The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, instantly transporting you to another world. The menu is clear and multilingual, and the pictures make choosing easier. We ordered five tapas, which cost about the same as two main courses. Everything tasted fantastic and was served quickly. The baked ice cream was a delightful surprise! :) The stools were surprisingly comfortable thanks to their curved shape.

The food is good, but there are beetles in a bowl of rice. The waiter's service is very poor. He deliberately asks for less change at checkout. The bearded waiter avoids flashing lights. The initially good dining experience was ultimately ruined.

We were there as a group and tried a variety of dishes. We were very satisfied.

It's so delicious. The sushi could be bigger, but otherwise it's super tasty, and the staff is very friendly. You can taste the quality here!

So, the food was okay, relatively small for the price. The service here was very slow. I waited 20 minutes for my finished food to be brought to me. It literally sat there in front of me for 20 minutes, and I was wondering who the portion was for. Also, the receipt with the reservation number was simply slapped onto my sushi, which is completely unacceptable.

We had sushi only and it was really good, well presented, reasonably priced, and very generous. Ordered 3 rolls for 2 of us and it was too much, the rolls were generous. 1 pp probably would have done it. Good service

I discovered a wonderful Japanese restaurant near the East Side Gallery, an art gallery of the Berlin Wall! They had GYU RAMEN (beef ramen). This white miso ramen with plenty of beef looks similar to pork bone ramen. However, it is actually vegetarian ramen with a light, cloudy white miso soup. The noodles are also made in the style of Japanese Chinese noodles. In addition to beef, it was luxurious with bok choy, corn, bamboo shoots, green onions and more. They also had a wide selection of sushi dishes on the menu. I was so happy to have found such a wonderful restaurant.

The homemade drinks are not only delicious, but also lovingly prepared. I'll definitely be back for the next concert at the Uber Arena.

Food is 😕, but this is not even the issue. Poor is a understatement for the service. Asked for salt and the answer was food already have salt. Time to pay bill and even before I’ve tap the phone to pay the waiter showed an extra fee, when questioned I’ve received a convulated answer stating it was a fee the card company charges when it is an international card. Knowing there is no such fee for international card I pressed to better understand thinking he was getting confused either pehaps an attempt to convert the currency. Nope. It was a fee bc the card is not from Germany. I’ve asked for a mgr and sufdenly he became one. I told him I wpuld not pay and instead would call Visa, he got aggravated and pull the machine away. Definitely do not recommend, not so much for the poor food or servicd, but for the audacity in attempting to commit fraud.

The Lunch Menu is perfect for a quick and inexpensive meal. We really enjoyed menu A3 as well as the fried shrimps. What I loved most about the restaurant is the atmosphere as well as the interior design! (The drink was a bit too sweet for my taste but the flavor was still good.)

You expect fresh food when you pay 18EUR for a 50g salmon bowl, but unfortunately it wasn’t and filled with tons of sauces and no taste at all. Also, if this is Takoyaki what did i eat in Japan? Not recommended at all.

I was a bit disappointed, based on the reviews that I read. The Sake Miso soup was good, but the Takoyaki was far off the real thing. The sushis we ordered were average. The Butterfly Tea and the Kiwi iced tea were quite good. I’d probably give it a second chance and try other dishes like ramen, but I’d not go back for the sushi.

Located within walking distance of Ostbahnhof station at the Uber Arena. Delicious food and drinks, friendly service. We had ramen and sushi, both very good. The atmosphere is nice and tidy, but feels a bit "fast food"-oriented and not quite as cozy. Still, a nice place that we'd happily visit again.

It was a pleasant place with good food and fair prices. Definitely coming back.

Disappointing Service Ruined the Experience .The food was decent, but the service was absolutely terrible. As soon as we sat down and opened our own water bottles, we were yelled at by the server, who told us it wasn’t allowed—without any prior notice or signage. The atmosphere was uncomfortable from that point on. To make matters worse, at the end of the meal, the server demanded a mandatory tip, which we refused given the poor treatment we received. Definitely not coming back. There are plenty of places with better food and respectful service.

Except for the person you didn't serve, who offered us terrible treatment, everything was fine.

It's okay. They had special cocktails on offer for a concert, but they weren't worth mentioning. It's okay to do it once, but it's not worth repeating.

