The shisha was absolutely terrible, harsh smoke, bad flavor, and clearly zero effort put into it. Place has no respect for customers, and it shows. The best shisha in Berlin!! Such good atmosphere and exceptional service. We got a free shisha, snacks and we got to steer the music. The owner is the sweetest man in Berlin. We had such a great time, this will definitely be our go to shisha spot. Thanks a lot for this lovely time! 100% recommend !

A spontaneous evening with shisha, and we ended up here. It was decorated in an Egyptian style, and we immediately felt like we were there. The price was pretty steep; €7.50 for a squeezed lemon mint drink is definitely not reasonable. Nevertheless, it was fun all around, so it still gets 4 stars.

He's super friendly, always in a good mood, and takes care of his guests with genuine warmth. You immediately feel welcome and like you're with friends. The service is attentive and fast, even when it gets busy. They also serve delicious drinks and small snacks to round out the experience. I always enjoy coming here and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing evening in the best company.

This is a very nice place, or two jobs here are also nice, especially Haider, the best young man here. Ano is respectful or something is the best thing, and I advise you to come here.

Per: - Shisha is ok. - Drinks normal. - Service is nice and doesn't forget that a guest is present. Cons: -The store seems very careless and run down. In urgent need of renovation. - quite messy in many corners. - The toilets stink extremely. You really only go in when you can't do it anymore. Overall only one star because the competition in Berlin is simply too great for me to visit the store again in this condition.

Iraqi food, my rating is 5/5 But in the coming days, some things need to be arranged, especially for families I recommend eating Iraqi kass pizza and falafel with Iraqi samoon with amba, a treat for the stomach 🫠😂

A worm crawled out of the straw. The kitchen was very dirty. The chef prepares the meal in a thick winter jacket. After drawing attention to the worm, we first had to discuss not wanting to pay for the drink because the waiter had to pay for it out of his own pocket. What nonsense. If it were possible I wouldn't give a star! It's a shame what happened to the store.

The service was very bad. First the waiter informed us we can pay by card , then after having the food they said we cannot pay by card and ask to bring money from ATM. The guy was quite rude.

Drecks laden lässt Kinder unter 18 rein und kann nicht mal Deutsch🤣 Wird der Polizei gemeldet zum zweiten Mal könnt euch vorbereiten,dass der Laden schließt. Nichts besseres zu tun als kleine Kinder rein lassen hauptsache Geld einstecken jebem ti maikuuuu

Great hookah/shisha lounge, super friendly staff. The gentlemen who helped us were very kind through a slight language barrier, and made sure we were comfortable. Two stories, but they brought out chairs and a table for us to sit outside. Had a very good experience here for a late night smoke sesh.

I and my friends visited a shisha bar, where we ordered shisha and drinks. After receiving our bill, I bought a bottle of water and forgot to pay for it. When I arrived at the hotel, I called the bar, apologized, and offered to come and pay or transfer the amount. They told me it's not a problem and considered it a gift from the bar. Honestly, I was worried after reading some comments, but the staff at this shisha bar were very kind, and their service was excellent and fast. It's a really beautiful place.

Nicht mehr das was es mal früher war

Zu aller erst: die Shisha schmeckt sehr gut! Ich empfehle die Sorte "Red Ice". Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön, die Ägyptische Deko und die Trennwände zwischen den Sitzbereichen machen die Atmosphäre in dieser Lounge aus. Ich kenne den Laden noch von früher und hatte viele schöne Abende dort. Aber es scheint ein neuer Besitzer da zu sein, der diesen tollen Geheimtipp nicht gut behandelt. Es wirkt in manchen Ecken etwas "unfertig" (mindestens 6 Fernsehgeräte in der Lounge, aber trotzdem steht irgendwo noch 'ne Leiter rum o.ä.). Die Musik wurde irgendwann für ein arabisches Fußballspiel unterbrochen, was ich schade fand, weil das die Atmosphäre komplett verändert hat. Und wir wollten eigentlich auch orientalisch essen, aber es gab nur noch Burger und Pasta. Ein schriftlicher Hinweis am Eingang wäre bei solchen Ausfällen hilfreich.

