I ordered the set, and was amazing! A original Korean food!

It was not not for me. I found the meat too hard to chew and the dish came with mostly broth and meat and hardly any vegetables. I'm sure others like that.

Excellent place to get original and authentic Korean food. Lots of vegetarian options, plus the classics. Great Korean Barbeque as well. Highly recommended!

I go here often because the food is delicious. I tried Yukgaejang as a new menu item and I think it tastes better than the Yukgaejang sold in Korea!! The portions are generous and the ingredients seem to be generous, so I love it!

We where very excited for this place 😩 too bad the experience wasn’t what we expected, mainly due to the waiters attitude! The waiter kept getting our orders wrong, especially the drinks, another waiter kept rolling her eyes while we explained that we didn’t receive what we ordered. As for the food it was alright but nothing stood out, except for the Korean pancake which was delicious.

Went here with a group of friends and had a wonderful evening. Great food, great service! Highly recommend!

My go-to place for Korean food in Berlin. I can recommend Bibimbap with Tofu or Beef and the Bulgogi set. I tried the BBQ once which was very disappointing. Do not order that here.

very finely prepared dishes, only diminished by the rude, arrogant and apparently largely uneducated waiting and serving staff. Why do people work at something they have no interest in? The HR manager should take a closer look. Nevertheless, recommended because of the food.

This is by German means a very authentic place to experience truly authentic Korean food. When I visited more than three out of four guests were Korean. Take the set menues to get a phantastic abudance of Korean flavors. Expect that you need to reserve your table well before. As the food is marvelous the prices could not be better.

Seoul Garden offers authentic Korean dishes. The meal is served as a set with banchan, Korean side dishes. You can even find makgeolli on the drinks menu :) The spiciness is tailored to German tastes, which I actually prefer. The staff is very nice and we found the service to be quick. The portion sizes are huge!! A short-term reservation for 2 at 6:30 p.m. was possible.

Very tasty food, the thought of it makes me hungry. :) The waitresses are also very accommodating.

I always write reviews after visiting, so now I'm posting this. That's because I got the meat stew that I wanted to eat the most. I'm so happy that I can eat the thick Korean beef stew after soft tofu. Well, pork cutlet is still in the top 3. Seasoned cucumber is definitely a must. They provided refills and the staff provided such friendly service that I took the tip to heart. I'll visit again next time.

The food is generally clean and delicious. I think it was the best Korean restaurant I've been to in Berlin. I didn't eat pork cutlet, but I heard that the person who works at Namsan King Pork Cutlet makes it himself.

After coming on a business trip, I went for some pork belly and a glass of soju. The food was delicious. The service from the male part-timer was good, and the service from the female manager was also good. However, please do not treat the rather young looking Korean part-timer as a thief. In what country is it polite to ask a customer outright if he or she stole a glass of soju? When I first ordered, I asked for one less soju glass than the number of people. And another female manager brought it to me. But as I was about to pay and leave, a young female part-timer suddenly stole a glass of soju? You asked. I'm so shocked and feel so dirty. I'll buy you a glass of soju. This was my first time receiving this kind of service since I was overseas, and I felt so bad that I had to go back to the store again to argue with them. I often come to Berlin on business, but I won't go here again. If the boss reads this review, please provide proper training to your employees. Develop the habit of thinking twice before speaking to female part-time workers. There is a saying about paying back a thousand debts. I feel really bad.

It was so delicious. Go in Definitely go there in winter to eat the stew. There are a huge number of side dishes for the main courses. Starter not necessary given the portion. Good authentic Korean food Paid €48 for two people with a starter and a drink. I think it's appropriate for the quality.

We had lunch here on Sunday and had a shady spot outside. The bibimbap was delicious and the seafood pancake was very good. Service was super friendly and quick. The selection mainly includes classic Korean meat dishes (including tofu) and stews. We'll definitely come back.

My favorite Korean! The food and drinks (Korean Mojito is highly recommended) are always very tasty and the food always comes very quickly. I've been there several times with friends and family and everyone loves it. There are also delicious vegetarian dishes :) You can order individual dishes or eat Korean BBQ for 2 people or more (both highly recommended).

It was my first time eating Korean food and I had the house lemonade as well as the bibimbap. It was so delicious and I think the price is justified for the variety of the dish. When I'm in Berlin, I'll definitely come back!

