Dear Shalan team, Please take my review seriously and train your drivers. Smoking cigarettes in a vehicle in which food is being delivered is really an absurdity. The packaging of our salad plus the bag smelled like an ashtray. It ended up in the trash as it was. Your food is always delicious, but that really spoiled our appetite. Very, very unfortunate.

Unfortunately, I can only confirm the previous reviews: I ordered food here on Saturday, January 18th, 2025 and then had severe food poisoning.

I was there last Thursday to eat with my university course. Everyone had different kebab dishes. Ultimately, eight out of nine people were laid up over the weekend due to nausea, diarrhea and health problems. The health department has been informed; it does not appear to be an isolated case. The whole thing was clarified with a doctor, it wasn't salmonella, it was some other contamination of the food.

Dangerous to health!!! I can only agree with the previous reviews. The symptoms of food poisoning began almost exactly 24 hours after eating. These were mainly severe vomiting and chills.

After the food was delivered to me cold (!) within 15 minutes, I got an infection (diagnosis: gastroenteritis). I had to vomit for two days

The food is very tasty, The staff are very nice, I can say that everything is very good in this restaurant. I can only recommend everyone to eat there.

For me, there is no better place in Bergisch Gladbach to enjoy a really good kebab or a delicious Turkish dish. Shalaan Kebap Haus 2.0 has set the bar extremely high in terms of quality and service. Ordered rotisserie on Friday evening, yesterday evening (Saturday) it suddenly started with repeated vomiting for hours, chills all night, and after a lot of sweating, diarrhea came. Cheers to the pharmacy emergency service. We're still miserable. Not recommended at the moment.

Not recommended – health at risk! We ate in this kebab shop with our university course (9 people in total). Unfortunately, we discovered that this was a big mistake. Seven of us had massive gastrointestinal problems after eating it, some even had circulatory problems, which was clearly due to the food. We were looking forward to eating together, but this visit literally made us sick. Absolutely not recommended if you value your health!

I really don't know who gives 5 stars here. Cheapest snack, ready-made food and not even done properly. Fries covered in oil. Pizza had wrong toppings and the tuna smelled. Salad completely without sauce. "Hunter's sauce" with canned mushrooms and more of a mayonnaise sauce. And last but not least, a dry, ready-made schnitzel made from pressed meat. SAD

The pizzas and the salad pocket with fried vegetables are particularly good. Clear recommendation.

Mold in food! After taking a bite of the food, we unfortunately discovered that 1 out of 3 dishes had mold on it. The other 2 dishes made us sick and we had to throw up. Apparently it's not an isolated case when you read other reviews. We ordered from Lieferando. The food arrived after 110 minutes. The specified time was 20-45 minutes.

Have ordered there several times now. It's always been really good so far. The portions are huge. The taste of the food was absolutely delicious. Will order there again and again. Keep it up. You're great 👍....Update.....order pizza.....they're really awesome. I've never had such a delicious pizza as I did here. 10 stars 🌟

Went there spontaneously today, prices are super cheap and the schnitzel, fries and kebab were really more than delicious, we'll definitely be back!

Very nice kebab style rotisserie meat shop, the interior is beautifully designed and is inviting. All the salespeople are friendly and nice (especially the trainee, you recognize him as soon as you enter the store). The Ottoman goulash canister is particularly recommended with the homemade cocktail sauce. All in all, very nice kebab-style rotisserie meat shop and top food.

Wir Techniker im Team bestellen schon eine längere Zeit bei Shalaan Kebap Haus 2.0, da uns das Essen sehr lecker schmeckt und eine top Qualität mitbringt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super nett mein persönlicher Favorit ist der Ferid bei dem ich immer am liebsten bestelle, falls ein anderer ans Telefon dran geht frage ich gezielt nach Ferid ob er da ist das ich gerne von ihm bestellen würde. Super Leistung top Arbeit immer weiter so Jungs 👍🏽

Das Essen schmeckt lecker. Der Lieferservice ist jedoch eine Katastrophe. Nach 1,5 Stunden war das Essen immer noch nicht da. Obwohl ich angerufen habe. Sehr schwach. Als es da war, war es kalt. Nach nochmaligen anrufen wurde die Bestellung jedoch nochmal geliefert. Es wurde sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Daher von einem auf 3 Sterne

Sehr leckere Pizzen mit genialem Boden. Leider fällt die Salamie leicht negativ auf, da diese von den anderen Zutaten abweicht und etwas günstig anmutet. Pizzen ohne Salami sind aber voll und ganz zu empfehlen. Das Essen wir schnell und frisch geliefert und die Preise sind absolut fair.

Scheinbar weniger überlaufen als vergleichbare Läden in der Umgebung, trotzdem lohnt es sich. Geschmacklich und preislich OK. Das Personal ist freundlich. Wir haben vor Ort gegessen, es soll aber auch einen Lieferservice geben. (Die Preise variieren, siehe Speisekarte.)

Mitarbeiter sind sehr gestresst, das merkt man, fühle mich dabei nicht wohl. Aber dennoch freundlich dabei und es schmeckt gut. Döner mit allem ist so viel, dass ich davon zweimal essen kann.
