Has improved a lot over the years. Is really recommended now. What is missing, however, are instructions on where to put your used dishes.

Definitely not enough staff at McDonalds at lunchtime, the toilet vouchers are not redeemed. The outside area was unfortunately full of cigarette butts, there weren't enough shaded areas, and the benches were run down.

The toilets are a nightmare! Absolutely dirty, trash cans overflowing, the floor also totally dirty and full of trash. An imposition! There was a coffee machine in the gas station that didn't have any products with milk (cappuccino, etc.) because the milk was empty. When we asked, we found that the employee could only speak English. In Germany you should expect that the employees at least know the language enough to be able to carry on a simple conversation. Not every customer can speak English. It was the 1st and last stay there!

Well, the parking lot is noisy. not for all. I chose it just to have a store and go by train to Cologne. 1) collect water near the gas station at the entrance, where pumping and water are together. 2) there is Lidl in the city (closed on Sunday) The best way to go there is this way. At the end of the parking lot there is a descent under the bridge and there the passage to the other side will take 15-20 minutes to figure out using Google. 3) train to Cologne. I didn’t understand the ticket office at the station and bought a ticket for a day for 10€± online. A one-way ticket costs 4±. The link was in Google maps when you get directions to the central station www.bahn.de 4) I won’t say anything about the toilet, it was hot, I drank a lot of water... And I’m not rich enough to pay Euro every time. I went into the forest at the end of the parking lot. (I love unity with nature)

A visit here is a real experience. Everything is more or less dirty and defective. The lady at the counter is incredible. First there is a lot of excitement about the coffee machine and then about the fact that I want to pay by card. The price is really steep, 1 small Sprite and 2 lattes 14.50 euros. The most shocking thing is that, with a few exceptions, there are only bad reviews here but nothing is being done.

Showers and toilets are being temporarily renovated. Toilet and shower outside in containers. Shower, blue door, inside there is a toilet and washbasin. The problem is that there is a boiler hanging there and there is not much hot water. If you walk after someone, you may end up in cold water. Wait about 0 minutes for it to appear hot. A shower costs 5€. The toilet is still free. You can get water. Parking is good, just noisy from the autobahn. There is a police station, it's safe to stand. When leaving your site, make a circle around the parking lot. To all those who like to walk under the wheel, leave this parking lot behind. Good luck!

The older waitress in the normal restaurant was extremely arrogant and sleazy! My partner is deaf and was treated like an idiot! He had a schnitzel with a diameter of 10 cm for €12.50 without any side dish, what an outrage! The lettuce he had taken was wilted and sometimes bad! Never stop at this "restaurant" again...

The service lady (over 50) is very cheeky and tactless. There was a man standing in front of me who couldn't express himself well in German and she said she couldn't speak all the languages ​​in the world and started yelling at him so he went away. I ordered an oat milk cappuccino and she got upset, which is why I ordered something like that and while she was making my coffee I had to listen to how much the milk smelled the whole time and I shouldn't order something like that again🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻 ‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ People like her just ruin other people's days.
