If only it were possible to give zero stars... The staff is rude and impolite. The food is terrible, almost like poison. The selection is poor. The prices are astronomical. This station looks more like some kind of social experiment than a gas station....

A shower and toilet costs €6. You can use a ticket. It was €4. Robbery. The deposit is the car keys. But it's as clean as home. Large parking lot. I'll be back someday. Price

I stopped by here to use the shower service, it's true that the shower is €6 but it's worth every cent! Neat and clean, heated by a radiator. I recommend!

Prices are astronomical! Showers are €6, while at all gas stations in Germany they cost €3 or a maximum of €3.50. Fuel is also very expensive: €2.11 for diesel, while at other stations on the highway it's €1.81. Beer is €3.99.

The food was good, I was there again today, October 31st. The food is still good, only the fried potatoes were a bit pale.

The price of a shower is a joke. €6 for a shower is a bit much.

There's a large parking lot, but it's hard to find a spot at 8 p.m. The station has showers and clean toilets.

Electric charging station available. Two cars can charge simultaneously. They then share the total charging power (50 kW each). I was alone at the station and had a continuous charging power of 91 kW. More is possible – it's even noted on the charging station.

A shower costs 6 euros. A spot can still be found behind trailers at 7:00 PM.

Be careful, If you have a voucher from using the restroom, then want to get a coffee from the vending machine, which breaks because there's no milk in it, you'll pay an extra €1 at the checkout, even though the amount should be deducted from the €5.00 coffee price. So be sure to ask beforehand if there's milk in it. 🤣🤣🤣 Technically, it's apparently not possible to arrange this differently. The only sad thing is that the staff doesn't seem to give a damn. There used to be such a thing as customer service, and let's be honest, €4.00 for a coffee after deducting a €1.00 voucher is still way too expensive, although the boss is less to blame for this, more likely the politicians...

High prices and a currywurst that was a cheap cold bratwurst with ketchup mush and curry spice. A far cry from what a sausage like that should be. Add to that the staff were only concerned with making sure everyone was getting their day off right, even though one of them saw me struggling to pay at the self-service coffee machine, which worked once with a credit card but not the second time. Assistance would have been a miracle. Service, quality, and value for money are practically nonexistent here, with the exorbitant prices that are unjustifiably prevalent everywhere in Germany.

Overpriced. Toilets have to be paid for. I find that cheeky, because in half of Europe (including Great Britain) the toilets are free and clean. Here, there's no paper, and some of the toilets are broken.

This gas station is a complete rip-off! Everyone knows that they charge more for a liter of diesel right next to the highway than in the surrounding areas, and they factor it in. But charging €2.11/liter instead of €1.59/liter for diesel is a complete impertinence. The cashier's friendly smile almost seems mocking.

A nice gas station with a children's menu for 6 euros, adults for about 15, a wide selection of food options, and prices higher than off-highway, which is normal. It's similar in Poland. Prices are based on German wages, not Polish ones.

I had an excellent coffee here while passing through. After more than 100 km, I only realized I'd forgotten my favorite jacket. When I called, Mr. Veit Malzahn offered to send it to my hometown... it's already arrived! Thank you so much, Mr. Malzahn! That was exceptional customer service 😀 Best regards from Lithuania.

Poorly, some of the staff make it very clear that they do not want to speak in any language other than German, even though they understand.

My small change (you have to pay €1.00 these days) wasn't accepted, and I had to go through the hassle of exchanging it. That was very unpleasant. The restrooms were dirty, and one was even unusable.

Actually, that's fine for a rest stop like this. Unfortunately, the charging stations are advertised as having 2x 100kW capacity, but only have 2x 50kW capacity. Furthermore, the charging spots aren't clearly marked, so they're constantly being blocked by parked cars.

Much too expensive, and mc doesn't open until 9 o'clock for coffee and then for the next day.

The most useless restaurant that can be on this highway, if you ask them to buy coffee only from the machine, if possible I would give it no stars

Clean toilets, I can't say more

Despite the breakdown at almost 40 degrees Celsius in the shade (luckily there is a shade provider type 🌳 in front of the property) I was able to inform the AvD in peace and have myself transferred to the specialist workshop (Honda Kessler).

Years ago, this gas station was great, but we were rather disappointed with the friendliness and the display of goods. Things have deteriorated quite a bit!

When we're on the highway, we generally stop at service stations because we find clean restrooms there. There's nothing to complain about here either. They've also adjusted the vouchers to reflect the prices (currently €1). There were two of us, both used the restroom, but were only allowed to redeem one voucher when buying a bottle of water. I don't think that's fair, considering the price of just under €4 for that.

As with all motorway service stations, it's unbearable that people have to pay to use the toilet. Embarrassing for our wealthy country. What a pathetic poster child!

Super croissants 🥐 e.g. ham and cheese for only 2.99€, so totally okay for a motorway service station. One star less because (as so often) there is no free toilet available.

Toilet use is becoming more and more expensive

Restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The coffee, however, was a disaster. €6 for a regular coffee, which also tasted awful... At other rest areas before the Saxon border, the coffee costs a reasonable €3-4 and tastes worlds better.

I was at MacDonalds. Nothing more. Everyone knows what it's like at MacDonalds. There is no point in writing.

Huge queues at the cash register, we tried to order something at McDonald's but both ordering kiosks worked terribly: the touch screen reacted with a delay and then got stuck and displayed a message about using another device - unfortunately neither of the 2 ordering kiosks worked and there was no one at the cash register to take the order. We went to the next station and still lost almost half an hour.

Not really. Has been breaking down for years. For food there was only goulash soup, sandwiches and McDonalds. Coffee was good, I won't stop at this rest stop again.

The toilets were clean, the employees were understanding and polite, and I had no difficulty finding a place in the park during daylight hours.
