It was divine, nothing more can be said about the food! However, it was very annoying that radio music, including commercials, was playing from the speakers. That was unacceptable. Otherwise, the Schillerstuben restaurant is highly recommended.

An evening we won't soon forget. We've never eaten so well in our lives; each of the seven courses was meticulously thought out, creatively composed, and tastefully of the highest quality. A true culinary masterpiece from start to finish. The ambiance: stylish, romantic, and yet wonderfully understated. You immediately sense the attention to detail, both on the plate and in the room. The service was discreet, attentive, and always concerned with our well-being, pleasantly present without ever being intrusive. A top address in Central Germany, worth every visit. Thank you for this extraordinary experience, we'll be back.

The Schillerstuben restaurant won us over. After always planning a visit, we finally made it happen. The evening was wonderful, and the selection from the 6-course menu was delicious. The dining room invites you to linger, and with the soothing background music, you can easily spend three hours there enjoying the atmosphere. We'll be happy to come back, and next time we'll take advantage of the warmer evening temperatures in the green courtyard with its summer terrace.

Everything about the Schillerstuben is simply perfect. The concept of offering only one, but exquisite, menu, and the challenge of bringing each course to the tables simultaneously, may initially seem unusual – especially since you have to arrive by 6:00 p.m. or at the latest by 6:30 p.m. – but after a wonderful evening, it feels clever and well-considered. The Schillerstuben impresses with perfectly prepared dishes and absolutely calm, unfussy service. The harmonious menu meets the standards of fine dining. Hints of classic French and Austrian cuisine take center stage! A beacon of good taste, originating from Halle! Excellent value for money, a welcoming atmosphere in a sophisticated interior. Absolutely friendly, family-run service! A toast to the Drahokoupil couple!

Everything was absolutely fantastic, from the personal welcome to the fantastic drink recommendations to the simply perfect meal. We'd be happy to come back anytime.

If you want to indulge in taste, this is the place for you. The variety, freshness and variety is absolutely convincing and still justifies any price. The menus are excellently coordinated and the wine selection shows that thought has been put into it from start to finish.

Unfriendly, food not justified by the rather high prices. Some prepared incorrectly. Not recommended.

Grandiose Küche, hervorragende Weine und eine Bedienung, die vielmehr eine ganz wunderbare Begleitung war. In dieser Küche wird noch gezaubert und auf einem Niveau, wo das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis noch absolut stimmig ist. Wir haben uns in diesem Ambiente sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf nach Schkeuditz!

Heute haben wir wieder, der Corona-Situation geschuldet, unser Menü für 7 Personen abgeholt. Ausnahmslos alle unsere Gäste waren begeistert. Das Essen war köstlich, reichlich und für diese hohe Qualität sehr preiswert. Sooft wir unser Menü im Restaurant oder z.h. genießen konnten, wir waren immer höchst zufrieden. Ergänzend bedanken wir uns für das tolle Essen und den herzlichen Service. Aus unserer Sicht immer wieder zu empfehlen...wieder da und einfach super lecker. aber ein 3-gang menü ist für uns fast zu viel...

Er wird jedes Mal wahr, wenn wir hier sind. Das sind unsere Urlaubshöhepunkte. Hier stimmt alles. Von der Terminvereinbarung am Telefon bis zur persönlichen Verabschiedung durch die Restaurantinhaber. Und vor allem, was dazwischen liegt. Alles ein Genuss. Driving up to Berlin from Ludwigshafen, it was dinner time when I was getting close to Leipzig. I looked up Michelin, and they suggested this restaurant. In the midst of all the negative news around Corona virus, and being a Monday night, I found the gate closed but everything illuminated when I arrived unannounced. I rang the bell, and they opened for me - and just for me because of a cancellation due to the Corona virus histeria. The restaurant offers a fixed menu, with 3 or 6 courses. I took the one with 3 - parfait de Foie Gras, a filet of beef and a nice dessert, apart from amuse bouche. I took a wine by the glass, as I still had to drive. The food is delicious, I enjoyed it very much. The service as well, very kind and helpful. All in all, a pleasant surprise in an area where I would not have thought to find a restaurant of that class.

Essen absolute Spitzenklasse. Einfach Kunst.

Gestern war ich verloren am Flughafen Leipzig! Kein vernünftiges Restaurant weit und breit! Also suchte ich über TripAdvisor und wird auf die Schillerstuben aufmerksam ! Vorab verstehe ich nicht warum das Restaurant nicht an der 1.Stelle steht,weil da gehört es hin! Mit dem Taxi zwischen 20 und 30€ einfach,aber es lohnt sich,versprochen. Exzellente frische und geschmackvolle Küche,schönes und äußerst angenehmes Ambiente und top Service ‼️ Es war für mich ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Abend mit Schlemmereien vom Feinsten in sehr freundschaftlicher Atmosphäre! Die Inhaber betreiben die Gastronomie mit Herz und Können. Danke! Sehr empfehlenswert 👍

Sehr gute gehobene Küche. Angenehmes Ambiente. Freundliche, sehr zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Bedienung. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, bietet jedoch ein gut kombiniertes Arrangement aus erlesenen Speisen. Eine wahre Gaumenfreude, vom ersten bis zum letzten Gang. Wer gut Essen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein sportliches Ambiente...im Sommer ist der Außenbereich sehr angenehm. Man kann hier gut deutsche Hausmannskost essen.

Sehr gepflegtes Restaurant. Zuvorkommende sehr freundliche Bedienung. Gute Beratung und Erläuterungen zum Essen. Wenn jemand was besonderes möchte, ist hier die richtige Adresse. Sehr zu Empfehlen.
