Yummy food that is brought to the table quite quickly. In my opinion the portions are really good (you get full). You can also pay by card which is great.

Ich habe das Jeyuk-Bokkeum-Set bestellt, und es war einfach perfekt. Das Fleisch war zart, die Marinade genau richtig – eine perfekte Balance aus würzig und leicht süßlich, die hervorragend zum Reis gepasst hat. Auch die Beilagen waren mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Mein Freund hatte Japchae, und die Glasnudeln waren wunderbar elastisch mit einer perfekt abgestimmten Würzung. Ein absolutes Muss, wenn ich meinen internationalen Freunden koreanisches Essen empfehle! Beliebtes K-Grill für viele meiner internationalen Freunde? Hier gibt es das auch! Besonders an Freitagen und Samstagen gibt es hier koreanisches Donkatsu – außen knusprig, innen zart und saftig, genau wie in Korea! Wer das einmal probiert, wird es nicht bereuen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, das Personal unglaublich freundlich – ein rundum tolles Erlebnis. Wer in Berlin authentisches koreanisches Essen sucht, ist hier genau richtig! After living in Germany for 1 year, this is the place I go to whenever I feel like Korean food. I had the Jeyukbokkeum set, and the meat was tender and perfectly seasoned. The spicy and sweet flavor went really well with the rice, and the side dishes were all prepared with care. The Japchae that my friend had was also delicious because the noodles were chewy and the seasoning was just right. This is the first menu I will definitely recommend to my foreign friends! K-Grill, which many foreign friends love, is available here too! Especially on Fridays and Saturdays, you can eat Korean-style pork cutlet, which is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, in an authentic style! It tastes just like the one you eat in Korea, so you won't regret it! The atmosphere was great, and the staff was all friendly, so I was able to enjoy my meal even more. If you're looking for authentic Korean food in Berlin, this is the place to go!

I ordered spicy dakgalbi rice bowl, the rice was sticky, and the dakgalbi tasted like chicken coated in red pepper paste, as if it had been pre-cooked and reheated. The vegetables and onions in the rice bowl were not fresh and looked like old vegetables soaked in oil. I wonder if I have to pay this much money to eat this.. I think the rice bowls from regular Korean Chinese restaurants would be better than this.

Too bad, that was nothing. I really like Korean food, but it wasn't my thing at all.

We waited at least 15 mins to be served, tho it was not busy, and had to wait again very long to pay. Waitress was very rude too.

Great sundubu jjigae and really tasty pancakes.

A super modern, clean and warm restaurant with a very good selection of dishes and drinks. The restaurant has a lot of space and is ideal for eating with lots of friends. Even for two people (like us) it was perfect. The staff is young and friendly. We didn't wait long for our food, but it was rather empty at our time, so we can't say anything about it being full or the waiting times. The food was the best I've eaten in a long time. Not comparable to other Korean restaurants. The salmon was so buttery and tender, the food tasted fresh. The portions are quite filling, even though you always want to eat more! It was almost balm for the soul. People love to bring friends and family here to show them such a treasure!

I had the Japchae set and it was very tasty and plenty. The side dishes tasted good and went well with the main course. In terms of price it was justified. Only the service was a little slow.

I went to eat pork cutlet and it was really delicious!!! Even though I had high expectations, it was very delicious. There was a lot of portion and the sauce was different from regular pork cutlet sauce, but it was really delicious... I always want to go there to eat pork cutlet. The staff were friendly too.

The place is cozy, the customer service is very nice, and the outside area is nice and quiet at the time i visited. The menu has a big selection of dishes and the food is very good. Can see myself returning.

One meal a day for the five days I was in Berlin. It was a taste that even Koreans would fall in love with.

A great place to enjoy dinner with family or friends. Food is really great, and their service too. A must go to restaurant if you’re craving tonkatsu, which is available every Friday and Saturday 👌

Incredibly delicious! I've never eaten Korean before but after the kimchi jjigae plus the delicious lemonade I'll happily do it again!

A place I know well and always enjoy returning to whenever I get the chance. The complimentary small soup, served with a side of kimchi, and the generous portions—like the Bibimbap I had for lunch today—make this one of the best spots for Korean food lovers. A sure sign of its authenticity: the restaurant is always filled with Korean diners. Highly recommended!

Seems an over rated restaurant. It’s simple in ambience and food options compared to other Korean restaurants. Definitely not a restaurant to repeat visit.

