It's a disgrace how you are treated by the staff. We've seen better toilets, but that was bearable. But the unfriendly staff is crazy. I was busy with 3 children and therefore missed that you have to order via the portal. I was then shouted at from behind that I had to order there. 10 minutes later, the same employee yelled at an older couple because they weren't familiar with the portal either. When you buy coffee, you simply keep the tip yourself without saying anything. The prices for the food are crazy anyway. We're going to have a reasonable meal at a restaurant at home with 5 people. Here we only had 3 dishes. We will never stop there again.

After a long journey, we took a short break. Clean and with lots of choice.

Comprehension equals 0 high, German is only mentioned because the rest stop in DE is on the map, only English is spoken, the female person wanted to order coffee, outrageously high 3. What a situation, I will and have discouraged everyone from coming by fuj fuj fju no stars, have to press so I can publish a post, below any level, 0 minus... fuj

Been there at 7 p.m., restaurant was closed. I was told I could go and get something to eat on the other side of the highway if I was hungry. So terrible for me. The toilets were also terrible.

Sanitary facilities well maintained, service could be more accommodating

The lady in charge of the toilets was rude and insulting! Because of 20 cents she didn't let my daughter, who really needed to go to the toilet! She shouted at us and insulted us in her language (not German)! When she asked me to speak German to me, she became even more aggressive! That's not possible - someone like that should be fired immediately! Especially since the toilets weren't clean!

Unfortunately, I didn't get a good impression of the toilet facilities here. Very dirty. The automatic cleaning of the toilets did not work in most cabins. It's a shame... I've always had pretty good experiences with Serways.

The wildflower borders were nice. The rubbish everywhere is less nice. And why can men and have to mark everywhere when there is a toilet right there? Who understands that?

Unfortunately, at the time of our visit, North Sea was closed without prior notice despite opening hours. Staff is friendly, food is okay but nothing special. Prices are at normal rest stop levels. Toilets were clean.

Just refueled and made a short stop at the nice, clean and spacious parking lot.

Most expensive ever on the highway

On June 7th 6:40 p.m. I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes, Terea Teak. Behind the counter there was a man who didn't even know hello, and you could see that he didn't feel like standing behind the counter at all. He didn't even know the type of cigarette and when I explained to him what it was he was annoyed. I didn't buy the cigarettes because he gave me such disgusting advice and service. The man definitely doesn't belong behind the counter.

Our stop at this rest area was extremely pleasant! The rest area is very well maintained and clean, which immediately leaves a positive impression. The green areas are well maintained and there are ample trash receptacles to ensure cleanliness. The security is particularly positive – we felt safe and comfortable at all times. The lighting is sufficient and there are clear signs, making the stay pleasant and stress-free. The parking spaces are generously sized, making maneuvering easier for drivers. Overall, an excellent rest area that we would happily recommend and visit again if necessary.

There's not much to add. The shower is perfect! Keys or passport at the checkout. With a WC ticket, the cost of a shower is 2 euros.

We were here for the 3rd time today Here and in contrast to before, a bit horrified. Toilets were dirty and all the soap dispensers were out of soap. The ladies at the front weren't particularly happy about having to end their private conversation and the North Sea waitress shouldn't keep coughing in the direction of the full trays!!! The parking lot itself is very clean, 1 star for this and the 2nd for the diverse range in the shop. The 3rd for “still okay” because unfortunately we’ve seen much worse.

Way too expensive. Not a large selection of food. There are soups, for example: B. not at all. These rest stops are not recommended.

Well organized shop. The bathrooms are clean, entry costs 1 euro and a discount voucher is issued. The prices are quite high, for example a simple espresso costs 3.6 euros. The price of fuel is in line with other petrol stations along the same highway.

