Rustic Bavarian restaurant. Typically for Munich I think service is super great and nice. The waiter recommended what was probably the best pancake soup I have ever eaten. For the main course I had an original Wienerschnitzel, which unfortunately didn't suit my taste. As a side dish to the schnitzel I had the fries, which were again very tasty. As a side dish there was a kind of salad which unfortunately wasn't seasoned or had any dressing. Value for money for the soup. Main course and two drinks were absolutely okay at €45.

Were there again after a long time. Very nice beer garden in the middle of the residential area. Just had it for a drink, next time it was definitely for food. Everything looked great.

I took my family to this restaurant with typical Bavarian cuisine for dinner. The food was good, service was ok. However, we were disappointed when we were charged an additional €10 for the service when billing, which was not stated anywhere. I don't know if this is a common practice, but it definitely wasn't appreciated. It would be helpful if such information was clearly visible to customers.

We arrived after the kitchen had closed, but the friendly waiters were very helpful and were able to offer us a delicious cold plate and salads. Plus a wonderful beer! A very authentic beer garden experience. We would love to come back soon!

We were here for a casual and comfort quick dinner, we always like beergartens on our holiday. We had schnitzel and some drinks. Drinks are served in 0.5l glasses. İt was not the best schnitzel İ had but for our simple stay at munich it was oke, just a little expensive but whats not expensive these days.. We liked the server, he asked us several times if we needed anything, friendly and chill guy. The garden itsself was also cosy for a quick casual beer/small bite.

Incredibly bad service. Service was so slow and rude. Not just to me, but everyone around me. She THREW menus to the two men on the table beside me and rolled her eyes as she walked away. I had to order a beer 3 times with the same person and it took over 15 minutes and there was only 6 tables. I would never go back.

Very nice place! Food and beer really tasty. However, the service was very poor! Being greeted as illiterate - even if he probably meant it funny - is not good. We were about 1 meter past the place to be seated!! When I asked, I was able to get a second one - the right one and delicious. A real German restaurant! We wanted to grab a bite to eat before Adele's concert, and this restaurant was our choice for a Wiener schnitzel. This was tasty but very greasy! Friendly service and I'm joking.

Great ambience, traditional Bavarian, delicious Schneider hefeweizen, friendly service and as a special treat: Kalbslüngerle with grade 1+ with a star. Not everyone can cook offal, but everything was perfect here. Thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back.

Classic Bavarian beer garden, you can also bring your own food as far as I've seen, but it's better to inquire beforehand. There were a few waitresses there, all of whom were friendly. The atmosphere in the beer garden was great. The food was delicious, there could have been more for the main courses, but everyone will definitely be full! Desserts were excellent! A clear recommendation to treat yourself to something and maybe try the apple pie! Beer was also delicious, from the in-house brewery, you can also get advice if you are unfamiliar.

I had to vomit on 26/7 after eating a currywurst, and my relatives also felt uneasy in their stomachs after other foods.

Yesterday's food was not edible, sorry, we were there with 12 people and were looking forward to a nice evening, then this came (food)? The liver was bloody and tough, the roast pork was completely dried out, the mashed potatoes were ice cold and there was already a skin on top, roast gröstl without roast and what was supposed to be a fried egg instead of liver cheese? and the crowning finale was a Kaiserschmarrn with cocktail sauce? It doesn't work at all. No apology, no criticism and no waiver of the bill. Sorry, that's it.

What was going on today? Liver not edible and almost cold...liver cheese instead of beef in the Tyrolean largest...Sparerips were great here for 20 years, just fat, the sauce had a topping...yuck...salad dressing strange taste indefinable...French fries empty taste...We have I told the very nice waiter to please say that as constructive criticism in the kitchen...Then, according to the picture, the operations manager came and looked at us all so angrily instead of asking what wasn't right, that would have been professional, then he started talking to the kitchens as he left People gossiped about us... it's a real shame... an era is passing, this manager will probably ruin the great restaurant... and we're really not like that, never say anything, but that was subterranean

We reserved a table for 7 p.m., that worked well, but that was it. It took 10 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. And before that, the staff always walked past us. Everyone who came after was taken ahead of us. Then finally someone came and ordered drinks and another 25 minutes went by and no one came to order food again. Then it was too stupid for us and we left. Poor service and we definitely won't come back.

After arriving at the hotel we urgently looked for a beer garden and found it. We were immediately assigned a seat in the garden and orders worked perfectly. Staff very friendly and accommodating. If you find time in the next few days, I'd be happy to do it again!

Ate there our first night in Germany. Ended up being the German football game. We had a blast with the atmosphere in the beer garden. Our waiter was fabulous. Recommended the dinner for two, which pretty much sampled everything. It was delicious! Highly recommend.

We wanted to take a break from geocaching. At around 11 a.m., there were still seats available outside. A very friendly waitress brought our order: 4 white sausages and 2 beers. Pretzels were also served. All in all it was an absolute pleasure. Very tasty sausage. Skin came off easily. Service was very nice and always ready to accommodate requests. Deserved 5 stars. It doesn't get any better.

Hidden beer garden in the residential area! My companion led me there purposefully, otherwise the usual Munich tourist would probably have missed it. Despite a full house on a Euro quarter-final game night, we still got a great table. We had to wait a little longer for our food, but that was completely okay given the rush of people and speaks more for the quality and freshness of the food. Nevertheless, we never felt forgotten. The food all tasted fantastic, the price was more than reasonable, the drinks were perfect and the service was second to none. Friendly, good-humoured, motivated, professional and attentive waiters at all times. Unobtrusive and yet present at the right moments. Two Berliners in Munich had a really nice Bavarian culinary experience! 😊 Thank you for that, we will recommend you!

