An absolute disaster. They advertise steak doner but sell cheap turkey kebabs. Never again. - The owner's response confirms the scam. He mentions three different kebabs. But there were only two. And neither of them looked or tasted like yaprak. Pure fraud. I might even file a police report. BE CAREFUL OF FRAUD

We actually like ordering from Yakamoz because the food is really good. But the service is getting worse and worse, and the employees are getting more and more unfriendly. Last night, I placed a large order and was treated so rudely and aggressively on the phone that I canceled the order. The employee didn't even show any understanding and simply said, "Well, order somewhere else." I feel very sorry for the boss because he's always overly friendly. The team, however, is getting worse and worse in some areas. Perhaps they could also get a phone with voice isolation, because it's almost impossible to understand the employees when ordering over the phone.

It's a shame, I always had fond memories of the kebab shop. We ordered food with a larger group, including two pizza rolls. And we got two pasta rolls...that can happen, of course. The manager immediately said the driver would come back and bring the pizza rolls. When the driver came, he started yelling and wanted another €10. Also, a shout out to the driver. It's a disgrace to rip off customers...The driver should seriously reconsider his behavior... And there are actually other people who witnessed this situation at the car... It's also a disgrace that we got cold food. The kebab shop is definitely on the list with a 0 out of 0... Rip-off customers.

Disappointing and absolutely not recommended! 🤮🤮 I was really disappointed with my visit to the Yakamoz fast-food restaurant. The doner meat was completely raw and therefore inedible, an absolute disaster, especially for a doner shop. The doner wrap is apparently prepared in the morning and then simply warmed up later. This makes it rock-hard and tastes more like pressed, dry toast than a fresh doner. The "doner meat" has little to do with real meat. It's stuffed in bulk into the warming container and sits there for hours until it ends up looking more like dough than meat. It's simply unbelievable that this is actually served to people. I was also particularly negatively affected by the staff. Two employees gave a very unprofessional impression, one of them seemed completely overwhelmed by the process. Someone like that doesn't belong in the restaurant industry. Added to that are the exorbitant prices, which bear no relation to the quality. I know the industry very well and know what's fair; this is pure rip-off. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We order from here very often as a regular and have never been disappointed. The prices are right, the food is delicious, and you get everything explained over the phone at the end. Very friendly staff, and the shop itself is very well-maintained.

Unfortunately, a Pakistani employee there has remembered my face and it seems like whenever I'm there he tries to get his way with his colleagues to make me the doner, with the result that his problem with me is reflected in the doner. Whenever he's not working I notice the difference straight away. I spent a long time wondering if I was imagining it, even though it's been going on for years. But today I was there again and luckily he was busy and his colleague served me. Out of nowhere he came out and made me my doner and I felt really sick. The doner meat wasn't warm, the sauce was overdone and the wrong one. What's your problem, colleague? It doesn't matter what he does, I can always taste the hatred he has for me. I was very friendly and had simply dismissed the past few years as coincidence, forgiving him for everything and telling myself it was all a coincidence. But every time someone else serves me, the food tastes perfect. So I'm asking the boss to anonymously share this employee's schedule, and then I'll change my rating.

I always like to go to Yakamoz after swimming and eat No. 24 (rolled meat with different types of cabbage in a flatbread, as a roll!). I don't even know the name, but it tastes so good, and is really healthy too, for 7 euros!! Absolutely recommended!! Unfortunately, the wave of inflation has led to the portion sizes in Yakamoz having shrunk, which is no longer filling and an indirect price increase, even though cabbage is actually still relatively cheap! Unfortunately no longer recommended!! In the meantime there has also been a price increase of an average of 20%, but everything is getting more expensive, what should you do, it's best to eat at home!!

I ordered a large doner kebab (9 euros). When I was asked about my choice of sauce and salad, I said that I ordered a large kebab because I saw that it was a normal kebab (7 euros). The employee simply replied “yes”. I think he didn't understand me. Also, I didn't want a tomato on the kebab and the employee ignored it and put a tomato on it. Then I had to point out to him again that I didn't want a tomato and he took it off the kebab. He was in a bad mood during all the service and didn't feel like it. The kebab was made carelessly and that's how it tasted. In the end they only charged 7 euros and I received a normal kebab. It was more of a salad pocket than a kebab. Hardly any meat. There was only something in the last bite. The only highlight of the kebab was the spicy sauce. That's why 2 stars instead of 1 star. The rest is a standard kebab, nothing special and 7 euros is a lot. Especially if you hardly have any meat in your kebab.

And then private things are discussed and as a customer you have to wait. Then it says please, because of the language you don't understand when you order, you unfortunately have to repeat yourself. 1 Tip Please always check your order.

Dishes taste good and the portions are good. Current improvement, unfortunately greatly reduced in terms of taste and quality. The sausages no longer taste as spicy, the meat was initially much better, but unfortunately it has become mushy and tasteless. Apparently the EC card payment is defective, but when you pay with cash and are asked to hand over the receipt, people roll their eyes. Doner kebabs and kebab plates are not that great anymore, Pizza Tonno Spezial hardly has any toppings left on it, but there is a lot of “cheese”. I had something over-baked... Alexander the Great... inedible, bread burnt, and then absolutely soggy. Unfortunately, friendliness has also diminished, so you no longer want to go to a formerly good restaurant with delicious food.

Recommendation: kebab pizza with a bowl of kebab sauce. But kebab is also very good, I get here often and have only had a bad kebab once so far.

Kann nur für die Pizzen sprechen und die zählen für mich - obwohl der Betreiber kein Italiener ist - zu den besten von Olpe - auch nach Abholung schmecken sie zuhause wirklich noch gut. Vor Ort würde ich mir vereinzelt etwas mehr Service hinsichtlich der Hygiene wünschen (Tische abwischen), da dies das Essen vor Ort sicherlich noch etwas einladender machen würde.

Das Lokal war Sonntag Abends rappel voll. Trotz dessen war meine Bestellung zum Mitnehmen (2 Pizzen) innerhalb kürzester Zeit fertig. Die Mitarbeiter haben mit anderen Kunden gesprochen um die Wartezeit angenehmer zu gestalten (positiv gemeint). Parkplatzsituation war schwer. Preis Geschmack voll ok. Wir waren das erste Mal da. Wenn wir nochmals einen Termin in Olpe haben, würden wir wieder hier essen.

War mal der beste Dönerladen in Olpe, aber zu schnell zu groß geworden und dabei Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit vergessen. Unqualifizierte Mitarbeiter, vieles wird falsch verstanden und als Kunde ist man leider nicht im Vordergrund. Von den letzten zehn Bestellungen 4x falsche Gerichte oder falschen Belag bekommen. Dazu große qualitative Schwankungen.

Wir essen hier gerne mal einen Döner, wenn wir durch Olpe fahren. Leckeres Fleisch, Pizza und Pommes super, leckere scharfe Dönersoße, auch der vegetarische Dürüm schmeckt gut. Alles in allem waren wir immer zufrieden dort. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Kumpel und ich erstmal dort essen der döner wahr sehr super Fleisch Salat und die soßen und wer lieb scharf dann essen Ahja nicht vergessen das Personal wahr sehr korrekt und freundlich