We've been to the rest area several times. We were a bit disappointed this time. Because the kitchen was being renovated, there was no hot food. The toilet facility was clean but there was no toilet paper. Therefore only 4 stars

Serways Raststätte Aurach is a very good place on the highway where all groups of drivers can find a good rest. The parking lot for small vehicles has a large number of parking spaces and is limited by the entrance to a height of 2.5m. In that part, there are more places to sit at the table, but also more places to dispose of waste, so the parking lot is always clean. There is a lot of space in the parking lot for trucks, but considering that the place is attractive, there is just as much missing. At the pump you can drink coffee, eat a nice meal, take a good break. The advantage for LKW drivers is that there are 3 showers in the pump, and there is a water tap on the outside near the fuel dispensers, which is a great relief for truck drivers.

Waren auf dem Heimweg und haben hier eine Pause gemacht. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Auch die Raststätte ansich war sauber, ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Personal war auch freundlich.

Wc zijn bijna altijd schoon. Wel druk en lange rijen bij kassa voor bestellingen

Alles ganz ok hier. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass einige Urinale defekt sind, scheint hier alles sauber zu sein. Gesunder Standard halt. Der Nordsee Mitarbeiter war erst nach einigen Sekunden für mich bereit und hat seine Arbeit stehen und liegen gelassen, um mir ein Bremer Fischbrötchen auszuhändigen. Also, wie gesagt: Nicht die Quelle von extrem freundlich und kundenorientierten Mitarbeitern (was 5/5 ***** wert gewesen wäre), aber GUTER STANDARD - in Schulnote ein “Befriedigend“

War leider nicht sauber, Toilettenpapier lässt sich sehr mühsam abrollen.

Belachelijk: 1 euro voor het toilet, voucher niet te gebruiken voor brandstof en max 1 voucher per... Geldt overigens overal in Duitsland, vond 50 cent al belachelijk - werd 70 cent en nu 1 euro... Je verkoopt 'vet vreten' en liters aan ongezonde meuk om te drinken om vervolgens geld te vragen voor het lozen ervan. Snap dat het uitbesteed is, maar dat deze service vercommercialiseerd is vind ik echt verschrikkelijk. Ik plas uit principe in de bosjes bij een dergelijke zaak, met trots!

Ok - Serways Highway Restaurant is clean at least. But the disadvantage - they really charge 1€ for using the toilette!!!! Incredible, ok 0,50€ you get refund when you buy food there… but this explains also why so many people do their business outside in the bushes and by the tree. Talking about prices: 3.19€ for a small Espresso!!! This is way overpriced, sorry not for us!

Wie fast immer an einer deutschen Autobahn, preiwert geht anders.

Die Raststätte ist chic und modern, gepflegt und sauber, gut ausgestattet - aber leider, wie die meisten Raststätten entlang der Nord-Süd-Route viel zu klein in Spitzenzeiten. Davon braucht es deutlich mehr!

Ondanks het beperkt aantal personeelsleden (zoals overal sinds covid) werd de busgroep vlot ontvangen en bediend bij een redelijke drukte. Sinds covid is het met momenten een ramp om met een groep ergens te stoppen om een maaltijd te nuttigen ... dat was hier dus geen probleem. P.S. bedankt voor de attentie die ik als chauffeur mocht ontvangen!

Wenn man sich vertut und auf dem Parkplätzen landet dann kommt man nicht mehr zurück zur Tankstelle das finden wir nicht so gut

Ein Rastplatz der grosszügig angelegt ist. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber gewesen. Das Essen von Essbar wird frisch zubereitet und war sehr schmackhaft. Leider etwas teurer. Das Nordsee Restaurant war mangels Personal geschlossen.

Гарне місце, до можна перекусити фаст-фудом. Високі стандарти чистоти та гігієни. Тут готують їжу в перчатках. Керамічний посуд, автомати для замовлення їжі на багатьох мовах. Смачно можна поїсти. Туалет платний, 1 євро, можна розрахуватися банківською карткою або NFC. Туалети також чисті. Гарний сервіс!
