A very pleasant Russian-speaking woman at the entrance to the toilet for 8 will happily wash and dry your things and tell you what time to come pick them up. Unfriendly staff. There were three employees standing in the kitchen having a coffee chat. After several attempts, an annoyed lady came to the checkout. Was very rude and cashed me out. If she hadn't come, I would have simply put the money for gas on the counter and continued driving.

On weekdays at 21:30 half of the seats are free, 15 €, 10 per cafe, in the evening the canteen is not open, but the gas station offers fresh pizza or schnitzel, toilet 0.5 €, there is a shower and washing machine, there is a Russian-speaking aunt in the shower, very nice. Everything is ok. Check in through the speakers, don’t miss it like me and three colleagues behind me)))

We loaded our car there and went to McDonald’s. We can't say anything about the rest area itself; there is also a gaming parlor nearby.

There are plenty of places that can be found even after 8 p.m., when all the other parking lots were full, it's a little lit, but there were no problems.

I charged on a Tesla Supercharger, which worked well. Looking for something to eat, I quickly found it in the rest stop. There are friendly staff here and a wide range of options that are not that expensive for a rest stop. I was still able to buy warm food around 8 p.m.

Great tanks! The selection is huge and there are cool souvenirs. Staff very friendly. Refueling is easy and the space there for parking etc. is huge. Relaxed location and great food. They are now regular customers. PS: The rolls there are divine.

Nice service at the station on December 31 and January 1. Toilets and showers very clean, paid only in cash. We can collect water in the children's room near the toilets, because the taps outside are not working. Parking 15 euros, voucher 10 euros, shower 4 euros, and toilet 0.50 e. I recommend it for a longer break :)

Everything is good, especially the washing! You don't have to monitor the process yourself. A pleasant Russian-speaking woman will accept dirty clothes and give you back the washed and dried ones! Service at the highest level! For only 8 euros, you can use a card. I was also pleased with the shower - the water was really hot, and not like in most others in Europe - barely warm! Food is not expensive. I used goulash and a cutlet with a bun for parking tickets - 9.60. Parking costs 15, food costs 10. For some reason my UTA card did not go through, although they write that they paid.

Yesterday we took a break at the Nempitz truck stop. Since a passenger was in pain, we set off equipped with a hot water bottle. At every rest stop or similar on our trip, our hot water bottle was filled with boiling water free of charge, but not at the Nempitz truck stop. After the hot water bottle was filled with boiling water, I actually had to pay €3.80 for a "hot hot water bottle", the same as for tea. For me this is usury. €3.80 for warm water to fill the hot water bottle... Of course I would have been willing to pay something for this service, but definitely not the asking price. Definitely never again.

Like all autohofs in germany..it costs too much...germany=third world country

Shell is going to the dogs, 2 stars only for a good, clean shower with hot water. The rest is a failure, although there is plenty of space, but it's dark as in..., 15 euros, 10 in vouchers, so what if it's Thursday at 4:30 p.m. and the bar is closed, the only food is frozen supermarket pizza, some soup, the rest are rolls. I got the burger shown in the photo, but when I asked to reheat it, I heard "you can't because the oven is washed", what a disaster 😂

Parking at 8:15 p.m. no problem, no wonder!!!!! Showers €4 Clean yes but with a shower curtain??? The curtain is too narrow and too short. Shower half flooded. Ventilation if available, zero, no hoes, no trash can. Restaurant probably closed permanently but charge €15 for parking. Bistro area is very much about burning fat, after 8:45 p.m. there is nothing left except for displays. Who knows how long it's been there. One of the worst truck stops I know Dear Shell, shame on you!!!!!

We were there to use the toilet. We were immediately spoken to in a rather unfriendly manner by the woman at the entrance to the toilet. It was by far the unfriendly approach I've had in a long time. There was nothing to complain about about the toilets themselves. We actually planned to buy snacks. But the queue in front of the only cash register was very long and we left it alone.

To be honest, I'm very disappointed 😞 I used to come here every day, but not much is right here anymore. The restaurant is often just closed. Have toilets converted from women to men and vice versa! No longer accessible upstairs and behind the restaurant the party rooms are no longer used. The staff often seems stressed and overwhelmed! 2-3 people know what they are doing! Really a shame...

September 25, 2024 After a long day, you look forward to a shower and something good to eat. Shower and toilet 100% clean and the price is right too. But then it starts with the food, the restaurant has been completely closed for a while! Then you have to pay 15€ parking fees and for what? You get a €10 consumption voucher but you can only use it to get food at the petrol station shop. But there isn't much choice. I can eat bockwurst and rolls for lunch, but not at the end of the day... The boss should think about it or at least point out that there is nothing!!! And at least adjust the parking price for us truck drivers!!!! You ruined my evening. The first and last time here. Thanks

Clean, large showers including toilet for 4 euros with no time limit, normal shower head on the hose and really hot water <3. Relatively clean and large parking lot for trucks. Frigos have their own parking area (it works rather relatively). Small gas station shop at moderate prices. Parking space for the night for 15 euros. Of which 10 euros are consumed Friendly staff. Gladly again.

Very friendly staff, very clean toilets. There is everything you need for a break. Of course there is also cheap diesel/petrol.

The employee, Lukas, was very helpful and reliable. If you had a question, he answered it...and the time to talk was never too short despite the stress...I like to spend my breaks there. Highly recommended

I was here overnight with the truck. I have to say I have never seen the showers as clean and modern as they were anywhere else. The prices in the gas station are also completely ok (a large coffee and a roll with a thick slice of Kassler 6.60 euros). I'd love to come back.

After I ended up halfway from Austria to Berlin on the hard shoulder because my windshield wiper stopped working, I came to this wonderful rest stop with a lot of noise. Unfortunately I couldn't find any nano sealant in the store, so the nice Simon (my new favorite employee) asked me to help and gave me his private nano spray for the window. So I was able to start my journey home in the rain without any worries and without a windshield wiper. Simon if you're reading this: Thanks a million again. Only takes cash at toilet and the lady was very mean. But that's not the worst part. We both got food poisoning on our roadtrip after eating very questionable currywurst and gullasch from this places "restaurant" :( The food was visibly aged, unseasoned and bland. It was prepared in a microwave. Can not recommend buying food here!!! I immediately felt stomach upset and gas, and two hours later I find myself with an incapacitating fever, headache, and urge to vomit.
