It's an okay restaurant. The beef is good, but the desserts are terrible and the staff are not attentive. They do not ask if the food is good.

We liked Weisses Bräuhaus so much that we went there for dinner on two days. The light tastes a little different than the usual Bavarian light beers and you should definitely try it. In addition to the standard dishes, the menu also has something unusual to offer, for example the Kronfleisch cuisine with sour kidneys (very tasty) or Kalbskron and Kalbslüngerl. On our next stay in Munich we will visit this brewery again because of the slightly different menu but also because of the very nice and friendly service.

The service was very unfriendly, so we almost had the feeling that we were disturbing them with our presence. The portions of the food were very small for the price and unfortunately it wasn't really tasty either. I wouldn't go there again, pure mass processing and tourist shop. Definitely not worth the money, neither nice service nor good food…

Very warm welcome and the dishes served metzgerplatte and the Schneider aventinus are of good quality and tasty I do not recommend the apfelstrudel which warms you up

Historic venue in Munich. His Schneider Weiss has nothing to envy of its more famous sisters. Nice, typical place with good cuisine. Worth visiting.

🇩🇪 Try four types of German sausages at once 🍫 On my first night in Munich, I randomly searched online for restaurant recommendations, and finally chose a 🇩🇪 restaurant with an authentic appearance that is close to the city center for dinner~ 🍽 Butcher’s platter 😋😋😋😋 I made 🇩🇪 sausages for dinner, and I chose a platter with 4 types of sausages on the 🧐 menu. I can’t tell you which 4 types are on the menu. Based on the editor’s knowledge, I recognized them as Frankfurter sausages, Nuremberg sausages, Munich black and white sausages & Vienna sausages~ Most of it tastes like pork, but the texture is soft and the spices are different 🤔 Although it comes with potatoes 🥔 and sauerkraut, but halfway through the meal, I felt that the sausage was a bit salty~ 🍹 DOC Schneider’s - lemon pop (0.5) 😋😋😋😋 After eating such salty sausages, I always choose lemonade as a drink which is safer 🤪 Dinner 💶💶💶💶💶 About €25/person 💁🏻‍♀️ The space and atmosphere of the restaurant are good, but the waiter at the reception is not friendly 😐 I don’t know if it’s because I am alone, but they are beer restaurants that do not take the initiative to arrange seats. Good food, beers of all kinds. Very crowded at lunch on Saturday. We queued but it was rush hour and it lasted just 10 minutes. The staff manages customers very well and immediately assigns free seats but, given the large turnout, it may happen that you share your table with other people. Sausages of all kinds. If you want a weisswurst (large white sausages) after breakfast time they don't serve them. Overall it's nice because it's frequented by locals and not just tourists and the chatter is pleasant and brings joy. The structure is ancient and very beautiful. It is located immediately after Marienplatz, the brewery is on the corner.

The only place we went to more than once during our Munich trip. Tap5 beer oh my god, I drink 2 of them and Munich is getting better. Tap6 is also pretty nice. Love beer is also pretty good. The food is also top notch. If there was wifi, I would call this place my home. We want the internet not to surf social media while drinking beer, but to find the hotel when we get up. After tap5, mvv is like a 5000-piece puzzle... number one.

Prices a bit high, unfortunately a bit loud, but otherwise everything was fine. We'll be back. 👍👍👍👍

We visited as a group after watching the Munich vs. Freiburg game. We went with 8 people without making a reservation and were guided to the second floor. The female server served us like a superwoman and served us very quickly and kindly, telling us that she would be back soon whenever she left the table. Haksen was also delicious. Helles beer was also delicious.

So first of all, Schneider weisse is one of the best wheat beers!! However, I didn't think the brewery was that good... at least not if you went there as a couple. You are sat at the table somewhere with strangers in the farthest corner, or rather stacked up. It wouldn't be a problem if you had enough space. But the employees there don't really care. The knuckle and cheese spaetzle were very tasty, but I can't recommend the Wiener schnitzel. The waitresses were absolutely overwhelmed and irritable that evening. That doesn't work at all in service. Update 01/29: Reply to reply: As already mentioned, the fact of sitting at the table with strangers is not a problem at all, we are well aware of this tradition. But you should make sure that a table for 4 people doesn't have to have 7 people sitting at it, so you have almost no space to eat and drink comfortably. hence my wording “stacked”!

