When I asked as normal whether the food was halal, the employee reacted extremely aggressively and unfriendly. Instead of simply answering, he became loud and irritable. This kind of behavior towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! In the end we decided to go somewhere else. Never again!"

Very tasty fresh dishes. Very friendly lady in service. The salads are very fresh and taste great. The cocktail sauce is super delicious and there was tea on the house on top. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back again and again!

Food is really tasty, the price is ok, but one star is deducted for the disorganized way of working and the resulting forgetting of orders when there is a lot going on.

We come here regularly and have always been satisfied. It's nice to sit here, the food tastes delicious, portions are good and the staff is always friendly. We often eat the mixed salad and have never been disappointed. Currywurst with fries, both very good. Likewise, of course, the Turkish dishes.

Really good kebab! When I feel like kebab, I go straight to the Schloss Grill in Bensberg. I have always been satisfied with the kebab and dürüm. The staff is nice and always friendly. I'll definitely come back here and get a kebab. I'm looking forward to the next time.

This little snack bar is awesome!!! The best, tastiest food I've eaten recently. The service is reserved but always there. Don't let the simple ambience unsettle you. Everything is freshly prepared, even the minced meat tastes like it used to, delicious!!! Don't come there, otherwise it'll just be too crowded when we come. This is my go-to Turkish snack bar when we're in Bensberg, and I'm really particular and wouldn't be quick to recommend it to anyone.

The Kebab meats here are some of the best in Germany. Grilled dishes are also amazing. Update: Very friendly staff. Every day, they offer different types of local dishes that are freshly made. Definitely give them a try!

Today we ordered food for 6 people for our son's birthday. Food was very tasty and is 100% recommended… The boss and employees are also super nice 😊 👍🤝

I have to say very good kebab and worth recommending

Really a great shop in the middle of the city center. The service is consistently attentive and friendly. Of course, there is always a lollipop for the kids. And for the little ones there was a piece of cucumber instead of a lollipop. Was very well received by young and old. Apart from the unpleasant gristle in the kofta, the food was consistently fresh and tasty

Why are the tips taken away from the employees again?------------- Doner kebab is okay, tasty BUT why is the tip of the service person behind the counter and service staff simply taken away by the boss?????? I like to tip when I eat in a restaurant or kebab shop. ALL DÖNER Restaurant !!!!!!!the service staff take their tips immediately. - So you pay the staff with my and their tips. the money is immediately thrown into the cash register. Now I find out from close quarters that this owner also takes the tip from every young service person. -So first ask who gets the tip, otherwise it's best not to tip. Tip directly to the service person, that sometimes helps DO YOU NEED THIS? ,Exploitation of employees, SINGLENESS IS AWESOME

It's a shame, the Schlossgrill was always my favorite kebab shop with very good quality. Unfortunately, since the expansion, the quality has left a lot to be desired. The last two times we had cartilage in the meat, which is really not possible. We'll probably have to look for a new kebab shop...

Bone-dry rotisserie meat in the bread and very very little salad in it. Too much meat. It's a shame, it used to be good.

Officially the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Employees were unfriendly and the kebab was terrible. The meat had small cartilage and tasted like it had been on the spit for a few days. Not recommended!

At first the employees were completely rude. Doner absolutely sucks. Cartilage and corn were in the kebab meat. By far the worst kebab shop in Germany. You also get food poisoning included. Please close the store

Lahmacun and Dürüm are simply fantastic! Always freshly prepared - whether with falafel, chicken or veal. Pizza and pide are also highly recommended! In addition, the service is always top - many thanks to the entire team! We'd love to come back again and again!

I had dinner here today with a good FRIEND. The owner also worked there and he was very accommodating and nice. We each ordered 2 x chicken kebab plates. and yes, what can I say... That was the best kebab plate we have ever eaten. My friend comes from Kurdistan and has already tried several snack bars and he also said, Just great!!! We recommend. We'd love to come back often ✌️

Very good! We actually wanted to go to a restaurant nearby. There was no space left there. Alternative plan to the castle grill. Heard a lot of good things! Was received very friendly there. Best Turkish pizza I've eaten so far. Very richly filled. Lots of meat good amount of salad. Highly recommended in terms of taste. The kebab pocket was just as good. Full and satisfied!

Es war jetzt nicht grad Hochbetrieb um so ein abfertigen zu entschuldigen. Warum ich am Ende 50 Cent mehr zahlen musste als auf der Karte stand, keine Ahnung!? Aber ok, vielleicht weil ich Käse drauf wollte?Eigentlich graust es mir immer schon wenn ich sehe das statt Schafskäse, geriebener Gauda o.ä. in der Kühltheke steht. Aber hier in der Region scheint das normal. Darum Schwamm drüber. Aber wenn ich bitte nur ein wenig Soße, dann meine ich das auch. Mein Dürüm ist eher ein gematsche als eine leckere Rolle. Schade eigentlich!

Bester Döner weit und breit. Hab noch keinen besseren gefunden.

Also wenn man um 20Uhr dort essen möchte darf man 6.50 für einen halben Döner zahlen.

Voller Preis für einen halben Döner, also wirklich HALBEN DÖNER. Das Fleisch war leider zu trocken und es wurde absolut an Tzatziki gespart, noch trockener also :)

Huge improvement! About a year ago I had a Döner here and I wasn't satisfied. And after one year, today I had another Döner. This time the Döner was nearly perfect (fresh salad, adequate meat, perfectly grilled bread, friendly service, etc.). I'm giving one star less because now a days many döner shops sell steak döner which comes with better quality meat. I think if schloss grill switches to premium steak döner, that would make it a perfect döner shop.

Die Salate hier sind super lecker , frisch und mit ggf. Gutem Fleisch :)

Tolle Qualität und gute Auswahl, man kann hier gute im Nebenraum essen ohne nach Pommesbude zu duften. Überzogen finde ich die wöchentlich steigenden Preise, daher einen Stern Abzug.

bei zwei von fünf Gerichten waren Extrawünsche nicht beachtet. insgesamt waren die Menüs geschmacklich nicht so besonders wie in der Vergangenheit.

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Essen war auch gut, gerne wieder.