We ordered a sushi menu (18 stks) and a ramen. Unfortunately, the food did not look fresh at all — and I’m saying this as someone with experience working in dining and with seafood. I was skeptical, but decided to try it anyway. Within 30 minutes, I developed severe stomach pain and nausea, followed by diarrhea and signs of food poisoning. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Two days ago, I had a concert at the Uber Arena and wanted to order something at this place beforehand. I went in and asked where the restroom was. The waitress replied, "I'm not allowed to use it." Me, "But I plan on ordering something here, too." Her, "Oh, okay then." When I got out of the booth, the waitress was standing in front of the door (she was just waiting, which was really weird), and when I wanted to go outside to eat because there were plenty of seats available and the sun was shining (I generally like the Uber lot), she asked me, "Where do I want to go?" I was like, "Sit outside?!" :)... She followed me, and when I wanted to sit down, she told me to sit at another, smaller table. I then said, "But almost everything here is free, isn't it?" She was super rude and controlling, so I told her, "Okay, if you're so rude, I, as a guest, feel very uncomfortable here right now, so I'll eat somewhere else." "What a pity," and she loudly said, "Disgraceful," while other customers were still sitting there. It was certainly uncomfortable for me and the other customers as well. So: I don't recommend it.

Beautiful restaurant, great food, very friendly staff

We went to Shibuya at Uber Plaza with colleagues because we wanted to enjoy authentic Japanese food after work. Overall, the food was delicious and authentic. But also standard. The portions were comparatively small, and the price was inversely proportionally too high. Of course, we were right in the middle of Uber Plaza, but overall, the value for money wasn't right. The ambiance was fine and not as over-the-top as in some other Asian/Japanese restaurants. The chairs are far too uncomfortable for an average evening stay (we were there for about 1.5 to 2 hours). The restrooms were clean. The staff are truly positive. They were always friendly, with a smile on their faces. Small special requests were accommodated, and the tables were quickly cleared of empty dishes without being pushy. The service was therefore completely satisfactory. Overall, you can spend a delicious evening here. Once you've done that once, you'll definitely be happy to broaden your horizons.

We chose this restaurant because we love ramen and sushi. The food was prepared quickly and we enjoyed it too. The ambiance is an absolute highlight. There's nothing more to say. It's definitely recommended.

Food was good, you can argue about the price but now everything is expensive so everything is okay. Service, as usual in Berlin, rather unfriendly and disinterested. If you're hungry and go to an event, you can definitely eat there.

I wanted edamame, they had none. I tried by partner's food and it was not good. I got gyozsa and that was fair. The sushi was disgusting even the rice was awful.

Nice place to have some Japanese food. They offer sushi menus, ramen and bowls, which pretty much sumarizes some well known dishes. The Sakura Menu with sushi and some nigiri was really good! I loved the smoke detail pretty much. Service was fast and attentive. Sadly on our visit we could only pay with cash, but was still a nice place to have some food.

Each piece is different. Apparently, the cook has dull knives. But when I order a Philly roll, I want Philly. She was not there. Roles fell apart. The rice is not cooked properly. The avocado is not fresh. Fish too. There was no soy sauce on the table, but I tried it. And for good reason. The soy sauce is so concentrated that it overpowers the taste of everything. Ginger is weak and bitter. The pieces of rolls are gigantic and cannot fit in the mouth. I was hungry and generally it was okay to eat, but I will never go back.

The shrimp were absolutely amazing. Sushi was fresh and very tasty. Nice ambience. The food came quickly and the service was very nice. All in all, a recommendation

Went to see the Berlin Wall and froze our asses off — beef ramen totally saved us. Warm, rich broth, not too salty, super comforting. Meat was tender, eggs were perfect, and the whole thing just hit the spot.

