For those who don't like good food and overly friendly conditions, this place is not suitable. I can only recommend it to everyone else. Food great, service great. Simply 5 stars from us

We showed up on Saturday evening without registering and got a table straight away. Despite the sign pointing out that there was a lack of service staff, the ordering and the time it took to eat were within normal limits. The food itself is a poem. My wife had a (real!) Viennese schnitzel with fries, my humble veal cream schnitzel with fresh mushrooms in cream sauce and spaetzle - great! The sauce belongs to the upper class and went down your throat with pleasure with the tender meat and the wonderful spaetzle. The espresso afterwards was just as good and topped things off. I would have liked to have a starter soup and a dessert too, but it was already plenty. The price/performance ratio is absolutely appropriate. You can't go out for a good meal for €20 these days. All in all, we spent less than €70 plus a tip; we've had worse for more money. Top recommendation!

Today we had our last dinner before we left, but we had already been there twice before and we have to say: "This is the best food in Schluchsee"! The steaks are on point, the spaetzle and vegetables are not overcooked and the braised beef melts in your mouth 😋 The boss and the two young employees are extremely nice and accommodating. Simply personable 😀 Many kind regards from the “pot” 😉 We will definitely come back to you :)

my partner and I were on a bike tour and really wanted some spätzle and other hearty Schwarzwald fare after a long day. Even though the tables on the terrace were all reserved, the hostess encouraged us to take a seat, and was very friendly and welcoming. The food was just what we needed – filling and flavourful – and not too expensive given the location. Well worth it.

Completely satisfied! The meat for both the onion roast and the Wiener Schnitzel was juicy and super tender. The lady in service was also extremely nice and simply put you in a good mood with her singsong voice. If, like us, you can sit on the terrace shortly before sunset and look at the beautiful Schluchsee, where you were paddling just before, it was a completely successful evening ☺️

Beautiful terrace, excellent customer service and tasty food. Choice for lactose intolerant vegetarians was very limited hence my 4* rating but as I occasionally eat fish, I confirm the salmon minus sauce was very tasty and good portion size.

We really liked it here. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the food but everything tasted wonderful and the service was courteous and friendly.

I made reservations in advance for 4 people by phone. Maria was extremely friendly and reserved a nice table for us by the window. Our friends arrived a little later due to heavy rain and were greeted in a very friendly and helpful manner (they were soaked). The food was great and we felt very comfortable. Since our visit came by motorbike, we were offered to stay longer than opening time as it was raining heavily again. It was a great stay from start to finish with great service and great food. We'd love to come back. Hospitality really comes to life here. Thank you for the lovely stay. Very ! to recommend.

We were there spontaneously for lunch. Super nice service! Everything was great. Food was very tasty. Portinas were good. Everything happened very quickly. We would love to come back when we are in the area again.

Very warm and friendly welcome from the hostess after an afternoon of swimming with the children. Unfortunately there was no more room outside. We ate delicious schnitzel and the children ate super good chicken nuggets. Unfortunately we didn't have time for dessert anymore, the children were too tired.

So far the staff has only been friendly at all times. Main courses and the other dishes were perfect. A seat on the terrace with a view of the lake makes the visit perfect.

We ate at this great restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was not only delicious but also freshly prepared, which you could taste in every bite. Although the selection is somewhat limited, it represents excellent quality. There really is something for everyone here, and the ability to vary the size of the dishes is a real plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The feel-good atmosphere in the restaurant is simply unbeatable. I can't wait to come back!

Highly recommended! We received a very friendly welcome with our dog. The food is very tasty, the price is reasonable and the portions are decent. The menu is small but nice for meat eaters; Vegan or vegetarian possibly on request. The service is not intrusive, but attentive. You sit on the terrace or inside with large windows and a view of Schluchsee. We will definitely come back on our next vacation! 😃

The restaurant stands out in terms of friendliness and food. Price-performance is right. The price is a little higher, but the food is very good value. We were very welcome in the restaurant with our dog and not just tolerated. The staff is exceptionally courteous and you feel very comfortable. The food is excellent. If we could, we would award double the number of stars.

Food quality was good and staff was friendly. However, it took very long time. They were short of staff members and running with shorter menu (with limited vegetarian options) but views from restaurent are wonderful.

We had dinner there during the weekday evening during Easter week. Reservations worked great using the form on the homepage a week in advance. The welcome was warm and the service was excellent. We were there with two children and 5 adults. As a starter we had carpaccio, burrata and the broth. Everything was very good, tasty and well seasoned. The kids absolutely loved their schnitzel! The other main courses (rump steak, Viennese schnitzel, homemade pasta, veal cheeks) were also really very good and generous portions. The crowning finale was the crème brulee and the vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seeds. Sooo delicious. Absolute recommendation from us and we will definitely come back next time on vacation!

Very good food and very, very nice service. Here you can eat well and feel good. When the weather is right, you'll certainly have a good view of the lake - there's also a terrace with a view of it. Unfortunately we were there in the wrong weather to enjoy this view. It was also possible to respond flexibly to the fact that a person had particular food allergies - a tasty “solution” was quickly found. Highly recommended!

We were there in March and had a sunny day. It's nice to sit on the terrace with a view of the lake. Parking is free. The Black Forest cherry cake was fresh and very, very tasty.

