The food was delicious, the steak was well-done and the risotto was well seasoned and prepared, we will definitely come back there ;)

Restaurant is sympathetic to the staff of service. Par contre les fries étaient trop salées.. nous reviendrons autre jour afin de corriger les notifications... Nice restaurant and service staff. On the other hand, the fries were too salty. We will come back another day to correct the reports. Sequel follows...

First the positive: the atmosphere is really nice. You can sit very well on the terrace with a view of the pond. The guests at the next table had a pizza that looked delicious. Then the negative: We just wanted to enjoy an ice cream sundae and had ordered a "Hot Love" ice cream sundae and an eggnog cup. In the eggnog cup you could hardly taste any of the eggnog and the other cup came without a single raspberry...just a little sauce. The cream tasted like spray cream from a can. The cups both cost over 7 euros and they were definitely not worth it We tried to explain the raspberries to the waiter, but we didn't get the impression that he understood us. If you want to enjoy the ambience it would probably be great with a meal, but we would advise against an ice cream sundae.

The restaurant is part of the Naturdeebad. Unfortunately, you can only enter this restaurant, which is located in the outdoor swimming pool, in street clothes. I find it a bit inconvenient to have to change your clothes again and again just to eat or drink something. Therefore no rating

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, the waiters were overwhelmed because they were understaffed. I can still only recommend it. The big plus is sitting outside in front of the monastery pond

Sitting on the terrace when the weather is nice is really like being on holiday. You sit incredibly nicely. The staff is really friendly and very attentive. The waiting times were absolutely okay. The food is good, but unfortunately not a highlight. The salad didn't convince us and the pizza was just a bit too overloaded with toppings - but that's also a matter of taste. I can't rate pasta, we didn't have it. Despite the average food, an absolute recommendation when the weather is good. We'll definitely be back!

... I didn't have the impression... that bathers were welcome in the lake house... All bathers should be welcome on this beautiful shore. Families and children are welcome! ... My concept would not be this... Also the opening times... Not adapted to the needs of bathers... A pity... This institution could convey and live out the tropical climate and dream island atmosphere by the lake... Dj parties and collective mall celebrations with sangria buckets by the lake!!! Instead of elitist culinary maximum price clientele to search... Wrong place Wrong location Wrong operator... Wrong concept... Sorry... I think...

The risotto with chanterelles was excellent and very tasty. And the pizza bread with rosemary and parmesan cheese is simply delicious. The service staff was very accommodating and friendly. The ambience is really very beautiful and unique with the sunset right on the lake 😊🥰

This is a great restaurant next to a small lake The ambience was great, the food was just really good, thanks and big praise to the chef for the very good food, And the owner and host are very friendly, as are the staff. So I felt very good, outside terrace view of the lake was calming. I can only recommend that if you are in St.Georgen or nearby, you should stop by and enjoy the day with a very good meal at the lake view. Thanks again to the boss and host for their hospitality 🖐️🖐️

We ate here during our visit to the natural outdoor pool. Fantastically located at the monastery pond. The outdoor area offers a great view of the pond. My pizza was convincing, it was very tasty. It is important for bath visitors that the restaurant may only be entered in street clothes.

Good Italian food. My highlight was the bruschetta; it was one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. The service was ultra attentive. We just chatted about how we were going to share our food and drinks and without another word to the waiters they brought us more plates and glasses. They extended the awning when asked and were generally very friendly.

I wasn't allowed to sit in the terrace area. I was just alone and the owner was probably thinking about his sales. I prefer to spend my money in places that don't do this. And goodbye

It has to be said that we haven't been to the lake house in a long time. The food was ok. It wasn't a ripper because it had no taste either. The creations on the menu are very “creative”. Compared to when it opened after the change of ownership, it is a terrific fall. We paid around €60 for two people, which wasn't even remotely justified. 04/2024

Stopped by here on the way through to have coffee... This turned into lunch, which was very tasty. Spaghetti aglio e olio is recommended. The salad with turkey too. Nice atmosphere and very nice service.

Unfortunately they are closed for renovations until February 13, 2024. Next time again.

Really great restaurant in Sankt Georgen. Very nicely located Italian restaurant right on the monastery pond. There were four of us there and we felt very comfortable. The highlight was the steak on the hot stone, which is served with grilled vegetables and usually rosemary potatoes. However, I wanted fries with it. It is served with two different homemade types of herb butter. We were all very satisfied and it certainly wasn't the last time we were there.

