Very nice ambiance, great atmosphere. A quiet location and atmosphere. The view of the blooming rhododendron bushes and the park landscape is simply fantastic. Very friendly and attentive staff. We'd love to come back 😊

From the very first moment, we felt at home in the cozy and inviting atmosphere, so much so that after our initial consultation with Mr. Schönherr, it was immediately clear that this would be our wedding location. The food was fantastic: all of our guests were very satisfied with the menu he recommended, and we were spoiled with varied and high-quality dishes. All the service staff were very attentive and friendly, so neither we nor our guests lacked for anything. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially if we were hosting a celebration, as in our case. We will definitely be back!

A very beautiful restaurant in a fantastic location. Truly delicious food and excellent service. We were there as guests at a wedding and can highly recommend the Köhlerhof as a (wedding) venue. The staff was truly fantastic and professionally and lovingly implemented all of the bride and groom's wishes, fully meeting their expectations, and wonderfully rounding off this special day with culinary delights. We will definitely return as guests and would like to thank the staff again for their wonderful and perfect service. A visit to this restaurant is highly recommended.

I regularly work as a DJ at the Köhlerhof. This renowned venue is ideal for weddings and large birthday parties. The collaboration has always been relaxed and collaborative. I'd be happy to do it again.

It used to be better there. The service and ambience are good, but the chef has to do his part when it comes to eating. This was sufficient for a golf club restaurant. I hope things get better again. We'll try it out.

We were invited there for brunch. Breakfast and lunch were served buffet-style and were delicious, with a great selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance, with its adjacent golf course surrounded by greenery, is also very pleasant, and when the weather is nice, you can sit on the terrace. Definitely worth a visit! :)

We were there for our last brunch with the family and were absolutely thrilled! The food was outstanding – fresh, varied, and of the highest quality. The service was equally first-class: attentive, friendly, and professional. The ambiance also impresses with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. We're already looking forward to the next brunch dates, which we've already marked in our calendars. A truly top-notch restaurant nearby – highly recommended!

The food was very good. I had the rump steak, which was cooked perfectly medium, although I would have preferred it without the sauce. The fried potatoes were a bit too salty. The broccoli was okay. The service was excellent. You could tell the server was very well trained. He paid attention to many details and was very attentive. The ambiance was okay, but I thought it seemed a bit "cold."

If negative stars could be awarded, it would be for this location. The temporary worker, I hope it was one, couldn't answer the question about which brand of Kölsch was in the bar. When ordering a Kölschshot she asked: What is that? The question about the menu was answered with: we have no more food. The kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m., it says on the website, answered. With that she turned around and was gone. Well, I admit we were late and it was already 8:25 p.m. when we wanted to order something to eat. However, there were 6 people sitting at the next table who had just started eating and at 8:40 p.m. a spaghetti bolognese was also delivered. Conclusion: we won't go there anymore. They seem to earn enough when they turn away guests like that. The location is nice, it's a shame that the owners don't want to do business.

Tasty dishes, Good service, pleasant, modern atmosphere

We had a written commitment to organize our son's communion and had already discussed the process with Mr. Schönherr on site! The host personally wanted to send us suitable menu suggestions within 1-2 days, but unfortunately this didn't happen! After 2 weeks we checked again. A succinct one-line answer came back saying that they couldn't "accept" the celebration because there was an additional golf tournament taking place. That was about 1 month before communion! Now everyone can form their own opinion about it, but not even finding it necessary to make a phone call is very spineless! Conclusion: We would definitely not recommend a large family celebration such as a wedding, communion or similar to anyone!

Köstlich! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren am vergangenen Sonntag dort und haben den Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert. Es hat alles gepasst. Sehr nette Bedienung, leckeres Essen, um die Kinder wurde sich sehr bemüht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und auch den Geburtstag meines Vaters auf dem Köhlerhof feiern.

Essen war super und wir hatten das Glück sehr gemütlich und fast alleine auf der Terrasse sitzen zu können, bevor Gäste von einem Turnier eintrafen. Bedienung perfekt und sehr nett 😁

Empfehlenswertes, gehobenes Restaurant in idyllischer Lage. Das Preis-/Leistungsniveau stimmt. Es gibt eine Basiskarte mit Standardgerichten, die geschmacklich sehr gut sind. Zusätzlich gibt es eine saisonale Karte. Die Portionsgröße ist vollkommend ausreichend. Das Ambiente ist hell, modern und sehr gepflegt. Ideal für eine Familienfeier oder ein Geschäftsessen. Man kann bei gutem Wetter auch sehr schön draußen sitzen. Die umfangreiche Weinkarte hat den Fokus auf deutsche Weinbau Gebiete und bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack. Niemand sollte sich von dem Begriff "Golfclub" abschrecken lassen.

We only tried the Dessert as we were all stuffed with fantastic dishes but greedy enough to have another round that afternoon. Although I only tried the wonderful Mascapone Cream with Raspberrysauce and Rabenhorstberry Ice Cream, I could imagine how excellent Chef Neumann (under the management of Wolfgang Steinheuer aka the Resto's Owner) as we could see the happy faces carrying food from Köhlerhof's Stand. The 4 * is for the Dessert, wouldnt be a mission impossible to up grade it to 5 * once we had the oppotunity to try the main course next time. :D