Found it spontaneously! Incredibly nice service, great wine and the best carpacio I have ever eaten. Visits to restaurants are fun and you're happy to pay a little more. Thumbs up! 👍🏼

Unbelievable good! The food was very tasty. Typically Black Forest and still something special. The prices are a little higher, but you get large portions for your money. The service was terrific. Very accommodating, friendly and quick. The restaurant looks inviting and friendly.

A real recommendation The Seehof is not cheap, but the portions are good enough to definitely fill you up. There were two of us for dinner. The waitresses are all very nice, you immediately feel welcome. At the beginning there was bread with a potato curd, very tasty. Then we had a salad and soup as starters. Very tasty and the salad dressing was homemade, not from a bottle. Then there was an original Wienerschnitzel with fries and duck breast with red cabbage and potato dumplings. Class! We were very satisfied, everything was fine.

I had a lamb's lettuce as a starter and then a roast roast (see pictures). Both dishes tasted at the highest level. Very friendly and nice service, it's fun to be a guest. I can only recommend this restaurant. We'll definitely be back.

We had dinner there today. The prices are very high, but the food was fantastic, the service was very good and very friendly. Unfortunately the cake for dessert was a thawed piece of cake and not good. By 2 p.m. there was already no cake left, which many people thought was a shame. I can recommend the food

The food was good, but my father slipped dangerously on the stairs in front of the restaurant, which are very asymmetrically built! Especially for pensioners not without it. If you want to live a few more years, you should avoid the stairs to this restaurant. Nice service.

Heilige Mutter Maria und so heisst sie glaube ich wirklich die Dame welche mit dem breitesten je gesehenen mit Wonne umfüllten Gesicht die Speisen und Getränke in rekord Tempo serviert. Die Entscheidung viel auf das Ragout sowie den Kalbsbraten jeweils mit Kroketten als auch Spätzle, zuvor einen geschmischten Salat, welcher ja beinahe schon erahnen ließ was uns zur Hauptspeise für eine Überraschung droht. Handwerklich ausgezeichnet beide Gerichte, Kroketten super kross, die Spätzle deftig butteriger Geschmack, dazu rotkohl, Kürbis pürree ach ich komme aus dem Schwärmen gar nicht mehr raus Da essen gehen ein sehr intensives Hobby von mir ist, kann ich mit gutem Gewissen den seehof auf meine top ten setzen

Wir waren letztes Wochenende in der Gegend Titisee und Schluchsee unterwegs. Auf dem Heimweg sind wir am Seehof vorbei gefahren, die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See gesehen… und sofort dort eingekehrt. Was soll ich sagen…. TOP Service – super freundlich, schnell und kompetent TOP Essen – zart gebratenes Kalbsfilet und ein rosa auf der Zunge zergehender Rehrücken, ein Gaumenschmaus TOP Location – auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenuntergang und Seeblick

Man wird freundlich empfangen, die Bedienung ist auf Zack und das Essen einfach großartig! Immer wieder gern!

Sehr nette Bedienung, einen Zwiebelrostbraten gegessen, war perfekt medium gebraten für 22.80 Euro angemessen. Toiletten sauber. Wenn ich was zu bemängeln hätte, sind es die rostigen Gartenstühle. Nachtrag: Die Gartenstühle wurden inzwischen ausgetauscht.

Gutes Essen, netter Service, gute Lage

Eine wirklich tolle Lokalität, zu der ich, selbst wenn ich kleinlich suchen würde, nichts negatives sagen könnte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Essen war äußerst gut, der Service war überdurchschnittlich zuvorkommend und in den richtigen Momenten da und preislich ist es auch, gemessen an Qualität und Portionsgröße, äußerst fair. Klare Empfehlung! Und weil es dort so gut ist, empfiehlt es sich auch, zumindest am Wochenende vorher zu reservieren.

In Schluchsee ist der "Seehof"ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit grosser Terrasse und natürlich Seeblick. Das Servicepersonal zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen - mein erstes Wild der Saison - wunderbar. Das Rehschnitzel in der Krustenpanade war zart und super fein. Eine gute Adresse alleweil!

Super lecker!! Super preisleistung !! Super gut !! Wer hier noch nicht gespeist hat, der verpasst wirklich was ! Hier kocht noch der Chef selber.. …und wir haben ganz zufällig die Küche gesehen.. da kann man wirklich aus dem Boden essen so SAUBER !!!! Würde es 10 Sterne geben dann auch liebend gern 10 Sterne. Delicious food but what stood out was the wonderful service! We were a family of 7 including 2 small kids and a grandmother with diet restrictions. Maria was the one who served us and accommodated all our requests with a smile. We ordered Spätzle, Handgerollte Pasta & Crème Brûlée. Definitely recommended!

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt es erstmal etwas teuer von der Karte, aber innen ist das Restaurant OHO! + Schnitzel Wiener Art kostet 17 Euro und hat 2 große Schnitzel mit Pommes + Nuggets für die Kids sind riesig, wir hatten 6 Stück plus Pommes für knapp 6 Euro + das Essen war richtig lecker und schnell vor Ort + die Bedienung war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend + Kinder werden hier wohl umsorgt + der Blick von der Terrasse ist schön
