Wir hatten einen großartigen Abend im Second Street Restaurant. Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hohe Qualität der Zutaten und die abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte. Auch der Service verdient ein großes Lob: Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist modern, gemütlich und ideal für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden oder der Familie. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Second Street Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exzellentes Essen, toller Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Absolut einen Besuch wert!

Habe einen Chicken Burger gegessen und eine Cola getrunken.Hat ja alles ganz gut geschmeckt,doch die Wartezeit ist eine Frechheit,obwohl nicht mal viele Menschen im Cafe waren.Das Ambiente ist cool,wie eine Snackbar in England

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die Dame mit den kurzen blonden Haaren war extrem unfreundlich und respektlos im Umgang mit Kunden. Man hat sich überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt und der Service war wirklich unangenehm. So ein Verhalten geht gar nicht. Der Chef hingegen war sehr nett, höflich und bemüht, die Situation angenehmer zu machen. Schade, dass der restliche Eindruck dadurch trotzdem negativ bleibt.

Ambiente, das Essen und Service sind alles Top aber erst ab Nachmittag: spricht mal vormittags da gewesen 20 min Wartezeit und nicht mal die Bestellung wurde aufgenommen sorry das ist mir aber bissl unangenehm.

Essen gut (Folienkartoffeln und Knoblauch Baguette - wobei der Salat am Baguette fast sättigender ist als das Brot) Leckere Cocktails, Preise angenehm. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, kann man auch gut im Freien sitzen.

Ein sehr angenehmes Café mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir gingen morgens Kaffee trinken und setzten uns nach draußen, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Leider saßen einige Raucher am vorderen Tisch, sodass uns der ganze Rauch unangenehm traf. Vielleicht sollten die Geschäfte im Außenbereich einen separaten Raucherbereich einrichten.

Gute Auswahl an verschiedenen, leckeren Gerichten. Super feine Cocktails, auch neben dann allbekannten Klassikern. Service ist sehr unaufmerksam, das ist konsistent über mehrere Besuche. Es gibt manchmal richtig gute Kellnerinnen. Aber gestern, am 24.04.2026 war wieder ein Tag, an dem man 20min wartet, um noch ein Glas Wein zu bestellen und niemand vorbeikommt, weder das alte leere Glas abzuräumen, noch um zu fragen ob man noch was will, noch zum Zahlen. Selbst wenn man den Kellner anschaut und wartet, läuft er konsequent vorbei. Jener Kellner, der schon länger bei Seconds Street bedient, ist generell eher distanziert und nicht sehr freundlich. Gestern war hier kein Einzelfall. Hab das Geld auf den Tisch gelegt und bin gegangen. Komme so schnell nicht wieder. Schade eigentlich.

Grauenvoller Service… arrogant und überheblich war vor allem die eine große schlanke Kellnerin mit kurzen schulterlangen blonden Haaren mit klämmerchen teils zurück gesteckt und Gold Ohrringen und Kettchen zu uns.. Es geht hier nur ums Geld. Heiße Getränke waren lauwarm. Viele Raucher… sehr unangenehm draußen zu sitzen und zu laute Musik… nie wieder!

sehr schönes ambiente und sehr liebes personal, essen war schnell da und hat sehr frisch geschmeckt. ich meine die burgerbuns sind auch selbstgemacht also da auch pluspunkt 🥰 getränke waren gut gemischt, cuba libre wird großzügig gemixt und die alkoholfreien cocktails sind auch süß und lecker🥰 das einzige was es zu ausetzen gibt ist das die frauentolette sehr eng ist und man aufpassen muss die türen richtig öffnen und schließen zu können. fazit: sehr lohnenswert auch nachts vorbeizukommen und einen schönen abend zu genießen

Fantastic! A great selection, but the quality of the food doesn't suffer just because there's so much variety. Everyone is catered to here. As for the service, I simply want to say: warm, attentive, and flexible. We always enjoy stopping by. I had a special order where I wanted the steak (medium-rare) combined with a mixed salad and goat cheese pralines (I wanted to call it Alex's Steak 😉). No problem at all, we got everything, it tasted amazing, and my three companions also thought it was perfect. The only minor criticism I have is that the recipe for the herb butter could be changed, and the guacamole 🥑 served with nachos could use a little less lemon and a bit more of a kick. Otherwise, highly recommended.

We arranged to meet at Second Street because we wanted to get together for a relaxed chat after a long time. Perfect setting. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, good music, and good food. We had a great time talking while enjoying delicious food and drinks. Thanks to the lovely team there! 🙂

We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast, and the coffee was already cold by the time it finally arrived. The service was very slow, even though the café wasn't full. We were starving and really disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this café.

