After a few years, we visited here, this time for the fourth time. We always sat on high benches right next to the bar, always without any problems. Total disaster this year! The main midday rush was long gone, but the staff didn't notice us at all, even though we were sitting right next to the bar, i.e. by the staff's exit to the restaurant area. After ordering beer, we waited again for a long time. What the bartender and his assistants did with the beer was literally barbaric and disgusting! The bartender was spinning maybe 20 beers over the tap, foam all over the table, pouring pints among themselves! Then there was a pile of spun beers with no foam in front of the waitress and he was finishing it up just before taking it away! Both pale beers and their Schneider Weisse. Horror, how the so-called drips under socialism! When I saw the old regulars in Bavarian costumes, greeting each other and drinking these weathered horrors.... Is this Bavarian beer culture? Is this supposed to be a serious restaurant? And as a bonus at the end - the prices on the website and in reality do not agree at all! The price of beer in the ticket on the restaurant's website is 4.90. In reality 5.30! E.g. classic pork on the website 16.90. 18.90 in real terms. Etc. Etc. And again waiting for the bill. Not here more than once! This restaurant has ended for good!

A little away from Marienplatz, a real tip. Great food and the service is great and told us great places to visit.

Great place for a traditional Bavarian breakfast (Weißwurst, pretzel, and a Weißbier)

Amazing food. I was very excited to try the food but the truth is that the experience was spectacular, from the service to the food and beer. The dish in the image is a tasting of 4 traditional sausages with their accompaniments. The most delicious beers in the world! They are those! A dream to have a beer in Munich tavern style. Price + incredible experience ratio. I hope to return soon.

We went to this brewery to eat and have something to drink. The food is delicious and typical. Wide choice of beers as well as dishes. The setting is well decorated and typical of the region. Big negative points the service! We waited 10 minutes before being seated while many waiters and waitresses walked past us. Then we waited approx. 25min until the waitress finally deigned to take our order after asking 4 waitresses to take our order.

Nice brewery, good food, (I had pork knuckle and my wife had veal) very tasty🤪. The service was quick and very friendly (unfortunately you don't always experience that in Munich) and a good beer from Tegernsee, what more could you want. We'd love to come back!

The White Bräuhaus actually deserves more stars. But because I, as a single guest, was supposed to follow indoor seating instructions at 9 p.m. when the guest room was half full, the stars faded. This is a tradition in Old Bavaria, but it is based on voluntariness and not on instructions. There is free choice of seating in the inn, except for reserved tables. Restaurants that seat guests and deliberately want to keep entire tables free for fictitious groups of tourists are contradicting the old Munich tradition and driving away locals who do not allow themselves to be bothered with seating instructions.

About the ambience: it's a brewery, it looks like a brewery. The toilets were clean. We sat outside because the weather was very good. You are in the middle of the city, but it is very quiet and not as crowded as 100m further in the pedestrian zone. We were very satisfied with the food. The knuckle and pork belly were very tasty. The waitresses were on their toes. Even though it was busy, the food and drinks came quickly.

If you enjoy sweetbreads (the meat, not the bread from Trinidad) and parts of the whole animal cooked up Bavarian style, then this is a spot for you! Sadly I learned this after I left, or I would have ordered more than a glass of wine, a pretzel and apple fritters! They have such a lovely outdoor area that sits right in the middle of the city center that we popped in for a snack and some drinks before dinner. Wheat is the specialty beer here, and since I am not a beer drinker and didn’t try more than a few sips for research purposes, I have no real review. I will say that the depth of flavor is distinctly different to any other beer I have had and if you are a beer connoisseur you should try a few. Not a beer drinker, have a glass of Riesling, I did and it was lovely. I also enjoyed a glass of cider, no matter where I went I ordered one because it's really crisp and delicious like you are biting an apple! I wish I had time to get some at the grocery store, I would have packed my suitcase full! Try the Apple Fritters, they are baked in beer dough covered with cinnamon sugar, served with vanilla ice-cream. Despite having sugar, they were not overly sweet. Ice cream here doesn’t upset my stomach, so I indulged in that as well. If you go during Oktoberfest, the service will be a bit slow, especially if you arrive during a shift change, just enjoy that extra time with your friends and family, nobody is really in a rush. Tourist Foodie Tip~If you are going during Oktoberfest, make sure you ask to see the special menu if it isn’t on the table and there is no QR code for an English option. Travel Romance Tip~This is a great spot for a date if you meet someone and they invite you out, it’s well lit and full of people! If they start acting up don’t be unnerved, keep an empty beer stein on the table and enjoy the night! Unnerved Traveler

Very rude staff. The staff spoke very unfriendly to several guests. You are very stressed and don't look in a good mood either. The food wasn't particularly good either. The waiting time (taking the order, waiting for the food, paying) takes a long time. Wouldn't eat there again.