Among the Korean dishes I've had abroad, this place has a high satisfaction rate. Many restaurants claiming to be Korean are actually run by Chinese people, which often results in a wide variation in taste and quality, with many being disappointing. However, here, all the dishes I tried were delicious, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend visiting when you miss Korean food. During my stay in Berlin, I visited several times, and most of the menu items were tasty. Personally, I loved the tonkatsu, which was similar to the famous Namsan Wang Tonkatsu in Seoul. It's a cozy place to enjoy meals with family.

The food was really good, the kimchi was very tasty and the portion was very large.

A deep disappointment. Never again. We have been regular customers for years because the excellent food and friendly staff have always made the place stand out. Today we came for lunch. Since it was almost empty and there was no sign of waiting, we sat at a random table. In a few minutes a very rude waitress came and simply gesticulated rudely and told us to move to another table. The table was around the corner next to a large radiator, totally uncomfortable for two people to sit at. We asked if we could at least place the chairs differently. She was very angry and rudely said: just sit like that! My only regret is that we didn't leave the place immediately. The following service was simply cheeky! The food was almost thrown on our table. Such a waitress is a disgrace to the restaurant.

To be fair, I should first say that due to acute overeating over the Christmas period, I unfortunately had less of an appetite than would have been ideal. Otherwise it was a bit like what we know from Korean restaurants in Berlin: little pretense, i.e. reserved, simple interior, which still manages to appear in no way modern or linear. Overall, based on experience, it's not a dampener. Korean BBQ was also quite good, probably deserved 4 stars (didn't eat it myself). However, the portions were really small and there wasn't even rice with it. The dishes are stated as "for 2" (or more) people. Nevertheless, 5 (young people) only had a grill and a platter of meat. This was rather clearly arranged. The large (400g) “Bulgogi Set” portions, along with rice and the usual side dishes plus a soup, were generous (for around €25). However, the beef was very dry. Chicken and pork+squid were good here. However, there was hardly any squid in the pork (even though it was listed as a mixture, i.e. both). All in all, with a lot of goodwill, 4 stars for the overall okay package.

I eat Korean at least 2-3 times a week, no matter where I am. And I've been in Berlin for 2 months, I've visited 4 different Korean restaurants so far and wanted to explore a few more, but I don't need that anymore... Seoul Garden was by far the best so far and everything else was free. To be honest, I can't even compare the other 3, very bad. Not nearly good. And not authentic at all. Also, many thanks to the staff, whatever is very friendly 🫶🏻🙃

They bring the starter and the main course at the same time: a no-go! Starter was good (fried shrimp). Main courses (D1 and D11) were nothing special. Hardly seasoned. Meat not tender. Rice a bit mushy. As soon as I finish eating, the board is picked up while my partner is still eating. Another no-go.

The female part-time worker who served the hall around 2pm on January 1st was very kind. I enjoyed the beef stew on Monday and soft tofu stew on Wednesday. 😊

This is the place I go whenever I want to eat pork cutlet.

The cashier was damn unfriendly and rude. Obviously we are Asian and don't understand their language. But still talked to us with her language and expected us to understand. Loll. When we clarified, she replied impatiently. What the... Bad. Food also not so nice.

Today was my day 10 in Europe and i really craved real Korean food. Had really great time here. Food was great and having 순두부찌개 was the best option in my opinion.

Soft tofu stew tastes just like soft tofu from Bukchang-dong. The stir-fried pork had a bit of a meaty smell and the seasoning was a bit sweet for me, but I still enjoyed it. If I go again next time, I want to eat soft tofu stew and pork cutlet.

I tried Korean for the first time today and came across Seoul Garden. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was friendly. The food was very delicious and included pre-seasoned onions and a soup with savoy cabbage. The food is varied and there is something for everyone [meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans]. I'll come back here any time.

The winter in Germany was so cold and the food didn't suit my taste, so I went to a Korean restaurant for the first time in Europe and it was great. I was craving spicy soup, so I ordered Yukgaejang. At first, I thought it was quite expensive, but the Yukgaejang was served in one bowl and the portion was really large. The side dishes, including kimchi/cucumber kimchi/stewed potatoes/jeon, were presented neatly and had a stronger feel of premium Korean food than that of a driver's restaurant. Anyway, it was nice to eat Korean food after a long time haha.