We met up with a friend for breakfast. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the service was good.

We had made a reservation for breakfast in advance, knowing that this makes life easier for everyone involved with a small child. Therefore, we booked for three people and requested a high chair in the comments section. When we arrived, we were offered a high table or the smoking area outside, but it would have been cold there. We waited a moment to gather ourselves and initially considered sitting outside. But it was really too cold, and besides, I just couldn't imagine us being surrounded by cold smoke with our son. We said we were leaving, and so we did. (No one came for the high chair either...) Since I've been a frequent guest, I thought maybe the online reservation hadn't worked, so I went back to check. But it was already there, but the high table was also gone now; we could go to the bar. With a 2-year-old. I'm honestly stunned. Mistakes can happen, and it wouldn't have been a problem if we had to wait, but there was simply no communication, no interest, no apology, nothing. And we were here almost every day for a while, just without the child. My details are stored in the reservation.

The food and service were rather mediocre, so they wouldn't give it more than three stars. It was a nice café overall. Breakfast had a fairly large selection, so there should be something for everyone.

The two of us went to Second Street because the restaurant (especially the Kaiserschmarrn) had been recommended to us. As we are true Kaiserschmarrn fans, we were eager to try it. The service was initially very friendly, but unfortunately, the Kaiserschmarrn didn't live up to our expectations. The more we ate, the doughier it tasted. Furthermore, a few pieces were slightly burnt, which unfortunately further spoiled the overall experience. Overall, the dessert quickly felt heavy on our stomachs. We also both got a hot chocolate, but it wasn't hot at all; in fact, it was rather cold. We knew exactly what we wanted to order and therefore didn't put too much strain on the service. Since we didn't like the Kaiserschmarrn or the hot chocolate, we didn't tip. However, there was a noticeable difference in the friendliness afterward: We were handed the card reader, paid, and the waitress quickly took the card reader from the table and walked away – no real goodbye, no smile. That was a shame, because politeness shouldn't depend on tips. However, I would like to emphasize that our experience may not apply to everyone. Tastes differ, and perhaps others prefer it. After all, we went there based on a recommendation. So, feel free to try it for yourself and form your own opinion.

Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. Excellent value for money.

Thanks for the lovely evening and keep up the good work ❤️ The waiters are sometimes a bit slow and unfocused. You're often ignored, even when you make your point. So, be sure to bring plenty of time. Even the smallest amounts are added up by the machine. Changes to orders are ignored. No other suggestions are offered, either. We miss the original Street Cafe.

Well, you can eat here once, but nothing special... everything is mediocre, okay.

We love currywurst, and for us, this is truly the best. The drinks are all excellent. And today the younger, shorter waitress was very friendly, not pushy or irritable – a rarity these days. High praise!"

Our kids had pasta with tomato sauce, and we had a large selection of soups, pasta, salads, and pinsas—we couldn't decide. But I'm very grateful to the team for sending me my bag, which I left there. 🙏

Really delicious and not too expensive, plus friendly and attentive service. The outdoor seating is "simple" and relatively close to the street, but still nice (they only deduct it for the street noise, which they can't help).

The Kaiserschmarrn was super delicious. The somewhat older waitress (blonde) wasn't very friendly and gave rather rude answers. She never asked if everything was okay or if I wanted anything else. My Kaiserschmarrn didn't come with a napkin either. She asked for the tip again, but it was probably too small for her. If she'd been friendlier, she would have given more.

The atmosphere, the food, and most of the staff are great. However, we've been served twice now by a mid-40s/early-50s blonde woman with a braid, and unfortunately, this woman is just not good. She's very unfriendly and, from what we've seen and heard, seems to be nasty towards her colleagues. Unfortunately, this makes the experience a little less pleasant. Otherwise, everything was really good.

The pancakes were obviously cooked in the same pan or fat as the savory dishes. You could taste a lot of things, just not the pancakes. Not good.

The service was extremely slow, and in the end, they forgot a second course (there were four of us). They only have two servers for many tables. In the morning, the service and breakfast were much better.

We dropped in at 10 pm, we were very hungry. We had lost hope of eating something at this time, but here we were lucky. We ordered a beef steak and a turkey steak with potatoes. We were served quickly, everything was ready in 10 minutes and was delicious. The steaks were juicy and tasty. The place was full of people, apparently the place is popular. We were happy, full and continued our journey.