Unfortunately, there was no indication online that there was a closed party that evening. So I drove around for free.

We celebrated a larger event here (around 50-60 people, including a lot of children). The food was perfect, the staff was friendly, everyone was happy. Gladly again!

Just went to the beer garden. We chose a place. 1 minute later the waitress comes and shouts at us for no reason at an unpleasant level that we shouldn't climb over the benches and that this is reserved. He didn't offer us another table, turned around and left. I will never go here again with anyone. Up to now I've always had a good picture and reported positively. But never again after this action! Update: we didn't climb over the beer benches! Hence the review! We were blamed for something we didn't do.

Service (Niels) was great! Ambience great. Food and drinks delicious. The price-performance ratio goes like this, it's Munich, right? The women's toilet is very hidden, you have to ask to find it. We were more or less ignored. We only got drinks when we asked. The knuckles were supposedly out, but the table next door was able to order some. The burger was lukewarm and relatively bland. However, the beer was tasty. If you just want to drink beer, this is the place for you; everyone else should go somewhere else.

Typical Bavarian cuisine with a large beer garden

Food was very tasty throughout. Service varies. Acoustics terrible. Very loud when it's full. And that's mostly it.

Schneider Bräuhaus is a typical Bavarian inn in Berg am Laim. From the starter platter to the main courses to the dessert, everything here was highly recommended.

Went there with a large group on a rainy day. We were warmly welcomed and served. In contrast to some reviews, the food was more than sufficient and very tasty. I will definitely come back 😁

Typical brewery with good Bavarian home cooking, unfortunately the cheese spaetzle were a bit cold. The beer was very tasty and the service was very quick and nice. Overall worth recommending.

Nice Bavarian tavern atmosphere, super friendly service, but..... The spaetzle, which was supposedly homemade according to the menu, was without a doubt a finished product and the Kaiserschmarrn was totally greasy and burnt; Letting him go out of the kitchen like that and serve it is actually a cheek and doesn't work at all.

I entered the store by myself in December of last year. I asked if it was ok if I just wanted to drink a beer by myself, and was shown to my seat. As I was sitting there, I was asked why I was sitting there. I said I was shown to a seat, but without apologies I had to move to another seat. It was very rude.

Rustic/modern inn, plenty of seating, but a reservation is recommended, especially at the weekend. Dishes range from traditional Bavarian to burgers. Prices +++ one may argue about the size of the portion. Staff always tried hard and mostly friendly and accommodating.

We were there in a larger group. Although there wasn't much left to do overall, a few orders got mixed up. However, the waitresses were consistently friendly and we enjoyed the food, which could have been a little more tasty.

Very nice, modern inn with friendly staff and a good selection of food, even for vegetarians (more than just Kässpatzen). Tables are large and not squashed so you have enough distance from your neighbors. An above-average variety of beer variations are also available.

Quaint local with regional delicacies. Everything was very tasty, good value for money and the service was very friendly. The guest room was typical of the country and very traditional. Clear recommendation. My tip is the salad with chicken or knuckle.

My rating is more like 4.5. I went there as part of a business trip. The staff is pleasant but they didn't necessarily expect to have foreigners so the menu was not translated into English. It was complicated for me who doesn't speak German at all. I ordered a steak and without exaggeration it is the best I have eaten. It is covered with an onion confit which provides a sweet taste. That was delicious. Dessert was caramel crepes but they were so thick they looked like pancakes. Very good but it's meant to be eaten by TWO people. It's very filling, I couldn't finish it. My colleague had a burger and it was not bad from what he told me. It is an authentic and typical Bavarian place.

Went there for dinner with a group. Apparently there was no heating in the parlor and the room was cold. We had to wait over an hour for the food. The portions were very generous and in my opinion too expensive!! Unfortunately, the bread dumplings for two dishes were out and the food was almost cold. The employees were very nice and considerate, but they still seemed very overwhelmed. Lots of guests, not enough employees. Unfortunately not a good experience and I wouldn't go there again.

If been coming to the location since quite a few years. From the atmosphere and interior it's a very beautiful traditional but also modern design, typical for a authentic bavarian Wirtshaus. However, the food is lacking quality and freshness. The last few meals such as Schweinshaxen or Wiener Schnitzel were missing spices and were partially overcooked. I would still recommend coming due to its beautiful decor and authentic and the great bavarian beer.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Schönes Ambiente. Essen bis auf die Suppe die doch sehr ungekürzt war top. Auf meine Reklamation wurde ein Gespräch mit der Küche geführt und sich mehrfach entschuldigt . Es gab sogar einen Nachtisch vom Haus. Ich denke das kann passieren und fand es auch nicht schlimm..... es wurde sich ja drum gekümmert.

Wir haben hier unsere Weihnachtsfeier im kleinen Kreise verbracht und es war schön gemütlich und weihnachtlich dekoriert. Als Vorspeise hatten wir zwei kalte Platten mit Braten, verschiedene Wurstsorten, Obatzda und dazu Brot und Brezn. Den Hauptgang und das Dessert haben wir aus der Karte gewählt und da hatte ich Schweinebraten mit Kloß und Krautsalat und danach ein Toblerone-Mousse mit Mango-Püree. Das Essen war richtig lecker und die Bedienungen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