We gave the store another chance after an unsuccessful visit (no service after 20 minutes) and this time we were not disappointed. Eaten deliciously and was served quickly. It's worth giving it another try.

Long story short: great place! Big portions, relatively good variety of choices, good veggie options, sufficiently good drinks menu, very satisfied, highly recommend!

As soon as I entered the store, there was a strong smell from the bathroom, which was disappointing. I ordered the pork rice bowl, but I personally found it a bit salty. Overall, the taste itself is okay. It was nice that they gave me soup when I ordered the menu, but the seasoning taste was strong.

Simple shop with one of the best Asian cuisine in Berlin! Very varied, very tasty and good portion! The meat, whether chicken or beef, is so tender and there are plenty of vegetarian options too. Must come to Katsu Weekend next time.

Seoul Garden offers surprisingly authentic Korean food in a cool neighborhood of Berlin, which is quite rare in Germany. Portions are large and the food is worth it! This is coming from someone who lives in Seoul...

A nice restaurant. The service is nice, but as is sometimes the case, more efficient than customer-oriented. But it's ok. The ambience is also ok - as is the service, efficient, you feel comfortable. The food was very tasty. Another thing that obviously speaks in favor of Seoul is that it was fully booked. It seems that reservations are advisable.

Today, my colleague and I went here around 4:30. The store was quiet and had a nice atmosphere. I wanted to introduce Korean food to my colleague. The server was very friendly and she recommended a variety of dishes. The food was warm and delicious! I would like to thank her for her warm service.

Were there around 3:00 p.m. The service person was immediately annoyed when we couldn't decide on a seat within 10 seconds. We were immediately served appetizers as part of the lunch menu without being asked in advance what we would like to order. My companion chose a dish from the lunch menu. I wanted to order from the main menu, but my request was rejected because only the lunch menu would be valid. Pretty disappointing if you have to travel an extra hour to find out. I wasn't asked if I wanted something else to eat, but was ignored throughout, which is why I had to watch my companion eat until we were finally able to leave the restaurant.

Every time I request dishes for delivery, they are not provided... I wonder how many times this has happened ㅠㅠ It's hard to eat ㅠㅠ

It was not not for me. I found the meat too hard to chew and the dish came with mostly broth and meat and hardly any vegetables. I'm sure others like that.

I go here often because the food is delicious. I tried Yukgaejang as a new menu item and I think it tastes better than the Yukgaejang sold in Korea!! The portions are generous and the ingredients seem to be generous, so I love it!

We where very excited for this place 😩 too bad the experience wasn’t what we expected, mainly due to the waiters attitude! The waiter kept getting our orders wrong, especially the drinks, another waiter kept rolling her eyes while we explained that we didn’t receive what we ordered. As for the food it was alright but nothing stood out, except for the Korean pancake which was delicious.

My go-to place for Korean food in Berlin. I can recommend Bibimbap with Tofu or Beef and the Bulgogi set. I tried the BBQ once which was very disappointing. Do not order that here.

This is by German means a very authentic place to experience truly authentic Korean food. When I visited more than three out of four guests were Korean. Take the set menues to get a phantastic abudance of Korean flavors. Expect that you need to reserve your table well before. As the food is marvelous the prices could not be better.

Seoul Garden offers authentic Korean dishes. The meal is served as a set with banchan, Korean side dishes. You can even find makgeolli on the drinks menu :) The spiciness is tailored to German tastes, which I actually prefer. The staff is very nice and we found the service to be quick. The portion sizes are huge!! A short-term reservation for 2 at 6:30 p.m. was possible.

Very tasty food, the thought of it makes me hungry. :) The waitresses are also very accommodating.

I always write reviews after visiting, so now I'm posting this. That's because I got the meat stew that I wanted to eat the most. I'm so happy that I can eat the thick Korean beef stew after soft tofu. Well, pork cutlet is still in the top 3. Seasoned cucumber is definitely a must. They provided refills and the staff provided such friendly service that I took the tip to heart. I'll visit again next time.

It was so delicious. Go in Definitely go there in winter to eat the stew. There are a huge number of side dishes for the main courses. Starter not necessary given the portion. Good authentic Korean food Paid €48 for two people with a starter and a drink. I think it's appropriate for the quality.