I can't say much about the ambience, as only the outdoor area was used. Sense was already given, I was satisfied. The parking situation was terrible. Cappuccino unfortunately only has milk broth. Aperol was good 👍🏼 Staff was disappointing. When I round up to the nearest full euro and you're pissed off because you probably expected more, I seriously ask myself what that's about. It was absolutely uncomplicated and I didn't sit for half an hour. In addition, no food was ordered, so there was actually no effort. It’s probably “normal” that I don’t tip 5€. The reaction was not only strange to me, but simply outrageous. Ingratitude to the maximum extent!

Great service and really pleasant atmosphere, if you want to drink cocktails in Haar, then you can only do that at Second Street ❤️ maybe you'll expand your cocktail offer? Many people would definitely be happy. You are the place to be for cocktails 🍹

We wanted to have breakfast at 12:30 today – okay, it's only available until 12 (sorry – those are the rules, they said). It's no problem that they don't have the full range anymore – but even our polite request for a few eggs and/or a sandwich was denied! Note: Shift workers, late risers, etc. are simply not allowed to have breakfast in this country! After no attempt was made to accommodate us in any way, we left. It should also be mentioned that there were hardly any guests present! Following the rules and then not doing business isn't something you have to understand as a guest.

We spontaneously went to Cafe Second Street with our two kids in the afternoon. The service was friendly, quick and there were coloring books and pencils for the little ones. The fries are great, the coffee is hot and good and the price/performance is right. We had a lovely stay and will stop by again when we are in the area.

You can still go there, but unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be and, above all, the toilets are unclean and it's extremely annoying

Disaster. Breakfast is very expensive but doesnt taste good. Bread is not fresh. Prices in internet/online are different from in the restaurant menu. They are fooling people.

Owner very unfriendly and inflexible. I wanted to buy a voucher so that friends of ours could get to know Second Street. I wanted to pay by EC card, which is apparently not possible. The harsh justification was that he couldn't document it. (It's questionable how it would work if you bought it in cash)

We had ordered 2 steaks, 2 times medium, both were still raw. We waited 15 for the menu. The fried potatoes had no taste at all and the fries were over salted. I don't know why anyone still eats there

The map offers a lot, tempting. Reality looks different every now and then, but you can't go wrong with pinsa and garlic bread. Well, the tables "stick" a little, but a good place for a nightcap after the cinema. The service has a casual saying on it; good, you have the Grantlers with you too. All in all, a solid performance that can be improved

We had ordered something to pick up. After we had to wait another 20 minutes on top of the original waiting time of 20 minutes (which we were told on the phone), the climax came. Our food was given to another person who had also ordered to be picked up. They then wanted to give us the other person's food, which was completely different dishes. Then the blame was placed on the kitchen, although there was clearly a problem with the service staff. We were offered to do it again, but again with a long waiting time because there were still a few orders ahead of us. Absolute disgrace and never again.

I was there with my children for coffee in a sunday morning and after a waiter guided us to our table and received our order another waiter came and told us to leave the table because we didn’t order to eat and that table was reserved(lie). Awful and terrible situation. Totaly unfriendly to families and very high-nosed. Not recommended.

We had very friendly and attentive service today. We were here for the first time. The food was very good. Only with Kaiserschmarrn was the dough still too soft in the middle. This one also tasted good. We would love to come back when we are in Munich.

Nice café restaurant right on the street. You notice the traffic when you sit outside and it's annoying at times. The staff is friendly and attentive. Large selection of food and drinks. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Average price. Parking spaces are available in front of the restaurant.

Trotz telef. Vorreservierung wurde unsere Reservierung "nicht gefunden". Bei Nachfrage, ob ein Platz für uns da ist, unfreundliche Antwort und keinerlei Bemühungen, uns einen Platz anzubieten. Haben dann selber 2 Plätze gesucht. Bedienung eher unfreundlich. Um 22:00 Uhr wird kassiert - obwohl wir noch gar nicht gehen wollten(!!!) - mit der Begründung: sie macht jetzt Feierabend. Keine Nachfrage, ob wir evtl. noch was bestellen möchten....... Als Gast fühlt man sich hier nicht wohl!

Absolutely great! The Spicy Ginger Aperol is just the right drink for the summer and the tarte flambée with it is also very tasty! We will definitely be regulars now!

Rather inconspicuous from the outside, but really comfortably furnished inside. The smoking tent makes you take three steps back in the morning, but the staff inside is nice and it's relatively quiet considering it's on a busy street outside. Breakfast is very opulent (Second Street Special) and really tasty. I can absolutely recommend it!
