Great restaurant. Simply good. Reasonable prices. And well-prepared doggy bags.

Because of the term "Schnellrestaurant" (fast restaurant), I initially skipped this place, until we decided to eat there on the recommendation of the hotel we were staying at. We had to wait a bit, but it wasn't too bad (5 minutes). The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was typically German, very cozy. It didn't feel rushed, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommended.

We ordered two schnitzels, a portion of potato croquettes, and a large salad (separately, not as part of the menu). The salad wasn't delivered. We asked several times and it was "coming soon." At some point, we went to pay because we still had a three-hour drive ahead of us. We explained that the salad wasn't included. "It's being made for takeaway now." We told them we didn't want it and that it should be removed from the receipt. That wasn't possible; "it was already being made." We received a package of salad for €9 that we could have thrown away at home. Three hours in 20°C isn't good for the salad, and we didn't feel like eating it anymore. The salad is now in the trash, what a waste. I don't feel like continuing the discussion about €9, but I wouldn't eat here again.

Good food for relatively little money

Great restaurant for both dining in and takeout. The staff is very friendly. We've eaten here several times now, and it's always been very good and plentiful. And the price-quality ratio is excellent. After doing some shopping at the Einkaufs Arena, we walked to Peters.

I don't like schnitzels or currywurst, so I can't comment on that. I come here for the divine fries and fried potatoes with delicious mayo!!! Oh, and the pepper sauce is sooooo good too!!!

Overpriced (€6,50) and tasteless chicken soup.

The onion schnitzel with fried potatoes was delicious. They even brought a second plate. Otherwise, we seniors wouldn't have been able to manage it. Great. But! A 0.3 liter of beer costs 50 cents more than at the Emmericher Promenade.

We think there's a new owner...it was different than usual. My schnitzel was rock hard...a shame because it's usually perfect!

For two, one small portion of fries and one small salad is still too much, especially if you order a schnitzel...

Not a cozy location. Expensive for what you get.

The food itself is fine. They just make mistakes often. And if you mention it when they ask if everything was to your liking, they're not really happy about it. You should have mentioned it sooner. But I'm not going to return my food a second time after getting the wrong combination of dishes. And everyone else at the table had already finished eating. A bit of a shame. And this wasn't the first time.

Just had to wait 35 minutes for them to come to my table but no one came, a waste of my time, the rest got drinks and food, I don't really understand why they didn't come to my table, I'm now looking for another snitzel restaurant nearby

If you order fries, indicate that you don't want too much salt on them. Fries were very salty. Otherwise super tasty food.

Mwah.. the food was ok. Staff was better, hard working friendly people. The heat inside was unbearable, that they don't have air conditioning I think is mainly a bad working condition for the staff, they come there more often.

It is always tasty and fast food at Peters. The schnitzels are good and you get a lot. However, I really notice that the price seems to rise every time we come. Yes, I know everything is getting more expensive, but these are no longer German prices... now they are almost twice as expensive as comparable restaurants in the area!

Delicious schnitzels eaten here! The staff is super nice and very friendly, even speaks a little Dutch! The food is served quickly but what else do you expect when the restaurant is called "schnellrestaurant" 😉. Definitely recommended!

The food was enough and delicious. We had a schnitzel with fries. We ordered 1 each but the waiters were thinking with us and told us we could have 1 large fries for 3 people.

Good food for a reasonable price with very friendly service!

Went there for dinner with 10 people this evening. Table was reserved in advance. We sat in the back with about 20 other people in the room. Our table was at the back, it was a little too narrow to sit comfortably. The service was okay, the first drinks came quickly. Schnitzel, currywurst, spit roast and spaghetti were eaten. The food was good and plentiful. What really bothered us was that the plates weren't cleared away after the meal. We were asked if we wanted dessert or coffee and we did. Unfortunately, the used plates with leftover food were not cleared away and so everything remained on the table while we ate our dessert. That wasn't nice.

Great experience at the Peters fast food restaurant in Kranenburg The four of us ate today at the Peters fast food restaurant in Kranenburg and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to the nice weather we were able to sit outside, which made the already great atmosphere even more enjoyable. We were immediately warmly welcomed by waiter Mohamed, who looked after us attentively and friendly throughout the entire visit. The food was of high quality - I had a daily menu that tasted excellent. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets, which is unfortunately not always a given in restaurants. The entire team was cheerful and noticeably created a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a really nice visit – we’d love to come back!

White, somewhat lukewarm wine, 6.50 euros on the terrace....and while drinks are dirt cheap in Germany...they charge top price. However, service was very friendly, but only a euro tip. But don't sit there anymore.....

For a quick lunch we were served quickly. Schnitzels tasty and large 😋, we are not big eaters, 1 plate of fries would have been enough for us. Try something different next time.

Also Dutch speaking staff, for those who do not speak German. And the food is top notch, and people get value for their money.

Here you can still eat for a reasonable price. Although I think the portions are very large. But you can ask for a doggie bag.

We ordered takeaway there and were greeted very quickly and in a friendly manner. The preparation was quick despite the full house. The food itself was very tasty as usual, we are repeat offenders there. Schnitzel, not chewy but crispy. Sauces are all delicious. And the fries tasted just right, salted and fried.

Great fast food restaurant. We've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the card best, it has lots of pictures. Perfect for people with disabilities, or who forget their glasses, or who have language barriers, you can just point at it. Paying by card (pinning) is possible.

Unfortunately this time a major disappointment. Price-quality ratio is completely wrong. Zigeunerschnizel eaten with bratkartoffeln. Thin and fried way too long. Very dry and hard. More than half was inedible. Had to pay more than 60 euros for two people plus two beers. It doesn't have to be that way anymore for us. We won't be coming back here again

Snitzels were only fried on 1 side. It really wasn't tasty. Really outrageous for those prices. The service was unfriendly. Such a shame, the experience of the past was immediately destroyed when it was much better!

We regularly eat here with friends. We live on the border and therefore regularly do shopping in Kranenburg. The value for money compared to here is excellent and the service is extremely friendly. We have already tried most of what is on the menu. Dutch people often expect people here to adapt to our language, but that also applies the other way around, German is less difficult than Chinese. You have a wide choice of dishes and the Asian dishes are also delicious. Highly recommended and we always leave satisfied and satisfied.

This is supposed to be a 'quick service restaurant'. We waited more than 45 minutes for just a few schnitzels and children's menus. The schnitzels cost ~€25 these days and it's not worth it at all. Better to drive a little further for better and cheaper quality. We won't be there anymore!

Classic snack bar, not outstanding, but completely ok.

Een groot restaurant waar je lekker kunt zitten. Hier komen ontzettend veel Nederlanders om heerlijk te genieten van het werkelijk overheerlijk eten. Dit restaurant heeft ook een groot buitenterras. Personeel, vriendelijk en snel. Het eten is méér dan genoeg en smaakt ook nog eens verrukkelijk.

Nice restaurant, varied selection, large portions, prices ok. 😋 Service was nice but a bit overwhelmed, we sat a bit apart and it took a long time to order the drinks.... But still recommended. Wheelchair accessible entrance! 👍
