One of the best schnitzel restaurants I know. The schnitzel was served after about 15 minutes, server service included. Top Viennese style schnitzel, also freshly made. I think you can plan the time.

All I can say is that I am now a regular customer and there is nothing to complain about. The delivery people were friendly, very punctual and the food was still very warm. The ordering was also very friendly, overall I take my hat off and thank you...LG

Since I love schnitzel, this is exactly the right restaurant for me but since I prefer eating "normal" schnitzel, I can only say that it was huge and tasted delicious

Veal schnitzel "Dallas" was bone dry, no sauce, nothing, the scrambled eggs from a tetra pack, for €23.95, and the service at the checkout couldn't be beaten in terms of unfriendliness.

Very tasty restaurant for schnitzel. I can recommend it very well. There is a nice games corner for kids in the restaurant. You should probably just know that the toilets are very small and unfortunately there is no changing table there.

This shop is rude! You leave so much money behind and then you keep it like the last thing! Never go there again. Some employees there think they are God or something! Take a course on how to treat customers politely. It starts with Hello!

The "new" lady in service is very nice, polite, friendly and sometimes has a nice word or two to say, despite being stressed at times. Every now and then with the family and almost before every home game with our football buddies we are/were guests at the Schnizz. The atmosphere is clean, comfortably furnished and everything is very easy to reach. The food, as the name suggests, focuses on schnitzel dishes, which are served quickly, plentifully, tasty and in a consistent standard. So why only 2 stars? And why maybe the last time today? The service has one major drawback, but as I said so far only one. While we received a friendly welcome and service at almost all of our visits, and the staff had a smile or even a nice saying on their lips, there was this one employee, or more precisely, a female employee. "You can't read, we're still closed.", "I have to get through that right away!", "I've already deleted the order three times, now what?", "Speak louder, there's a loud background noise here!" or "I'll bring out the food like the others.", are just some of the statements that we and other customers //endured// didn't have to. But do you really want that in a service-oriented industry with so much competition? There is still a chance, there is only one employee, the rest have understood that the guest is the one who pays for everything, even in times of stress.

Everything else as recommended. Outside is the fast, fresh schnitzel restaurant. The slogan doesn't fit at all. We arrived and sat outside. There is no description anywhere of how the system works. After 20 minutes we found out that you had to order at the cash register inside, where you were then rudely told that you had to give the table number. We then chose 2 quick dishes as starters. Well, quick, it was a joke. We were told it could take 30-45 minutes, too much for a quick restaurant in my opinion. After 40 minutes, the main course and starter were brought together, although one main course wasn't even complete. I had the schnitzel with mushrooms. The sauce is made from a large pot and only warm. It really tastes like bad finished sauce. The side salad was unseasoned, the cheese balls were also just frozen goods with cheap dressing. For the drinks, over €3 per 0.3 liter is outrageous. I have never experienced worse service. When you asked to pack the meat, you were told: I'll give you packaging, you can do it yourself. It doesn't get any bolder than that. Never again !!!!

Everything wonderful. Delicious. Had two more beers with the driver and then we continued. It was fun...see you next time.

Delicious schnitzel, the location is easy to reach by public transport, parking spaces behind the restaurant (even if you wouldn't suspect it), it's very good to sit outside. Located on a busy street. That didn't bother us.

The schnitzel selection is top and of high quality, very tasty, crispy breading, the side dishes are fresh. Dessert, cherry balls, was also very tasty. The telephone and delivery service is always reliable and friendly. 😊 Thank you very much.

Schnizz is our absolute favorite for lunch! The schnitzels are always juicy and incredibly tasty – a real treat. The delivery service is super reliable and the orders come as agreed. Ordered online, waited for over an hour and a half to then have almost cold food which, sorry, had a slight hospital feel. Unfortunately not again.

Food was delicious and the portions were really large. Unfortunately not everything was available on Monday after a full weekend. Potatoes were all, barbecue was all and mayonnaise was also all. A pity.

