Berlin Mitte (!!!) for €15 more, and the two of us were more than full... This is honestly a joke! I won't be ordering from here again, as the taste wasn't great either... what a shame...

We ordered from the online menu. 6 sushi pieces for around €5.50, which sounds reasonable. Unfortunately, the sushi pieces are very small. I'd estimate that 3 sushi pieces are the size of one "regular" sushi piece, so the price is high. The rolls were quite dry. The time from ordering to pickup was okay, the packaging was nice, but as I said, the price...

The quality of the food is excellent and it tastes accordingly, but you should bring some time with you when eating there, as it can take up to an hour for the food to be served.

The order went perfectly. Delivery was also quick. The delivery lady was just a bit rude. She simply assumed I didn't want any change. She was already leaving when I told her the rest was a tip (I was going to give it anyway). But just walking away shouldn't be one of those things. The food was still delicious!

Finally, we found incredibly delicious sushi rolls in Germany! They are very similar to what we have in Ukraine, so we are absolutely thrilled. Definitely give them a try!🎀

All sushi restaurants in Landsberg and the surrounding area are very good. But the sushi here is top-notch. Very high quality and tastes really good. Very friendly service. We'll be back.

On Valentine's Day, I ordered sushi for pickup (just in time) for 6:45 p.m. At 6:41 p.m., an employee told me that the sushi wouldn't be ready until 7:30 p.m. Not a word of apology, not a word of "I'm sorry"—nothing at all! Her only response was... today is Valentine's Day, you see what's going on... When I asked if it would definitely work then, she replied: "Yes!" Since I didn't trust her statement, I asked if I could cancel the order. Her answer: "No, since I had already paid via PayPal." I went back at 7:30 p.m. There were about 10 other pickup customers standing around, and they had also been waiting for 1.5 hours for their food. After I still didn't have any food by 8:00 p.m., I turned to another employee, who apologized and told me it would take another 30-40 minutes. After I was about to explode, she canceled my order at my express request! That was the end of my nice Valentine's Day plan... My movie tickets also expired... Thanks for nothing - Shiro Sushi!!!! PS: Due to the people waiting to pick up food and the delivery drivers constantly running in and out, I can't recommend this place for a romantic evening.

Great sushi. It gets quite busy in the evenings, so don't forget to make a reservation.

The ambiance was okay. The miso soup as an appetizer wasn't my favorite. The sushi sometimes fell apart slightly. The desserts were amazing.

From the outside, the establishment didn't look like an Asian restaurant. However, once you step inside, you're proven wrong. The service was impeccable, and the lady was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our ordered food. It tasted very good. Our appetites were further whetted by the dry ice at the beginning of our meal. I even recognized the language spoken by the chef. Spasiba

The sushi was very good. Unfortunately, only 2 out of 5 stars, as we had to wait 47 minutes for our food. After our first drink was finished, it remained empty... The ambiance is more like a former pub than a sushi restaurant. My advice: Either order delivery or go to a sushi restaurant, but you can't do both here.

So, we've become regulars at Shiro Sushi in Landsberg and are happy to travel a bit further. I can't comment on the delivery, but we've always been completely happy and satisfied with the restaurant. The service is excellent; we never had to wait long for our drinks or food. And the sushi is simply amazing!!! Wir waren das erste Mal hier wegen der sehr guten Bewertungen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, die Atmosphäre in Ordnung (teils etwas gedrängt, ansonsten gut). Das Sushi war schön angerichtet, geschmacklich war es uns persönlich jedoch zu viel Frischkäse. Eine ausgewogene Geschmacksbalance war aus unserer Sicht von fünf Sorten nur bei einer vorhanden.

We ordered something to pick up and we waited 30 minutes. It was actually only done when we were on site to take it with us. The condition was somewhat defiantly rude to us. The food was anything but great, three times more meatloaf in the sushi than anything else and the other sushi was similarly good and tasted similar to dishwater. The only thing that effort was put into is the packaging, which even has the logo on it.

