Serways Raststätte Hösel Ost in Ratingen

There is no real food anymore, only fast food. Toilet costs 1.— and the responsible employee from S. prefers to walk back and forth outside and collect deposit bottles from the parking lot and from the trash cans instead of cleaning up.

An ordinary Raststatte. We had to wait almost half an hour for our burger king order. This is wat to long.

Just a rest stop. So it was very well attended and the waiting time was relatively long. Of course it can be different on other days.

A very good rest stop, the parking spaces are clean and clearly arranged. You feel safe when parking, getting in and out of the car. The sanitary facilities are clean and there is a restaurant. There is also a gas station and charging stations for electric cars.

Extremely expensive, otherwise everything was good

Company with an unpleasant appearance. Toilets difficult to reach and far too few for busy times. It's not all that clean, but those could be snapshots.

Dirty toilets, not much choice in food. Seems that the closer you come to the Netherlands, the lower the quality of the Serways become. But still you need to pay 1 EUR for such fithyness

Pretty good stop-over. Looks like they have a new BK restaurant. Easy to order and friendly staff. The place was pretty clean as well. The espresso from the coffee bar was nice as well.

Toilets were clean, but the automatic disinfection function of toilet lids unfortunately did not work. Food is limited to Burger King Ltd. Service. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The photos do not match the last time I was there. Well, something has been done about it, but it is a pity that more and more fast food chains are taking over the restaurant section. Better than nothing . Has been modernized in terms of seating, which is a plus. In other areas it could be better, even if you have to allow time for them to be worked in. But one could still include some traditional food, a skewer and pasta menus. Well, the toilet access is on the wrong side where you would have to turn around, maybe there is a reason for that. Well, it's a pity that the fries bothered me, maybe the oil had to be changed and I had to worry about that all night.

Serways are everywhere now. Trick of 1€ wc and take a coffee combination is very smart.😉👍

Small gas station where you can also get a snack in addition to fuel, but very small compared to other Serways branches. For example, there is no separate restaurant area. Is more comparable to Shell in NL where you can buy a coffee and a sandwich.

Together with the permanent construction site between the Siebengebirge and Leverkusen and the no longer existing Hennef West junction, it is one of the three most pointless structures along the A3. Restaurant closed (you could at least point this out 500 meters in advance), all parking spaces occupied by heavy traffic, toilets underground and bored and unfriendly staff. Better take the train! 😉

Atm with biggest fees and most expensive drinks in whole Germany never stop at gas station again!

I only give the 3 stars because the rest stop was there and you could even get out and because an adjacent construction project may also contribute to the situation. I stopped here around 6 a.m. just to leave and was disappointed by the poor condition and the level of dirt, at least in the men's area. For a euro I would expect something different, even if it is clear that users are the cause of pollution.

Rancid! Staff who don't feel like it, causing long lines at the checkout. Toilet very dirty. We didn't eat coffee or a snack inside because the tables were really dirty. We quickly drove on to the next parking lot.

Alles da, was man an einer Raststätte braucht

Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings sollte man für den Preis bei der WC Benutzung die Sauberkeit etwas ernster nehmen.

Typowy zajazd autostradowy czyli stacja paliw ze sklepem, toalety i prysznic, jedzenie typu fastfood. Sporo miejsc parkingowych dla dużych aut tak więc dla busów też się znajdzie.

Ducha muito boa por 3€. Para comer aconselho jma sopa de carne que lá vendem no restaurante. Se não gostar da sopa pura. Cozinhe uma massa e junte a sopa. Pois ela vem cremosa e parece mais com molho.

Es gibt keinen kurzen Weg zur Toilette. Entweder durch das Restaurant oder um das Gebäude herum. Ein Seifenspender ohne Funktion, nicht gerade saubere Toiletten.

Service ist super, allerdings müsste man das Konzept nochmals durchdenken, da für Rollstuhlfahrer keine Möglichkeit besteht, alleine in das Restaurant zu kommen. Der Hotelmanager ist bemüht und reagiert schnell bei Unannehmlichkeiten. Bis auf ein bis zwei Kleinigkeiten wirklich ein gutes Konzept, das hauptsächlich durch die lieben Menschen zu tragen kommt.

Goede tankstation precies wat je mag verwachten, schoon, wat snacks en onderhoud middelen zoals ruitensproeiervloeistof. Restaurant zit ernaast maar niet geweest

Es war sehr voll. Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. Etwas "ungemütlich". Da möchte man nur kurz rasten.Sonst alles ok. War sauber.

Der Mitarbeiter war sehr gut Verhältnisse waren sehr schlecht aber der angestellte hat sehr gut reagiert ein Hoch auf den Kroaten Serben oder wo auch immer er herkommt bomben Mann für die schlechten Verhältnisse!!!

Das man in Deutschland an Raststätten für den Toilettengang bezahlen muss ist die eine Sache, die andere ist jedoch die Pflege, Sauberkekt und Instandhaltung dieser. Leider entäuschend, Personal hingegen sehr freundlich.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Haben obwohl die Kasse nicht ging sehr professionell gehandelt. Habe sogar mehr als das übliche Trinkgeld gegeben

yol kenarında dinlenmek için ideal bir tesis. tesisin yan tarafında çocuklar için küçük bir park alanı var. WC için ve kahve için alanlar bulunuyor. Kahve çeşitleri var ve fiyatlar pahalı değil. Park alanında genelde TIRcılar park etmiş durumda.

Thermoskanne mitnehmen, Brötchen selbst schmieren und vorher aufs Klo. Preis und Leistung haben hier kein Verhältnis.