Authentic Korean cuisine. The service is attentive and very friendly. The dishes, especially the bibimbab sets, are large, very tasty and more than filling. The set includes kimchi, miso soup, pickled potatoes and cucumbers and small pancakes. The homemade gochujang sauce is super delicious! The price-performance ratio is definitely right as the portions are large. We've been here twice and would love to come back.

The delicious smells of the food greet you right outside and you won't be disappointed! I had the Korean schnitzel (only on Fridays and Saturdays) which was served with Chinese cabbage soup, kimchi and rice. Everything was super tasty, but my highlight was the extremely delicious Chinese cabbage soup 👌🏽😃 In my opinion, value for money is great! The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant is in a quiet location and guests are not disturbed by traffic. The food is prepared very tastefully. We had reserved our table three days in advance. For the second time, after eating and clearing the table, we were asked to leave so that the table could be made available to other guests. We had reserved the table at 6:00 p.m. and at 7:15 p.m. we were finished eating and should leave. Going to a restaurant isn't just about eating and leaving quickly. After eating, people want to exchange ideas and talk about various topics of the day. Our table was not reserved for a limited time! Either it is agreed in advance when you have to leave the table, or the guest has to be left alone until he pays and leaves voluntarily, otherwise a visit to this restaurant is not recommended, even if the food tastes good. The guest should feel WELCOME and free!

The food was very tasty and the service was also very friendly. All wishes were fulfilled. The only thing I would like to complain about is the poor exhaust air in the kitchen. It could be better. I'll be back :)

The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. There are various menus, and they are all listed on the website, so you should pass by and eat the pork cutlet that is available on Friday and Saturday. You can feel the taste of Korean pork cutlet It can be crowded so I recommend making a reservation.

One of peaks of my trip in Germany. Waiter and waitresses were sweet but it was difficult to catch them so minused one star. We had the haemul sundubu, bulgodi set, doinjang jjigae, and sodeungsim gui. Sundubu and bulgogi were really great but the sodeungsim not seem like deungsim so a bit disappointed- although my kids ate well and happy. Everything was nearly perfect and we enjoyed so much, especially the draft beer!! Wish I have known the restaurant at the begging of my trip then I would have had many more times. Next time!!

Very tasty Korean BBQ and reasonable prices

Discovered by chance a good year ago and always very, very tasty! Always friendly service, even when it's full. And extremely tasty food, always a pleasure! This time the squid... Let's try our hand across the store! Simply wonderful & fun!

Seoul Garden has a surprisingly good Korean food. I especially loved soft tofu soup. Also, try K instant coffee!!! You will be pleasantly surprised. I was happy with the good service, which is a rare commodity in Germany. :p

The food is ok but the service was disappointed. We ordered beef BBQ(21.90 EUR/person, min order for 2 person, which means we paid 43 EUR for BBQ), my kids liked the dipping sauce which are very small amount, and for the 2 person dish only provide 4 small pieces lettuce. I asked the staff to if she can provide more dipping sauce and more lettuce, she said ok, and my kids saved the rest of done cooked beef waiting for the dipping sauce coming. We waited for at least 5-10minutes but she never comes back for us. Me and my husband both understand she won’t bring us more sauce and lettuce so we asked her to bring the check, the staff soon came to us and made the payment. The staff there working hard and seem friendly but if you are there you can tell if they really want to treat you well, good luck.

They found us a table for bigger group even though restaurant was pretty full. Food is more than great. Reminded me all good memories from Korea.

Very tasty food and large portions!

It's open with no breaks in between. I like the fact that I was able to get in even at odd hours. The seafood pajeon and bibimbap were okay. The squid rice bowl tasted like it had a hint of seasoning. All the staff were friendly.

can't recommend, the bbq has the leanest pork with the least flavour of the korean restaurants in whole berlin...

The food was ok, you can do that, but in my opinion there are better locations in Berlin. What pissed me off a bit is that the waiters gave us the bill without being asked at around 9:30 p.m. and said that they closed at 10 p.m. We were still eating! We didn't arrive until 9 p.m. This was not only the case with us, but also with the other guests. Of course, this put pressure on us to eat the dishes quickly, even though we still had time. At around 9:45/9:50 p.m. the waitress came again and wanted to settle the bill, so we had to pay first, even though we still had our food! I used to work in the catering industry myself, and I always(!) let the guests eat first so that they could enjoy the meal in peace... The opening time is until 10 p.m.

