SERHAT-Döner in Hamburg

Greetings from the Ruhr area!!! My order: 1x UFO Döner, 1x Snack Rolls (döner meat) with 2 sauces: Ezme & Cocktail The sauces are definitely top-notch, one nice and spicy (Oriental Fire) and the other pleasantly mild. Both highly recommended. The taste of the rolls is indescribable, by far the best I've ever eaten (whether here in Hamburg or in North Rhine-Westphalia). Fantastic. For my main course, I treated myself to the UFO with a cheese crust. Simply delicious, great quality. Can't complain. I'll definitely be back. Top-notch, keep it up!

The dürüm here is absolutely delicious! I always love coming here. They don't skimp on the meat, and they'll make it super spicy if you like. The atmosphere is really pleasant, and you feel very welcome. The people who work here are so lovely ❤️

The worst kebab plate I've ever had

I used to love Serhat, but that changed after my visit today :-( More than eight euros for a regular doner kebab, and if they had put even less meat in it, it would have almost been appropriate to call it vegetarian. Then charging €1.80 for an ayran is pretty cheeky. I'm done with this place.

Once and never again, the kebab plate was meager, the fries were counted, and you had to guess the sauce...

The sauces are very weak in flavor, but otherwise the kebab was quite okay. The shop is clean and tidy, and the staff is very friendly.

A little insider tip! Located right on Eiffestraße at the corner of Grevenweg, it looks a bit inconspicuous from the outside, but the interior is very tidy and clean. Friendly staff, accommodating to special requests. The best part: Whether it's a UFO kebab or the regular one, everything is delicious! Crispy meat, well-toasted bread, and crunchy vegetables. All at really fair prices...

The UFO doner kebab was generously filled and didn't fall apart. The taste of the cheese, which you could feel around the edges, rounded it off wonderfully. The pizza was truly legendary and very tasty. It's a place where I've discovered great flavors.

My first UFO kebab, and what can I say, it's absolutely delicious. And the staff are so friendly. It's a place you'll love coming back for.

Customers are being cheated. I've had incorrect change given to me twice. And the latest scam is that fees are passed on to the customer when paying with a debit card. Please check your receipts if you shop there and pay with a debit card. When I asked, I was assured it was because of my card and my bank. Additional fees for EC card payments are prohibited.

The food itself is okay, but the meat was pretty skimpy, even though I ordered extra meat... In contrast, people who ordered after me got more than twice as much meat (despite having a “normal” order) because they seemed to be known to the staff. There are better and friendlier kebab shops in Hamburg.

I picked up a Dürem there. Everything fresh and clean. It tasted good. But it wasn't anything special. Maybe a bit expensive too. But everyone should decide that for themselves. Very good service.

The ambience is not high class but the food is delicious. Everything freshly prepared. We recommend the rolling pin with cheese and salad. Gladly again ;)

Tastier food whether kebab or other dishes

Just bad, couldn't deliver my food and haven't gotten my money back to date. I probably won't see it again, very sad to rip people off like that

I ordered a Dürüm. Very tasty and not expensive. The kebab men were also very nice and gave us all a baklava.

Stop at a kebab shop with delicious kebab

It tastes really good, there was definitely more than 300 grams of meat in the kebab. And free tea ;)

The store must be fairly new. I recently noticed it because of the bright outside lighting and took a Dürüm with me for the first time today. Delicious!! Quality and taste top. Price was absolutely ok. I'd love to come back 😋

Average quality in every respect seems to be the operator's motto here. The service doesn't overwhelm with friendliness or commitment and the kebab and salad also hit the middle of this mediocrity. It's a shame, it's not worth visiting again.

Surprisingly loved this Turkish kebab in Hamburg, very different to the Lebanese kebabs (and I’ve had a lot of that…) Salads were amazing!!!!! Everything was made fresh to order including chips. We went twice because we liked the salad, portion, and everything else including the complimentary traditional Turkish black tea (so delicious) & shop owner and workers were lovely people. They remembered how much I liked the cabbage salad & gave us more cabbage for free etc, just good people. Thank you for the friendliness 🥰 jumbo pide was humongous

The portion size is completely okay, but I would like to give it -5 stars in terms of taste.

