Very good German cuisine, including vegan alternatives. Truly delicious food. We go there regularly and enjoy it.

I celebrated my son's christening in this nice restaurant. The service was great, there were never empty cups or glasses and every request was catered for. Thank you for that. The food was also delicious and plentiful and very cheap. I have only received positive feedback from my guests. The furry friends were also taken into consideration. The atmosphere is quaint, cozy and rustic, so it's worth 5 stars. But the sanitary facilities are also very clean. There is a playground for the children outside, which you can see through the large windows. That's why I'm happy to come back.

We had lunch there over the Easter holidays. We had reserved. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and were given our table without waiting. The special Easter menu surprised us. There was something for everyone. From wild garlic soup, various lamb dishes to guinea fowl were offered. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

We became aware of the Restaurant Recreation online. The food was wonderful, very plentiful and attractively prepared, garnished with lots of fresh herbs. The service was friendly and gave helpful recommendations. The atmosphere is rustic and clean. The vegan menu impressed us. A good price/performance ratio. Thank you for the lovely meal

Very nice service. The taste of the food was at a high level. Luckily we had reserved as the restaurant was very busy. That's why it was a bit loud. But that in no way spoiled the good overall impression. Definitely a recommendation for the weekend (as it is only open Friday to Sunday). We will definitely come back.

Nice little cozy restaurant. Food is good, staff is nice. There are also a few explicitly vegan dishes on the menu. The furnishings seem a bit old-fashioned, but that's a matter of taste.

Unfortunately, the dishes we chose weren't great. Very thin cutlets (hard shoe soles). More breading than meat, fried in fat that doesn't taste good (rancid). We had some returned and reordered. Unfortunately there wasn't enough of the newly ordered food, not enough for everyone, not enough meat. Staff was very friendly. We were there a year ago, unfortunately the quality has declined significantly. We won't be coming back. Sorry.

Discovered by chance on the way home from vacation. Very good food to recommend is the bacon schnitzel and the sauerbraten. The dessert was also super tasty. Rustic atmosphere that invites you to linger. The service was also great.

To the entire recovery team. It was a very successful New Year's Eve for our group. Thank you very much for that and thumbs up. Your food was, as always, delicious. Music and DJ's were open to all song requests and responded promptly. A very pleasant atmosphere and only reasonable audience guaranteed a great party. You can't do anything about the staff shortage in a time of skilled labor shortage and you still managed it.

Nette typische Gartenkneipe Sehr gute Hausmannskost! Preis Leistung stimmt und frisch zubereitet Buttergeschmack in Bröseln von Klößen, Rotkraut mal anders ,aber lecker 😋 mit Birne 🍐 zubereitet! Tomaten 🍅 Suppe sah gut 👍 aus und mein Ragoutfin war sehr gut 👍 Wünsche dem Wirt André viele liebe 🧡 Gäste ich hatte Hirsch 🦌 Gulasch und der war ein Gedicht 🐝🐝🐝

Wir hatten das Gemüse Curry mit Reis und Schweine Medaillons mit pfifferlingrahm Sauce Beide Essen waren super lecker 🤤 Das beste Essen würde ich sagen ( Hausmannskost) was es in Bad Dürrenberg gibt Die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend Preise sind super und die Bedienung ist sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen; nicht nur deftig Bodenständiges, es gab auch - für den der's braucht - ein veganes Gericht. Das einzige Problem, man muss die Gaststätte finden...

Die Gaststätte,,Erholung,,, liegt in einer Gartenanlage die sehr schön angelegt ist und sauber Das Essen kann man nur loben und den Koch für die Rinderrouladen danken.....es gibt auch noch schöne andere Gerichte.Bitte vorher aber die Öffnungszeiten im Netz ansehen.Weiter so an das ganze Team....

Es war ein schöner Abend, bei mehr Werbung wäre die Gaststätte ausgelastet gewesen. Das Essen war sehr ,wir empfehlen euch weiter.