After coming on a business trip, I went for some pork belly and a glass of soju. The food was delicious. The service from the male part-timer was good, and the service from the female manager was also good. However, please do not treat the rather young looking Korean part-timer as a thief. In what country is it polite to ask a customer outright if he or she stole a glass of soju? When I first ordered, I asked for one less soju glass than the number of people. And another female manager brought it to me. But as I was about to pay and leave, a young female part-timer suddenly stole a glass of soju? You asked. I'm so shocked and feel so dirty. I'll buy you a glass of soju. This was my first time receiving this kind of service since I was overseas, and I felt so bad that I had to go back to the store again to argue with them. I often come to Berlin on business, but I won't go here again. If the boss reads this review, please provide proper training to your employees. Develop the habit of thinking twice before speaking to female part-time workers. There is a saying about paying back a thousand debts. I feel really bad.

We had lunch here on Sunday and had a shady spot outside. The bibimbap was delicious and the seafood pancake was very good. Service was super friendly and quick. The selection mainly includes classic Korean meat dishes (including tofu) and stews. We'll definitely come back.

My favorite Korean! The food and drinks (Korean Mojito is highly recommended) are always very tasty and the food always comes very quickly. I've been there several times with friends and family and everyone loves it. There are also delicious vegetarian dishes :) You can order individual dishes or eat Korean BBQ for 2 people or more (both highly recommended).

It was my first time eating Korean food and I had the house lemonade as well as the bibimbap. It was so delicious and I think the price is justified for the variety of the dish. When I'm in Berlin, I'll definitely come back!

Authentic Korean cuisine. The service is attentive and very friendly. The dishes, especially the bibimbab sets, are large, very tasty and more than filling. The set includes kimchi, miso soup, pickled potatoes and cucumbers and small pancakes. The homemade gochujang sauce is super delicious! The price-performance ratio is definitely right as the portions are large. We've been here twice and would love to come back.

The delicious smells of the food greet you right outside and you won't be disappointed! I had the Korean schnitzel (only on Fridays and Saturdays) which was served with Chinese cabbage soup, kimchi and rice. The restaurant is in a quiet location and guests are not disturbed by traffic. The food is prepared very tastefully. We had reserved our table three days in advance. For the second time, after eating and clearing the table, we were asked to leave so that the table could be made available to other guests. We had reserved the table at 6:00 p.m. and at 7:15 p.m. we were finished eating and should leave. Going to a restaurant isn't just about eating and leaving quickly. After eating, people want to exchange ideas and talk about various topics of the day. Our table was not reserved for a limited time! Either it is agreed in advance when you have to leave the table, or the guest has to be left alone until he pays and leaves voluntarily, otherwise a visit to this restaurant is not recommended, even if the food tastes good. The guest should feel WELCOME and free!

The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. There are various menus, and they are all listed on the website, so you should pass by and eat the pork cutlet that is available on Friday and Saturday. You can feel the taste of Korean pork cutlet It can be crowded so I recommend making a reservation.

One of peaks of my trip in Germany. Waiter and waitresses were sweet but it was difficult to catch them so minused one star. We had the haemul sundubu, bulgodi set, doinjang jjigae, and sodeungsim gui. Sundubu and bulgogi were really great but the sodeungsim not seem like deungsim so a bit disappointed- although my kids ate well and happy. Everything was nearly perfect and we enjoyed so much, especially the draft beer!! Wish I have known the restaurant at the begging of my trip then I would have had many more times. Next time!!

Very tasty Korean BBQ and reasonable prices

Discovered by chance a good year ago and always very, very tasty! Always friendly service, even when it's full. And extremely tasty food, always a pleasure! This time the squid... Let's try our hand across the store! Simply wonderful & fun!

Seoul Garden has a surprisingly good Korean food. I especially loved soft tofu soup. Also, try K instant coffee!!! You will be pleasantly surprised. I was happy with the good service, which is a rare commodity in Germany. :p

The food is ok but the service was disappointed. We ordered beef BBQ(21.90 EUR/person, min order for 2 person, which means we paid 43 EUR for BBQ), my kids liked the dipping sauce which are very small amount, and for the 2 person dish only provide 4 small pieces lettuce. I asked the staff to if she can provide more dipping sauce and more lettuce, she said ok, and my kids saved the rest of done cooked beef waiting for the dipping sauce coming. We waited for at least 5-10minutes but she never comes back for us. Me and my husband both understand she won’t bring us more sauce and lettuce so we asked her to bring the check, the staff soon came to us and made the payment. The staff there working hard and seem friendly but if you are there you can tell if they really want to treat you well, good luck.
