Pleasant atmosphere and very good sushi! The fish soup is also highly recommended!

The food is delicious, the portions are not large. The waiter didn't know what the soup was made of, he still needs to improve his skills in some aspects.

Very disappointing – never again We had reserved a table for lunch weeks in advance and were greeted warmly upon entering. But when we tried to order sushi, we learned that they had sold out of all fish except salmon – only salmon and shrimp were available. No tuna, no other fish, nothing. We even called that same day to announce our late arrival – by then, at the very latest, we should have been informed that the selection was so limited. We had already ordered appetizers before learning about the lack of fish. Instead of an apology or any kind of accommodation, we were charged full price for everything. We were so disappointed that we went to another restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable for a sushi restaurant.

Unfortunately the service was very disappointing. I had ordered a dish with meat (which was very good) and subsequently had to ask for an extra sharp knife. Then when I ordered the menu again to look for dessert, everything was cleaned up so that there was no napkin left. When my dessert and drink arrived we were immediately asked if we could pay. That was the cherry on top and I'm very sad about it because the food tasted really good.

The food was great but the service could be improved. Two service staff cannot serve 80 guests - the prices are too high for that.

We visit this place a few times. As always, everything is delicious and well prepared. The waiters are polite. We paid €90 for three. We will come more than once 🫶

Whether inside or outside, you sit very well. But of course the food is the most important thing and I haven't been disappointed here yet. I love raw tuna and when it comes to tuna steaks, they always advise how fresh and safe it is to eat completely raw.

I received two vouchers for my birthday in September 2023. When I wanted to redeem them at the beginning of this year, I unfortunately noticed that the vouchers are only valid for 1 year. I thought to myself...ok, maybe Shiki Two will be tolerant and still let me redeem the vouchers. So I went there personally with the vouchers, explained my problem to my colleague and he was super friendly and said it wasn't a problem and extended the vouchers by hand and with a stamp for 1 year. I had reserved 2 seats today, everything went smoothly at first...great service, food was really very good, but what happened when I paid and redeemed the vouchers absolutely shocked me. First of all, the service staff didn't understand that the vouchers had been extended, then I had to say by name who the colleague had been. Just saying, I've never been to this restaurant before. Ergo...I couldn't know the staff by name. I was told several times that the vouchers cannot be accepted like this. After several back and forths, the waiter, in a very arrogant manner, agreed that I should be allowed to pay the remaining amount, but only in cash. He accused me of saying that the vouchers were not valid despite the company stamp and that he now had to pay for the €60 voucher amount himself. I then said, do you believe that I had stamped the receipt that was attached to the voucher myself? He then said that the voucher and receipt should have been stamped. I then told him that this would have to be handled internally by the company and should not be left out to the customer. I only received arrogant looks, I said goodbye, nothing came back. I was just speechless at how I was treated.

I was there for lunch last week. Everything has always been good so far, but unfortunately this time I wasn't satisfied at all. 1. The waiter didn't give the business lunch menu to all guests - that's unfair! We didn't want to order anything from it, but I think all guests should have the same options. 2. My menu and my friend's were served together on one plate - without asking us first. 3. A tofu sushi and a cucumber maki were incomplete. In addition, the avocado and tsukemono were not in a suitable shape for such sushi. I understand that lunchtime can be stressful for you. But I pay a pretty high price and expect an equally valuable experience. In addition, if Asian cuisine is offered, it should also be well prepared. Fusion is always good, but today wasn't a merger - it was negligence.

We had made reservations for Valentine's Day and were looking forward to a lovely evening. Unfortunately we had to wait 15 minutes for our order to be taken and then another 50 minutes for the food. With a table time of only 90 minutes, this was quite challenging. It's a shame that the food didn't really make up for the long wait - not a great experience overall.

Horrible place, rude employees. They charged 16.90 and started to prove the opposite.. and then they just ignored me, referring to the many customers and running around just not seeing me. The sushi is okay, I definitely won't be back. Advice for others, check the check before paying...