Zum Silvester hingegangen, am Eingang wurde uns gesagt, dass der Eintritt 20€ pro Person kostet aber als wir uns hingesetzt haben, hat der Kellner 30€ pro Person genommen. Es war irgendwie komisch, außerdem hat er gleich bei der Bestellung Geld genommen da er der Meinung war “viele kommen hierher, und hauen ab ohne vorher zu zahlen ! Insgesamt hat er 100€ von uns bekommen und ohne Rechnung oder Kassenbon zu geben. Also irgendwas stimmt hier nicht! Hummus war zu salzig und die Getränke waren ok. 2 Sterne für die Shisha Sorte mit Raffaelo, hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Nicht zu empfehlen

Saturday service was so bad and impolite that they almost threw us out just because we didn't have a big order in the first round of orders . We were a group of 11. The first time the waiter came, we were not ready. We asked for 6 dileinks and told the waiter we would order again later as we are staying for long .. he got the manager, and they spoke with us in a very disrespectful .. so we left to another place to enjoy our gathering . We were happy with the music show and were planning to stay till 2:00 am .. it was not our first time in that place .. the previous time each one ordered at least 2 drinks + food and snacks... so I'm not sure what their problem was

As soon as our shisha and tea came, they decided to clean with very loud vacuum cleaner right next to us. Very thoughful personnel indeed

We reserved a table for 3 for the WC semifinal. Arrived at 7:30, sat at a free table. Then 20 minutes into the match he comes to tell us to leave the table for another group. At this point place is already crowded, he "arranges" to seat us at another place with no view of a screen, at a table that already has people sitting!! After a bit of back and forth and basically telling us to switch or leave we say ok, then we go up, and they refuse to seat us where they said they would even because "one table has a tab and u can't split the tab with the ppl already sitting" we try to tell him they accepted and we were already sitting at our own table and were asked to sit there. They refuse, and we end up leaving. Idk how such rude and terrible people can run a place tbh..

Nette Shisha Lounge mit viel Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Manchmal drinnen doch sehr stickig und auch mal starker reiner Kohlegeruch. Die Preise bei Shisha liegen nun bei mindestens 10€. War vor 5 Jahren natürlich ganz anders aber alle erhöhen ja. Geschmacklich finde ich sie sehr gut, vor allem mit Minze Zusatz. Essen kann man hier auch gut. Die orientalische Küche zaubert hier leckeres Essen auf den Tisch zu sehr guten Preisen. Hygienemaßnahmen sucht man da vergebens, ist quasi wie vor Corona. Mit Maske hab ich das Personal noch nie rum laufen sehen und auch das desinfizieren von Oberflächen gibts nicht. Es wird einfach mit einem Lappen kurz über den Tisch gewischt. Die Toiletten sind auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß und zum Hände trocknen ist meistens kein Papier da.

Viel platz, ohne Reservierung kann man mit einer großen Gruppe kommen.

The place was not crowded at all the friday afternoon we visited it. The Hookah was really good in my opinion and lasted long. The downsides were the drinks (my Milkshake tasted quite artificial) and that there was not much coziness inside the store due to lack of daylight. It was not uncomfortable to sit there, but I've seen more cozy places. It's not a bad choice overall but there may be better places around if you're not craving for Hookah and chillout time.

Früher war alles besser… neuer chef hat den laden ge…. Das einzig gute an dem Abend war, dass der Tee heiß war. Traube Minze bestellt und Kohle Minze bekommen, habe Juckreiz im Hals bekommen.

Anik ich war heute dort Oullah gehe jeden samstag immer war alles gut aber heute Bei gott einfach Lemon Ice tabak war Kurz Lemon Haze anik hab mich einfach am Tisch Übergeben aber sonst alle Nett hab crush auf die Mitarbeiterin

Dieses Café ist ein wahres Erlebnis! Leider kein gutes. Man müsste sich wirklich anstrengen, ein dreckigeres Café zu finden. Einfach Müll. Anders ist es fast nicht zusammenzufassen. Die Toilleten sind aufgrund des beißenden Gestanks nahezu unterträglich. Besser meiden!

Unten sitzen die Männer/Jungs, oben dürfen die Frauen mit ihren Männern sitzen (freitags&samtags). Die empfohlene Shisha war hervorragend. Drinks nur ohne Alkohol. Gesamteindruck-dreckig.

Essen kommt kalt ,sehr ungenießbare ,schmeckt garnicht Bestellungen werden oft ignoriert Die Arbeiter können kein deutsch Können nur sagen ist alles gut bei euch und spazieren im laden rum als ob sie nichts zu tun hätten der laden ist nicht so überfüllt und trotzdem können die arbeiter nichts auf die reihe kriegen Die pfeifen die wir bestellt haben die waren jetzt auch nicht 1A zu viel Wasser in der bowl Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen
