We had planned a short hike with the destination castle. One of the hot days last week.💦 When we got there we found a smaller, boxy building and an overgrown park. Well, we at least wanted to take a seat on the terrace, where a few guests were already sitting... and were thrown down again. These were booked guests, not public catering. Had to leave without a drink...

The park is completely overgrown and no longer recognizable. Weeds are growing on the terraces. There is no way to justify the astronomical prices.

OK meal but completely overpriced, 105 eur excluding drinks for a basic non-gastronomic 3-course menu! Menu too classic, 140 eur with drinks! Environment ok. I do not recommend this restaurant. Very poor value for money!

This place is just a dream for every foodie and wine lover. Flavors are powerful, chef not scared to season properly. Every course was excellent. My second visit and it's always unique lasting experience.

I can't say anything about the food...but the maintenance of the park, which is more like a large meadow, is a joke to say the least. This spoiled the view of a beautiful house

Culture of enjoyment in a classicist jewel. this is my own representation. The castle is beautifully situated on the Moselle and next to a riding stable. Reservations required at the restaurant by telephone. Warning: Stylish clothing and an appropriate wallet required for this upscale setting. Upper market segment. Seemed a little upper-class Trier to us, but this statement with due caution. As a location for festive occasions, it is certainly one of Trier's culinary highlights. But it is also an interesting excursion as a photo stop around the beautiful castle.

The location looks really great from the outside. Unfortunately, the ambience in the restaurant is not convincing in any way. Simple, uncomfortable, barren and tasteless. The food was even tastier. Everything just fit together on the plate. The friendliness of the host and staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have never felt more unwelcome. Even if we are from the region - once and never again.

The restaurant was closed when we were there. Therefore I can't say anything about it.

We wanted to drink a glass of wine yesterday (lunchtime), two people were sitting on the terrace. The waiter very cheekily told us “Just food!!!”. I have never experienced such unkindness with which he treated us. I'll definitely never go there again and won't recommend it to anyone.

Sehr angenehm Ambiente.. freundlichen Bedienung 😀... Essen war sehr lecker.. zum empfehlen.

Jedzenie za tłuste i mdłe, wystrój praktycznie nie istnieje , czystość nawet Ok. Przydałoby się odmalować. Ogród to żwirowa pustynia na szczęście jest pobliski park piknik w nim to chyba najlepsz opcja.

Tolles Restaurant! Feine Küche, abwechslungsreiche Karte, gemütliche Atmosphäre, einzigartige Location drinnen und draußen. Mitarbeiter und Inhaber sehr angenehm. Haben dort Hochzeit gefeiert. Jeder unserer teils doch sehr wählerischen Gäste — ihr wisst es doch selbst, Mädels — war begeistert. Ehe hält bislang bombenfest. Kommen wieder.

The best place in Trier and Luxembourg. And the only one deserving five stars. Marvelous ingredients, inspired recipes, perfect execution. Simple, to the point, best and best value wine list. Nothing to add, nothing to change. Whenever you have a chance, go and enjoy, as such an ensemble is not common.

Allgemein gutes Essen, jedoch sehr gehoben. Dementsprechend auch die Preise. Wir hatten uns vorab die Speisekarte auf der Webseite angeschaut & uns auf das Essen gefreut. Die Speisekarte der Webseite entspricht leider nicht der Karte, die uns abends vorgelegt wurde. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Gerichte zu finden, die unserem Geschmack entsprachen. Der Inhaber war zwar sehr bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen, jedoch auf die Frage " Was möchten Sie denn?" wurde generell geantwortet "Haben wir nicht". Außer einer Weinkarte war keine Getränkekarte vorhanden. Auch hier wurde bei Bestellung geantwortet " Haben wir nicht". Alles in allem passt auch das Auftreten der Bedienung & des Inhabers nicht zu einem gehobenen Restaurant. Wir wurden durchweg von allen geduzt.

Perfekter Service perfektes Essen Gerne immer wieder

hervorragende Küche sowohl in den Produkten als auch in der Zubereitung. Der Service war professionell freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. 16 Punkte im Gault Mileau sind mindestens gerechtfertigt. a2arum Gallstaff darf keine Gabeln vergibt ist nicht erkennbar. Gür diese Gegend ist das gesamte Angebot außergewöhnlich gut. Die Steinpilze waren Natur angebraten und haben keinen Geschmack verloren. Die Gänseleber war klassisch aber eben hervorragend die Hummer Cannelloni haben den Hummer Geschmack wiedergegeben und unterstützt.

Restaurant discret, ou l'on sert une excellente cuisine gastronomique traditionnelle. Nous étions les seuls clients, un samedi midi. Certes c'est cher (40€ le plat), mais on s'est régalé. Seul faux pas, un vin rouge (Bourgogne) servi frais.

Super leckeres Essen und traumhafte Ambiente. Der Service war gut und sehr hundefreundlich. Unsere spontane Anfrage für einen Tisch am Abend wurde sogar angenommen und sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.

Recomendado! Sus bellos jardines, caminar al rededor de la muralla también conservada desde los romanos y apreciar este imponente castillo con su gran fuente, vale la pena el viaje. Y esta ese restaurante…una delicia!