I like to go here on Sundays for white sausage breakfast. A band also plays. They wander through the restaurant and create a good atmosphere. Staff classic city center like. Unfortunately not particularly friendly, but relatively quick. In the evening I can recommend suckling pig and a light beer. A reservation never hurts. In summer you can also sit outside. The ambience inside is much more rustic.

No one was there to show us to a table, we had to wait 45 minutes to get our drinks. There were 3 of us, the food arrived 1 by 1, with 10-15 minutes in between so we could not eat together!! 2 stars just because it's in the city center and it's nice. Otherwise RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The table next to us came after we have ordered our drinks, they ate and had their drinks and left before we even finished our meal. The food was mediocre, at best! I did not finish what I ordered, my friends didn't either. One of the plates had to be sent back to the kitchen to be warmed up again. The translation of the menu is not appropriate, there are misleading words, especially in French. You think you order something, and then surprise! Not at all what you thought you ordered. I'm sure there are way better restaurants in Munich, we we're just unlucky when we picked this one.

A highly recommended place to eat, it has a great variety and everything tastes very good. The service is fast and efficient.

Typical Bavarian inn with a brass band. (Possibly only on certain days) Our service was a bit overwhelmed and everything generally took a long time. The white sausages aren't the best and the pretzels weren't that soft either. The sweet mustard was a little different than usual and really good!

We quickly found a place, the service was attentive, the beer and the food were delicious, even if some of them weren't prepared "nicely", but that's also due to the dish (Gröstl) itself :)

Great service, brilliant, varied food with unusual but very tasty dishes from the Kronfleisch kitchen. Almost everything is homemade from our own butcher shop and brewery. Gladly again and again! Bless God!!!

Waitress unfriendly, larger groups not welcome. We wanted to sit down there as a group of friends, have something to drink and eat, and were turned away because no groups of friends were welcome (that's what the waitress said). If I could I wouldn't give any stars.

Not a fan of German food but when in Germany, one has to try the local food, so I think as far as Bavarian food goes, this place is recommendable. Our food wasn’t so pleasurable until we added lots of peppers on our meals. The ambiance is great and the service is much better. They’re fast and attentive. Food came very quickly even if the place is big and it was packed with customers. It’s a well oiled machine of an establishment. Building is very lovely and the area is very lively.

Very friendly staff, nice food, good choice of local beer and wine. They also have lunch options, altogether I’ve payed 25 euros, for a very bid portion and glass of riesling.

We were in Munich last week for a shopping tour and a visit to the Weisses Bräuhaus in the valley was a must. We were greeted very friendly at the entrance. The waitress was very nice and the service was impeccable. The food was great (cheese spaetzle for my daughter, sausage salad for me) and the wheat beer anyway :-). The Weisses Bräuhaus is one of the oldest and most traditional inns in Munich. A brewery restaurant with a long, exciting history and a unique ambience. We'd love to come back!

The food is very delicious. I have been in Germany for two weeks and it is the best pig's trotters I have ever eaten. I don't know how to cook the potatoes next to the pig's trotters. The texture is very delicious and special. The lemon beer is delicious! (Even people who don’t like to drink find it delicious.) The service is very friendly. If I travel to Munich again, I will definitely go there again~~ Recommended

We waited 20 minutes for ordering. 40 minutes for food. The soup arrived after the main meal. One dish arrived 15 minutes later than all the dishes.

Very tasty food, good portions, no bulk, no tourist rip-off like the Hofbräuhaus. The beer, Tegernseer, is also first class. Everything was a bit expensive because of the central location, but it was still worth it. Only when it comes to apple strudel could one pay more attention to quality, from the perspective of a spoiled gourmet. Very nice service, fast and impeccable service. Thanks! And by the way, you can still meet nice Munich natives there.

Showed up for a traditional weisswurst breakfast and it turned out to be one of my favorite meals in Munich. The weisswurst and pretzels were delicious. To drink I had the Schneider original tap number 07 which was also really good. They also have an excellent bierschnapps I wish I could have come back for lunch or dinner because this place was really good all around and service was friendly and fast.

Unfortunately, the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed; we were only greeted and served after 30 minutes. The food didn't come at the same time and unfortunately we had to eat one after the other. Otherwise it was at most “lukewarm” but tasted okay

Waited for the table for 15mins, menu for another 15mins and service to order for another 45mins and still didn’t get any service after more than 45mins seated. Would have given zero stars because we didn’t get any food and service after 1hour in the restaurant. Walked down the road and fortunately found the best roast pork in Munich. -> andechser am dom.

To beers 5☆. Very good. Typical place with very traditional cuisine, staff dressed in traditional clothes. It is located in one of the liveliest areas of Monaco.