Nice place for a quick fix of your Korean food addiction. I wish they gave more of those free entrees but I get it inflation and all.

I’ve eaten at many many Korean places outside Korea/Japan but this was my first time ever being served Kimchi-jeon 1) unsliced and 2) with a KNIFE and FORK?? What is this, pizza? Do Germans not know how to use chopsticks/do the staff also give a knife and fork to their Korean looking customers? It was also quite gluey and thick, I think they need to either use a bit less batter or better yet just fry it in a normal sized pan. The bulgogi was good and a nice portion.

We were here for lunch. For lunch there was a small soup and kimchi for everyone. I thought that was great. The bibimbap with tofu was very good. I also had the Korean drink Ade for the first time. Delicious! You can sit outside. Unfortunately everything was full there, but it was nice inside too. The attentive and friendly service rounded off the visit.

I love this place! the Korean BBQ is really good! and the employees are very kind. I would just like to offer some constructive criticism: Because I like this place so much, one day I brought with me my friends, we were in total a table of 8. We ordered a BBQ for 4 people. When the dishes came were the same size as when I ordered a BBQ for 2 people in the past, and the amount of dishes where only '' one more of each '', instead 'of ' 2 more of each'', and they only brought salad for 1 person. We didn't understand which plate was for whom, and how to divide/share them.I had to ask repeatedly for more dishes because they didn't serve a BBQ for 4 people, the waiters were confused and I was also. In the end I didn't even know what I paid for because the bill looked like they charged me for '' extra dishes'', when I was only asking to bring plates accordingly. It was confusing, and the waiters didn't know either what was going on, or at least it is what It looked like. Apart from this experience, everything is spectacular!, I will definetely come back! , I just wish that in the future they are a bit more clear on what they are bringing to the table, and explain which plate is for whom, specially when there are many people seated.

This is a Korean restaurant in Berlin. Personally, the seafood soft tofu stew was spicy and delicious. Pork cutlet is also very famous and attracts many customers. The size is quite large so you will feel full if you eat it.

The food was very tasty 😋 and overall very inexpensive. It's a little quieter here, but it gets really loud at Savignyplatz, 200m further on. Be sure to pre-order. We will be back.

This is a restaurant I frequent often as it is delicious and clean. Take care of your part-time workers well. While I was paying, I heard that another table next to me gave me a tip of 7 euros. It feels good to talk about Wang Geon. It wasn't. I visited around 1:30 PM on September 13th.

The second significant price increase within the last year and a half. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer that good. I always liked coming here because the whole menu for lunch was really good. Now Bibimbap costs instead of 11 euros, then 12.50 and now simply 14 euros. That's two increases of over 10% each in such a short period of time. Meanwhile, the quality seems to have decreased somewhat. Kimchi is becoming less of a side dish, the soup was a bit bland last time and the meat in the dishes is also becoming a bit less. It's a shame, but at these prices I no longer like going here on my lunch break.

It was the most delicious Korean restaurant in Berlin and had a great atmosphere.

The lunch menu here is superb with lots of sensible choices for both meat and veggie lovers. I had dobbab with bulgogi and found the dish really well made. The beef is tender and flavor-rich while the sides are diverse in both appearance and flavor. The staffs are also professional and polite. Definitely a good choice for fans of Korean cuisine.

First of all, I would like to emphasize that the food was really excellent and the location is very attractive. Unfortunately, the service was the absolute opposite - the worst I have ever experienced. At 9:00 p.m. I was informed that the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. However, more guests were being served at 9:30 p.m., which annoyed me because I had already made my way to pay. When the food was brought, I also received the bill straight away, which made it impossible for me to enjoy the food. Additionally, I asked for a package for my leftovers, but it was literally thrown at me without any politeness. This type of service quality is unacceptable and severely detracted from my experience. I sincerely hope that you can improve the service quality in the future to provide all guests with a pleasant experience. Thank you for your attention." I didn't want to give you a bad review, you don't deserve it as an owner. But this message is for you. Maybe it could help to improve their service staff. I would like to come back again for the food, but if I'm treated like that again by the service, then I'll be one less customer. Really good, light food! Value for money for the location is also great! It is advisable to make a reservation in the evening and it can get a little louder at later hours due to the mediocre acoustics :)

we were seated quickly and our orders were taken and processed in a short amount of time. the food was good, but simply overpriced. the portions of the apetizers served with the main dishes in the menu optiom were too small and the miso soup was simply a clear broth. main dishes themselves were good

We stayed here during the week and were glad we made a reservation. It was full and rightly so. The food is really extremely good and at quite moderate prices. We were also served very friendly and quickly.

