The shower is broken, the toilet is paid!!! One star for the fact that there are a couple of places for cars, there is a pause of 45 minutes.

A somewhat smaller, neat rest area, although the old street furniture may be removed. On the left is the entrance to the seats and the take-away counter, on the right to the toilets. Wide range of hot and cold dishes, snacks and sweets. Fast operation. There is no convenience store, but there are stands with personalized mugs and other gift items. Here too there is the Sanifair system: 1 euro for the toilet and redeemable when purchasing in a Raststätte where the Sanifair system is also used.

It was great, I didn't jump over it for the first time in a year and I actually paid the euro (the last time it was 50 cents) And when I bought cigarettes it was like I was the saleswoman's first customer. She came from another room, sold them to me and then left. There doesn't seem to have been much traffic there at that time

Pure nightmare... Starting with the toilets. I still have the smell in my nose. And then to the highest point of my review. Actually, it starts out very banal! I wanted to order a Mc SmartChickenburger menu and two normal hamburgers... I have to admit it took a little longer until I knew what I wanted to take. But I don't know that much. The employee was pretty listless or tired, I have no idea. He types in cheeseburgers and I pointed it out to him. He no You ordered the cheeseburger menu. But whatever, I'll correct it... he did. I pay €10.57 with a €50 note. He asks if I have the 0.57 cents that fit... I did. And I then get €10.57 back. I then tell him that I gave him a €50 note. No, that can't be the case, I gave them €40 and they still have 20 in their wallets. This went back and forth until I asked, and why are you just giving me €10.57 back? Then he: We have cameras everywhere, they can prove that I did everything right. But the sound makes the music. Then I'll check it? I left the €10.57 and the vouchers next to the cash register and the employee of the month was gone. The other two employees looked angry and to be honest with the citizens we weren't hungry anymore. After about 20 minutes still nothing... I went back to the checkout and asked? I didn't get a concrete answer and I said: We're welcome to call the police, maybe it'll be quicker then. He walks through the door just like the other man. Less than 3 minutes later they both come back. Employee of the Month I could immediately tell I was right. I got my money back. NO apology and I canceled my order! Because the best is yet to come, because the employee of the month had typed in cheeseburgers again and the smell from the toilet was everywhere. And who knows how cold and disgusting the burgers would have been. Even the 1 star is not deserved

We got something from McDonald's there and even though we had two normal cups we were charged a 2 euro deposit. Unfortunately we didn't notice this until we were on the road again. You pay 1 euro per person for the toilet and you can only have one receipt charged per order.

Definitely not enough staff at McDonalds at lunchtime, the toilet vouchers are not redeemed. The outside area was unfortunately full of cigarette butts, there weren't enough shaded areas, and the benches were run down.

The toilets are a nightmare! Absolutely dirty, trash cans overflowing, the floor also totally dirty and full of trash. An imposition! There was a coffee machine in the gas station that didn't have any products with milk (cappuccino, etc.) because the milk was empty. When we asked, we found that the employee could only speak English. In Germany you should expect that the employees at least know the language enough to be able to carry on a simple conversation. Not every customer can speak English. It was the 1st and last stay there!

I'm always disappointed with how the women's restrooms look, even though you have to pay a fee to use them. It was really dirty and there was no cleaner anywhere in sight. The reference to this was received with annoyance and dismissed.

Absolute catastrophe, Serfaus service no longer available at 8 p.m. McDonald's unfriendly service. The outside area was littered, dirty and the tables weren't cleared, etc. It's a shame for the drivers.

Well, the parking lot is noisy. not for all. I chose it just to have a store and go by train to Cologne. 1) collect water near the gas station at the entrance, where pumping and water are together. 2) there is Lidl in the city (closed on Sunday) The best way to go there is this way. At the end of the parking lot there is a descent under the bridge and there the passage to the other side will take 15-20 minutes to figure out using Google. 3) train to Cologne. I didn’t understand the ticket office at the station and bought a ticket for a day for 10€± online. A one-way ticket costs 4±. The link was in Google maps when you get directions to the central station www.bahn.de 4) I won’t say anything about the toilet, it was hot, I drank a lot of water... And I’m not rich enough to pay Euro every time. I went into the forest at the end of the parking lot. (I love unity with nature)

Mega great rest stop. Surprisingly good food and great coffee! The staff was super friendly and really helped me. A visit here is a real experience. Everything is more or less dirty and defective. The lady at the counter is incredible. First there is a lot of excitement about the coffee machine and then about the fact that I want to pay by card. The price is really steep, 1 small Sprite and 2 lattes 14.50 euros. The most shocking thing is that, with a few exceptions, there are only bad reviews here but nothing is being done.

Container toilet dirty. The previous person had thrown up in the small sink. My request to clean it was acknowledged with a smile by an “employee”. What I ask for 1 euro. This is the worst thing I've experienced at motorway rest stops.