Unfortunately the worst kebab we have ever eaten. We had a kebab box and a kebab. The sauces were totally boring and not seasoned enough. The kebab box was a total mix, just a real mess. The salad was not crispy and limp. The meat wasn't a highlight either and was quite tasteless and wasn't roasted enough.

Doner kebab was delicious. Service was normal. However, my 3 friends and I got food poisoning from the kebab or Lamacun. I've never had anything like this before. I eat a lot of kebab and my stomach is NOT sensitive!

Very good and tasty kebab. Always everything fresh and clean. I've been buying my kebab here for a long time. Unfortunately, the snack bar is so small that there is no seating, only standing room.

Since the new owners have been there, it has been very clean and the kebab is solid. Sure, it's a minced meat kebab, but it's crispy and the salad and sauces are fresh. I was particularly impressed by the snack rolls, which are really highly recommended and don't have to hide behind any pizza service.

Ich saß an Heiligabend mit Corona allein zuhause ... und der Kühlschrank war leer. Zum Glück hatte Euer Restaurant geöffnet, ich habe direkt über Lieferando bestellt. Ihr wart echt meine Rettung! Anstatt Ente mit Rotkohl gab es dieses Jahr also türkische Weihnacht mit Döner bei mir. Und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Das Essen kam pünktlich, war noch warm und der Fahrer war auch sehr nett. Vielen-vielen Dank, dass Ihr arbeitet wenn (fast) alle anderen frei haben. So gab es auch bei mir, trotz Corona-Isolation, ein kleines Festmahl am Heiligabend. Von mir gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung, tolles Essen zu guten Preisen, bei Euch kann man sehr gut bestellen und liefern lassen!

Amazing doner, really friendly service!

Wie bereits schon einige Frauen, so wurde ich auch in einer unangenehmen Art und Weise behandelt. Man verstand mich angeblich nicht, und ich musste die Bestellung mehrmals aufsagen. Der Dürum Döner lag nur für einige Sekunden unter dem Grill (oder wie auch immer das Teil genannt wird), und irgedwas stimmte mit den Lebensmitteln wohl nicht, denn kurz nach dem Verzehr des halben Döners musste ich mich übergeben. Nichts für Menschen mit empfindlichem Magen.

Der Laden hat stark angefangen, aber leider immer mehr nachgelassen. Preis-Leistung wird immer schlechter und die Qualität schwankt stark. Von verbranntem zu fast noch rohem Fleisch ist alles dabei. Die Menge an Fleisch variiert von OK zu fast kaum vorhanden.

Aufgrund dessen .. steuert mein Appetit mich hin und wieder Hier hin. Weil's hier lecker und definitiv Sauber ist, nebst lecker zubereitet wird , vor den Augen des Kunden. Preislich gesehen stimmt's auch . DEFINITIV > KURZ gesagt Hunger auf Döner oä? Wer Hunger hat, genau richtig, SAUBER u LECKER .

Dönerschmiede der Mittelklasse, keine Ausreißer nach oben oder unten. Kann man machen. Preis Leistung ok; Geschmack OK; Leute sehr nett.

Sehr sehr lecker nur zu empfehlen. Erstklassiges Kalb Fleisch. Hähnchen habe ich nicht probiert somit kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Immer wieder gerne!

Der Lahmacundöner war ganz lecker, die Dame hinter dem Tresen wirkte aber eher genervt von meiner Bestellung (ich war der einzige am Tresen).

Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und schnell, das Brot war gut aber war unvorteilhaft zu essen, da gibt es bessere Brottaschen. Das Fleisch war etwas trocken. Der Salat war frisch, die Sauce war nichts besonderes. Alles in allem ganz okay!

Als Kreuzberg- Berliner kennt keiner Döner besser als wir! (Berliner verstehen was ich meine) aber hier gab es meiner Meinung nach den besten Döner Hamburgs! Und ich habe viele hier probiert....