One of the best korean foods you can have in berlin. Service is also very good. The korean katsu on fridays and saturdays is one of the highlights.

The food was really excellent. The service, well, there is still a lot of room for improvement. I would say the atmosphere is like a train station hall. Even at lunchtime it was extremely loud and uncomfortable. The carpet floor/office people probably just had to get rid of their excess energy by shouting. You couldn't even begin to have a normal conversation. And then there's the constant running past of the service people. Pure hectic among the service people. You already know this is a restaurant… and not Mecces at the Zoo. And then push past with the dish trolley as if we were at the Sachsenring. Feel-good factor -5 stars. The food really took it out of it. 5 stars great! Do something about the ambience and friendliness of the service people and then there is a 5 star rating. To be fair, I'll give it a 4.

I ordered kimchi stew, bulgogi rice bowl, and stir-fried squid, and the stir-fried squid was delicious. And the kimchi that came as a side dish was delicious.

I asked my korean friend for advice for some good korean food. And he recommended Seoul Garden. We had cold korean beer and a shot of soju. We ordered 2 different dishes, and it did not only looked amazing. It tasted even better. We left worth satisfied filled stomaches and the taste of delicious korean food. Next time we're in Berlin, we're coming back with my korean friend. ❤️

It felt like a luxurious Korean restaurant. I had vegetable pancakes, dumplings, dakgalbi set, pork set, and lemonade. 1) Vegetable Pancake 2/5 points The center was undercooked. There were so many onions in it that you would believe it was an onion pancake, not a vegetable pancake. And the vegetables are so big that it feels more like eating vegetables and flour rice cake together rather than a pancake. 2) Meat dumplings 5/5 points The fried food tasted like something I've had anywhere else. It was delicious. It would be kebab, but I liked it better because it was warm and not too hot. 3) Dakgalbi set 3/5 points First of all, it is too spicy for Germans. It was the first time I tried dakgalbi that had curry flavor and something I had never expected. It feels like the vegetables are rubbing together without dying. It wasn't good. 4) Stir-fried pork 3/5 points I really made it. I tried eating dakgalbi, but it was salty and felt like it was soaked in oil. It's hard to say that the pork is greasy, but it was... . It has a heavy taste overall. 5)Lemonade 4/5 points It was delicious except for the seeds that kept coming out. These days, I'm taking a restaurant tour just to enjoy writing comments. Recommended if you are going to entertain someone! It was clean and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was disappointing that the food that could be eaten was limited, and the spoons and chopsticks were made of wood, which made me feel uncomfortable. It felt luxurious and was noisy like Imbis... It was so noisy that I couldn't tell if I was eating with my nose or my ears.

The bulgogi itself was kinda burnt when it was served and the pot kept heating it, the small dishes were very delicious quite worth the price

I ordered bibimbap and fried dumplings and both were very delicious! I stayed in Germany for about half a year and it was definitely number one! It gets a little crowded at lunchtime, so it might be a good idea to go early!

Seoul Garden has a good lunch menu with many Deobbab options as well as Bibimbap and Jjigae. The menus come with a miso soup and kimchi as side dishes. Delicious food and kind service.

The types of rice bowls are delicious and the prices are reasonable. However, there are always too many people, so if you don't make a reservation, there is a high chance that you won't be able to eat there even on weekdays, let alone on the weekend.

Great Korean with a good selection of food. Typical Asian canteen atmosphere. It's a shame that not all of the waiters speak German, which means there are waiting times until the German-speaking waiter is there... But it's definitely worth a visit for the food!

Excellent! Rarely have Korean food been so good

It was my first time visiting Germany and I ate Korean food in just 3 days - Jeyuk Deopbap - I ate it like I was closing my eyes! The male staff member who served me was friendly and did not make me feel pressured, so I was able to relax and take a breather, relaxing my sore legs from wandering around. After eating a meal while listening to K-pop and Korean, I felt like my travel fatigue was instantly relieved.

We were there from 3 p.m., then you get side dishes and soup. And we were the only guests. It's cozy and warming. We had a really delicious meal and great tea!

It was a friendly place and the food was delicious.
