You can find clean toilets...unfortunately the offers are a bit overpriced, but today's times demand their price...that's understandable for me. Still recommended!!!

Shower is cleaned after every guest - great!!! It's very rare to find something like that... Water is hot, not just lukewarm... Staff is friendly throughout... some "multiple ADAC award-winning" rest stops could take a big leaf out of that!!! Absolutely recommended, always happy...!!!

wish you could give 0 stars. Unsurpassable in terms of unfriendliness, not even a smile left. Open 24/7 & no more food at 5 p.m.? Instead of champion sauce, is curry sauce served with the schnitzel? Here you can pay extra for everything you eat, if the salad is “big” instead of small, then it no longer counts as a “side salad” and costs €10 more, even if there is no side salad left. Then you simply collect and you will be surprised by the amount at the end. The only thing they said was “If you can’t make it, you can take the food home with you” which is unbelievable. For that money the three of us could have gone to a 5 star restaurant and it would have tasted much better. Please reconsider your staffing, the only friendly person here was the toilet attendant.

The prices for food and drinks, like at all rest stops, are really unreasonable. A small Coke costs €3 and a Currywurst costs €11. The toilets now cost €1, but are quite clean, which is nice. Use is free for children.

Could be a little cheaper, not only that only one voucher is charged per person.

Clean, modern and has practically everything you might need during a trip. Plus: the toilet seats in the toilets are self-sanitizing, making their use pleasant and safe. The price of using the toilet (€1) is refunded if you consume or buy something at the petrol station

Like all rest stops extremely expensive, a bockwurst 4.99 and a coffee crema 3.99 so about 9 euros .. and one euro for the toilet .. sorry but those are ridiculous prices 🙈 Staff tries hard, but prices are depressing

Absolutely disappointing! The staff at the Serways service station Vogtland Nord was extremely unfriendly and seemed to have no interest in helping customers. In addition, the prices are completely exorbitant - you pay far too much for what you get. I definitely won't stop here again.

Clean sanitary area and the €1 you get back when you eat it. Fresh scrambled eggs with ham and buttered rolls - was very good!

45 minutes after Chemnitz, on the Nuremberg road, on the side of the highway where buses, cars and trucks stop, it is a wonderfully clean facility where you can go safely, where you can rest, eat your meal and sip your coffee. The only problem is that fuel prices are expensive like other facilities on the side of the highway. You get 25% less tanks compared to Poland.

I would give 0 stars, or -10 stars...Prices are completely overpriced, for almost €30 for 2 people, I can eat my fill at McDonalds...Frozen schnitzel costs €2.24 150g, frozen fries costs €1.89 for 1kg and frozen nuggets cost €2.29 for 300g, with preparation in the right portions a maximum of €15 and not almost €30 and that includes the rest stop surcharge... I think it's a complete impudence and exaggerated, €1 for the toilet is a no go, with food prices like that...I won't stop there again

Great station, two showers, and amazing cleanliness, you pay 4 euros and you know what you get, not 5 euros like some autohofs and fungus on the ceiling and it stinks, I recommend stopping here for a rest.

The assessment relates to the toilet situation and the associated staff: 1 euro to go to the toilet and then you have to pay 1 euro to change a baby... 2 euros for me and the little one, there is my husband and the two others Children aren't included yet... That's crazy... Then there's still toilet paper lying around and the soap was empty... The work probably got to the head of this unfriendly employee... The machine didn't work for us (it didn't want to). pay with card) and he immediately came across as stupid... Another woman put 1 euro into the machine and no ticket came out, so she couldn't go to the toilet. When she asked the employee, all she said was that she should pay 1 euro again 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

The cleanliness of the toilets and showers here is exemplary - I don't remember visiting Sanifair with such a high standard in the last year. But this is not due to the Sanifair company, but to the older gentleman who deals with it - he is an absolute expert. Even before crossing the gates, I saw him sweating hard. When I came out of the shower room, he was already prepared with all the equipment to go in there and do his perfect job! Thank you, sir!

Like if you want to go for little girls or boys you have to pay 1 EUR and you can call that a rip off. And it could be cleaner. Kindness could be better.

In my opinion the prices are beyond good and bad but apparently there are still enough people who pay that. I inevitably had to stop there because someone had to go to the toilet (1€). Otherwise I won't stop at any rest stops anyway.

The rest stop is in good shape. The staff is very nice. On June 30, 2024, a surcharge of almost 40 cents was levied on diesel. I think that's grossly overpriced!

The gas station had gas, so I consider my visit a success! Quite expensive though, I'm still getting used to the way one gets fuel first and then goes inside to pay. I'd love to be able to pay by card outside.

Well-kept rest stop with the usual overpriced prices on German motorways. 6€ for a packaged baguette with cold cuts and 5€ for a large coffee are already very high, but that's what happens when rest stops are run by a monopolist. If you can't do anything, the federal government has screwed up the contract. However, the fact that you don't pass on the lower VAT for coffee to go (out-of-home sales 7% instead of 19%) to the customers but still charge the same high price and thus make 12% more profit even though you don't even wash the cup or have a seat ready I have to, I find that very cheeky. Therefore only 3 stars.

Let's see if Google continues to annoy me so that another review from me won't be posted for the general public. The pricing policy on German motorways has long been a complete disgrace. Anyone who wants to fill up on German motorways, get something to eat or just have a coffee to go Anyone who wants to buy will be bitterly poor. Normally a glass of water or going to the toilet is free in life. At Serways at German motorway service stations, these two services are offered mercilessly. Once to the toilet - 1€, water from a small PET bottle (0.25 liters) 2.50€+0.25€= 2.75€!!!!!! If you add that up, it's €3.75. I'd rather not talk about the prices of reheated cheap convenience foods. But for those who are upset about it, my pity is very limited. Oh yes, there is also the issue of fuel prices at German motorway gas stations: excessively expensive everywhere. The same applies here: Anyone who fills up on the motorway and then complains and complains that it's too expensive there also has a lot of pity for them limited. A saving tip: Drive down in Treuen, follow the sign for Autohof and refuel cheaper there at the Autohof (approx. 2 km away from the A72).

The most beautiful thing was the fish tank in the rest stop where you can also eat and take a break.

Really great rest stop. Everything is absolutely clean here. The staff is really super nice and friendly. There is a huge selection of food and drink here. Personally, I was completely surprised by the huge selection of all the sandwiches, but I can only say it was super delicious.

These rest stops are rip-off in its purest form; in the Middle Ages, the style of sales in the shop would have been described as highway robbery. You can throw away the toilet voucher straight away, because it doesn't even reduce the purchase price of any snacks or the like to the normal level if you included it when purchasing it. It is not possible to accumulate vouchers when shopping! There's only one word for it - rip-off! Exactly the same for fuel: 40 cents above normal price! It's better to drive across country first and fill up your tank there!

Too expensive and toilet not clean

Price and performance good so far. However, the scrambled eggs from the tetra pack are very questionable. Otherwise very clean and well managed.
