Food was wonderful, I have never had such good food. The waiting time was acceptable for such a well-stocked restaurant and the waitress was very friendly. The atmosphere is just as good, nice selection of lights, you definitely feel comfortable. Top. Gladly again.

Why is the store called “Bella Italia”? The food has nothing to do with Italy and is more like fast food. Every 5min terrine has more taste and the price-performance level is better with Maggi, Knorr, etc. than with you. The staff is friendly but doesn't accept criticism, just like the owner. totally overpriced. Never again !!!!

We ordered the pizza and had it delivered for four people. All comments/questions were taken into account. We were also offered a free drink with the delivery, which we could choose from. According to the information provided by the employees on the phone, the waiting time was an hour, and the time was roughly adhered to.

The food is very tasty. The service was very nice and accommodating. We used to go there more often. (at least once a month) Unfortunately, this is no longer possible given the prices. The difference between a normal pizza and a large one is sometimes €5. The large pizza costs €20. That's really too high.

Unfortunately just standard pizza

I've been here several times for family celebrations and have always been satisfied. But this time the service was extremely poor. As soon as the drink order was taken, the waitress was overwhelmed. We had food on the table after 2 hours. It took almost an hour until a forgotten order (lasagne) arrived. The other guests at the table had long since finished eating. A guest had ordered Pizza Vesuvius. This was usually always flambéed at the table. When we asked, we were told that the kitchen does it and then the waiter didn't respond at all. It seemed that the service staff was new, completely overwhelmed and not properly trained.

We waited 2 hours for the pizza. Ordered pizza to Oberlosa for the evening. +4 EUR extra delivery fee. Order was accepted. Delivery then took just under 2 hours. I paid the +4 EUR. This simply doesn't have to be the case. Then please simply reject the order. Thanks.

Small nice pizzeria. We were passing through and my husband had forgotten his hat. After a few days he asked by phone whether they would send them to our home for a refund. It wasn't a problem at all and worked really quickly. Mega! Thank you!!! By the way, the food was also very good :)

Now I can't help but point out - especially in view of the operator's posts and reactions to the contrary - to everyone who really wants to know that the pizzas there have little to do with a classic Italian one. In this respect, unfortunately fast food level. But as the operator always emphasizes...tastes are different. Even though I think I'm in the mainstream here.

So...the first time I've been there and people...I'll be back, the food is great, the service is great, the speed is great and the best thing about the whole thing...everyone will be full. RESPECT 👍

The quality of the food is simply outstanding - fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared and presented. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. The service is equally remarkable - attentive, friendly and always keen to please each guest. I'll be back!

We used the pickup service. Pasta was perfectly aldente. The salad was fresh and crunchy, with a delicious dressing. You can also wait for the 20 minutes of preparation time.😋

Food and service very good. You can eat there again

We ordered pizza for lunch and picked it up, which worked out very well in terms of time, but we were very disappointed with the food. The pizza left a lot to be desired both visually and in terms of taste. It was more of a flat, greasy rag without a neat edge. Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all.

We were very pleasantly surprised - very nice atmosphere, really good food and friendly service. Depending on the side dish, the meat dishes are on the higher side at around 20 euros, but they taste really great and the portions are huge. And the decoration on the plate - Mediterranean fruit - was something completely different. The pasta dishes also tasted really good, pleasantly spicy, but not overly seasoned. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't suit our taste; the dough was very thick and, in our opinion, too greasy.

We actually really enjoy eating there. But in the end there was a bit of a worm in terms of taste. We will try again soon

I always order pizza rolls here and they are the best in town, get this for 11 euros, enough for 2 and lots of cheese

Ambience great, service very friendly but unfortunately the pizza is anything but good... unfortunately you can't call it an "Italian pizza" with the very thick (probably frozen) base. It's a shame, otherwise we would have liked to come back.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit kleinen niedlichen Biergarten der auch einen direkten Zugang hat von der Rückseite. Leider ist an der kleinen Treppe zum Biergarten kein Geländer. Wäre wirklich wichtig, besonders für Menschen mit Handicap. Essen, Trinken und Service sind wirklich sehr gut. Preis/ Leistung passt.

Ich war heute mit meiner Mutter essen. Es war sehr angenehm und sehr gut besucht. Wir haben trotzdem nicht lange warten müssen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch sehr gut um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder

Sehr lecker. Echt zu empfehlen. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen und drinnen. Große Auswahl. Man kann sich kaum entscheiden. Pizza 🍕 super lecker. Beim Garnelensalat war ich leicht enttäuscht. Kleiner Garnelen Spieß aber lecker und nur Eisbergsalat mit Gurke und Tomaten und halt komplett ungewürzt. Ich hatte Essig, Öl und gewürze extra erhalten. War bisschen aufwendig, den Salat dann so schmackhaft hinzubekommen, bis er mir irgendwann mal, nachdem ich 50 x Balsamicoessig drauf gesprüht hatte. Bedienung war ersten grimmigen blicken aufgetaut und freundlich. Preise fand ich zu teuer. Aber ok. Süß ist, dass es wirklich kleine Bambini Pizzas für kinder gab. Das erste Mal das die Kinder aufgegessen haben. Highlight war das Cocos Eis in einer echten kleinen Cocosnuss, die ich auch mit heim genommen habe. Super.

Qualität der Pizza war unterirdisch.

