Complete rubbish, don't order, did everything wrong, the only thing right were the fries, that's it, €30 thrown out the window, do your job next time everyone, don't order!

Food does not taste good, burger meat, frozen burger bread was bought outside, pizza rolls with cheese, minimal cheese on them, fried noodles with chicken taste like nothing.

So whether at home, from work, or in person today, April 27, 2025, I'll only order from you! Other delivery companies could learn a thing or two from you! Nice, friendly, portions are amazing, prices are very reasonable.

Rating: 1 star I ordered from Secret Foodservice and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a chili cheeseburger with fries, beef fried noodles, and a cheeseburger. However, the delivery did not match my order in any way. Instead of the chili cheeseburger, I received a bacon burger. This is completely unacceptable to me, as I don't eat pork and had deliberately chosen a pork-free order. It is extremely disrespectful and irresponsible to be so inaccurate in the preparation and delivery of food – especially when it involves ingredients that many people reject for ethical, religious, or health reasons. The second part of the order was also incorrect: instead of the beef fried rice I ordered, I received fried noodles. I at least hope it was actually beef, but my trust in the kitchen's diligence has been severely shaken after this experience. Only the cheeseburger was delivered correctly – but considering I ordered three items, that's a disgrace. Unfortunately, this experience clearly shows that little value is placed on care, customer service, and consideration. Especially when it comes to food, the utmost accuracy should be a given. Two serious errors in a single order are absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely not order from there again and unfortunately cannot recommend Secret Foodservice to anyone. Anyone who values ​​accurate and respectful delivery should look for another alternative. Very disappointing – never again.

I ordered fried noodles with crispy chicken, but the breading was still very light and inedible. The meat and noodles tasted terrible. Unfortunately, the order was a disappointment. In the end, I had to cook after all.

The perfect mix of indulgence and variety! Yesterday I had the pleasure of enjoying the famous Secret Special Plate at Secret Foodservice, and what can I say? It was a true taste experience! The plate was a brilliant combination of everything your heart desires: crispy shrimp, perfectly fried mandu (filled dumplings with ground beef), tender chicken wings, chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, spicy poppers, golden-brown onion rings, and mini spring rolls. Served with wonderfully crispy fries, spicy potato wedges, and crispy nachos, simply a perfect mix. The variety of sauces made the experience even better: chili sauce, BBQ sauce, salsa, aioli, mayonnaise, and ketchup, all fresh and incredibly delicious. I was particularly impressed by the mandu and shrimp; they were aromatic and cooked to perfection. Every component was crispy, hot, and full of flavor; you can tell quality is paramount here. The service was also fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and always with a smile—exactly what you want for a successful evening. Conclusion: The Secret Special Plate is an absolute highlight and a real insider tip. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I ordered pasta with baked chicken and a Margherita pizza and I'm more than satisfied. Everything was delicious and warm. The delivery service was excellent! I left a tip in the app, but I wish I had given one!

Actually I should ask for my money back Pizza burns under the bottom and hard The burgers were really cheeky, they arrived cold and consisted of small patties from the frozen food store. The rolls were also from the discounter

Worst Chinese noodle I've eaten. I ordered 4x pasta with parsed meat, of course for the price of almost 50e, no sauce was included and the rip-off people want an extra 10e. Second point, you can't eat the meat that's there, it tastes like rubber and looks like it was in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.

Food was good. I ordered pasta with chicken and a small burger. Tasted very good and was very warm. The burger was okay. It wasn't a bad one, nor a good one. I also ordered ice cream. Well, the only thing is that the ice cream expired on 07/24... It's not that bad now, people still eat it, but I would still have liked a "fresher" ice cream.

I can't make food or speak German. I felt like I was at the job center. I ate ice cream that was three months old and was under the best-before date. I don't think that's possible anymore

Secret Foodservice is actually one of my favorite suppliers. But today there was a bankruptcy. Schnitzel Hawaii without ham and pineapple, what a disappointment, what was going on in the kitchen? I'm taking a longer break from ordering for now.

The food is very tasty 😋 but the atmosphere is not that nice and dirty!

Ordered food there today, really nice people! Food was hot, on time and delicious! It won't be the last time! Great and keep it up!

The service is top I can only recommend nice family food great class so it's my first choice now

Leider eine sechs, teuer, fettig, labberig und geschacklos. Eine Enttäuschung. :-(

Nettes Personal,Schnell und Lecker

Heute das erste mal dort bestellt Preise Top und Personal auch, würde ich immer wieder machen!!

Das Essen war frisch und noch heiß. Preis/Leistung stimmten auf jeden Fall . Wir werden bestimmt wieder bei euch bestellen :)

Wir haben das erste mal dort bestell. Das Essen ist gut. Jedoch wurde falsches Essen geliefert, dazu hat etwas gefehlt. Also haben wir angerufen und der Herr am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich und hat alles abgestritten. Obwohl wir es schwarz auf weiß haben.

SUPER! Hatte gebratenen Reis mit Rind und gebratene Nudeln mit Huhn. Kam heiss, superlecker und sehr sympathische Fahrerin. Auf meinen Satz "wenn es schmeckt, bestelle ich demnächst wieder" antwortete sie "bis demnächst". So macht es Spass :-)
