Schloss Cafe in Landstuhl

We were four people staying there, and the rooms were basic. The hygiene wasn't really good enough. We used the restaurant and the food was €26 a plate, with absolutely no value for money. We were generally disappointed with the place. The kitchen staff and breakfast service were a bit friendlier than the receptionist. We wouldn't recommend it. The area is beautiful because of its natural surroundings.

Service was good. Food was ok but not for the price. You can get a lot better food and portions for half the price in the area.

Open on weekends. Ideal view for sunbathing.

We were hoping to sample some German cuisine, and a nearby establishment was suggested. We ended up here on accident and it turned out to be a delightful experience. We were the only patrons, and received exceptional service. The food was all superb, as was the attentiveness of the staff. We enjoyed schnitzel, rump steak, and wild boar; I believe the boar was my personal favorite. We also indulged in dessert and coffee, and the entire meal was marvelous.

This is a great place to meet for large groups. The staff are very attentive, and both indoor and outdoor seating are fantastic! Driving up the hill to the restaurant may be a little confusing. There is restrictions sign ⭕️ at the bottom of the hill going into what looks like a narrow alleyway. Look to the right side of the road, and you will see a brown sign pointing to the Schloß Café 👈. Going into the road that looks like an alleyway is the correct direction. Be sure to share this with any visitors that you are meeting at the café. We had some work associates from the U.S. walk up the hill because they did not know any better. 🥵

Cute find in the middle of nowhere! It’s a one lane road for two ways traffic. Waiter was friendly.

A wonderful hidden gem. The food was delicious german fare with a rotating menu. The staff were wonderful.

Schönes Ambiente, hatten einen Tisch im Wintergarten reserviert, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Speisekarte ist sehr klein gehalten, Getränkekarte wurde keine vorgelegt. Essensmäßig war es qualitativ gut, Portionen könnten etwas größer sein , Preis Leistung Verhältnisse sind doch etwas zu hoch.

Kann man gut Essen und Trinken .

Optisch alles sehr schön, geschmacklich war es auch bis auf ein Essen auch gut.

Ein traditionelles Lokal in schöner Lage. Speisen und Getränke sind ordentlich, Service ist freundlich. Es fehlt allerdings an Individualität und Persönlichkeit im Management.