My first visit to Shiki Sushi Two blew me away. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with not too bright lighting and very comfortable chairs. Last but not least: the food. I only ate the sushi that evening and was immediately won over. It was very well prepared and extremely delicious. The prices are accordingly high, but normal and reasonable for good sushi! Highly recommended!

I ordered by phone for pickup. My choice fell on Shiki Two for 2 for €48. The compilation of the individual parts was in the menu on the homepage. 7 nigiris, 9 sashimi...... When I picked up my order, without any sign of embarrassment, they charged me €56! Reason "... our prices are not current on the homepage, ... homepage problems ...". Wow! After some time exchanging facts with various service representatives, I received my order for €48. THANKS! A hefty price in itself, but what wouldn't you do to have a lovely evening with Shushi for Two :-). Unfortunately, when we got home, the next negative surprise came. The composition had nothing in common with the one on the menu. 4 nigiris, 4 sashimi, .... Sorry guys, but that's not possible. Unfortunately you have lost me as a customer.

I've been eating there almost monthly for over a year now and I can't complain about a thing! Sometimes we ate on site and sometimes we had it delivered. Everything was top! It ALWAYS tastes good there and the food has always been freshly prepared, which is very important with sushi. I can 100% recommend it to everyone out there with a clear conscience 🩷

We are fans of good sushi. That's why we've been eating here ever since shiki two opened. For us it's the best Japanese in town since then. Many others have tried it. But be careful it's expensive, but the quality is great and the restaurant is also very cozy.

Asian restaurant on Leipzig's pub mile. There is a well-selected menu of Asian dishes and an extensive sushi menu. Vegan options are indicated or are also possible individually. There is a good selection of non-alcoholic mixed drinks that do not imitate alcoholic drinks, but are their own creations. The service is quick and very friendly. We would be happy to come back.

Super delicious food served in style. The overall package is right. If choosing individual sushi varieties is as stressful as it is for me, you can order a plate. From the starter to the soup, appetizer, main course and dessert, everything is included and it's just a question of your wallet. Prices are probably justified but just too expensive for me. It's possible once for special occasions (for 5 people) but I can't afford it on a regular basis. Too bad.

Half of the menu was crossed out and no longer available, including the entire ramen menu. I ordered a drink which was no longer available. Then the waitress poured a good sip of the cola over our table and then gave it to us without refilling it. Food tasted good and the decor looked good too.

An absolute stroke of luck! We had a business lunch at Shiko Two and were absolutely satisfied. The selection on the business lunch menu is extensive. The price-performance ratio is excellent. 11.50 for a very tasty Thai curry with chicken, including espresso...that's great. The homemade kimchi is also recommended. But the best thing was the excellent service from Hoang. Thank you for the attentive and friendly service. We would love to come back 👍

I really enjoyed the Shiki in the city center. I assumed that the Shiki two was no different. Unfortunately, we have already had to realize twice that the sushi cannot keep up with the quality that we would like and are used to in our favorite shops. The main reason is that even the special rolls filled with fish save on fish. All in all, it's still tasty and a solid sushi shop in the south. Service staff is great and very nice!

Unfortunately, the sushi quality and service have deteriorated significantly. Long waiting time... If sushi sits for a long time it doesn't get any better... the service is not service-oriented. Once our favorite place, now unsustainable. Value for money is no longer served. Terrible!

Not recommended unless you have too much money left over, were really disappointed with the price-performance ratio and won't be coming back, the pizza next door will fill you up. It takes forever to get food there and the waiter always forgets something. All in all just not good.

The service was unfriendly. Various types of ramen were on the menu, but they were not served. The waitress said it wouldn't be worth it. Incomprehensible given the prices. Chose Tai Curry with duck. The duck was raw. My reference to this was dismissed, but it was fresh. After trying it three times, I returned the food. The curry was also bad. Just a shrug of the shoulders from the service. I will no longer visit or recommend this location. C.C.M.