Leckeres Essen, aber... Beim Betreten des schön gelegenen Restaurants wurds mir zunächst übel: es stank furchtbar nach Fäkalien, was ja bei einem Restaurant nicht grad appetitanregend ist.... der Geruch besserte sich zum Glück im Laufe des Abends... es kommt übrigens NICHT aus den Toiletten, da war bessere Luft... Das Essen war insgesamt lecker, bei der Bruscetta allerdings das Brot nicht wirklich getoastet sondern labberig, was es sehr schwer zum essen macht... das sollte man doch besser hinbekommen... Die Deko ist toll, aber insgesamt war es im Seehaus viel zu kalt... wir saßen mit dem Rücken zum Fenster und haben den ganzen Abend gefroren... der Laden war kaum 1/4 gefüllt und dann muss man bei diesen Temperaturen halt mal ordentlich einheizen! Wir kommen wieder, aber es ist noch Luft nach oben...

Mega Steak, Preis-Leistuns-Verhältnis hervorragend, sehr netter Service. Änderung s-Wünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Unsere Gruppe mit 17 Personen hat das Essen zeitgleich bekommen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die leckersten Spaghetti al olio mit dezent scharfen Peperoni habe ich hier in schönem Ambiente gegessen - hausgemachte Pasta wie sie sein soll. Sehr angenehmer und aufmerksamer Service. Faire Preise. Auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung wert. Top Empfehlung in der Region.

Tolle Location, sehr aufmerksamer Service, sehr gutes Essen, ordentliche Portionen und preislich angemessen.

Wir meldeten uns hier kurzfristig am Abend mit 3 Personen an. Das Ambiente war einladen und gemütlich. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Bevor unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, erhielten unsere Hunde ohne Aufforderung erst einmal einen Wassernapf vom Kellner. Das fand ich wirklich Aufmerksam. Das Essen war gut und hat uns allen geschmeckt. Einzig möchte ich dazu anmerken, dass ich empfehlen würd das Brot beim Brushetta anzurösten, sowie beim Steak unbedingt den Gast zu fragen, wie er das Steak gebraten haben möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Netter Service und lecker Essen

We had lunch at the Seehaus. We decided to go for the lunch menu with a main course and either soup or a small salad. The food was nice and priced fair. The service was friendly but contained. Overall, we were happy with the experience.

Als Gast vom nahegelegenen Wohnmobil-Stellplatz hatten wir das Ziel auf ein einfaches Abendessen. Aber wir wurden nicht fündig. In dem Italo-Resto war ne Pizza Fehlanzeige, obwohl doch der Ort am Seebad mit dem Zulauf dafür prädestiniert scheint. Schade, das Ambiente am See ist beispielhaft.

Super leckeres Essen bei tollem Blick auf den Weiher. Die Bedienung war auch professionell freundlich. Einfach genial.

Hab frische Miesmuscheln gegessen, lecker

Wir hatten heute einen tollen Abend im Seehaus. Die Lage direkt am See auf der Terrasse war schon toll, aber wir hatten auch sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Kellner, wirklich leckere Speisen und das alles zu sehr fairen Preisen. Ich kann das Seehaus nur weiterempfehlen.

War alles super und lecker. Personal sehr freundlich. Und der Koch hat alleine ein Stern verdient.

Wir hatten ein sehr leckeres Mittagessen: Steak, Fisch, Salat, Spaghetti Bolognese- alles sehr frisch und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Unsere Kinder wollten sich eine Erwachsenen-Portion teilen. Das war gar kein Problem und das Essen wurde bereits in der Küche auf zwei Teller aufgeteilt. Außerdem wurde den beiden sogar ein Lätzchen angeboten. Alles top, preislich noch okay. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Na ja, Service bemüht nur nicht gelernt! Essen OK Portion übersichtlich und unter Meeresfrüchte stelle ich mir mehr vor als 2 Garnelen, paar Muscheln und 7 Tintenfischringe. Schad 🙄

Es fand wohl ein Besitzer Wechsel statt. Nun gibt es fast nur noch Spaghetti in überteuerter Form. Aber,der Hunger treibt es hinein... das Personal war nett und freundlich ,aber in einem italienischen Restaurant, sollte es auch wenigstens ein paar Pizza Varianten geben. Aber Geschmäcker sind zum Glück verschieden ,und wer viel Geld für Spaghetti loswerden will ,ist hier richtig

Wir hatten knackige Salate (mit Fisch bzw. Ziegenkäse) und Bruschetta, dazu kühles, leckeres Sommerschorle mit Aussicht auf den See. Als wir wegen eines Gewitters noch warten mußten gab`s gratis noch einen Limonicello. Das nenn ich Superservice. Danke dafür!

Waren auf der Durchreise mit unserem Hund und haben ein Restaurant außerhalb der Touri Hochburgen gesucht. Sehr nettes Personal. Frische Italienische Küche, mit angenehmen Ambiente. Sind total positiv überrascht worden, vorallem auch über die Hundefreundlichkeit. Sehr zu empfehlen!
