I usually visit the rest stop when I have to go to the toilet or am thirsty for coffee. The toilets are clean, the staff is nice and answers questions without seeming annoyed, e.g. There's a rush at the checkout, you take your time! Respect! I can't say much about the ambience, especially since I stayed for a short time. Just coffee and a snack with an indication of the time of preparation, fresh and delicious. For the four 5 times I've been there 🌟, I'm going there again next week. Keep it up, don't change anything until then!

Food ordered and hot and fresh on the plate within 10 minutes. Highly recommended for quick hunger pangs. The canteen charm is of course not for everyone, but it is very clean. The toilet tickets can be included in the price.

Petrol and diesel prices are just under €2, so it's worth leaving the motorway beforehand and going to the Shell petrol station. There are still a few such outliers when it comes to the representation of fuel prices. 10-15% surcharge OK, but what is being asked for here is not fair.

Clean toilets, coffee expensive but good. One point is deducted for the waiting time. Only one cash register is open despite a good number of visitors. The poor employee not only had to do the checkout, but also make the coffee.

Despite only one customer in front of us and 3 employees, we had to wait over 20 minutes for a currywurst and a fries. The food was delicious and hot, but we were denied the free Kids Box that was advertised throughout the rest area on the grounds that we would have had to order at the checkout and not at the terminal (1.5m distance). With so much fanfare surrounding this “kids eat free thing” it’s ridiculous to find flimsy justifications for not spending it. In addition, the employees were neither friendly nor service-oriented. It's a shame, it could have been good!

Poor even on normal, average days. Very limited offer, extremely expensive (I don't see why, for example, a glass of milk with a little cocoa has to have such a high price - it's actually worth a fifth at most). Now, during the holidays and European Championships, everything is slow, opening times, - well. So overall nothing that's fun.

Unfortunately, toilets weren't that fresh, trash cans were overflowing and there was paper or other trash on the floor in almost every cabin. Staff a disaster today. An employee trains a new employee and swears and swears in front of the customers, badmouths the new employee and constantly intervenes in every move. Really unpleasant for customers and also the new employee. Unfortunately there was no trace of service and friendliness today. Both in the toilet area and in sales.

As the predecessors wrote, the shower was very clean and even fragrant. The cost is 3eu (they accept a voucher for the toilet -1eu) and a shower for 2eu is a pleasure

Was at the rest area today at 5:30 p.m. Food (BratwurstBox TexasStyle) was really okay for a rest stop. Unfortunately the opening time is not correct at all. The rest stop is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and by 6 p.m. the chairs were turned onto the tables and it appeared that you were no longer welcome as a guest. The toilet staff also happily announced that it would be the last round before the end of the day. At 6.15?? Well all in all I got what I wanted and can now continue my journey. It's just a shame for the colleagues who spend the night there or come to the parking lot after me.

I ordered Akropolis Box for 12,99€ Fries, chicken, salad. It was said it is with chicken, big beautiful advertide. But what I got , was just fries , salad and and pieces of chicken like a dish garnished with chives. Medium cappuccino was ok But Large was like only water.

A place where you like to take a break

Pretty good, just prices.....! Medium coffee €4.50 Bockwurst with rolls €5.50 - you'll miss it. 2 toilets broken, payment system also... Disabled toilet is fine as it has a key (which I have).

We've often parked a car there so we can continue driving together. So far without any losses.

A2 towards Bielefeld The toilets at this gas station were a complete disaster. Some toilet paper was gone. The paper for the towels was also empty. In addition, everything was extremely dirty. Absolutely unclean. And that in the morning between 6 and 7 o'clock. The gas station attendant doesn't seem to like working there. He was arrogant and annoyed.

The parking lot is quite large. At 20:00 there were places. Toilet 1 euro. Shower 3 euros, clean. They close at 21:00. To go to the toilet you have to walk 500 meters to get gas.

Great, large and lighted parking lot for both trucks and cars. You can find a place even on the weekend. There are three showers and they are clean, €3 each, standard toilets €1, as in all serways. Nice and smiling staff in the restaurant, which is decently stocked. A nice place for a night or weekend break.