I had my last dinner in Munich here after 8 o'clock, and it was very delicious. As mentioned in the review, I had Haxen 323 and 257 burgers and Tab 7 beer, and they were delicious. The combination of haxen and raw potatoes in burger number 257 was so delicious. Although we sat together, it was actually fun to chat with the team next to us.

Incredibly good food. The roast pork was extremely crispy and the meat was so juicy - a DREAM! No waiting time! Alina was so attentive and we felt very comfortable. Will come back next time we visit Munich!!

Today there were four of us + stroller (baby) visiting. Outside we were very rudely sent inside because the stroller was in the way. I can still understand it, but the sound makes the music and he was very rude and annoyed. So we were directed inside. When we got inside we were greeted with annoyance. Under no circumstances can the stroller be placed in the front area. We should please ask our colleague for a table further back. So we continued to the back of the restaurant. Looking for a table there again, we were sent to the end of the restaurant because the stroller was bothering us again. There were many empty tables in the back area and there was enough space. So we looked for the last table and parked the stroller next to it. All the tables around us were free. We weren't quite sitting yet when another colleague came and almost complained to us that the stroller should please be folded up. When I said that my baby was lying there and that it wasn't possible, we were just insulted. I asked the lady to assign us a table where we could sit with a stroller. But she said that wasn't possible for fire safety reasons. In summary, we were sent across the restaurant by 4 waitresses to be told that strollers are not welcome and are a nuisance everywhere, even in empty areas. I'm really shocked at how families are treated here and especially how annoyed and unfriendly the tone of the waitresses was. I've eaten here several times in the past and have always been satisfied, but my first visit with a baby was a disaster. You are absolutely not welcome here with a baby (and stroller) and we felt that. We then left the restaurant and will not come back here again. It's a shame to be so terrible with families. No recommendations for guests with children, babies and strollers.

I wanted to eat here as an individual this afternoon. I was laughed at when I asked for a table for one inside. Although there were enough tables free. I was told you can sit down. With people who are already eating? 300m further on I was welcomed very nicely even though the inn was full and after 5 minutes of waiting I got a table. Never go here again.

One of the few restaurants I know of that offers crown meat cuisine. Despite the exposed location for tourists, you can expect high-quality dishes, sufficiently large portions and courteous service. We have already been guests on various stays in Munich and are already looking forward to the next time!

It's rare to be able to report on such a great experience at a brewery, but here I actually have to. We were pampered with an incredible amount of charm, attention and food of the highest standard! Thanks to Alina and the rest of the team for this lovely experience!:)

Delicious food and incredible beer with good service and a fair price. I bring all my friends from outside of Munich here, and even some from the city. Do make sure to try out their Aventinus beer, it is truly rememberable!

This was our last meal in Munich and Rumina made it so memorable! She was awesome and so friendly from the moment we arrived! We were sat/served quickly and the food was great! For goodness sake!!! Terrible service, annoyed and rude staff, we sat inside after trying to talk to someone to see if there was room. After 15 minutes of waiting we had to get up to ask for a menu in Italian or English because at the table it is only in German. They brought us 2 glasses of beer at random to drink, because the waitress didn't give any info, the glass mugs were both full of chipping. Apart from the danger because I could cut their lips while drinking but also the danger of not knowing if it was done now or not maybe a splinter could have been in the beer??!! Such a "famous" brewery, why are you keeping your mugs chipped??!! We didn't drink! Mediocre and expensive food. These places are tourist traps and those who work there are very nervous and don't have the courtesy to be in the public eye.

When we arrived at the restaurant, the staff was not very courteous, I asked in English if we could sit down and rudely made us sit down by giving us a menu in German! We didn't need them (and there were few customers inside) so I got up and asked another waitress for a menu in English. We asked for a typical dish and which beers to drink. Annoyed, she showed us a dish and then brought 2 beers without telling us which ones they were and with two chipped glass mugs! The food wasn't bad. 2 medium beers and a mixed plate of frankfurters with potatoes and sauerkraut around €30! It's a shame that tourists are treated only as piggy banks and there is no love and care! All for the money and off you go!

Great food, kind service. We ate the veal udder schnitzel and the crispy pork belly and both were amazing. The server was kind and attentive.

Our waitress was very attentive and welcoming, and I would recommend the Spicy Bavarian Veal beer goulash. The Butcher's platter (4 types of sausage) wasn't very flavorful, but overall I would come back

The best. I want to go again. Fair prices for a downtown restaurant. I ordered Schweinehakse and two 0.5L beers. The Schweinehakse is quite large, and even one piece per person is quite a lot, so it might be more enjoyable if two people order one piece and order a different menu. The original beer at the brewery's store was extremely delicious. 53 euros for 2 people including tip.

I have been coming here for the Kronfleisch cuisine for around 20 years, which I have never found anywhere else. Now the daily changing dishes with offal have been removed. With that, the soul of this house dies and with it my long and intimate relationship with it. I'm very sad about it. Adieu! (The service is still top.)