Wir bestellen hier vor kurzem zum allerersten Mal, als wir in geselliger Runde mit Freunden zusammensaßen. Wir bestellten telefonisch und am Telefon wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Lieferung in rund 1,5 Std. erfolgen wird (Freitababend, 17:30 Uhr). Dabei zu erwähnen ist, dass die Frau am anderen Ende der Telefonleitung überaus freundlich und kompetent war. Und tatsächlich stimmte die Zeit auch und die insgesamt 4 Pizzen wurden uns heiß und knusprig serviert (auch hier begegneten wir eine extrem freundliche Fahrerin). Wir hatten 2x Hawaii, 1x Salami, Paprika, Zwiebel & Peperoni und 1x Spinat, Zwiebel, Broccoli & Mais. Alle Pizzen waren reichlich belegt und schmeckten hervorragend. Jedoch wurden alle 4 Pizzen ungeschnitten geliefert (ich weiß nicht, ob es hier ein Versehen war oder man es bei Bestellung hätte anmerken sollen). Auch sind die Größen nicht allzu ernst zu nehmen: "normal" entspricht dem Flyer einer Erwachsenenportion, was etwas wenig war...aber fürs nächste Mal wissen wir es. Preis-Leistung ist ganz gut und die Qualität entsprach den etwas höheren Preisen.

Essen sehr schmackhaft. Große Auswahl an Speisen. Nettes Personal. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Ich hab noch nie erlebt, es beim Italiener Spaghetti ohne Parmesan gibt. Bestellt man sich Käse dazu, gibt's Reibekäse aus dem Supermarkt.

Die Pizza hat mich nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Dicker Boden, relativ trocken...

Wir haben hier sehr gut gegessen und uns mit Pizza, Pasta, Salat und Vorspeisen quasi einmal durch die Karte getestet. Kleine Extrawünsche wurden problemlos erfüllt.

Ist dass Beste und leckerste Essen was ich je gegessen habe. Auch eine sehr nette Bedienung. Für jeden nur zu empfehlen.

Gutes Essen und schöne Atmosphäre.

Nettes Personal Trotz vollem Haus war Essen schnell auf dem Platz. Einzig die Toilette ist für Rollstuhlfahrer schwierig zu erreichen.

Wie immer bei "Tommies": Essen sehr gut, auch die Wartezeit liegt im Rahmen: ca. halbe Stunde, Bedienung immer nett, freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir gehen gern hin.

Wir haben schon oft Sonntags bestellt, zum abholen und sind jedes Mal mehr als zufrieden. Essen ist zuhause immernoch gut warm, den Kindern schmeckt es und uns auch egal was man bestellt. Preiserhöhung ist völlig gerechtfertigt. Weiter so Team bella italia

Ganz nette Bedienung, sie war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Essen ist sehr liebevoll angerichtet, große Portionen und preis/Leistung ist wirklich top. Das Ambiente ist einfach gehalten aber sehr sauber u liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder ;-)

Ein sehr sehr gutes kleines italienisches Restaurant mit sehr netter Bedingung und guuuuuuutttttttennnnnn Essen.

Anfangs skeptisch, schlussendlich echt überrascht. Sie bieten saisonal frische Muscheln an, welche zu einem Hammer Preis angeboten und gekocht werden. Die Qualität war sehr gut und geschmacklich hat es mir sehr zugesagt. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lieferservice außerhalb Plauen ist leider nur sporadisch möglich, obwohl offiziell angeboten. Hängt davon ab, wieviel in Plauen zu tun ist. Für einen Lieferservice nicht tragbar, wenn man sich auf das Angebot nicht verlassen kann. Qualität im Restaurant entspricht dem Niveau eines Lieferservices.

Anläßlich eines Umzuges haben wir (Familie, völlig neu in Plauen) bei Tommis eine Familien-Pizza bestellt: die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell von einem super-netten Auslieferer. Die Pizza (Salami, Schinken, Pilze) hat hervorragend geschmeckt, war für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend und mit 18 Euro für diese Qualität preisgünstig. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen oder besser: dort mal Essen gehen, wenn wir mal wieder in Plauen sind.

wir essen gerne italienisch, diesmal nicht beim Italiener, sondern bei Tommis ... Außer der Speisekarte deutet wenig auf ein italienisches Restaurant. Aber der Wintergarten ist auch im Herbst ein angenehmer und optisch ansprechender Ort. Alles war aufgeräumt und sauber, viele Gäste außer uns. 30 cent für die Verpackung, wenn die Augen größer waren ... da dachte ich, hier gibt es scheinbar große Portionen, der Aufpreis ist iO, deckt kaum die Kosten für die Box und man hat auch am nächsten Tag noch was von seinem Essen Hier habe ich die am besten und reichlichsten belegte Calzone ever gegessen! Auch geschmacklich sehr gut, ein schneller, freundlicher Kellner rundete das Gesamtbild ab. Ein sehr schöner Abend, es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Immer wenn wir auf Familienbesuch in Plauen waren, gab es eine schöne leckere familienpizza von Bella italia. Eigentlich schon Tradition. Doch bei unserem letzten besuch war der Boden qualitativ sehr schlecht. Ohne geschmack, ohne biss. Auch der Belag (Spinat, Ei, Hackfleisch, Hawaii) war geschmacksneutral und nicht die Pizza die wir kannten. Jetzt gibt es zwar einen bunten flyer, aber das allein reicht nicht. Das nächste mal gibt es einen letzten Versuch.