Terribly lousy, unfriendly service, except for one guy who was new! The food was OK, we were hungry and super touristy, but it was OK for a quick bite. It was only about €40 for two miso soups, one veggie sushi, one water, and a cheeky 0.2 rosé even though we only wanted a 0.1 plus some rice. Really super expensive! Anyway, there was no tip, because if you're not nice, you don't deserve it! So, not again 🤷🏽‍♀️

We were “foraging” for an event at the Uber Arena 😉 So we thought, let’s try out Shibuya. It wasn't possible to make a reservation by phone at short notice, so we should just drop by. So just go.. It was very well attended and we still managed to get a place. Despite it being so full, you could talk to your neighbor, a really very pleasant atmosphere. The order was quick and the food is really good. The service is friendly and accommodating. Because it was so good, we reserved a table again for the next day 😁

The food is really wonderful. It also arrives quite quickly, which is an advantage for events. The prices are reasonable and the drinks menu also impressed me. Even without reservations, we were able to spontaneously get a table for two on several occasions. I really like the decor, it's Asian-modern. In our opinion, the service is very good: committed, fast, friendly and professional. You don't have to wait long for drinks. Shibuja does a lot of things right. The toilets have always been clean. Because of the building, there can sometimes be problems with the internet; we didn't use our own WiFi. We will continue to be loyal to Shibuja when we are there again for events.

We visited and had dinner there yesterday before our event at the Uber Arena. Unfortunately, the service was very hectic when it came to taking the order, which caused unnecessary stress. Our table was near the toilets, so unfortunately a very unpleasant smelling cloud of chlorine washed over to us twice :/ not very appetizing when eating. Whether you use such cleaners is up to you, but please not in a restaurant during opening hours! The vodka butterfly cocktail looked really beautiful and tasted OK, a bit watery. Food was ok. The atmosphere is really cool: you feel like you're in a cool, hip district in Bangkok. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. If you're hungry and are nearby, you should try it out 😊

Restaurant of Japanese cuisine. The interior easily transports you to a Japanese village, it helps to relax from the city bustle. The cuisine is delicious and beautifully presented. The waiters are friendly and clearly know their business, they are well versed in the kitchen menu and know how and what to advise. Dinner for one person will cost 25-35€.

I recently visited the restaurant for dinner with my wife and toddler. While the food was enjoyable, I had a surprising experience. Along with the food, I requested warm water in a cup for my child. The waitress said while she could provide it, it would be served in a tea cup without the tea, and I would be charged the price of tea for it, even though it was just plain hot water. I was put off by her response. This came across plainly as greedy. They clearly prioritize profits and rules over empathy and customer satisfaction. I visit them often for lunch since it is close to my workplace, but I know now where to not go with the toddler. And I wouldn't recommend anyone either if they have any special requests related to kids or diet.

A spontaneous visit to the Uber place brought us to Shibuya. A friendly and courteous welcome and fast service round off the visit with delicious food. Definitely worth recommending. The little “table fog” highlight also contributed to this.

If I could I would give 6 stars. Really a great discovery this restaurant. The atmosphere is very inviting, the food (sushi) is perfect, the service is friendly, polite and not too intrusive. The order also came incredibly quickly. We were absolutely thrilled.

The ramen was not only incredibly tasty, but also authentically prepared. The flavors were perfectly balanced. Added to this was the friendly and attentive service, which made the stay particularly pleasant. A highlight for me was the modern payment method: you can easily pay the bill directly at the table using a QR code - quick, uncomplicated and innovative. This saves annoying waiting and rounds off the entire dining experience perfectly.

They were 30 minutes from closing and the Waitress said the kitchen was closing but she would talk to the kitchen for one more dish. She hooked me up. Thank you to that waitress.

I and my companion didn't like the Japanese curry; we had three different versions. Quite salty and yet bland. The homemade drinks, however, were good. The service wasn't particularly friendly, rather stressed, the atmosphere was good. Wouldn't go again.

The food was tasty and simple, nothing special but the ingredients were fresh. Everything was prepared very quickly. The interior is beautiful. We had a friendly and smiling waiter. There is a sign at the entrance stating that payment is only possible in cash.

Food was too expensive and the quality was nothing special. The service was indifferent, we wanted to order something to drink but were consistently ignored. Overall, the older lady seemed rather annoyed and should perhaps reconsider her choice of job. She couldn't explain why card payments wouldn't be accepted in the middle of Berlin in 2024...

Shibuya Panasian is a popular lunch spot for those working in Uber Square. Their reduced menu prices for ramen or sushi combos make it an affordable option without sacrificing taste. I personally prefer their sushi, which is consistently fresh and delicious. The complimentary tea or miso adds a nice touch to the meal.