It was the best wheat beer we've ever had, it was like a place where local people came, as if we lived here and came to have a nice time on the weekend, I loved it🥰

I was looking forward to a crispy knuckle, then I got a mushy warmed knuckle and also half a knuckle, terrible, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit at all, I spent 32 euros with a drink and left still hungry...

Very nice brewery. Huge rooms on at least 2 floors. The food was very good and the service was very friendly! We'll definitely be back.

To be honest, I can't understand how the Weisses Bräuhaus ended up on the SZ's list of recommendations. The Gröstl was dry, the potatoes in it were mushy, the meat was dry and hard and there was no trace of egg. The bratwurst from our own butcher shop first came cold and not well cooked. After complaining and waiting for 15 minutes, a new one arrived, which was well fried but still tasted like nothing and was fat. Sauerkraut with it was also almost tasteless. How people do such simple dishes so poorly is beyond me. It's a shame especially for all the foreigners who go here and get such a bad impression of Bavarian cuisine.

Bavarian economy without fries etc. Prices fair, portions ok. Even though there were only two waitresses responsible for the entire hallway, everything ordered was delivered quickly. I would recommend making a reservation, there is actually no parking space. But it's definitely worth a visit. The Bavarian dishes and especially the beer are highly recommended. (Aventine). Anyone visiting Munich should plan a stop here.

Sad situation, i have gone there every year at least once or twice for decades, but got scammed lately. They like to estimate your beer consumption by time spend there. Tonight, 6 hours with dinner and desert. We counted 6 and 7 beers, they claimed 10 and eleven. Total scam. If I could have called the police I would have but it was late and well, 6 beer. What will come from it. Be aware, buy every beer cash This is not the first time. I will call my CC and dispute the charge as my buddy heard the threads of them calling the police etc. Very sad how an authentic German place can sink to that level. By the way, i ended up paying for 14 half liter beer, just to get out of there without a scene. Who drinks 14 beers?

Great Bavarian economy... Unfortunately it was very, very loud. The guests talked loudly (shouted) across tables. I had to change places...

Schnitzel not freshly prepared, mushroom sauce tasted like a ready-made mixture. A very nice, original atmosphere with professional, friendly service!

The fried chicken salad is too overpriced for 19 euros. Far too little salad. The waitress didn't care. We don't go there anymore.

Visited in June 2024. Hofbräuhaus is famous, but this one is also famous and is open from morning. I went on a Monday at 9am and it was empty. First, sit anywhere you like. In Munich, it's hard for waiters to come even if you call them, but here they are relatively easy to come by. TAP7, called the original, is said to be made using the manufacturing method used when the company was founded. Fruity and delicious. Also, when I think of pretzels, I think of pretz, but this is bread. It's chewy, salty, and delicious like French bread! Goes well with beer. Even if you eat in Japan, you won't get anything like this. Then weisswurst. white sausage. In other words, herb-flavored meat hampen. When eaten with sweet and sour mustard, it creates a flavor that is not found in Japan. The replacement TAP1 is unfiltered white beer. This is also good. About 15€ including tip. The illusion is that it will be cheaper than in Northern Europe. I want to visit again.

One of the few authentic Bayer taverns in Munich. The quality of the food is good. The atmosphere is Bavarian cozy. I like to come for the traditional dishes. If you want, you always have some nice advice. Update January 25: I still give the inn 5 stars, but unfortunately there are fewer and fewer delicacies from the Kronfleisch kitchen. You don't have to look for a parking space in the city for a normal pork roast. Hopefully the menu will also become more down-to-earth again.

My boyfriend and I tried to sit down to eat. From the beginning the service towards us was terrible: they offered us to sit at the corner of a table that was actually already occupied and when we asked a waitress where we could sit, she almost shouted at us in annoyance saying that they were her colleagues to take care of them...once we were "seated", another waitress joined us to take the order less than 2 minutes after having received the menu and when we told her that we were not yet ready she also responded in a polite manner annoyed that he had other things to think about. We understand the fullness of the place and we understand the amount of work behind it, but it is always sad to see that the treatment is always worse for tourists

This Bavarian restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants in Munich! It offers authentic Bavarian food, and the quality is always excellent. I especially love their soups, but also their beers, which are really good and go perfectly with the food. Every time I have visitors in Munich, I take them there to have a true Bavarian experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional Bavarian cuisine and beer in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

A great Weissbier spot in Munich that serves really good Bavarian food. The place is buzzing but they would find you a nice place to seat and enjoy proper Bavarian food. Go for their Bavarian sausage mix and their Bavarian Weissbier selection.