TIP: The dishes are ideal for sharing. So you can sneeze with twice the joy. October 21, 2023 We called at short notice and reserved a table. Everything worked out. People were friendly on the phone. When we arrived on site, we were a bit surprised by the parking situation. It was dark. It's certainly easier during the day (the first time). When you arrive at the restaurant you can see that it was probably some kind of sports restaurant at one time. I don't know the story. All in all, the guest room has been nicely decorated. The staff was friendly, we were greeted and given a table. The drinks came <5 minutes after ordering. We also ordered the food right away with a starter. The starter arrived in <5 minutes. The starter was really tasty. + Wakame (seaweed salad with sesame) + Chuka Ika Sansai (squid salad with sesame) Attentive, because the starter plates were cleared quickly. Just a few minutes later, the sushi we ordered arrived... complete with a fog effect. That looks spectacular. The main course was also really delicious. + Happy Maki Combo (mixed sushi plate) Because we were curious, we ordered something else as an interim course. That also tasted very tasty. + Futomaki Kaizen (with shrimp, mango, avocado...) Afterwards we had dessert to round off the evening. And the dessert was also very tasty. + Banana spring rolls 😋 All in all, a recommendation and very suitable for a delicious evening for two in a casual atmosphere. 🅿 A bit tight... there was a lot going on. After paying, we had to wait in the car for another 5 minutes because someone parked for us (who was still picking something up). But it was time to review the evening. 💰 Price performance absolutely okay. 🔪 The kitchen has an open hatch. So as a guest you can see into the kitchen. This generally gives you a good feeling (there's nothing to hide here).

We ordered the first thing today and had it delivered. I've eaten there three times and it's always been good, but today I don't know if they have a new chef... In my opinion it has nothing to do with sushi anymore, it's just sauce that comes through. And not good. Too bad my husband means first and last time. The delivery sushi is probably the best in the area, but unfortunately the quality is not enough to make a restaurant visit worth recommending. Overall a great place to eat sushi in the Landsberg area of ​​Lech. Prices in line with the German market, we are around €36/40 per person. Fresh fish and friendly staff.

The cleanliness, decor, and food are all fantastic. The service is also excellent. The food is very delicious; I should have chosen more wisely since most of the dishes I ordered had creamy cheese. I also love how they pay attention to details in the decor, giving us a unique experience. I will visit again. I highly recommend it.

Finally a shop where you can get very high quality sushi. Salmon sashimi at its best, rolls, sushi, tempura, there is something for everyone here. A great restaurant. We sat outside, the ambience isn't very stylish, but the food more than makes up for it. We were amazed by the taste :).

Inside is an interesting mix of a former inn with an oven and Japanese culture. The service was very quick and attentive. The sushi is very unusual and offers a lot of variations, is served on nice plates and has a leaf underneath. Anyone who likes cream cheese will be happy here. Wakame was excellent, but the noodles from the starter menu weren't very fresh, like the rest of the food. A terrace is definitely a great location in summer. The small parking lot doesn't offer much space, at least there is one. Card payment possible.

This is it. Never fully understood why or how people make a big difference in the quality of sushi. For me, it always tasted equally good in different restaurants or when delivered, but never great. Until I ordered from Shiro. Unfortunately, 20 years had to pass until then. It's all about the fish. I would describe the quality as listening to music: normal sushi tastes like Spotify sounds, that's good. But here it tastes like an audiophile playback in the studio. A real treat - to be used very consciously - that justifies the price.

Ein sehr leckeres Sushi Restaurant mit einer großen Auswahl an asiatischen Köstlichkeiten. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall wieder mal zu kommen.

Das beste Sushi, alles sehr frisch und lecker. Das Ambiente ist ok, aber man hat das beste daraus gemacht. Der Service ist top, schnell und sehr freundlich. Was ich allerdings sehr schade finde, ist die Auswahl alkoholfreie Getränke, Standard aber leider kein alkoholfreie Spritz oder evtl eine aushgemachte Limo. Das würde den Besuch perfekt abrunden 😍

Hab heut das erste mal bestellt und bin ehrlich gesagt etwas enttäuscht... Bei einer rechnung von knapp 70 euro wird an Sojasauce und Wasabi gespart... Wakame war nicht angemacht und die Kokos- Suppe ziemlich geschmacklos.... Das sushi an sich jedoch echt lecker. Ich werde trotzdem nochmal bestellen :)

Wieder war es ein Traum, dieser Genuss. Da macht Essen einfach Spaß. Alle Zutaten sehr sehr frisch und ausgezeichnet. Eine wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Danke für dieses Erlebnis. Denn meistens gehe ich aus ein Lokal und denke mir, rausgeschmissenes Geld. Hier überlege ich wann komme ich wieder

Bedienung war etwas "Jugend forscht" (kannte weder Karte noch welches Dessert sie gerade brachte) aber die Sushi sind nach wie vor ausgesprochen lecker.

Der Service ist auf einem hohen Niveau, die Servicekräfte sind sehr aufmerksam und geben super Empfehlungen ab. Die Speisekarte ist sehr vielseitig und sehr köstlich. Man kann sich durch die kleine Angebotsmenge super durchprobieren. Das lokal ist sehr empfehlenswert!
