It's gone downhill! I've been there about 15 times so far. The staff aren't friendly. And recently, I was simply ignored for fifteen minutes in an almost empty kebab shop. A sliced ​​tomato that fell on the floor was just put back with the other tomatoes at the front. That really puts me off! It's no longer my number one choice in Refrath!

I've been to Orient Grill a few times now and have been pleasantly surprised every time. The food is really excellent, always fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The staff are friendly, and you're greeted warmly right away. Overall, the place has a very welcoming, family atmosphere, and you feel well taken care of as a customer. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Everything about it is just right.

Delicious friendly staff everything fresh the price is ok

Unfortunately, it's not as good anymore. Today, after a long absence, we got a kebab to go from your place. The meat was dripping with grease, and the salad was anything but tasty. So, this was our last visit.

I was completely disrespected today because the fries cook was more concerned about talking to someone than taking my order. After I finally placed my order, the owner continued talking to another customer even though I was waiting. He didn't just drop the fries into the oil to fry; no, he left them in the packaging. This is an absolute disgrace. I left. Apparently, the customer isn't that important here.

We ordered a kebab plate there to take away today. Unfortunately, the rice was warmed up in the microwave using the Styrofoam bowl. Additionally, the employee did not wear gloves while spreading the tuna on the food.

Went there to have some döner and it didn't disappoint. The meat was fresh and nicely served. Paid 13 euros for a döner teller, some fresh tcaciki and french fries. Definitely recommending for a pit-stop.

We got a super tasty kebab salad here. The portions were huge, extra requests were no problem and the service was extremely friendly.

The staff are always super nice, but it's a shame that the falafel kebab isn't cheaper than the one with meat, which is always a little motivation as a vegetarian. You can get a good kebab here, but I especially like the pizza here.

Best Turkish snack restaurant in the area! Everyone is friendly here, the portions are decent, the quality is very good and decent. Everything I've tried so far has been really tasty and recommended. All employees are professional and very nice. In addition to the usual dishes, there are also schnitzel dishes, currywurst and a selection of different types of Kölsch.

I love kebab but the kebab - is too small -too expensive -Sheep cheese 1€ extra extortion!! -too little sauce - to be honest, it was one of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten, it was all about the money and quickly that's why 0 customer satisfaction. 1 time and never again The man who served us was so hectic that I thought he was on coke.

Durch Zufall, weil der Weihnachtsmarkt schon zu hatte, sind wir im Orient Grill gelandet. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen eine köstlicher türkische Pizza. Mega lecker! Sehr gastfreundlich !! Wie gut, dass der Weihnachtsmarkt zu hatte ;) Wir waren alle 4 super zufrieden. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder (y)

Super, jederzeit gerne wieder! Wir haben den Orient-Grill zwar nur durch Zufall entdeckt, kommen aber sicher wieder. Die Bedienung erfolgte prompt und äußerst gastfreundlich. Das Essen war trotz hohem Besucheraufkommen und Laufkundschaft schnell am Tisch und sehr lecker. Der Dönerteller war gut gefüllt, reichlich Fleisch sowohl Hähnchen als auch Kalb. Das Zaziki war lecker, genau die richtige Konsistenz und gut gewürzt. Üppige Salatbeilage und reichlich Pommes haben das ganze top abgerundet. Und für 11 Euro ein sehr fairer Preis! Wir fanden es super ;)

War nun mehrfach dort und kann nichts negatives sagen. Habe meistens den Dönerteller mit Reis genommen, Fleisch gemischt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Einfach der BESTE. Das Fleisch ist super. Ich glaube die machen den Spieß auch selbst. Überragend ist die frisch aus rohem Teig zubereitete türkische Pizza, die leckerste die ich je gegessen habe. Edit: seit nun fast 15 Jahren der allerbeste dönerladen.

Hatte ne "große Pizza" mit zwei Extras. Die Pizza war wirklich sehr gut (fünf Sterne), aber zu teuer dafür, dass sie dann so klein war. Klassisches Imbiss-Ambiente.

Ich mag Orient Grill...das Essen wird frisch und mit Liebe zu bereitet.

Der leckerste Döner in Bergisch Gladbach, zum Mitnehmen aber auch im Imbiss vor Ort zum essen. Das Fleisch ist frisch und mehr als reichlich und die türkischen Pizzen werden vor den Augen frisch im Ofen bereitet. Sehr freundllche Bedienung und nette Mitarbeiter.