If you want to eat a really good schnitzel, then there's no way around SCHNIZZ! We have been regular customers for years and can only say... a direct hit every time!!! The basic offer is great, but the seasonal offers always bring variety. We are thrilled every time and, more importantly, always full! The quality is always TOP! The schnitzels are crispy, juicy and simply delicious. Requests are also taken into account, whether for kids or adults with extra requests :-))) All employees simply know how catering works. Friendly, relaxed and always with a saying on his lips. You simply feel comfortable and welcome here. Sometimes there's also a little gag :-) extremely likeable and just the right amount of humor. We keep coming back!! Definitely a recommendation.

Two weeks ago we had flyers in our mailbox and were happy that we were finally included in the delivery area (MD - Diesdorf). After ordering, I got the sobering call that it wasn't the case. Then someone else will be happy about the sales...

You have to have such a relaxed and fun attitude when it's 32 degrees after a long day at work. It's just sad that you have to pay extra for ketchup and mayo. There is a condition that is unfriendly, especially if you have communicated something. What I don't understand is that there have been renovations again. Drinks are always more expensive.

I think the idea is great, my wife and I thought the store was good. The food was good and also plentiful. The labeling that there was also chicken and vegan schnitzel was a bit inconspicuous. And the staff were friendly despite being tense. Maybe it was the heat or something else. But all in all it was good and when we are back in Magdeburg we will come back.

We have been ordering from this store for collection for several years now. All of the employees are competent and always friendly, except for the corpulent employee with the glasses. It has happened more and more that she always forgets to put things in that are still on the invoice , we always have the same discussions with her, my husband always takes a knockout. Schnitzel where we always get 3 collection points from the other employees and always have the discussion with her that the KO Schnitzel isn't one of them, I think it's a cheek, I haven't seen such laziness in a long time. We are so happy when the men serve us. Otherwise very nice staff and always quick to serve.

When ordering. Absolutely unfriendly on the phone. No introductions were made; on the contrary, people asked curtly who was on the phone, even though they called me.

Food was great, there was nothing to complain about BUT… Holy moly how unfriendly can a person be. The dear woman made us feel unwelcome at every moment. Stupid sayings, always trying to provoke us or involve us in an unpleasant conversation... “but they can read table numbers, right? I'll need that next time, otherwise you can eat somewhere else.." or the exaggerated rolling of your eyes because we asked for a different side dish... plus we were served the wrong food (we didn't complain, it can happen and was nevertheless quite tasty) which seemed to us like a consequence of her bad and derogatory mood. As I said, the food was really good, praise to the cook...but Jesus Christ...if you don't feel like working in a job at 32 degrees where you have to talk to people...just don't do it!!!! Its not our fault.

A schnitzel-based fast food restaurant. Exactly mine. Ordered at the counter, 10 minutes later I had my freshly fried schnitzel. Price performance really great. I highly recommend it.

I was in the restaurant with my wife last night around 6 p.m. When ordering and paying, I was immediately informed that it would take 30 to 45 minutes to prepare. In the meantime, we sat down at another table, outside, because the sun was unpleasantly blinding and there was no other place available before. The waitress immediately came and said: You have to stay there... because of the table numbers!! It depends on the wording... We then sat back down and ate our schnitzel dish. Everything was fine, we enjoyed it, but unfortunately my fried potatoes were only lukewarm... Well, all in all, we won't be eating there again anytime soon...

If she doesn't like the impression of the customers standing in front of her, she laughs in her face and acts friendly and when she turns around comes “they I can get pissed off if you ask for an ashtray, for example! Very fast service, delicious food, nice contact with the staff, immediate payment when ordering. No matter what you order later, you have to pay for it straight away. Every dish is delicious. There is a small play area for children. The entrance is also suitable for wheelchair users.

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, leider war die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich.

Wir waren waren eben dort , 3 Angestellte saßen beim Essen . Haben sich nicht stören lassen das wir am Tressen standen um für 5 Personen zu bestellen . Haben dann in aller Ruhe ihren Teller weg gebracht und uns mit den Gästen die nach uns kamen immer noch ignoriert . Wir sind dann wieder gegangen . Dafür gibt es genug in Magdeburg um sich sowas nicht gefallen zulassen.

Die frittierte Zubereitung des Schnitzels war enttäuschend und minderte den Geschmack. Der Service hingegen war in Ordnung. Aufgrund der mangelhaften Qualität des Schnitzels würde ich jedoch nicht empfehlen, dort erneut zu essen.
